Youtube daily May 14 2018

Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles by ~Aphexx~ )

So today

I wanna talk about the T-shirt I'm wearing and how it relates to my health as well

and I've been thinkin' that I'd wear this shirt whenever I talk about matters that deal with my health

. And so......... what are we gonna be talking about?.....

tadaa.... Results of my health check up

and so.... I'm getting old AF... am I ok eating like this all the time?

"you gonna die" is what a lot of people tell me in the comment sections

And just recently I started to exercise a bit more in order to keep me eating as I do

And so I walk at least 30 minutes every day

and when I tell people this the usual reaction is them thinking that I've adopted an exercise plan for old geezers

I love going on walks and I'm not much of a gym rat

but well... when I was in China I made use of the gym in my hotel

I get lost so easily so I was afraid to walk around over there

while I'm back here at home I try to take my daily walks

A N D keep eating like I do all the time

well... I've been thinking about taking a day off every week or so

well anyways that's a matter for another time I keep on getting all flood of comments asking whether I

just gave up on my diet plan

I DID NOT GIVE UP ON MY D I E T

I didn't change how much I've eaten at all I know I've said it so many times over and over again

but in order to not change how much I eat and keep on with my eating career I've added a bit of exercise

and so these results have......

its been a month since I took it...

and well I dunno if this pertains to my diet or not but anyways my results came BACK !!!!

and so.... what will the results of my health check be

tadaa all A's

Hearing test A

Respiratory examination A

Cardiovascular system A

Blood test A

Infectious disease test A

sugar/metabolism test A

lipid/metabolism test A

liver gall bladder liver... liv

whuh? liver gall bladder

kidney: urinary tract A

results of the consultation......

all A's Y'all

TYVM

My body is in top health

I was so hyped when I saw the results ALL A's

never seen any 5's show up on these tables

and so the results state that with all A's I'm in good health

and the overall diagnosis

regarding the results we believe the patient to be in good health

when I took these tests I went the previous night without any sleep at all

And when they took my blood pressure it was soo low

I was pretty worried that it would skew the results of my blood pressure

And thankfully I passed with flying colors

I'mm a go celebrate and eat ALL THE THINGS

Anyways living the way I do I manage to keep my all A's in regards to my health

And there are some people out there who don't eat like I do and watching what they eat

and still not get A's in their health report I gotta thank my mom for blessing me with

this super healthy body that I have and I totes love eating

and I'm giving it my all to keep eating the way I do

taking my daily walks and such ... but I... kinda do it because I love walking around

and since my health results from last year were all A's that means I got A's from the way I lived last year

and well.... I might rethink my life a bit if I got some less than stellar results but.....

we'll think about that another day because I'm currently in top form

I want to really thank all you guys who have been worrying about me... please, be at ease now

and lately if things are within an hours walk I make sure I walk to my destinations

and for those busy days that I couldn't get my walk in I squeeze that walk in at night

at least a 30 minute walk walking is so fun Y'all

I do have a route that I like to take all the time And sometimes there are big birds that I get to see

and sometimes I meet some cats Every walk is always so different and fun

and during rainy days I do my step machine exercise while watching movies and such

and so I think I have some extra time so I'll talk about another subject here

I received some tickets to this musical called 1789

This was my first time ever seeing a musical IT WAS AMAZING

I was so moved

movies are good and all but to see a performance live ....

its just on another level actors are so amazing I thought

their voices were so exquisite with such great acting and so pretty and cool

I keep on wondering how they can move around like that and not get out of breath

I totes loved all of it

I got to take some pics with these people

they were such nice people they were so handsome inside and out

they were just blessed so much

it was so embarrassing getting a pic taken with them

I kept feeling like the portly pig standing next to these fabulously handsome guys

well.... anyways....

it was so wonderful they were one a bit of a hiatus after I saw them and

it seems as though they are making some appearances in osaka and fukuoka

and Keiko the person I went to see this with was saying she wanted to see them in those cities as well again

osaka and fukuoka are such fun places filled with such yummy foods to eat

I love going on vaycay

well anyways I talked about a lot of things today

and so anyways I wanted to tell you the results of my health checkup

and so to look after my health I won't be doing any eating today... sorry peeps

TYVM to all the people who worried about my health

I'll do my best to stay healthy

well its for my own reasons... YES but if it might be for you guys as well that would make me happy

