Youtube daily May 22 2018

Hi, I'm Lorenzo Pellegrini,

and this is my Dream Team.

Let's start with the formation:

I'm going with a 3-4-3,

or rather a 3-4-1-2,

with a trequartista in there, very attacking.

with five or six forwards in the team.

Let's begin: Buffon in goal.

There's no need for any explanation here,

he's one of the best goalkeepers of all time

and the perfect No.1.

We have to make up for something,

given all the attackers,

so we'll need a great goalkeeper.

In the three-man defence,

there'll be Maicon, Maldini and Javier Zanetti.

Maicon was an incredible player,

I was able to get to know him here at Roma

and watch him in training.

There's no question about Maicon.

Maldini because we need a rock at the heart of defence,

someone who can lead the rest of the team.

Javier Zanetti for his amazing runs up and down the wing.

I'd like him to make that flank his own.

For my four in midfield,

we certainly can't do without Daniele in the centre,

the captain of this Dream Team.

He can control the side,

clear up loose balls,

send people in behind and do a bit of everything.

Vieira alongside him will do the same job,

so I'd like those two to win back possession for us.

The next five are all born attackers,

even though I've put some on the wing,

but I had to be a bit creative.

Neymar on the right,

Cristiano Ronaldo on the left.

Two masters of dribbling on the sides of my four-man midfield,

to beat their opponents and get in on goal.

A coach couldn't ask for more.

We've got a 3-4-1-2,

so my attacking midfielder is Ronaldinho.

He can do what he likes.

He looked so calm when he played,

he can go anywhere on the pitch and play how he wants.

Up front, two phenomenons of the unexpected

in Messi and Ronaldo.

Those two can win you the game at any given moment.

That was my Dream Team,

let's hope we'd score more than we'd concede.

Bye!

Goofball Congressman Matt Gaetz Says Jeff Sessions Has Stockholm Syndrome With Deep State - Duration: 4:19.

Republican Congressman Matt Gates loves to let the public know that he is absolutely

one of the craziest people serving in the U.S. House of Representatives.

During a recent interview on Fox News, Matt Gates decided to talk about Jeff Sessions

being basically held captive by the so-called deep state within the U.S. Department of Justice.

And it only got crazier from there.

Take a look.

So, what would you like for the DOJ to do at this point in terms of, if they don't do

this, what's the alternative?

What a Plan B?

Well, of course I would like Jeff Sessions to step up and renounce his recusal ...

Have you talked with him?

... and take control of this investigation.

Yes, I have and he has said he is totally unwilling to do that.

It's like the ... over at the Department of Justice he's got Stockholm Syndrome, he's

become sympathetic with his captures over there in the deep state and so that ...

Or maybe it's because he's recused himself.

Well, yeah but that ... the recusal itself is the problem.

There's no legal or factual basis for that recusal to exist, and the consequence of that

recusal is that Rob Rosenstein, the very individual who is signing renewals of the FISA warrants,

now has the ability to send this latest allegation off to Investigation Land and then use that

as a basis to not produce documents to Congress because he can say it's the subject of an

ongoing investigation ...

Wow.

... so we need to get out of this cycle, declassify the documents, and expose the deep state for

what they have done, in particular, their intelligence collection on President Trump's

campaign.

Okay, there's two things to talk about with that clip.

First, and foremost, and this might be a little off topic but I'm going to say it anyway.

I have lived in Florida's First Congressional District, where Matt Gates is the representative,

for basically my entire life minus about two years when I was from ages five to seven.

I know what it looks like when you go to the beach and get some sun, get a sunburn and

then you tan.

You don't turn the color that Matt Gates is in that video so, Matt Gates has clearly been

using some kind of fake tanner, perhaps, to emulate his idol, Donald Trump.

But, again, that's beside the point, just wanted to make sure everybody understood that.

That's not what you look after spending a few days in the sun.

But let's get back to the important issue, right?

The deep state, Jeff Sessions and his Stockholm Syndrome to those captures there in the Department

of Justice.

