Youtube daily May 14 2018

Hey guys.

This video took a little longer than expected because my graphic card failed and I had to

get a replacement.

Now that it's done, I can finish up the Google Home review.

Been using it for about 2 weeks, I have to say I'm pretty happy with the Google Home.

As of today, a new Google store is now available online in SG which is pretty awesome.

Previously we had to resort to importers to get Google products but now it will be easier

to get your hands on them.

Just last month, Google Home and Home Mini was released in SG, it's pretty much similar

to the Google Now on your mobile device.

These 2 products are designed to fit in homes with voice activated speaker.

With a simple 'Okay Google', you can get answers, turn up music, manage everyday activities

and control compatible smart devices around your home.

The Google Home Mini has a pretty simple design, fabric top with rubber feet to keep it in place.

As for connections, there is a micro USB port with a on/off mute button.

At the top, there are 4 LED lights that show the volume and it lights up when you speak to it.

There are also 2 sensors on the left and right that controls the volume, playback media and

stop a ringing alarm or timer.

If you wish to reset, press and hold on the circle at the bottom.

Speaker wise, it's pretty loud across the room but does lack some punch.

As for Google Home, it's a more futuristic design with a touch surface at the top, fabric

on the bottom half and also rubber feet below.

At the bottom is the power port, on the side is the Power status light and a mute button.

Flanking the touch surface is 2 microphones.

It's pretty simple to control the touch surface, swiping around controls the volume and tapping

in the middle controls the media and also stop alarm and timer.

Apart from using the voice you can also press and hold on the top to start your requests.

To factory reset it, press and hold on the mute button.

I like the sound from the Google Home more than the Home Mini.

You can also set the volume using your voice.

It's pretty simple to set up, plug in the power, download Google Home

and follow the steps.

It didn't take long for it to be up and running.

You can set calendar events that syncs to your Calendar app.

Setting a timer.

Checking weather

Checking traffic conditions to a location.

You can also play music like Spotify and even stream music using multiple Speakers in the

same WiFi network.

With Google ChromeCast, you can turn your TV into a smart TV.

You can cast or ask Google Home to play Netflix or search for YouTube on your big TV.

The ability to integrate with other smart devices like Philips Hue lights and TP Link

device improves quality of life.

Simply using your voice to control lights and electronics are like a dream come true.

With more brands like Xiaomi adding more products that is compatible with Google Home, we consumers

will have more to choose from.

So far it's been lots of fun playing around with Google Home and I highly recommend to

anyone who is thinking of giving it a try.

There will definitely be more updates on both Google Assistant and future products, and

I think it's a good investment to make our home a smart one.

That's all for this video I hope you enjoyed it

and see you guys in the next one

Evernote leak, Gmail adds smart compose, Notion updates prices, Slack milestones & more... | Pulse - Duration: 5:23.

Hello everyone and welcome back to another week of the software pulse. So on this week's feature

We're now to be talking about a host of things all the way from Google to notion to slack and loads more

So do stay tuned for today's feature

You can always skip ahead to the news on the timestamp

Just before we delve in you guys can claim two months free Skillshare in description below

Skill share is the most popular courses and classes site

So it's definitely worth checking out cuz there's thousands of teachers there and great workshops. So do check that link inscription

so the first bit of news which I thought would be quite exciting to share is yesterday Google Drive officially announced a

Redesign they are updating the UI now, of course last week. We saw the Gmail redesign and this week

We are seeing a very similar UI

to the Google Drive

experience so we hear a couple of the

Screenshots and it definitely is looking a lot more streamline and fluid to use

Google said this is rolling out over the next three days to all Google suite and Google users

So do keep an eye out for now. Next up is the Google assistant duplex. Now, of course, we had Google i/o

2018 this week and of course Google shared a few exciting things now Google duplex

Which I've done a separate video on which should be out by the time this one's up

Google duplex is a pretty impressive way to use your assistant

Essentially you get this really smart the system if you ask them to do something like book a reservation

It can genuinely have a conversation with the actual staff member at the restaurant

It'll help you book your restaurant or even reservation and even schedule in your calendar, which is pretty impressive

Now this feature is not released yet and Google did demonstrate it, but it's definitely on the horizon for Google now

This wasn't the only AI focus thing that Google released on Io

They really smart compose a new AI

Experience inside of your email compose window allowing you to get a much more customized experience

when you start writing to someone it will

detect a disorder thing that you tend to write to them or

The style of like wording and things like that and it will help you to begin composing your email as you go