I'm so happy to have all of you who love the way I eat

and haven't gone to bed yet so thats why my voice is so raspy right now

World War three threat Iran plans to overwhelm and destroy Israel former

general warns Iran is maneuvering to overwhelm Israel's missile defense

systems in a strike on multiple fronts former General Jack Keane has warned as

fears grow tensions could spiral into World War 3 Iran plans to strike Israel

from positions in Syria and Lebanon a defense analyst has warned as

hostilities between the two countries threatened to spark World War 3 retired

American four-star general and chairman of the Institute for the studio or Jack

Keane was talking to Fox news about the febrile situation in the Middle East as

tensions ramped up following the USA's withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal

mr. Keane said Syria for Iran is a strategic anchor in the region it's from

there that they really want to gain more influence and domination of the

countries in the area case in point here is Israel for months

now the Iranians have been conducting a military buildup in southern and

southwestern Syria with the single purpose in mind of encroaching on

Israel's sovereignty and their security what they really want to do is replicate

what they've done in Lebanon where Hezbollah have in their hands 1 30000

plus rockets and missiles capable of reaching Tel Aviv and Jerusalem they

want to do that in southern Syria and put the infrastructure in there to do

that so it would overwhelm Israel's missile defense system because they

would be swarming at them from multiple directions mr. keen added this is

serious stuff what Iran is up to they certainly want to undermine the

government of Israel create instability in the country and eventually in time

destroy it simmering tensions between Israel and Iran escalated this week

following President Donald Trump's decision to pull the USA out of the Iran

nuclear deal on Tuesday following the move the u.s. reimplemented heavy

sanctions against Iran including on six individuals and three companies the

administration says has channeled millions of dollars to the Iranian

Revolutionary Guards elite Israel launched airstrikes against

dozens of Iranian targets in Syria on Thursday after Iranian forces fired

around 20 rockets into the Israeli controlled Golan Heights the Israeli

Defense Force said in a statement that it views this event with great severity

and remains prepared for a wide variety of scenarios Israeli Prime Minister

Benjamin Netanyahu said the Iranians declare their intention to attack us

they are trying to transfer forces and deadly weapons there with the explicit

goal of attacking the State of Israel as part of their strategy to destroy the

State of Israel Iran insists it needs the ability to strike Israel as a

deterrent to threats against its territory Israeli hardliners among them

mr. Netanyahu have previously advocated airstrikes to destroy its nuclear

DEFEAT YOUR ENFP DARK SIDE - Getting Back To BEING YOU - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 11:08.

Hey Dan here and this morning I read a comment on one of the YouTube videos the

ENFP darkside what happens to us ENFPS under stress that was a great question

and brings up a really good topic so making a video about it here question

was or the comment and leading into the question was that yes this happened to

me where I became more of an S and an N and became more of an introvert when I'm

actually me and FP now the stress is gone but the effects of my on my

personality are still there what can I do to be a normal ENFP again this is

such an awesome question because it makes me feel like an idiot for not

covering this and anytime you can make me feel like an idiot you have one so

behavioral change is so much more about patterns and habits than it is about

what's in her head I know I'm a guy who talked to all about psychology and this

channel is often about feelings and emotions and you know thought processes

the reality is when you look at what actually creates behavioral change and

in my own experience you know making behavioral changes making changes of my

confidence or in my health or ever else it always comes down to action do things

make changes there's a soul sane and personal development act as ass and as

corny as it sounds maybe it's so true act as it so if you want to start

feeling like you're in a better mood yes of course there's medications you could

take you could exercise more you could spend more time with positive people do

all that stuff but also when people say how's your day going say pretty awesome

give them a smile and act as if you're having a great day pretty soon you will

actually notice the changes as simple as it sounds it works and so if you've been

under a period of a lot of stress so then you started acting more introverted

perhaps more like if you already in a fee right acting more introverted or you

started acting no more like an S type that behavior has become habitual so

it's not who you are at your core but it's become who you act like and the

best way to change that is going to be start being to just change

your actual behavior and go through some basic exercises to do that so let's look

it be extroverted side right you're acting introverted you're

naturally wired to be more of an extrovert how can you make a change I

would just come up with a list of like three things you can do that

thinking back you used to do when you were more extroverted right so maybe

it's say hi to people in the elevator maybe it's attend a social event every

week and maybe it starts a small talk with the barista at Starbucks figure out

for you what are those three things right what are three things I would do

if I was extroverted I know you're not extroverted right now you're introverted

I know I know but just pretend you were extroverted or think back to when you

were come up with these three things and do those for the next week and let me

know in the comment how that affects you just acting as if you were that way

doing those behaviors it might feel stupid you're at Starbucks you say I

don't feel like talking this barista you know Dan says you have to talk to the

barista see what happened when you start acting more extroverted how that affects

your behavior now in terms of the acting more like an asset a sensor rather than

an intuitive and and on the myers-briggs I don't exactly know I'm kind of

guessing on some things here maybe getting back just some like read some

ENFP philosophers Alan Watts is one of my favorite read some books or watch

some movies that are more like Philosopher's little Mustapha cool big

picture that sort of stuff that would be one of my go to write the food for

thought what you're putting into your mind so books movies podcasts videos

like this that maybe are more about the intuitive stuff the big-picture stuff

and all that and that may help some influence the other way could just be

asking yourself from time to time like maybe set an alarm on your phone three

times a day to say am i caught up in the weaves am i being a bit more of a sensor

