-Cord and Tish.

Now, you've never played the saxophone before?

-I'm a terrible saxophone player.

-You thought you'd try on national television.

-I just thought the moment would grab me.

I mean, I'm with the Roots.

When am I going to get to play with the Roots again?

I don't know how to play, no.

No.

-Don't know how to play at all. You've never --

-I've never -- I've never -- I --

Before this moment,

I don't know what an alto saxophone looks like.

So they just handed it to me, and I just went with it.

-And, Tish, you kind of got into the song there.

-I did. I really got into the song.

It's a beautiful song that just gets me in the spirit

of the union that's about to happen!

-Cord and Tish once again, everybody.

I'm just so happy. -Thanks, everyone.

-Thank you so much.

About BabyGym - Duration: 1:39.

With the BabyGym app, you get videos with exercises instructed by professionals

for your child age 0 to 18 months

The exercises do not require a gymnasium or complicated equipment.

Motor skills are important for your baby

and you can help your child along already when it is a few days old.

The app has been developed by the two professionals

Bettina Steen Schöer and Andreas Schioerring.

Bettina is an occupational therapist in private practice

and teaches baby gymnastics, individually and in groups.

She is certified in infant massage and has carried out a number of courses in the children's sector.

Andreas has a Master's degree in physical education

from the University of Southern Denmark and Aarhus University.

He has a Master's degree in pedagogy and didactics from the University of Southern Denmark

and teaches among other children's gymnastics to children aged 1-2 years.

Our basic philosophy is that exercising and playing are not just a matter of physical training,

but can also create bonding and strengthen the relation between parent and child.

We take this idea into consideration in the instructional videos.

Our main focus is to facilitate your implementation of the exercises with your child.

That is the reason why the exercises are videotaped with both speech and text,

which helps you get started with ease.

Then lean backwards, so that your child is lying on her back on your shins, while you hold onto its chest.

Good times playing and exercising for you and your child.

Episode 71: Changing the Game in Forex Trading - Trading Tips - Duration: 7:59.