This is a super impressive feature and something that Google has been working on for a fair while and they do say this has been

Will be rolling out over the next couple of months now moving away from Google a little we have a bit of notion use

So notion have launched an updated free experience and a personal experience

now a huge thanks to Robert Bullock for jumping and

Sharing this one with me the new free experience allows you to have

1,000 block storage now which is the only modification and there is any personal experience which is half the price

$4 flat rate per month and that's for one member only unlimited storage

No file upload as well as the advanced missions and priority support

So this is a great addition for those who are using notion as a personal experience something

I've been been endorsing over the last couple of months now in other news with team communication slack has hit 8

million users and according to their statistics

3 million of those users are using it in the paid pricing, which is pretty impressive

Now slack is sort of going strength to strength. I definitely thought it would have more users in this but as you can imagine

This is obviously a collective figure and it's a very unique resource to some extent

Moleskin it the style of the week launched a nomad collection for their bagging

So they've now got some bags and some really more fluid

Notebooks as well available in that in all my collection that's definitely worth checking out of your notebook fan and talking about notebooks Evernote

I have sort of shared or leaked I guessed

Maybe it's just me a collect function at Google i/o from this photo shared by one of the product designers Craig o kit

On Twitter. He shared the latest feature collegues can auto save images into Evernote

they contain handwriting or text opt my some village ability and

Even extract text for many languages for easier searching later on now

This is something that I haven't actually seen Evernote released officially. But again, this is something that

Is probably something very unique to the Android P platform

So guys a huge. Thank you for stopping by today. I hope that you enjoyed this feature

Let me know in the comments if I missed any of news, maybe share a few articles with each other

But I'm really enjoying the software's post segment so far and seeing all of your great stuff

So I will be back next week with a none feature. So if you stay tuned make sure to hit subscribe if you

Brandish, uh Kowt that two months free of skill share below and we guys see you next week Cheers

Huge Trump Signs Just Went Up Everywhere And Cover Buses, Sending Major Message About What's Coming - Duration: 7:29.

Huge Trump Signs Just Went Up Everywhere And Cover Buses, Sending Major Message About What's

Coming.

President Trump has done what every prior president in my lifetime has promised but

none had the strength, or guts, to follow through.

"I have determined that it is time to officially recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel,"

said President Trump a few months ago.

He then added, "While previous presidents have made this a major campaign promise, they

failed to deliver.

Today, I am delivering."

And in doing so, President Trump and the world will finally see the promise become a reality

by having the United States Embassy moved from its current location in Tel Aviv, to

the capital of Israel, Jerusalem.

Previous administrations have promised this during campaigns but once in office, they

have completely avoided the move because they did not want to inflame the tensions, between

the Palestinians and Israelis because most erroneously believed, that appeasing Muslim

terrorists is the way to peace.

Although no other nation has their embassy in Jerusalem someone has to be the first to

make the move, and that someone in the United States under the leadership of President Donald

Trump.

And because tomorrow this move becomes a reality some very interesting displays have come up

in Jerusalem.

As you can see above, in response to Trump's announcement, "God Bless Donald Trump"

signs are popping up all over the city of Jerusalem.

A recent poll found that 77 percent of Israelis believe that President Trump is more pro-Israel

than pro-Palestinian.

This is a huge contrast to the prior administration where only 4 percent thought President Obama

was more pro-Israel.

When President Trump made the decision the anti-Semitic United Nations was quick to condemn

the decision, even though UN Ambassador Nikki Haley warned the US would think long, and

hard before funding the UN if the vote went this way.

Haley certainly reminded the rest of the world that the U.S. is a sovereign nation and we

do not answer to anyone.

Trump himself later weighed in by saying "We're watching those votes, let them vote against

us, we'll save a lot.

We don't care."

More on this via WND:

"Ben Shapiro listed seven reasons Trump's decision to move our embassy to Jerusalem

is right, calling it "an act of not only political bravery but moral courage."

But is it an act that God Himself will bless?

Is there spiritual significance to this decision as well?

Earlier this year, a pastor asked me if there was any way to get a message to the president.

With great passion, he said to me, "During the campaign, Donald Trump promised to move

the embassy his first day in office, but he didn't do it.

And when did the protest marches against him begin?

His second day in office!

He will never see the full blessing of God until he makes good on his promise."

Others believe that Trump's decision will prove disastrous.