right now or am I being intuitive am I thinking more on that side of things a

intuitive side and just ask yourself like if I was being

really intuitive how would I behave right now questions I'll do another

video on this at some point the power of asking questions and how we can use

questions to redirect our emotions and change how we feel and all that they're

very powerful so asking yourself just if I was being more intuitive how would I

behave differently right now what would I be thinking about what would I be

doing and see how that also affects your behavior and this is a part of the video

where I'll get into some old school dance stories so if you've been watching

my videos to the end this is where the payoff is I the love this topic of

action is it and behaving in the way that you would like to be it kind of

ties in with the video I did recently the one piece of advice that changed my

life thumbnails like how I got my dream girl

that advice of what kind of person would you need to be to get the kind of

partner you want to have right same way you can think of acting if I was that

person what would I do in that moment years ago year two years ago I had a

personal development newsletter that I started up well more of like a newspaper

and in-person thing in Vancouver and one of the articles I wrote to the very

first paper talked about running on the sea wall so in Vancouver we're on an

ocean and you can run all around the ocean it's sort of like there's a bay

and there's ocean and that is it's quite beautiful that two months of the year

it's not raining and so I start about running on that and there was a bunch of

garbage that was thrown down so the sea wall you're like running here the oceans

here there's maybe like five meters there and somewhere along with slam

there were some garbage and I ran by it thinking like someone should pick that

up because it's plastic it's gonna get in the ocean and then there's all that

you know sea lions dolphins and everything else and I hate when people

wait plastic and throw it in the ocean all that kind of stuff right so I'm

running by and my thought is someone should pick that up and it was maybe a

few more paces where I was like ah I'm not someone I've got to do it right so

it was sort of reluctant because I knew I was gonna get garbage on my hand I was

possibly gonna slip kind of climbing down this thing and fall into the ocean

and crack my head open or drown or something but I knew it was the right

thing to do and there's something I found often is

if we really ask ourselves what's the right thing to do we know what it is and

then we can do it and so that was the mindset there that I had adopted was

like what is the right thing to do and then just do that do the thing that you

wished everyone would do and that will not only make the world a better place

blah blah blah but it will change your own behavior if you want to become a

nicer person and I don't know why you would it's kind of boring but if you

want to be a nicer person just do nicer things

ask yourself five times a day what would a nice person do now right my mom does

something like this with when she's driving like letting someone in at least

once a day doing like her good deed right it actually makes a lot of sense

whatever it is you want to do in terms of your behavior just get an image in

your mind of what that kind of person would do what is the right thing or the

brave thing or the adventurous thing whatever that changes you on making your

behavior ask yourself that question throughout the day you know what would I

do if I was brave what would I do if I was taras Matic whatever it is and then

behave that way and it will affect your behavior obviously in the moment if

you're behaving that way to affect your behavior but what very quickly happens

is it affects your habits it affects your patterns of behavior and then it

ultimately affects how you think of like how you think in general and how you

think of yourself which is really interesting so your self

image at all times is like being re-evaluated based on your action right

so you've got this little part of your brain that's thinking about who you are

right so I'm walking around the day and I have me as I'm kind of being and then

I have the part of my brain that's like judging me right so if you behave like a

piece of crap you know you treat people bad you litter you let's say that you're

at a restaurant and the server gives you too much change and you don't mention it

yeah their mistake not mine in the moment maybe it doesn't bug you too much

but in the back of your mind something like you're a piece of crap today then

you should have done the right thing you did it and over time that little

judgment box in the back of your head that forms your self-image there is like

no dad's a piece of crap he doesn't get server back their money or whatever it

is right he doesn't pick up that garbage on the other hand if you do this little

part in the back your brain is like Dan you're not a good person right but

you're walking around and you're like picking up some plastic someone left and

you're returning money someone dropped on the street and you're helping an old

lady with her bags and suddenly that part in the back of the main brain of

your brain it's like wanna say you're a piece of crap Dan but kind of acting

like an awesome dude so I guess you're an awesome dude and then suddenly that

part of your brain is telling you like hey Dan you're an awesome dude keep up

the good work and it changes your self-image it sounds

ridiculous it sounds too simple maybe we're too crazy but I'm telling you this

is how we're wired and this stuff won't work so that's ultimately what it comes

down to is when you change your behavior you then rewire yourself the beginning

of behavioral change is really hard because those habits have become

ingrained sometimes right and so that's why they become habit that's why you've

continuously been feeling introverted even though you're extroverted because

it becomes habitual so initially you need a stupid video like this telling

you like do it do it do it you know giving you a little momentum a little

motivation to actually start doing it but you'll be surprised how easy it

becomes to keep the behavior change once you do it for a couple days or a couple

weeks and it just becomes more of habitual and once it's habitual it

actually becomes who you are and once it's who you are and how other people

see you and how you see yourself then it just becomes permanent you don't have to

do anything about it because it's just who you are I'm gonna stop now because
