【MUKBANG】 Melty & Chewy Kimchi Cheese Risotto Recipe!!! [4Kg] 7774kcal [Use CC]|Yuka [Oogui] - Duration: 7:08.

Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles by ~Aphexx~ )

So today tadaa! I made this kimchi and cheese risotto

The colors are poppin

and its topped with some of my faves... egg yolks

With all these egg yolks and cheese it kind of reminds me of a carbonara.... it'll probably be yummy

Alrighty let's see how it's done

These are the ingredients Kimchi bacon onion rice consomme cream water

mixed cheeses salt and pepper egg yolk olive oil

Cut the onion into 1 cm pieces

its alright if you have bigger bits as well

To make this quicker I'll microwave them

Slice of bacon into one centimeter pieces

Add olive oil to a fry pan bacon

onion

Kimchi

Cook on medium

?inaudible? ? its a big frypan so I cook it on high?

Consomme

cream

Water

cheese

I dun goofed

I put the cheese in at the wrong time

I was supposed to add this with the rice but oh well..

Rice

What was supposed to happen was the rice was supposed to go in first and after it softens I add the cheese

well the rice is on the tougher side so well it should be good

The cheese looks so yummy

Add salt and pepper

and once you feel its the right flavor transfer to a dish

Transfer to a dish add the kimchi/gimchi/kimchee/kimuchi

then the egg yolk

And another blast of salt and pepper to taste

tadaa its all done

I love that the rice swells up when you make them into a risotto

itadakimasu

Let's try out some of the risotto only parts here

K, the cheese is all mixed together and it looks so yummy

The cheese is still very rich tasting

And the consomme I used goes so perfectly in here It's also packed full of onion and the bacon is so yummy

lets mix this stuff up here

its totes gonna taste yummy

looks so good

the egg yolk adds an extra depth of flavor the kimchee gives it a nice spicy bite

I totes love this

the gimchee and bacon remind me of pork and kimuchi... its so yummy

The surface of the risotto might be cooled off But it's still piping hot in the middle

I'd burn myself if I ate from the middle

the kimchee is so nice and crisp I love the contrasting mouthfeel

egg yolks I just can't stop

so rich tasting

(PEEPS!!! RAW EGGS ARE ABSOLUTELY SAFE IN JAPAN thank you for your concern but... "she not gonna die" they taste great and don't "smell" either )

another good thing is that I didn't have to cook the rice from scratch and used some pre-cooked rice

cooking the rice from scratch would have been a bit of a pain

its gotten really hot out around here lately

when I start shooting videos it scorching.... no not scorching

but anyways its already feeling like the middle of summer already

I love pepper so much

It goes so perfectly with the cheese

The bacon add so much flavor its so darn yummy

egg and gimchee go so perfectly together don't they

and cream and cheese are another good combo

with all these pairs of yummy foods together you know this is totally going to taste great

add some extra parmesan

Add some pepper as well

It smells so wonderful

It's way cheesier now and tastes even better

It's the final egg yolk

its so fun busting these things open and spreading them on the rest of the food

looks so yummy

its the 'bestest' stuff. its so rich tasting

Last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita

the kimchi cheese risotto tasted great

And to top it all off it was so easy to make

I didn't have to measure anything at all and I could just make everything to taste

and as for the ingredients....

like... I was supposed to use only 1 1/2 creams but I just dumped 2 creams into it instead

its so nice to just cook by feel rather than measuring things out

and so I ended up using up all the ingredients and I was able to use up quite a lot of onion in here as well

despite making the goof on adding the cheese before the rice it turned out amazing

its the perfect thing to cure those late night munchies since its so E-Z to make

It was all so yummy what you always give it a try as well And as always thank you for watching if there's anything you want

Me to do or eat please tell me in the comments section below If you like this video please hit the like And subscribe buttons BAI BAI

Moon "Ordinary Koreans wrote history; Sacrifice for one another is patriotism" vows to... - Duration: 3:01.

In his second Memorial Day as the nation's president, Moon Jae-in was not at the conventional

site to mark the occasion in the Seoul, but at the Daejeon National Cemetery instead.

It's the first time in this century... the governmet's Memorial Day ceremony was held

outside the capital..

Our chief Cheongwadae correspondent Moon Connyoung starts us off.

The President remembering the nation's fallen heroes on this Memorial Day... not at the

conventional Seoul National Cemetery but at the National Cemetery in Daejeon, roughly

140 kilometers south of the capital.