As a headline on the Daily Mail proclaims, He's declaring war on 1.5 billion Muslims:

Trump will recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital TODAY despite international fury from

the Pope, Britain, Russia, China and Palestinians."

In the words of the Palestinian Authority's Manuel Hassassian, "He is declaring war

in the Middle East, he is declaring war against 1.5 billion Muslims [and] hundreds of millions

of Christians, that are not going to accept the holy shrines to be totally under the hegemony

of Israel."

In reality, Trump is not declaring war in the Middle East, not declaring war against

1.5 billion Muslims and in no way, shape, size or form declaring war on hundreds of

millions of Christians.

In fact, the very notion that Christians will not accept "the holy shrines" being "totally

under the hegemony of Israel" is absolute nonsense.

First, America's recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital changes nothing on the

ground at all, especially when it comes to the Christian holy sites, which have been

under Israeli hegemony for decades.

Second, it is under Jewish hegemony that Middle Eastern Christians have access to these holy

sites and freedom to practice their faith.

The restrictions generally come under Islamic, not Israeli rule.

Still, the question must be asked: Why the uproar over Jerusalem?

Why does the whole world care?

Why does the pope weigh in?

Why are Muslim nations in such upheaval?

Why are Russia and China concerned?

What makes Jerusalem so important?

Jerusalem was never the capital of a Palestinian or Arab state.

(For that matter, there was not even a concept of a Palestinian state until the middle of

the 20th century, and no such thing as a Palestinian people until after the Six Day War in 1967.)

Every other nation on the planet chooses its capital city, and the other nations recognize

that city and put their embassies there.

Why won't the rest of the world recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital?

Why are the embassies located in Tel Aviv rather than Jerusalem?

Jerusalem is the historic capital of the Jewish people, going back to roughly 1000 B.C. Jews

face Jerusalem when they pray, and synagogues in the West face east, while every year at

Passover, the hopeful prayer is recited, "Next year in Jerusalem!"

And in terms of functional reality, Jerusalem is the capital of the nation.

There's nothing to discuss or debate.

That's reality, plain and simple.

When it comes to the peace process, more than two decades of negotiations have yielded precious

little progress, so the idea that recognizing Jerusalem would hurt this process is ludicrous.

Instead, if the Palestinians want peace with Israel, they can have wonderful, lasting,

prosperous peace without dividing Jerusalem.

But all these are political questions and issues.

My question is spiritual in nature: Will God bless President Trump and the United States

for making this bold and courageous move?

I believe He will, since: 1) in doing so the president is blessing Israel, and God still

blesses those who bless His covenant nation, despite that nation's sins; 2) out of all

the cities on the earth, the Bible only calls us to pray for the welfare of Jerusalem 3)

the tremendous resistance to the president's decision gives evidence to the intensity of

the spiritual battle over this city; and 4) there are prophetic scriptures that speak

of a Jewish Jerusalem welcoming back the Messiah, and so the decision to fortify the unity of

the city is in explicit harmony with those Scriptures.

And what about God's love for the Muslim world?

What about justice for the Palestinians?

The answer is simple: If they want to be blessed, they, too, must recognize the Jewish claim

to Jerusalem, a city that they do not need to possess or divide.

They don't need to call for violence and war.

Instead, they need to accept that East Jerusalem will not be the capital of a Palestinian state,

that working with the Jewish people rather than against them will be in their best interests

too, and that the Jewish people have a massively greater claim to Jerusalem than the Muslims

do.

As for President Trump, he is convinced that this formal recognition of Jerusalem will

aid and abet the peace process.

But even if that is not the case, I truly believe that God will bless him and bless

America for making this courageous and righteous decision.

Trump Just Blindsided Congress In Genius Move, Sends Paul Ryan Scrambling. - Duration: 5:31.

Trump Just Blindsided Congress In Genius Move, Sends Paul Ryan Scrambling.

Washington, D.C. has been in a whirlwind this past week.

It seems as though they always are.

But this time it is because President Trump now wants Congress and the Senate to repeal

close to $1.3 trillion in the spending bill that was recently past.

Something he signed into law this past month.

However, the media has been negatively reporting on it and Congressional Democrats are none

to pleased.

It remains to be seen what will happen next and if President Trump's plan will gain

any traction.

The New York Post reported,

"Suffering from signer's remorse, President Trump now wants Congress to repeal some of

the $1.3 trillion spending bill he signed into law last month.