What Mr. Gates doesn't seem to understand is that Jeff Sessions had to recuse himself

because he is too close to this investigation.

That's why he's not getting involved.

Might be one of the only good things that Jeff Sessions has ever done in his entire

life but, that's not good enough for Matt Gates.

Matt Gates wants Jeff Sessions to basically break his own recusal and come out and end

these investigations, expose all of the spies in the agency and then maybe we can clean

things up.

The only problem is it doesn't actually exist.

Matt Gates, like so many others in the Trump Administration and outside of it, are pushing

this conspiracy theory that somehow there were informants embedded into the Trump campaign

for the sole purpose of hurting his presidential campaign and yet they didn't actually do that.

Obama didn't use any information that his alleged informants got, he didn't turn anything

over to Hillary Clinton to expose and the FBI never made a single announcement that

they were investigating the Trump campaign.

They did, however, announce that they had reopened an investigation into Hillary Clinton.

Nothing about their story adds up, nothing about their story makes any sense but, that's

not going to stop a guy like Matt Gates from going on Fox News and spreading this conspiracy

theory that Fox News has helped create.

That's what they do, that's what Matt Gates does.

He's trying to curry favor with the President.

He believes that maybe if enough people in the Administration get fired, maybe he's going

to land one of those jobs and then not have to worry about reelection down here in Florida's

First District where people are becoming increasingly frustrated with having one of the craziest

members of Congress representing them.

Redmi Note 5 Pro Full Review After 3 Months - Duration: 11:00.

"Music"

Hey guys its Sagar for Tecworkz.

After using the Redmi Note 5 Pro for almost 3 months, I finally have its full review for

you guys.

I was planning to hold this video back, till Xiaomi pushed out Android Oreo update for

this phone, But we have no clear idea to when that's happening, and many of you wanted

me to make this video sooner, so here it is.

I've already posted my 48 hours experience and the Camera review of the Note 5 Pro.

If you haven't checked them out yet, I will leave cards to those videos on the top right

corner of the screen, and also link them in the description section.

Xiaomi announced a 1000Rs increase in Price, for the base variant of the Redmi Note 5 pro.

So now you have to pay Rs.14,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB Storage variant.

Price for the 6GB RAM and 64GB Storage variant remains the same at Rs.16,999.

Before we get any further, make sure to hit the subscribe button, so you don't miss

out on any of the amazing videos coming up on the channel.

Most of the things, that I said in my 48 hours experience video of this phone, still holds

true.

I like using phones with 18:9 display and taller form factor.

The metal back, feels really good and premium, but this black one shows a lot of fingerprints,

if you have oily or greasy hand.

There are plastic pieces at the top and bottom for antenna reception, but I wish it had a

unibody metal back, which might have made it look even cleaner.

That being said, this phone doesn't look or feel cheap in any way.

It is a tall phone, and most people will be needing both their hands, to hold and navigate

through it comfortably.

Its a bit heavier compared to the Mi A1, since it has a much bigger battery, but this weight

is distributed evenly throughout the body.

Chamfered edges of the camera module and the glass protecting the dual cameras, is holding

up pretty nicely without any scratches so far.

I am using it with the case that comes in the box, and it seems to be doing a good job

of protection the phone.

Fingerprint sensor is really fast and accurate, but I am using it less often, because the

face unlock is getting better and better with each software update.

Its not the fastest, accurate or even the most reliable way of unlocking this phone,

but as I said it is getting better with time, and seems to be working well for me most of

the times.

5.99inch display is sharp, and even tough it gets bright enough to be visible in outdoor

conditions, it should have been even brighter, so viewing it in direct sunlight would have

been even easier.

18:9 Aspect ratio, means there are going to be black bars at the sides or at the top and

bottom in a few non optimised apps.

You can zoom in while watching videos to get rid of the black bars, and force some of the

apps to open in a full screen mode, to take advantage of that big tall display.

