Bill Teasdale was out in Kenya observing some elephants in their natural habitat with The

David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

However, as he watched the pachyderms interact at a waterhole, the herd suddenly made a run

for it.

Then rangers discovered what it was that had so terrified them.

Dr. Dame Daphne Sheldrick established The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in 1977, in

memory of her late husband.

David Sheldrick was a prominent conservationist who acted as the first warden of the Tsavo

East National Park in Kenya.

As part of his work there, Sheldrick established a team of staff from the Game Department and

National Parks to ward off poachers.

With elephants now safe to roam the land, the naturalist was able to study their every

move, learning a great deal about the gentle giants in the process.

Alongside his research, Sheldrick and his wife began caring for vulnerable elephants

and other animals in need.

And it's this side of the conservationist's work that is still honored by The David Sheldrick

Wildlife Trust today – particularly by dint of its Orphans' Project.

Through the Orphans' Project, the Trust has rescued and reared by hand more than 150

infant elephants.

Furthermore, it has succeeded in reestablishing orphans back among wild herds, providing Kenya's

elephant population with a much-needed boost.

For decades, Kenya's elephant numbers plummeted, mainly as a result of poaching.

Tragically, between 1973 and 1990 the population dwindled by 90 per cent.

But thanks to the efforts of organizations like The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, elephants

in the country are thriving once again.

Indeed, elephant numbers in the Tsavo-Mkomazi ecosystem alone rose by nearly 15 per cent

between 2014 and 2017.

Its noble work has also won The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust many supporters.

Among them was videographer and flying enthusiast Bill Teasdale, who posted some footage on

YouTube that documented a recent visit to the Trust's reintroduction center in Ithumba.

During his visit, Teasdale had got to witness some of the organization's former elephant

orphans as the animals socialized by a waterhole.

He captured the natural phenomenon on camera, and his footage shows a number of the magnificent

beasts lingering around the pool.

Some of them even bathe in it.

But the idyllic scene is soon interrupted.

All of a sudden, the alarmed herd begin to flee the watering hole.

It appears they have been startled by some sort of noise.

As a result, they make off in the opposite direction to the source of the sound.

Curious to know what has frightened the elephants, some rangers then decide to investigate.

Teasdale's footage captures them trudging through the mud in search of the noise's

origin.

And eventually they all come to a halt after spotting something moving in the sludge.

But what on earth is it?

At this point, a guide named Parashi wades out alone to get a closer look at the mysterious

being.

Then, once he gets within reaching distance of the object, he grabs it, pulling it partly

out of the mud as he does so.

It is only then that it becomes obvious that the slippery soul is in fact a baby buffalo,

perhaps just two days old.

Clearly, the calf had wandered too close to the water's edge, becoming stuck in the

thick mud in the process.

With none of its herd to be seen, it looked like the rangers were now the young animal's

only hope.

Using all his might Parashi tries to pull the calf onto its feet, but he doesn't succeed.

That's when some fellow rangers step in to offer their help.

And together they yank the animal out of the quagmire and on to some firmer ground.

Freed at last from the glutinous mud, the animal lies exhausted at the side of the water.

And this gives the calf's saviors an ideal opportunity to scrape some off the excess

dirt from its fur – much to the elephants' curiosity.

By now, the pachyderms have returned to the waterhole to see what's going on.

Eventually, someone brings over a bucket of water in order to give the buffalo a better

wash.

After that the rangers help the animal, a female, to her feet.

But given that she had been stuck for several hours, the calf struggles to find her balance.

Finally, though the calf manages to steady herself.

However, with no one to care for the animal in the wild, the rangers weren't keen on

the idea of simply letting her go free.

Instead, they made plans to take the calf to an enclosure where orphaned elephants sleep

at night.

Towards the end of Teasdale's video, the little calf appears to have gathered her strength.

Now able to walk unaided, though understandably still a little wobbly, the youngster follows

the rescuers religiously.

It seems clear that she is grateful to them for literally getting her out of a hole.

But the animal's happy ending doesn't end there.

Later the rangers notice an adult buffalo on the other side of the waterhole.

It's the calf's mother, and it appeared that she had come to collect her baby.

Likely keen to be reunited with her mom, the calf then makes a move in her general direction.

Hilariously, though, she succeeds in bolting straight towards the elephant herd, who are

once again so startled by the feisty youngster that they run away.

Realizing that the calf needs a helping hand, one of the rangers subsequently scoops her

up and carries her towards her mom.

Happily, mother and child were reunited, then, after what was believed to have been several

days apart.

So, it was another job well done for The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust team.

It might not have been an elephant that they saved this time, but a life is a life no matter

how big or small.