"We are looking at an enhanced rescission package," new White House economic adviser

Larry Kudlow confirmed on "Fox News Sunday."

The massive spending package beefed up domestic and military spending but didn't include

the money that Trump wanted to build his wall on the Mexican border and a legislative fix

to protect young undocumented immigrants under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

program.

The bipartisan deal was forged in Congress to keep the government funded through September.

Trump and Republicans got an earful from their base about adding to the deficit and not demanding

border wall funding.

Now, the White House is working with Congress on new legislation to undo some of the spending.

"I think the Republican Party on the Hill has finally figured out it's really not

a bad idea to trim some spending," said Kudlow, White House National Economic Council

Director.

"Because after all, spending can lead to deficits and spending interferes with the

economy.

"

"President Trump is a deregulator and a tax cutter.

We want a much more modest government role," he continued.

Trump had initially threatened on Twitter to veto the spending bill but caved into signing

the hard-fought bipartisan deal to avoid a government shutdown.

Now, the White House and GOP leaders in the House and Senate are drafting a plan to rescind

billions of dollars in spending, Axios reported Sunday.

One possible target could be foreign aid.

Negotiators set a target of a $60 billion claw back but have acknowledged a smaller

goal is more likely to pass the GOP-controlled House and Senate.

Congress returns to work this week following a two-week spring break recess."

One of the biggest concerns that people have about the rescission package is the alleged

potential cuts to the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Funding allotments in 2017 for the fiscal year were $15.8 billion for the program.

While media outlets are saying that $7 billion will be cut from CHIP in reality they are

misrepresenting what is going on.

The money regarding CHIP is money that was never used from fiscal year 2017.

Not money that is allotted for next year and being taken away.

The CHIP money under consideration for modification never even touched CHIP and was unused from

the previous year.

The Heritage Foundation reported,

"It's a good first step toward re-establishing fiscal responsibility.

Congress should embrace it and quickly adopt the president's rescission package.

Still, the package does nothing to claw back the tens of billions of additional dollars

in wasteful spending authorized by the 2018 Omnibus Appropriations Act.

Nor is it the answer to the nation's long-term debt problem.

Congress and the president should work together on additional rescission packages that target

2018 spending and pass a fiscal year 2019 budget that rolls back the latest budget deal

and addresses the programs driving the national debt.

The president's rescission package would take back $15 billion in previously provided

spending authority.

Of that, $7 billion would come from funds provided in 2017 to the Children's Health

Insurance Program, also known as CHIP.

No authority was ever actually granted to CHIP to spend that money.

The obvious question: If the money was never going to be spent anyway, then how is it "saving"

taxpayers money to rescind it?

CHIP rescissions have been abused by Congress as one of the most common budget gimmicks

to pay for unrelated spending.

By rescinding these funds and returning them to the Treasury, they can't be used to pay

for other spending.

A further $4.8 billion in rescission comes from the Department of Energy's advanced

technology vehicle manufacturing and innovative technology loan programs.

The loan programs are remnants of the 2008 auto industry bailout.

Neither has generated new loans since 2011.

Unspent emergency funds from the 2015 Ebola outbreak and from relief provided in the wake

of Superstorm Sandy in 2012 are also in the rescission package.

The remainder of the request is spread across several agencies and programs."

But Democrats do not like the facts.

They are too busy trying to gear up to take back the majority come November.

So they are playing games in an attempt to twist the narrative to hold on to the minority

vote because it is their only chance of winning elections.

Without that vote they are done.

While it may work, the rest remains to be seen.

Markus computer entertainment: Sailfish OS review (Part 1) - Duration: 33:40.

Markus computer entertainment

Hello! My name is Markus Maal, from

channel TheMarkusGuy and you are watching another Markus computer entertainment video.

What operating system we are going to explore this time?

Maybe you already read the title (laughter)

you sure did, but this is

a weird operating system called Sailfish OS.

(trying to pronounce it)

or however you pronounce it...

and its development is called

Jolla (trying to pronounce again)

(still trying) ...whatever

Main thing I know about this OS

is that it was created

by our great friends - the Finnish (I am Estonian)

It came out from operating system called

MeeGo.

urghhh, which once upon a time was a popular

operating system.

Today, Sailfish OS is like

one weird Linux based

mobile OS.

Just like Android

And it works

on ARM processors, which is why

I got it working on my Android device (such devices are referred as "sfdroids")

Let's boot it up!