"The history of the Republic of Korea was written by our neighbors and families as they

carried out their daily lives."

And most of those sacrificed in the process were our neighbors, as well.

Here at the Daejeon National Cemetery lie in eternal rest, their very valor.

President Moon Jae-in, on the 63rd Memorial Day, attended the service here... the first

time for the government ceremony to be held at the Daejeon National Cemetery since 1999.

While most of those laid to rest at the Seoul National Cemetery are fallen soldiers and

Korean independence fighters, the Daejeon National Cemetery is the reverent sanctuary

for all patriots including those who sacrificed their lives for righteous cause, Dokdo Volunteer

Forces, firefighters, and civil servants while in line of duty.

"Today, I feel tremendous pride in all the neighbors and families of the Republic of

Korea who have nurtured affection for each other in their daily lives.

When we cherish each other, when we try to protect each other; we are all righteous people,

we are all patriots.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in also vowed to continue efforts for the recovery of those

who lost their lives in battle during the 1950 to 1953 Korean War.

"When inter-Korean relations improve, I will, first and foremost, push for the recovery

of the remains of the fallen soldiers in the Demilitarized Zone.

We should be able to retrieve the remains of other foreign soldiers including U.S. war

veterans."

Troops from 16 countries fought for South Korea under the UN flag during the three year

conflict.

His remarks during the Memorial Day address come in time of a fresh detente in inter-Korean

ties and appears to be the South Korean president's hopes that it will pave the way for the two

Koreas' efforts to account for the hundreds of thousands of service members still listed

as missing in action from the war nearly seven decades ago.

With a series of historic geopolitical events ahead of himself and the nation, the South

Korean president asked his fellow Koreans for unity in respecting patriotism and remembering

those who sacrificed for us.

"That will become the strength and future of the Republic of Korea."

6 Liverpool players who are likely to leave the club this summer - Duration: 8:01.

6 Liverpool players who are likely to leave the club this summer

Liverpool may have surprised many people with their impressive form in 2017-18. They reached the Champions League final and finished in the top four of the Premier League.

However, there is still a lot of room for improvement. Every season passing by should be a season of progress at Anfield. Jurgen Klopp will not be satisfied with only fourth place every season. He wants to bring the glory days back to Anfield.

In order to move forward, Liverpool must upgrade the quality of their squad. A lack of depth, especially in attack, cost them dearly in the latter stages of the season.

Some players might be replaced for better players. A lot of them have been mainstays in the Reds starting line-ups in the past. However, replacements would be necessary in order to evolve. A move away from Anfield would benefit most of these players, if not all.

A definitive core of the team, along with some early summer signings would cause these players to head towards the Anfield exit door. I think it is safe to say that at least half of these players have no further part in the Klopps ever-progressive project at Anfield.

#1 Emre Can.

At this very moment, Emre Can has seemingly agreed to a four-year deal with Italian champions Juventus. He is set to have a medical and the transfer is likely to be confirmed within a day.

Can has reached the end of his contract with Liverpool and was unwilling to sign a new contract without a release clause.

The German midfielder joined the Reds from Bayer Leverkusen in 2014 and has been a solid player throughout his time at Merseyside.

He scored the first goal under Jurgen Klopps reign as Liverpool manager and played an important part in their journey to the 2016 Europa League final.

He won the clubs Younger Player of the Season award as well. His commitment and desire has been admirable over the past few years.

It is unfortunate to see a player as talented as Can leave on a free transfer. His eye for goal from a long distance is extremely impressive, as he scored a few belters for the Reds.

His overhead kick in the 1-0 win against Watford, in 2016-17, was very important and will be remembered by fans as one of the greatest goals in recent Liverpool history.

#2 Simon Mignolet.

This is an unfortunate one, as Simon Mignolet has been putting in the effort and competitiveness to become Liverpools number one.

He has had a few too many chances between the sticks for the Reds. He is still committed to the club, and it would be sad to see a nice and smart person like Mignolet leave.

However, he might need to leave in order to play regular first-team football again. The Belgian international joined Liverpool to solve their goalkeeping problems in 2013.

After an excellent double save at the end of his debut match, it seemed like he was going to be their long-term keeper. He had a decent first season but struggled in the next two seasons.

This prompted Jurgen Klopp to sign Loris Karius from Mainz and make him number one. As Karius was struggling for form, Mignolet received another opportunity to prove himself.