This display is specially great for watching videos and playing games.

Speaking of games, I am playing lot of them in the past month on this phone, and it can

run most of them without any issues.

After playing demanding games for an extended period of time, the back might feel a bit

warm, but don't worry, it doesn't overheat and getting a bit warm is completely normal

for devices with metal back.

Sound from the single downward firing speaker is surprisingly loud and clear, and its a

big improvement over any of the previous Redmi devices.

Audio quality via the headphone jack is good and satisfying, but it doesn't have a dedicated

DAC like we have on the Mi A1.

Overall performance of the Note 5 Pro, has been super fluid so far.

Thanks to the Snapdragon 636 processor and the Adreno 509 GPU, I had no issues running

apps and heavy games on it.

This was actually the first phone in India, to come with this new processor, so it will

be interesting to see how it holds up in the long run.

I have got the 4GB RAM variant, and the RAM management is pretty decent on the phone.

It can easily keep 7-9 everyday apps open in the background, without having to reload

them, which is plenty for normal day to day usage.

If you plan on keeping lot of heavy apps and games open in the background, and if you will

be switch between them very often, or if you plan on using this phone for more than 2 or

3 years, I would suggest you to go with the 6GB RAM variant, else the 4GB RAM variant

would be good enough for most of the average users.

Just keep in mind, that the 6GB RAM variant will cost you 2000Rs more than the 4GB RAM

variant, and it still comes with the same 64GB of internal storage.

Cellular reception has been very good in the time that I have used it, and the sound output

from the earpiece while making calls is loud and clear.

I have used it with the JIO sim and this phone supports VOLTE.

Xiaomi says, dual VOLTE support should be coming to this phone, with the next major

software update.

Most of the manufacturers skip on some of the sensors when it comes to their budget

devices, but Xiaomi makes sure that you get all the sensors with this phone.

So you don't have to worry about Gyroscope, Accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity

sensor, white notification LED and even the IR sensor, coz this phone has got all of them.

I have spent a lot of time taking images and videos with this camera, and I can tell you

that the 12 megapixel primary and 5 megapixel secondary sensor, are the best that you can

get right now in under 15,000Rs.

Here are some of the images that I took with it.

Just look at how good the portrait mode images from this phone really are.

You also get portrait mode on the front facing camera, and without the need of having a secondary

camera, these the images are again amazing.

It doesn't have optical image stabilisation, but the 1080p videos that you take are electronically

stabilised and they turn out really smooth.

You still cannot shoot 4K videos with it, and Xiaomi still says that it is coming with

one off the future software updates, but I wont rely too much on that claim.

I have tried recording 4k videos with 3rd party apps, and the phone starts to heat up

a bit while doing that.

So no 4k video recording in the stock camera app, might be because of this issue.

I have a detailed camera review, with lot of image and video samples up on the channel,

make sure you check that out.

And I have also compared its camera with the Mi A1, Moto G5S Plus and the Honor 7x, so

if you guys are interested, I will leave cards to all those videos on the top right corner

of the screen as well and also link them in the description.

With the last 2 or 3 software updates, they really messed the portrait mode of this camera.

It now zooms in while taking portrait shots, like any phone with a telephoto lens does.

It doesn't look good and the quality of these images is not as good as it was before.

I just hope they fix it, with their next software update.

I would also love to see a few more options in the manual mode of the camera app, since

right now, it only lets you adjust the while balance and ISO.

So if anyone from Xiaomi is looking at this video, please just fix these 2 issues with

the camera.

Speaking of software, MIUI 9 is snappy and everything runs smoothly.

Like we have seen with most of the MIUI 9 devices, you get a lot of customisation options,

and Xiaomi is also pushing out various software updates to fix any bugs and issues that are

present.

But the current OS is still based on Android 7.1.1 and Xiaomi hasn't rolled out Android

Oreo update yet.

You can download and flash the Oreo update on your device if you want, but it is not

available as an OTA update officially, at the time of posting this video.