And here you can see the Google logo.

I actually made a video on this topic earlier...

...but...

....I didn't really release it as a valid TheMarkusGuy video.

As you can see, the LED turned on...

(whispers) Why I didn't focus on it? (wonders) I don't know...

But here it is!

I'll be right back. (toilet break that I forgot to cut xD)

Right now it is...

As you can see, here are some different ambients.

It is a really interesting feature of this OS.

I applied "Freedom" by accident...

There's also "Work" ambient

and

"Sailing"

"Salamander" (I pronounced it very wrong)

and "Silent"

What I think these ambients do is

that they change your device's appearance while also changing settings.

So, that is a really interesting feature.

Let's put it on "Party" mode, because we are totally having a party.

(music changes) so it is like it was before and people really like purple for some reason.

But let's begin. So what do we have here?

Now, all apps apart from Components (AND TERMINAL)

are downloaded from store, so...

Lets start with built in apps...

So, we can enter a phone number, that is mainly how the interface works.

I should have opened "Tutorial" for you, so you can see how the OS works.

as you can see

Funny thing is that when I first installed this OS, there was no option to click the "X".

like

I have used this thing for like a million times, but I have to go through the tutorial each time.

REALLY?

Now, here is the lock screen...

Now how the main UI works, is

that you can swipe from the side.

Then you go home

which shows all your minimised apps

We can access the events.

and

notifications and social stuff...

we can swipe back to go back

oh, we already know something

Next, we can open the app list.

Which we already did

We can swipe down to close it.

This is the minimised people app, we can tap to go to it.

and we can swipe from the side to go back

now this os?

I wouldn't use this as my main OS...

You know why? Because..

when I am wiping the screen, I swipe out of something, because this touch screen...

...reacts to my wiping.

That is really stupid design, but hey...

...it's user friendly as they say.

Gallery app is here.

to tap to open

So, that dot, on top-left, shows that you are in a subpage

(demonstrating the previous reason for not using this OS as my main OS)

(reading text on screen)

absolutely

So, this is the phone app

It shows call history ie call log

So, here it shows how pulley menus work..

And the device also vibrates doing that...

It's my turn now...

as you can see, it works

and now the last tutorial - how to answer incoming calls

it is not a real call, but who cares (laughter)

like we can

answer here

and we can swipe up to ignore the call

(explains why he can't demonstrate calling, because how he doesn't have the, ah screw it)

but i think I can call for emergency

I think I should be able to do that

but lets see

I am not going to test it, because I don't have a need for emergency services....

and I don't want to waste their time

Messaging

We can send an SMS or something

Here's the recipient and the message itself - "Hi"

(explaining why I can't send messages, because same as calling lol)

Okay, I will cut this part, because it shows my personal information and I don't want to show my personal information.

Next, we'll open the "Browser"

(ba dum tss)

MAKE SURE YOU VISIT MY BLOG AT: http://www.themarkusguy.tk

As you can see this is my blog (site is different, because I recorded the video long before editing it)

and

wow

ok

omg i have to

no don't

nbd people

How much battery I have? 53%? I think it will make it.

If not only it didn't run out at 50% for no reason, which would be very sad ;_;

Which it has done, because this battery is a million years old.

And it shows its age..

These are all my channels, make sure to watch every single one of them...

My blog is also available in English!

okay that was a little mistake, but

as you can see it is in English... WOW

did you see that?

It was a glitch. Did you see that?

Do you think it's a glitch? I think it is a glitch.

I also have a Minceraft blog

if the logo will ever appear

Yes, I got it. I always use cookies.

so, this is a typical post in this blog

Next, we are going to leave it minimised for now, is camera

totally functional

Where is the selfie camera? It doesn't have a selfie camera?

I think you saw it -_-

Next up, we have people

yup

oh I think it gets info from my Google account

Store? I don't know...

I go here very often.

ok

Have they fixed it?

Turns out, they haven't

Very unfortunate

Perfect timing for such bugs in apps.

What is this marketplaces thing?

Apps > Latest

office?

office apps? Wait a second

Where is my presentation creatore?

So that was the store. Now I want to demonstrate...

...how to close all applications

KABOOM

next up

gallery

Videos? (earrape) OH

They are from this app - the YTPlayer

We already did Tutorial, so lets open Clock. (yes I am intentionally skipping an app)

So that's for alarms and stuff..

Terminal (pronounced wrong I bet)

This wouldn't be a proper Linux distro, without a terminal...