He did well and helped Liverpool to reach the 2017-18 Champions League. However, that good form waned out as he was once again replaced between the sticks by Karius.

The German keeper has done pretty well since the switch, except for the Champions League final. Mignolet hasnt played a game for Liverpool since the 3-2 FA Cup defeat to West Brom.

It is extremely unlikely that he will stay at Anfield, especially since Klopp will probably search for a new number one.

#3 Alberto Moreno.

Alberto Moreno has had a similar story to Mignolet. The Spaniard was signed to solve a defensive problem and looked like the perfect solution.

However, a difficult couple of seasons caused him to be out of favour. He received another chance to prove himself and started off well. He would end up being replaced by a better option.

The 2016 Europa League final looked to be Morenos last game in a Liverpool shirt, but it wasnt. After a year on the sideline, seeing a midfielder take his left-back spot, he worked hard enough to earn a second chance.

2017-18 started with Moreno at left-back, as he did a pretty good job. He then endured another nightmare game against Sevilla, which prompted Klopp to replace him.

An injury against Spartak Moscow proved to be the end of his tenure as first-choice left-back for Liverpool.

Andy Robertson filled that void and has been terrific ever since. He looks to be Liverpools left-back for many years to come.

Moreno, on the other hand, would seek a move away from Liverpool if he wants to play regular football. He, like Mignolet, got a few too many chances and its time to move on.

#4 Nathaniel Clyne.

When Liverpool signed Nathaniel Clyne from Southampton, he looked like the real deal and a mainstay in the Reds defence for many years to come.

He was arguably Liverpools most consistent player in his first season at the club. Defensively sound and not too bad in attack is exactly how a full-back should be.

Clyne remained consistent but frustrating at times, due to his lack of ability in attack.

He still kept his spot in Liverpools starting line-up. However, a back injury at the start of the 2017-18 season caused him to miss a large chunk of the season.

He only played a couple of matches towards the end of the season. Clyne has been leapfrogged by Joe Gomez, who is naturally a centre-back, and talented youngster Trent Alexander-Arnold.

He might not be able to return to the first choice eleven for Liverpool. The recent arrival of defensive midfielder Fabinho, who can also play at right-back would give Clyne another reason to leave Liverpool. Versatility is good for depth.

#5 Adam Lallana.

With the arrivals of Fabinho and Naby Keita, and the expected signing of Nabil Fekir, Liverpools midfield is now extremely strong in both quality and depth.

The Reds have a host of midfielders who can feasibly start for them. One of the many options at Jurgen Klopps disposal may be on his way out.

Jordan Henderson, James Milner and Gini Wijnaldum all played a huge part in taking Liverpool to the Champions League final.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has enjoyed an excellent first season at Liverpool, he already looks like a better player under Klopp than he ever was at Arsenal.

That leaves Adam Lallana. Admittedly, he is one of Klopps favourite players. But with the barrage of options at his disposal, he might be willing to let Lallana go.

The English midfielder signed from Southampton in 2014 but did not settle in immediately.

It took a few years for Lallana to reach his full potential at Liverpool. After a great 2016-17 season, he suffered a hamstring injury before the start of the 2017-18 season.

He, like Clyne, did not play enough games for Liverpool throughout the season. He also struggled in the Champions League final after coming on for Mo Salah and did not make Englands 23-man squad for the 2018 World Cup.

He is the least likely on this list to leave Liverpool and probably wont, but it may be better for him and his career to do so.

#6 Daniel Sturridge.

When Liverpool signed Daniel Sturridge for £12 million in 2013, it looked to be an absolute steal. It turned out that way at first, as Sturridge scored more than 20 goals in the 2013-14 season.

Luis Suarez left Liverpool that summer and Sturridge assumed the responsibilities of being Liverpools main striker. However, a series of injuries completely derailed his progress throughout the season.

He constantly faced injury problems over the next few years but was always capable of that one magic moment in a game. He enjoyed a decent second half to the 2015-16 season under Jurgen Klopp, where he got some important goals for the Reds.

He played a big part in Liverpool reaching the Europa League final that season. His goal in the final against Sevilla was also well-taken. As Klopp settled in at Anfield, Roberto Firmino became his first choice striker.

Sturridge was left struggling for game time and competing with the likes of Divock Origi, Dominick Solanke and Danny Ings for a place on the Liverpool bench. His days as a top striker are likely behind him, as all of his injuries have taken a massive toll on him.

