Trump Recorded Campaign Robocall For Roy Moore - Trump News - Duration: 2:13.
Trump Recorded Campaign Robocall For Roy Moore - Trump News
Donald Trump agreed to record a campaign robocall supporting GOP Alabama Senate candidate Roy
Moore that will be dialed into homes the day before the special election, Politico reported.
The initial report, citing an unnamed source, was confirmed Saturday by deputy White House
press secretary Raj Shah, according to CNN, which said the call had already been recorded.
It is not known what the president said about Moore in the recording, but the call will
be sent out Monday.
The special election to fill the seat left open by Attorney General Jeff Sessions is
Dec. 12.
Despite several accusations of sexual misconduct against Moore, Trump came out fully in support
of the candidate on Monday, tweeting: "We need his vote" in the Senate.
In the most damning accusation against Moore, Leigh Corfman told The Washington Post that
Moore, who was in his 30s at the time, removed her clothing and groped her when she was just
14 years old.
Moore has denied all the accusations.
Trump hasn't yet hit the streets in Alabama to campaign for Moore.
But he urged people to get out and vote for Moore at a rally Friday in Pensacola, Florida,
which is close to the Alabama border.
The progressive organization American Bridge 21st Century parked a truck outside the rally
sporting a large ad quoting daughter Ivanka Trump's take on Moore: "There's a special
place in hell for those who prey on children."
Despite Trump's support for Moore, several Republicans have called for him to drop out
of the race because of the accusations against him.
House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) reiterated Thursday that he believes Moore should have
stepped aside.
"I think he should have dropped out," Ryan told reporters.
"I stand by what I said before."
Trump also recorded a robocall for Republican Ed Gillespie in the Virginia gubernatorial
race last month.
Gillespie lost.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Drops A Bomb: "Donald Trump Could Be The Greatest President In History". - Duration: 4:37.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Drops A Bomb: "Donald Trump Could Be The Greatest President In History".
Former President John F. Kennedy's nephew, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., made it extremely clear
how he felt about America's new leader earlier this year.
During an interview with Leftist CNN, Kennedy made a statement that would leave Democrats
in shock and dismay.
Kennedy was quoted saying "Donald Trump could be the greatest president in history
if he wanted to, he could easily be the next Teddy Roosevelt."
It's pretty incredible to have heard a Kennedy say something like this directly to CNN.
Clearly the nephew of John F. Kennedy admires President Trump for some pretty specific reasons.
Kennedy went on to say, "well, I think Donald Trump can be, you know, any kind of president
he wants.
He's actually — he has this extraordinary opportunity because he's coming into office
less burdened by obligation than probably any president in our history with the possible
exception of Andrew Jackson."
He continued, "and you know, both of them, Jackson and Trump came in, they were — people
were sickened, they were outraged when Jackson came in and they thought it was the end of
the world and he became a — unless you were an American-Indian, he became a very good
president in defending the country against corporate power and really democratizing America
in many ways."
I think he's onto something.
He explained, "Trump does not have obligations, he could really be an extraordinary president."
And it doesn't end there.
He had even more to say in praise of President Trump.
Kennedy stated, "you know, I think he can do anything he wants because he is not — he
is not bound by ideology.
He is less bound by ideology than any president probably that we've had this century.
He said to Leonardo DiCaprio the other day that he wanted to be the next Teddy Roosevelt,
and he can easily do that."
"I think he can be any kind of president he wants.
I think he could be the greatest president in history if he wanted to," he concluded.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s words may not be enough to change the minds of all Democrats,
but he has had have made an impact on the Democratic community.
His words are encouraging rather than discouraging like most people's comments these days.
It's nice to see some support for President Trump after all he's been doing for our
country.
How refreshing to see someone who is regarded so highly speaking well of President Trump
after all the negative media attention he's received.
CNS News Reported:
Kennedy said, "Well, I think Donald Trump can be, you know, any kind of president he
wants.
He's actually — he has this extraordinary opportunity because he's coming into office
less burdened by obligation than probably any president in our history with the possible
exception of Andrew Jackson."
"And you know, both of them, Jackson and Trump came in, they were — people were sickened,
they were outraged when Jackson came in and they thought it was the end of the world and
he became a — unless you were an American-Indian, he became a very good president in defending
the country against corporate power and really democratizing America in many ways," said
Kennedy.
Trump does not have obligations, he said, and if Trump cares about history, "he could
really be an extraordinary president."
Kennedy further said that Americans want the idealistic and positive leadership that they
saw in JFK and they also want the country to "get rid of this bullying and this bellicose,
pugnacious foreign policy."
"Do you think Trump can do that?" said CNN's Lemon.
Kennedy answered.
"I think he can do that.
You know, I think he can do anything he wants because he is not — he is not bound by ideology.
He is less bound by ideology than any president probably that we've had this century."
"He said to Leonardo DiCaprio the other day that he wanted to be the next Teddy Roosevelt,
and he can easily do that," said Kennedy.
Lemon then said, "I just have about 10 seconds here, but do you think the new Kennedys, do
you think that's a fair comparison?"
Kennedy said, "Like I said, I think he can be any kind of president he wants.
I think he could be the greatest president in history if he wanted to."
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., 63, is a liberal Democrat who specializes in environmental law.
He is the son of the late-RFK and nephew to the late-JFK and to Sen. Ted Kennedy, who
died in 2009.