With MIUI 9, you also get a lot of Bloatware or Xiaomi's apps that are pre installed.

Since I would never use most of these apps, I have just disabled or uninstalled them.

I have made a video about 20+ tips and tricks for this phone, where you get to activate

some of its hidden features, and it will also help you get the most usage out of this phone.

I will again leave a card to that video on the top right corner of the screen, for those

who want to check it out.

Lot of people asked me about the launcher or theme that I am using, it is actually the

stock MIUI launcher, with the Limitless theme icons, that you get to choose this while you

are setting up the phone.

Battery life is just amazing.

You can get close to or above 6 hours of screen on time, and It can easily last for a day

and half on a single charge, which is really impressive.

The only downside is, It still uses a Micro USB port for charging and not the reversible

USB Type C port.

It supports fast charging, but you don't get a fast charger bundled in the box.

No USB type C port for charging and data transfer, No fast charger included in the box, No official

android Oreo update yet, no 4K video capture, and the messed up portrait mode in latest

software updates, are the only things that I don't like about this phone right now.

And three of these things can be fixed with software updates.

The list of what Xiaomi has got right with this phone, is lot longer than its flaws.

And even at the new price of 14,999Rs, it is hard to not recommend it to someone, who

is looking to get a good phone at that price point.

All of the hate that Redmi Note 5 Pro is getting, is mostly because Xiaomi is still selling

it via flash sales.

It has been over 2 months since the launch, and it is still difficult to buy it via these

stupid flash sales.

If you somehow manage to actually get this phone, in one of the future flash sales, you

are really going to enjoy it, and it might be worth the wait after all.

If you are tired of waiting, or if you are looking for some other alternatives to the

Redmi Note 5 Pro, then here are some of your options.

There are the Honor 7x and 9 lite, which are good budget devices and many people are going

with.

I think Moto disappointed us with the announcement of their G6 lineup, but I will wait for their

devices to actually come to India, before I can say anything more about them.

The new Nokia 6 might also be an alternative, but it is priced at 19,000Rs, which is too

high.

And with a 16:9 display and single rear camera, it feels like you have to make a lot of compromises

with it, at that price.

Asus recently announced their Zenfone Max Pro M1, with some of the best on paper specs

that I have seen for a sub 15,000Rs phone.

I have just got mine delivered yesterday, so I will have to use this phone, test it

out and compare with the other phones, to see how good it is.

` And then there is Xiaomi's own Redmi Note

5, which I think is easier to buy, compared to the redmi note 5 pro.

Overall, It is good to see Xiaomi, making other companies work on their hardware and

price to create some competition, in budget smartphone industry.

So that is it for this video guys.

What are your thoughts about this Redmi Note 5 Pro, and which other smartphones are you

looking forward to in this price range?

I'm a Bright Futures Student.

I'm studying Business Management

at the University

of South Florida.

When I graduate I would

like to work for a big

corporation and then I would

like to own an ice cream shop.

My parents helped me a lot

to get the scholarship.

I remember that I was on a

break when I got it,

so I called my mom and

we started crying tears of joy.

It was a beautiful moment.

When I got the scholarship

it gave me a feeling of

relief and pride;

relief because we don't have to

worry that much about

college costs anymore.