I didn't know that it has ls. (what did you expect)

Like this is not your regular bash or something.

Happejoki

(repeats) (music changes) is that the codename for this os?

Who is spamming me with comments again?

As you can see, it also shows directories with dots.

iyk alittle bout linux, tn you knw that dts r hidn

including the curnt dir

So where are we now?

We are in nemo

And nemo is default home folder ishgo

in Sailfish

idk why?

And then there is an interesting app for developers

to see components and see their examples and how they would be used, etc.

Ie, how to use combo box.

So this is the combo box in this OS...

personally, I wouldn't call it a *combo* box

i would call it more like a menu

oh

so this is the menu

progress indicators

yup

absolutely

Now we'll be looking at apps, I downloaded from store. Unfortunately, we won't be looking at the file browser.

But I probably did a little bit of a review of it in my last attempt to make this video.

Then it actually worked a little bit.

but yea

email

That's an example of some

email

forget this (ikr)

Next up, the YouTube Poop Player

yup

so these are my videos

and my cover photo, which is very nice.

let's have a look at NOTEPAD WITH A GUI AND MOUSE

I have to mention that it doesn't work with every video, but who know what it works with.

gosh, it works

what (earrape warnin too short)

IT WAS THE POWER BUTTON

like in real youtube

idk why volume changer works like that

it works like android, so it is stupidity

as you can see, it works

now

interesting feature, this app has

is video downloader

as you can see , you can download it

or copy link to clipboard, which means

you can paste it and open in browser, which it does in case it can't find any streams

Which is actually very common with this app unfortunately.

So, you can see, that it downloads very fast (because it is obviously a very short video) (laughter)

if it is under 10 minutes, it downloads really fast

So, people, don't make videos longer than 10 minutes, because it downloads too slow for me ;_;

ANYWAY

we can skip how much we want

as you can see, it is actually functional

there is still 53% of battery left WHAT?

That is starting to look a little bit suspicious

like 53% 24/7

so, here we have the scientific calculator

Like one thing I can't do with this calculator is to change radians to degrees.

I don't know that at all.

Next up, Media

As you can see, i don't have any music right now. Sad ;_;

But it would play music files very well...

Next up, recorder...

Recorder

can record your voice

and play it back later

which is top class technology

(plays the recording)

and if you want to delete it

you can hold down and press.

I did not want to rename it, I wanted to do something else...

...select this file and press delete

yay, another standard feature of this OS

wait 5 seconds

or cancel immediately

before atomic bomb reacts or something

Next up, Wi-Fi Analyzer

It wouldn't be a real OS, if it didn't have WiFi Analyzer

really

(music changes) weather

I can say that it does show weather in my place, but I don't want to expose where I live...

So, i won't show it to you. Notepad

You can paint here

umm

color?

OMG

make it GREEN

that's my last test, but

IT'S GREEN!!!

ok

(quiet speaking) satisfaction (louder) ok

Documents

Like I don't know what would you store here.

Calendar

We can swipe to select month

we can go to today

go to next month, go to today

and we are back

next thing

is

One thing I skipped, absolutely

ambients again

There's more

That's freedom (no it is not)

It doesn't show the text for some reason (because it is not freedom)

And it shows favorites here.

Oh it isn't even freedom (finally got it)

That's the default settings (YES)

Let's select "Fresh", because I like green.

Set ambience

and now everything's green

as you see here

And you can select different settings, such as different tones.

different tones

Ringtones

So this is just a 30 minute video, not

like last time, where there was

2 or 3 30 minute videos

which is really sad ;_;, i mean really good ^ _ ^

default is Jolla,

lets listen to Aloe

Honestly, I don't think anyone would want this as their ringtone.

that is the default ringtone

Makes me cry ;_;

Makes me cry even more ;_; ;_; ;_; ;_;

(laughs)

get

shut up (laughs)

that is not a demo of a sound system

it's just

Lime, like this colour

What color is nadeshiko pink?

(onscreen: this)

I think the editor Markus will show you

Alarms

and these are your alarms

yup

and this is the default tone for notifications

but yea

Do we have an

y updates

(reads the version number and says the code name)

For those who don't get it, WLAN stands for

Wireless Local Area Network

oh my goth

In other words, WiFi

This device also has developer mode enabled

ya

anyway

we have looked at everything, this OS has to offer...

we can watch youtube videos

we can do anything we want

Now one thing, I want to do with this OS, which I couldn't do last time, is to install Google Play store.