welcome to the trading with Venus podcast where we help you establish

strong trading habits generate consistent profits and create the

lifestyle you desire for yourself and your family now your host Raman Gill

welcome to another episode of trading with Venus podcast I am your host of

Raman Gill so you may have noticed recently that I have been going in a

slightly different direction so I've made changes in my business and I'm also

making changes in how I'm doing things so today I wanted to talk to you about

what's going on with me and why I'm making these changes and what to expect

from me going forward so first of all I decided to put

everything out there a lot of times we see just the good parts of trading

everybody shows how much their money they're making how great trading is and

we get caught up in this dream of becoming a full-time trader and we're

gonna make millions of dollars whereas the reality is quite different it's like

being a business person of an entrepreneur where you see the glamour

everywhere everybody's talking about the money that you can make being an

entrepreneur but what about the day to day grind it's not all rainbows and

unicorns it's the the reality is very different than what it's made out to be

so it's not the glamorous life so definitely there are good parts of it

so I am here recording this video in the middle of a Friday afternoon now if you

had a full time job it wouldn't be able to do that so it does allow me certain

things certain lifestyle choices that I'm able to make for example going for

walks in the middle of the day I love walking and now with finally we have

spring here there's still snow on the ground however we have nice sunny day

today so I'm gonna go out for a walk it allows me to do that allows me to do

other things in the middle of the day for example if I'm gonna go shopping I

can go shopping in the middle of the day I can go pick up my kids when I need to

I don't have to ask anybody's permission in order to be able to do those things

so it does fold you a lot of lifestyle lifestyle

choices however there is the other side of it as well I do wake up in the middle

of the night when everybody is sleeping I'm awake I am trading the London

session being in the central time zone here where it's the middle of the night

so I do have to do that and I have to go to bed super early because I need to be

up in the middle of the night so those are the parts that nobody talks about

everybody talks about the lifestyle however what about the grind what about

the day-to-day when things just don't go right

doesn't matter what trade you take it just sucks the market goes in completely

opposite direction or you're tired and every single thing you do seems to just

fall flat on its face what do you do during those situations so what I've

decided to do is really talk about those things I'm a full time trailer and I

love being a full-time trader and I love trading I'm passionate about trading

what I have decided to do is be the best Forex trader in the world

and that is an audacious goal to set especially for a retail trader like

myself who just rates her own account and makes a living out of that because I

have no support there is not a big team behind me to do the analysis for me

there is really no fancy software that I have that gives me signals and there is

a no team of people who will manage my risk and who will control the different

parameters around my trading so it's just me myself and I so how do you

manage your life and how do you become a good trader while you are trying to do

this so when you're on in a full-time job you usually have your manager that

you're accountable to in this business of being a full-time trader there is

nobody to hold you accountable there's nobody to check how much risk you are

taking there's nobody to shut you down as you just go down that slippery slope

of ruining your account and blowing your account so how do you become really good

at your passion at your career of choice while you are fighting all

these things most people in our industry talk about trading strategies technical

analysis and tools like that how it's kind of like going to a flight school

you go to a flight school and you sign up for flying lessons they will teach

you the different instruments in the plane they will teach you how to take

off they'll teach you how to land the plane safely however it is a very hard

for somebody to teach you what to do and nobody really teaches you how to become

a fighter pilot when you're up there when you are being shot at by different

different people and everybody's trying to bring you down because that's their

job and you're trying to maneuver your way out of a tricky solution and you're

trying to maneuver your way out of a tricky situation and your job is to land

safely not only is your job to learn safely but you need to survive in order

to fly that plane again and that's what trading is like we get into these

situations we have no control over what comment Kearney is going to make we have

no no control over what tweet will get sent out we have no control over who

comes in with a big order that will completely take our trade out yet that

is the reality of trading is not just about setups as important as they are

it's about managing your psychology having self-discipline and then also

realizing when you're in a sticky situation and how can you get out of it

with everything in tact so you can live to play another day so going forward

this is what I have decided I am going to of course keep on doing our technical

analysis and 10,000 trade show and other videos like that where I teach you the

technicals and things that you need the skills that you need to become a good

trader but what I will also talk about and bring out more authentically and on

I will talk about what the life is like the good bad the ugly

we will talk about when they're difficult situations when I lose money

in the in the markets what happens in the market and the days when you are not

feeling good good enough to take a trade when you're just drained and things like

that so how do you get around those issues because those things are very

very important because you cannot be your best and perform your best if

you're not feeling your best so we'll talk about all the situations we'll talk

about how to get around them or what kind of situations you can expect and

isolation is another thing when you're sitting at home trading on your own in

your pajamas you don't even get up and put makeup on you that you've got

nothing you have nobody to talk to what do you do so how do you hold our

yourself accountable how do you stay motivated what do you need to do in

order to bring all of that together so that you can have a successful career as

a trader so we will do a lot of that that's it for now hope you enjoy this

episode I'll be back again with more wonderful things have a great trading

week I'll see you next time thanks for joining us today with much gratitude

your show host Raman Gill

【MUKBANG】 SO EASY!! DOUBLE TASTE! TUNA & NAMETAKE Takikomi Gohan [5Kg] 7300kcal [CC Available] - Duration: 8:43.

Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (English subs by ~Aphexx~)

so today! tadaa I made some rice made with some tuna and nametake shrooms

so heavy

love that tuna aroma coming from this it was also super easy to make

I made these namtake as well

it was so yummy and I was so surprised that you can make them so easily

and those enoki mushrooms are so cheap as well alrighty lets get cookin'

these are the ingredients rice, enoki shrooms, canned tuna, water, sauces

sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi broth and vinegar

wash the rice and let it soak for over 30 minutes

cut up the enoki shrooms in the bag

then into 3 cm pieces

cutting it in the bag made it so EZ

put the shrooms into a pan

sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce

dashi stock heat and mix for 3 minutes

looks so yummy as is this is my first time making nametake... so this is how its done