And a feeling of pride because

I know my studying and

volunteer hours will help me

Merkel is meeting Russian President Vladimir Putin as Donald Trump puts her

under pressure to pull out of the lucrative Nordstrom to deal the German

Chancellor has embarked on her first trip to Russia in a year in an attempt

to smooth over relations between mr. Putin and the West arriving in the early

afternoon at the residence of the Russian president in Sochi she was

welcomed by the leader with a bouquet of flowers but she is in a difficult

position after being told by Donald Trump to pull out of the lucrative

Nordstrom to offshore gas pipeline project which will bring gas directly

from Russia via the Baltic Sea ms merkel is also under pressure to discuss

putin's support of bashar al-assad's regime in Syria the crumbling Iran

nuclear deal from which US President Donald Trump pulled out earlier this

month and key human rights issues one US official told The Wall Street Journal

Donald Trump is a deal maker there is a deal to be made if someone in Germany

stood up and said help us protect our auto industry a little bit more because

we're great at it and we're going to help you on Nord Stream 2 but earlier

today Germany's economic Minister Peter ALP may a defended the Nord Stream 2

pipeline accusing Washington of wanting to block the deal to boost its own share

of gas exports he said hours before the meeting they

are looking for markets which we can understand and they can land it here

easily but it is much more expensive than pipeline gas so blocking Nord

Stream 2 on its own won't guarantee exports the media agenda form is

Merkel's trip to the Black Sea resort of Sochi we'll also focus on Moscow's

The best argument against postmodernism: postmodernism | The Art of Intellectual War - Duration: 5:47.

There are many arguments against post-modernism like science, philosophy

religion, history, and basic observation, but one of the best arguments against

post-modernism is... post-modernism.

Welcome to the art of intellectual war where we

arm ourselves with ideas because the pen is mightier than the sword.

Post-modernism, or postmodern philosophy, seems to have become the dominant

ideology of many universities, businesses, and public relations departments, but is

this all really the result of left-leaning intellectuals and critical

theory? Or is it what we would expect from people seeking power or maybe the

goal of pan in-offensiveness? So let's ask what actually is post-modernism and

why is it a problem? If you listen to Toronto University professor Dr. Jordan

Peterson, you will soon find out why it's a problem and you'll learn quite a bit

about it but I have one key point of disagreement: the postmodern activists

aren't really postmodern.

Or rather they are treating the philosophy as Dogma

rather than as a set of tools for solving problems in the world because I

actually like a lot of post-modernism when it's one framework among many.

So what is post-modernism? First post-modernism is a critique of science

now we see an extreme version of this all the time in the postmodern rejection

of biology, mathematics, physics, variance and standard deviation, the laws of

supply and demand, and on and on, but this is the critique being treated as dogma

or rather, as the Word of God or maybe even the opium of the masses,

now what if this critique of science were just that, a critique? Well here we

have a tradition from Plato to Nietzsche. The father of phenomenology, Edmund

Husserl, said that a mere fact minded science

makes a mere fact minded people. We know we need a toolset that deals with things

beyond facts, because the information we have now is part of the structure we

exist in and derived from the measurement tools that we've already

made. This is perfectly represented in Jonathan Swift's book Gulliver's Travels.

In the story Gulliver encounters a species of

intelligent horses called the Houyhnhnms. The Houyhnhnms are purely

unimaginative, non speculative, and grasp only bare facts. While they can't lie

they also can't see anything beyond pure facts, so they can't imagine, speculate, or

even have opinions. So post-modernism offers a good critique

of Pure Reason. Second post-modernism puts the subject at the center of

epistemology. In other words the subject is over the object or subjectivism is

over objectivism. At least in the way that we understand the world around us

as conscious beings. Postmodernists reject universal reason or truths. For a

postmodernist, truth has much more to do with what is

coherent or rational to the subject and much less to do with what has been

established by science or what has stood the test of time. Now you could say this

is all just a rejection of the idea of truth, but that would be a little bit of

straw-manning, which is violating the first principle of the art of

intellectual war. Because this is also a push for individuality and individual

liberty. Because we all experience truths subjectively to a certain extent, and

oftentimes cold logic isn't going to be helpful for us moving forward

effectively in the world. A light, and humble, dose of post-modernism in these

cases can have value. And third, post-modernism wants to examine the

people, ideas, and perspectives, that have been forgotten, minimized, or ignored. To

do that they need free speech, and full intellectual and creative liberty,

especially in the university. Two of the most influential postmodern philosophers

are Michel Foucault and Jacques Derrida. Here is Foucault. Foucault said justice

must always question itself, that includes all types of justice, to include

social justice. And here is Jacques Derrida. Now I've censored his photo out

of respect because he did not want his appearance to be framed by the

contemporary uses of photography. But Derrida wanted to uplift the

underbelly of society, history, and idea. To use Derrida is to argue on behalf of