This is going to be a nightmare.

But I think I will make it.

anyway

Getting the regular store to work

like after installing was already a nightmare

I had the account

to use the store, but

but store didn't want to download anything for some reason.

And then I had to use terminal

WITH THIS KEYBOARD!

but hey, THANK you for watching!

and now i am going to turn off this device

but anyway, Goodbye!

Goodbye!

How To Get Rid of Acne | Best Spot Treatment | How To Use Benzoyl Peroxide | Prevent Acne (2018) - Duration: 4:58.

I've had lots of suggestions to do a video on acne and it's treatments so that's what this week's video is about

now the bad news is that acne affects a lot of people including myself

so here are my top tips on what you can do

so before we learn about treatments and skincare which I'm sure is the main

thing you want to see let's first learn a little about acne most people with

acne are aged between 11 to 30 years and men are more commonly affected than

women sorry guys if you ever look closely at certain parts of the skin

you'll see tiny little holes which we call pores and these pores allow hairs

and natural oils which we call sebum to flow out of them now these pores can

sometimes become blocked and it's usually due to the skin on top becoming

thicker combined with dead skin cells so once the pore is blocked the sebum the

oils that we produce are also trapped in there and this can lead onto acne which

can be mild to severe now that was a really simplified explanation but it's

gonna help us understand the treatments and skincare we're going to talk about next

okay give me one second because I've got a really good idea so let's try

no didn't work let's try again that's better

so the first point which is a mistake that a lot of people made including

myself was over washing twice a day is normal for most people

use a mild soap with lukewarm water and make sure you're not scrubbing too

hard because it'll make it acne worse my own personal tip is to gently pat your

skin dry with a freshly laundered towel every time you dry your face and the

reason for this is simple towels retain moisture which is a breeding ground for

bacteria benzoyl peroxide is a common topical treatment that can help control

acne and it can also be purchased from any pharmacy it works in three ways it

kills bacteria, reduces inflammation and also unclogs pores

now please speak to your pharmacist and definitely read the information leaflet

for more information about it and instructions my top tip for applying

this topical treatment is make sure you apply it to all the skin affected by

acne so you're not just applying it on one single spot I used to make this

error when I was younger so hopefully you now know and you won't make the same

error to begin with benzoyl peroxide will cause mild skin irritation so to

counteract this I've left more information in the description below

feel free to check it out also benzoyl peroxide can bleach

anything that comes into contact with so your hair, your clothes and even your

towels so make sure you're not using your best towels and you're not wearing

your best clothes so in terms of skin products use ones that don't clog your

pores and we spoke about this right at the start of the video so you know why

so for instance if you're using a moisturiser use a water-based one that's

fragrance free what you don't want to be using is an oily rich cream or ointments

now my final tip made a massive difference for myself and that's

changing your pillowcase daily with a freshly laundered one I buy fourteen

pillowcases and face towels rotate them daily and wash them all at the end of

the week easy peasy but it made a massive

difference and it makes sense you spend eight hours a night on the pillowcase

all the bacteria and oils that you secrete go into this and it can all contribute to an acne breakout

if you've ever had time to Google what makes acne worse it comes up with loads

of results but I'm only going to tell you the stuff which I've found research

to support it sweating heavily or humid conditions may possibly contribute to

blocking your pores and we mentioned what this can do at start the video

thick greasy makeup can possibly make your acne worse and don't squeeze or pop

your spots because it can increase inflammation and also cause scarring so

don't do it some medicine can also make your acne worse so for instance the

progesterone only contraceptive pill, phenytoin and topical steroids and if

you feel like it is making it worse then speak to your health care

professional about it and that's it I hope you find these tips useful leave a

comment below and let me know how you get on and if you have any of your own

tips which others may find helpful then leave a comment too please remember if

you don't see any improvements or your acne is more severe then you'll need to

see a health care professional for prescribed treatment I've left more

information about this in the description below hey guys thanks for

watching this week's video make sure to click that like follow or subscribe

button now to stay up to date with new weekly videos

I don't know if you can hear the helicopter but there's a helicopter

now the bad news is that I can't get this tie to go through here (Laughter)

some medicine can also make your acne worse so for instrance, instrance?

It's a good job we stopped because it's getting louder I think the helicopter

is literally going to land here any minute

so.... so....

or maybe it's a plane, like an older plane, could be