Hopefully, he finds a Premier League club in the summer, where he can play regularly and make an impact.

63rd Memorial Day ceremony held at Daejeon National Cemetery - Duration: 2:09.

Today June 6th, is South Korea's Memorial Day, and a ceremony was held this morning

at Daejeon National Cemetery.

Thousands of people were present to remember the sacrifice that soldiers and patriotic

martyrs made for the country.

Our Hong Yoo reports on the details of the memorial ceremony.

With a sound of a siren and a 21-gun artillery salute, Koreans observed a moment of silence

to pay tribute to the fallen heroes who had sacrificed their lives for the nation.

This year's memorial ceremony was held at Daejeon National Cemetery for the first time

in 19 years-- the last time being 1999.

The government chose the cemetery as location for the 63rd Memorial Day ceremony to show

that it aims to take care of everyone who has died for the nation, no matter what their

field.

Daejeon National Cemetery is the final resting place of people from a wide range of fields,

from firefighters and civil servants to Dokdo volunteer soldiers and other patriots.

I was serving my military duty during the Battle of Yeonpyeong.

So I come here every year to pay silent tribute to my comrades who died on duty.

I came for volunteer work.

I thought it would be a significant occasion to volunteer for because memorial day is a

day to remember those who sacrificed their lives for us.

Over 120 thousand martyrs, patriots and prominent figures, including one former president, have

been buried at the Daejeon National Cemetery, which was established in 1979.

After some performances to commemorate Memorial day, a special memorial ceremony took place

this year for the three firefighters who died while on duty last March.

This year's ceremony was titled "428030, In the Name of Republic of Korea, We Will Remember

You".

The number 428030 represents the total number of fallen heroes buried in the all ten national

cemeteries across the country.

And like that title, today Koreans remember that the freedom they sometimes take for granted

could never have been realized without the sacrifices of the fallen heroes who came before

them.

Best Vegetarian & Vegan Protein Powders 4 Great, Meat Free Options - Duration: 10:01.

Best vegetarian and vegan protein powders for great meat free options

protein powder for vegetarians and vegans a few reviews

it's a good time to be uh

Vegetarian most restaurants have a few good meat free options on their menus these days and people are much more

Accepting one of the most common questions I am asked is how do you get your protein?

People need not be concerned with a balanced diet getting a good amount of protein is effortless

The only time in which a supplement is a good idea is if you're an athlete or attending a gym

Supplemental powders are a fantastic idea to ensure that your body has all the building blocks

It needs a good protein powder for a vegan or vegetarian

Is a prudent choice for a regular athlete the best vegetarian and vegan?

Protein powders are jam-packed with complete protein in an easily digestible

form, they taste great and they're easy to mix into a smoothie or drink this article will investigate a few of the

best protein powders for vegetarians on the market today

We'll be specifically reviewing options that are safe for those with meat free diet restrictions, but furthermore

We'll be placing an emphasis on powders that mix easily and taste great

identifying the best protein powders for vegetarians

If you're planning to get a protein powder to supplement your diet and you're a vegan or a vegetarian

Or have some other form of restricted diet. I'd encourage you to research a product carefully

Don't just trust that since it says vegetarian on the front that it's safe for you to eat

the veggie friendliness depends on a few factors

ovo-lacto

Ingredients in actual fact many of the popular powders for sale today are not directly meat derived

The favorite sources of protein seem to be soy whey and egg

That's fine

If you're an overlock toe vegetarian, but if you prefer to avoid milk or egg products, it's not a good choice for you

Whey is a milk derived protein egg is obviously farmed from a chicken?

I definitely recommend squinting at that

ingredients label and discerning where the protein is sourced from if you aren't sure of a particular ingredient google it

Gluten intolerance. I'm not a big believer in mild gluten allergies, but I know celiac is a real and serious health issue

Whatever your position if you're avoiding gluten, you should again read the label carefully

Some of the best vegetarian protein powders around have gluten in them. I will do my best to identify

ingredients in each of the following vegan vegetarian protein powder reviews

So you'll know if it's the right supplement for you

true vitality

Tasty and vegan if you're hoping to track down a protein powder for vegans that combines great taste easy

mixing and good value

This is a good place to start this protein powder by Green Foods has just about everything