the perspective that is being ignored or minimized, not only the perspective on

the far-left that's being ignored or minimized. Of course that is my

interpretation and others do interpret it differently, but philosophy by nature

is up for interpretation, and ideas in a democracy are always up for debate. So, if

you want to argue against an aesthetic or dogmatic postmodernist today, use

their own theories and ideas. To put another way, if post-modernism is part of

your tool set for discovering truths in the world or navigating the complexity

of life - great! But if it is simply your brand of advancing your own set of

political ideas or your own subjectivity over another's, then you're seeking power,

not truth. And that's the oldest, most bourgeois, most status quo tactic in the book

Siana Love Kicks Cancer Through New Pediatric Specialty Care - Duration: 4:45.

Siana had been doing some research and she did come to me and she goes "mom, I

think I have bone cancer." Siana was diagnosed with a cancer called diffuse

large b-cell lymphoma. It was throughout all of her bone marrow.

Dr. Zucker and Dr. Martin both have been able to establish a pediatric

hematology/oncology program; boots on the ground here in Reno, Nevada. Previously we

had a relationship in California, but all of the real tough clinical care had to

occur over the hill, which just creates incredible social, economic, and clinical

tolls on families. The treatment for diffuse large b-cell lymphoma consists

of several blocks of very high dose chemotherapy - chemotherapy that otherwise

would be quite dangerous if we gave it in an outpatient setting. So it was

absolutely necessary that Siana was admitted to the hospital for most of her

therapy, and also the follow-up care. I would look forward to getting better, and then

once I was better I was like yeah finally I'm feeling good and everything, but what

came next was getting another treatment, getting sick again. One of my nurses

recommended me to get my head shaved. Then I wouldn't have to just sit there and

watch it fall out every day. That was probably the hardest thing I've ever had

to do in my life. Her cancer... you'd get scared! I just told myself I couldn't

give in to the fear. I couldn't live in fear because I had to keep, you know,

marching and being strong for her. Yeah, she made everything better because if

she broke down, then I probably wouldn't have been strong the whole time but my

mom was strong so she kept me happy all the time,

and she stayed with me throughout the whole stay here; she slept on a really

uncomfortable bed. And... I dunno... she's my hero actually! You're the hero.

Siana's a remarkable patient. She was given a diagnosis of a disease that is a

very fast and very life-threatening disease if untreated, and she was

admitted to the hospital where she had to be taken away from her daily life for

a matter of four to six months. She was able to persevere through that. She has

developed into a remarkable young woman with great aspirations and great

charisma. She's really touched everybody in the hospital.

Very very proud today to proclaim your wish to go to Hawaii and swim with

sharks. We are so excited Siana that Renown hospital has granted your wish

today. The whole concept behind Make-A-Wish is providing wishes to

children who have life-threatening illnesses, and studies have proven that

the children respond much faster to treatment or much more compliant with

treatment when they know a Wish is coming, or feel that a Wish is in their future.

I love sharks. So I was thinking in my head "where could

sharks be?" and I was like "definitely in Hawaii." That's what she really wants to

do, so I'll be OK with it. But this mom is not getting in the water with any sharks.

Some of the nurses would have to sit in my room and be there for the whole

treatment, and so we became really close with a lot of the nurses. That wish that

Siana got was just as important to Dr. Zucker and the nurses as it was to her.

It's just so rewarding for the clinicians to be involved with something

that's happy for the child that they've been taking care of for so long. The staff here at

Renown is completely amazing. Dr. Zucker - I couldn't ask for a better

person to treat my daughter. Thank you Renown. Thank you for treating me, saving

my life, and adopting my wish. And thank you Dr. Zucker for saving my life and

showing us your dog too, because now we have our own dog: Grayson Jake.

We named his middle name after her doctor actually.
