This is a micro build of a windmill.

The prop does not spin.

This build mainly just sits here and looks pretty.

This would look good in a micro city.

So we have a ride to get ourselves to the Windmill.

Hi this is vijaya & welcome to vijaya's recipes.

Today we'll make Udipi special Manglorian Dosa recipe i,e Neer Dosa

Which is very easy to make, requires very less ingredients & get ready instantly

So let's make Neer Dosa

To make Neer Dosa we have soaked 2 Cup Rice for 8 hours

Further we strain their water and grind it smoothly

While grating Rice we've added 1 Cup grated Coconut and grated it smoothly as well

Here we have grinded Dosa Batter

Cooking Oil for making Dosa, Water & Salt

Let's make Neer Dosa

After grinding Dosa Batter we've added Salt in it

Now we'll make Neer Dosa

Batter seems thick so we'll some water in it

Since in Neer Dosa the batter should be in flowing consistency so we've added more water in it

We've turn on the flame and place the non stick pan to heat up

Sprinkle 1 tsp Cooking Oil on the pan

Grease the pan with tissue paper

Flame should be medium and we'll cover it

Take off the lid after 2 hours

Our Neer Dosa is ready and it need not to flip on the other side

Fold the Neer Dosa twice while serving it

Similarly we'll prepare all the remaining Neer Dosa

Cover it with the lid

Here we've our Neer Dosa ready & we've served it with Coconut Chutney

I have a question.

I have a client that I've had for almost a year now and she is not the most pleasant

client to work for.

However, I have taken your advice in the past and put myself in more "a shark tank", so

that has been very helpful and encouraging.

But she has also bought another dog about five months ago, so it's been more hair and

just more clean up.

But I'm also to the point where I do need to do some price increases.

I have never done that before, so I would like some direction.

I'm not sure if there's a standard letter that I should submit.

I'm not sure if she's going to get offended, or dispute, or possibly decide that she no

longer wants my services.

But in any event, it's just something I feel I need to do, so I would really appreciate

because, guess what?

They are the ones that are going to have to write the bigger checks than the ones they

are writing now.

So, what do you say to a customer who is going to get a price increase from you?

to this effect:

"Hey, I've really enjoyed working with you in business, and cleaning your house, and

What you're going to do is you're going to give them a month notice.

You're going to send out a letter to all of your customers and you're going to say something

such and such a day, 20%" (or whatever the amount is that you're going to increase it by.)

"Hey, I've really enjoyed working with you in business, and cleaning your house, and

servicing your home, and working with your family, and all of these things.

Due to inflation and the rising costs of doing business, I'm increasing my prices, effective

"So, if you have any questions, starting after this day, this will be your new price."

If you charge by the hour or you charge by the job, you'll figure out what the price

is you want to increase.

But we'll say 20% for sake of argument.

The price is going to be different from every person based on the contract you have with

Like, that's so much money.

Compared to what?

There are people that go and spend $250 to $400 getting their hair done.

Compared to what?

If this is a service that you want, this is the new price.

Okay, we're not back in the 1970s.

This is not a price that gets to stay around forever.

Prices increase, like the price of gas, and the price of food, and the price of electricity,

and the price of water, and the price of housing, and the price of schooling.

Everything raises its price.

After a while, so do you.

It's just a part of life.

We place way too much importance on it.

We're afraid what people are going to think of us and that they're going to hate us because

we raised our prices.

Then they're going to drop off like fleas and they're going to go find somebody cheaper.

Maybe some of them will.

Oh my goodness.

What if that happens?

Well, guess what?

Nothing happens, so you just replace them with another customer and you're going to

replace them with a higher price.

Boom.

You still got your higher price.

Customers are a revolving door.

Yes, they're going to go find somebody new, but not all of them.

There are customers that are loyal to you and they'll say, "Wow, that's a lot of money.

I guess I'll have to come up with more money."

They come up with more money when the gas prices go up, or when grocery prices go up,

or when they get a bigger water bill, or a bigger electrical bill than they expect.

They come up with the money somehow.

Now, they got to come up with the money for housecleaning.

Yeah, there will be people that cancel your service, but not all of them will.

Don't place so much importance on raising the price.

It's not the end of the world.

Part of doing business.

So, cut out the emotional end of it, because it's not an emotional thing.

It's a business decision.

If a customer's like all angry, like, "Oh, you raised my price."

I know, right?

And own it.

Totally own it.

Yeah, my bills went up, too.

My electrical bills went up, too.

My grocery bill went up, too.

My doctor bills went up, too.

My kids are growing, yeah.

They need expensive things.

Until we meet again,