Google Doodle On Robert Koch: Know The Founder Of Modern Bacteriology | CaCao TV - Duration: 8:02.
Google Doodle On Robert Koch: Know The Founder Of Modern Bacteriology
Google Doodle On Robert Koch: Know The Founder Of Modern BacteriologyRobert Koch Google Doodle: Google celebrates his Nobel Prize win in the field of medicineNEW DELHI: Today, Google pays tribute to Dr Robert Heinrich Hermann Kochs historical win with a Google Doodle, by illustrating the original medium he used to isolate bacterial cells: potato slices.
Another famous tribute illustrated on the Google Doodle is the famous Petri dish, developed by Dr Kochs own assistant, Julius Richard Petri.
Dr Robert Koch was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in year 1905 for his investigations and discoveries in relation to tuberculosis. Dr Robert Koch was born in Clausthal in Hanover, Germany on December 11, 1843.
It was right at the age of five that he started to show signs of brilliance. At this young age, Dr Koch announced to his parents that he had taught himself to read with the aid of newspapers.
According to a profile published on American Academy of Arts & Sciences journal, Dr Robert Koch was at first intended to be a tradesman, but later was allowed to carry out his own desire, which was to study medicine.
In April, 1862, at the age of eighteen, he entered the University of Gottingen, and devoted himself to the study of mathematics, physics and botany. The physiologist, Meissner, and the pathologist, Henle had a special influence upon him during his stay here.
In 1876, at the age of 33, Dr Robert Koch was engaged in private practice in Bomst in Wollstein, a little town of 4,000 inhabitants, and also held the post of Kreisphysikus, a position roughly equivalent to that of part-time medical officer.
It was a position more unfavourable to do research activities, but Dr Koch worked in such time as he could spare from his other duties, with very limited equipment, without any assistance, in isolation from other investigators, and with no library facilities.
It was under these conditions that he succeeded in working out the life-history of the anthrax bacillus.
According to The British Medical Journal, Dr Robert Kochs scientific reputation was established by this discovery, but he continued to combine general practice and bacteriological research until 1880, when he was called to the Kaiserlich Gesundheitsamt in Berlin.

In Berlin, he had adequate time and equipment for research, and was amidst a circle of other brilliant investigators, including Friedrich Loeffler and Georg Theodor August Gaffky. In these favourable surroundings, Dr.
Koch became one of the leaders in the rapid advance of the new science of bacteriology. In 1882, BMJ says, he discovered the tubercle bacillus, possibly the chief single discovery of his career.
Dr Robert Koch himself always regarded his investigations on tuberculosis as the most important portion of his lifes work.
In 1883, Robert Koch was sent to Egypt and India to investigate cholera, and succeeded in demonstrating that the comma bacillus was the causal agent.
In 1890 he created a great sensation by declaring that he had discovered substances which would arrest the growth of the tubercle bacillus, not only in the test tubes, but also in the living body.
From boyhood he had had a keen desire to travel, and during the last fifteen years of his life he was able to gratify this passion to the full, for nearly half his time was spent in the tropical centres of disease.
He visited practically every tropical country in Africa and Asia, investigating diseases both of animals and men.
In International Tuberculosis Congress in London in 1901, he caused a great deal of surprise by announcing that human and bovine tuberculosis were separate forms, and that bovine tuberculosis was practically harmless to man, says BMJ.
This conclusion gave rise to long controversy, and though the distinction between the two strains is now generally accepted, the belief that the bovine is not injurious to man is known to be incorrect.
Robert Koch didnt believe there was a connection between TB in humans and animals, but he was not entirely correct, says nobelprize. org.
In 1904 Koch retired from the post of director of the Institute for Infectious Disease, a post he had held for thirteen years; he continued to work, however, and in 1906 went to East Africa to investigate sleeping sickness.
He died in 1910 at the age of 67. The mere recital of Kochs chief discoveries indicates better than anything else the dominant part he played in the development of bacteriology.
Kochs characteristics were those necessary for the successful investigator - patience, a strong will and great persistence.
The earlier part of his career was marked by such definite and clear-cut results in all his published papers that the scientific world was ready to accept the claims attributed to him as to the effects to be expected from the use of tuberculin.
His personality was modest and unassuming, his diction, in conversation, simple, clear and convincing, H. Ernst wrote in an American Academy of Arts & Sciences journal article.
It is worth discussing Robert Kochs life and his contribution to medicine, especially when it comes to his role in producing research that proved diseases like anthrax, tuberculosis and cholera were caused by germs.
It is for this reason that Google celebrates Dr Kochs Nobel Prize win for his ground-breaking research with a quirky Google Doodle.

Google Doodle Celebrates German Physician Robert Koch, the Founder of Modern Bacteriology
Well known for identifying the specific causative agents of tuberculosis, cholera, and anthrax, while providing experimental support for the concept of infectious disease, Kochs lived during the mid-19th century.
He was born in Clausthal in Hanover, Germany on December 11, 1843, and died on May 27, 1910, in Baden-Baden, Germany.
The son of a mining engineer, Koch had apparently announced to his parents that at the age of five that he had taught himself to read, thanks to newspapers.
He developed a new experimental method to test whether a particular micro-organism is the cause of a disease. Interestingly, his assistant, Julius Richard Petri, developed the Petri dish, making the observation of bacteria easier.
The physicians research led to the creation of Koch's postulates, a series of four generalised principles linking specific micro-organisms to specific diseases that even today are considered the gold standard in medical microbiology.