You'd want in a supplement. Let's start with the primary nutritional ingredients

This powder uses a mixture of pee rice and hemp protein

offering several dense sources of nutrition all

vegan

The mixture also includes a lot of other things besides the raw protein

Including Spruill ena several different probiotic strains and natural cocoa for the flavoring

It's also like a vitamin pill

containing

100% of our daily requirement of vitamin A C D

b12 and many others it's also a good source of calcium and magnesium as

for brasstacks

It has 15 grams of protein from a three scoop 51 grams serving size with just under

140 calories

The result is a well-balanced shake that mixes quite well and offers a fairly good

Supplemental base for any kind of athlete it doesn't have this strange aftertaste of egg or whey mixes, which is a really nice thing

I'd mix it with either water or almond milk

Personally one thing to note the website states that it doesn't include a complete blend of amino acids

So be sure that this isn't your sole protein source in your diet

protein from pumpkins vegan-friendly

Protein from pumpkins. You heard, right?

This is a very interesting product from Omega nutrition based out of Washington State

Unlike many of the other options on the market. This powder comes without any bells and whistles

It doesn't have any added flavoring and it can be blended in with just about anything

It's one of the best vegetarian protein

Powders on the market because it has a very mild taste so you can add it to a smoothie or a shake without the taste

Overpowering your enjoyment of the drink it is also one of the least bulky protein supplements around what do I mean by that?

Each scoop is very small

In fact a full serving of the powder is a mere 15 grams in weight

That makes it easy to add two most drinks

Anecdotally, this powder doesn't seem to cause the same bloated and gassy feeling that milk based offerings do what's in it

The protein is derived from hog pumpkin seed

That means each serving of one point five scoops contains nine point five grams of protein and a mirror

55 calories it has no additives or flavorings

So you'll want to add it to almond milk or something similar if you prefer taste with 18 amino acids

It's a complete gluten-free protein source to light easily digestible and highly nutritious

This is among the top vegan vegetarian friendly protein powders around today brown rice protein

tasty gluten free and

Vegetarian you've probably heard that brown rice is good for you. Did you know is also a great protein source

growing naturals No

and they've taken advantage of the healthy nutrition that brown rice has to offer with this protein powder for vegans and veggies if

You're someone who has had upset stomach or digestive issues after consuming a protein shake

You might want to give this one look it is very digestible

Not gritty or chalky and it has a light flavor. That isn't overpowering

Growing naturals use a sprouted rice grain for its powder that reduces potential stomach irritation

What's more this powder is certified gluten free and celiac friendly and talked about density

each 34 gram scoop of this stuff contains a whopping 24 grams of protein along with

120 calories it is sweetened with stevia

So you won't get that spike and crash that many of the glucose heavy powders suffer from on the whole

This is a mixable tasty and mild vegetarian and vegan protein powder with among the best protein

density on the market hemp based protein a superfood

One of the hands-down best protein powders for vegetarians and vegans

Is anything derived from heme?

you probably know him best from its use in rope and textiles or perhaps it's

Taxonomic relation to a certain plant that gets a lot of press the fact is hemp

Specifically hemp parts are a fabulous source of nutrition and they're considered a superfood

Nutritionally speaking hemp is a dense source of protein in this form each serving of 3

tablespoons contains 15 grams of protein in

Addition. It's a great source of fiber with 30 percent of your recommended daily intake it contains

Almost no fat and it has 90 calories per serving. So it's nice choice for anyone seeking a lean protein source

One thing to note this stuff has a flavor

it tastes like you'd expect a health food would a very green taste that takes some getting used to

I do recommend mixing it in with a smoothie in a blender and you will want to add flavors and sweetener to make it palatable

Cinnamon and honey are a wonderful way to improve it

It is an acquired taste and you'll gradually learn to love it in terms of bang for your buck

This is one of the top vegetarian or vegan protein powders

You'll find especially since it doesn't come in fancy packaging or anything

Definitely a top contender for the title, and I'd give it a chance

What about natural sources? You can obviously get a good amount of protein in your diet from natural sources

It's far easier to get a meat-free complete protein in your diet than most non

Vegetarians think it usually involves combining two different foods that contain partial amino acid groups

these complimentary nutritional sources don't

Necessarily have to be eaten together as long as you eat enough

incomplete proteins to form a complete one throughout the day you're good in

Most cases a dairy and the grain will combine to form all the essential amino acids your body needs

There are many other combinations and I won't get into them all today

Suffice it to say that if you have a varied diet and you include lots of color in each meal

You'll be in pretty good shape