vinegar just before you finish

once it heats through let sit

rice, and drained tuna normally this calls for 4 cans but I feel like adding 6

add the nametake we made before

and water as directed this is a 10 cup cooker but

since I keep goofing up when I make 10 cups of rice wtih other ingredients I decided to limit the rice to 8 cups

cook as usual

its all done now

tadaa it looks so yummy and its been smelling so wonderful for the longest time

and once its done like this we now mix it up

it smells amazing I love that tuna aroma

it was sooo tough to mix in the cooker so I dumped it all out into a fry pan so I can mix it easier

the ingredients get separated so make sure to mix this well

the charred parts look so yummy

then plate

looks amazing

I made it with the amount of water the instructions called for but the rice seems on the flaky side

for those who like moist rice then you should make it with a tad more water

now add some mizuna leaf if you like

cut it in big pieces

and it seems like a good idea so I'll now add some bonito flakes to this

the color is a good match

I ran out of shredded seaweed so I'll cut it up now

then top it with the leaf

tadaa its all done looks delish

I couldn't add all the leafy veg so I kept the rest to the side here

and I have this pickled plum just in case I need a change of flavor

1 kg of miso soup itadakimasu

it smells amazing tuna aroma

you can really taste the nametake shrooms in it it tastes amazing

hey, um... this rice.... its a bit on the tough side

don't get me wrong I'm not saying that its inedible but its a bit dry.... are you supposed to add extra water

when making rice like this?

but anyways... its very yummy

the leafy greens are so yummy I love the crispy crunchiness of it

the tuna has plenty of flavor and works great in this and the nametake srhooms pack plenty of flavor as well

a charred piece can you see it?

I love the flavor of it and I really appreciate the mouthfeel

this sort of cooked rice is so yummy I really love this when its served at a Ryokan inn

#Blessed

it feels like I'm eating legit Japanese food

This goes so perfectly with miso soup

this rice goes perfectly with this red broth soup

tadaa time to break out the pickled plum

I feel as though its definitely going to work great in this

just looking at it makes me drool there are people out there that just can't stand to look at em

and I'm sure there are some of you out there that don't want me wagging it in your faces

this is made with honey and so its a bit of the sweeter side

the flavor of the plum goes perfectly

this honey flavored pickled plum is pretty sweet isn't it

tuna is so convenient to have around isn't it and when you cook with it , it gives off such good flavor

canned goods are so handy

oh that's right I almost forgot

lately I've been taking ric~~

eating this steamed rice normally and when there isn't much remaining

I added some dashi broth to it and it tasted super amazing

and now that I only have a bit remaining I think I'mma go try that out again

tadaa it looks yummy everything looks yummy to me...~

I had some ochazuke broth packets so I'll use them now

and then add the broth

looks so good

lets add some pickeld plum as well

ochazuke like this is so yummy I love ochazuke porridge so much

Y U M Z

with the added dashi broth it tastes even better

now only this remains itadakimasu

all done gochisosamadeshita

the tuna and nametake shroom rice tasted amazing

steamed rice like this is so EZ to make and yummy

all ya gotta do is dump all the ingredients into it "set it and forget it"

its still like you're making it but the machine/cooker is doing all the heavy lifting for you

I still don't really know how much water you're supposed to add when making S T E A M E D R I C E like this

you probably need to use a tad bit more when making rice like this

when I made the porridge at the end it tasted so amazing

its probably the best way to polish off a bowl of steamed rice like this

the rice that has so much flavor integrated into it then gets a bunch of flavor poured onto it

it makes it taste even that much better this was my first time making nametake shrooms

it was soooo~ EZ to make those nametake shrooms are so yummy aren't they

I love putting it on top of rice and eating it and I really loved eating it with the plums as well

those plums go so nicely with tuna and they prolly go nicely with nametake as well

there should totes be a snack like that combining nametake shrooms and plums

this was all so yummy won't you give it a try as well And as always thank you for watching there is anything You want me to do or eat please tell me in the comments section below if you liked this video please hit the like and sub button BAI BAI