Comey Finally Breaks His Silence on #SpyGate and It's a DOOZY - Duration: 3:21.

Comey Finally Breaks His Silence on #SpyGate and It's a DOOZY.

Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey has been very quiet lately, as word spreads

over the "FBI mole" who spied on the Trump Campaign for Obama's Deep State.

The lying liberal media and Obama's cronies are out in full-force trying to spin #SpyGate

into something magical and awesome, claiming no one was "really spying on Trump," and

he should be "HAPPY" the FBI placed spies in his campaign.

Comey is now joining the spin-choir, by claiming federal spies are "regulated and normal"

and chastised Republicans for thinking otherwise, and then suggested conservatives were "harming"

their grandchildren by attacking the FBI.

From Washington Examiner

Former FBI Director James Comey defended the FBI's use of confidential sources Wednesday

following a series of tweets from President Trump about "spygate."

He also warned that attacks on and lies about the bureau and its work will cause "lasting

damage" to the country.

"Facts matter.

The FBI's use of Confidential Human Sources (the actual term) is tightly regulated and

essential to protecting the country.

Attacks on the FBI and lying about its work will do lasting damage to our country.

How will Republicans explain this to their grandchildren?"

Comey tweeted.

The tweet from the former FBI director, who Trump fired in May 2017, comes after reports

the FBI worked with a secret informant during its investigation into Russian meddling in

the 2016 election.

The confidential source, identified as Stefan Halper, sought out and met with three Trump

campaign aides: former aide Carter Page, former foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos,

and former campaign co-chairman Sam Clovis.

In a subsequent tweet, Comey encouraged Americans to "seek truth" in what he described as

a time of peril for the country.

Dangerous time when our country is led by those who will lie about anything, backed

by those who will believe anything, based on information from media sources that will

say anything.

Americans must break out of that bubble and seek truth.

— James Comey (@Comey) May 23, 2018 In a series of tweets Tuesday night and into

Wednesday morning, Trump accused the Obama administration of embedding a spy in his campaign

for "political reasons" and to help Hillary Clinton win the presidency.

The president also said allegations the FBI had an informant working for it during the

2016 campaign, which he referred to as "spygate," may be "one of the biggest political scandals

in history" and said spying on a campaign would be both illegal and "a scandal to

boot."

Trump accused the "criminal deep state," a reference to deeply entrenched members of

the intelligence community and executive branch who are allegedly working to undermine the

president and his agenda, of being behind allegations the Trump campaign colluded with

Russia and said it's now been caught in a "major spy scandal."

The Billion Dollar Secret on Success Today - Rafael Badziag interviewed by Nick Nanton - Duration: 9:05.

Hi. I'm Nick Nanton and welcome back to Success Today.

My next guest says you should not listen to millionaires because they're just mediocre entrepreneurs.

My next quest is Rafael Badziag the Billionaire Magnet.

Welcome to the show Rafael.

Hi. Nice to meet you here Nick.

It is great to have you. So you have spent your career being successful

but you realized that there's another level of success beyond what everyone else strives for.

And I'm fascinated to talk to you about it.

You've written a book a book on it, you're best selling author.

Tell me more Rafael.

Well, let's start with who I'm. Right?

I'm a serial entrepreneur, motivational writer and speaker.

And I started in 90s pioneering e-commerce in Europe.

I develop the first online shop for bikes in German speaking market.

It became a multimillion-dollar company.

Then I went into investing in Internet projects and in digital assets.

And the last three years I've been traveling the world and meeting the most successful entrepreneurs in the world.

Who accidentally also belong to the wealthiest people on the planet.

And I'm writing a book about that The Billion Dollar Secret.

Great. So The Billion Dollar Secret.

So you traveling the world interviewing billionaires, what made you want to do that?

You know, after many years od hustle in my company I became quite successful.

I would say moderately successful.

It became a multi-million dollar company.

But it was always a struggle. It was stressful.

I knew people who started later became a greater success.

It's look much easier to do.

And I didn't feel successful with that.

And I realized there was something missing in my personality as entrepreneur.

I wanted to improve and I started going to the self-development conferences, to the business seminars.

And at one of the seminars, I was in the situation where people were high-fiving each other,

enthusiastically shouting to each other 'you've got a millionaire mind'.

And it somehow didn't resonate with me. Right?

And I realized I was millionaire myself already.

So this wasn't a big deal. Right?

And I wanted to become better in business. Right?

And there are a lot of books about how millionaires think.

And this is just mediocrity because nowadays being a millionaire as an entrepreneur this is average.

In the States one in twenty people is a millionaire.

It isn't a big deal to become a millionaire as entrepreneur nowadays.

I just wanted more. I wanted to improve.

And I wanted to learn from the best people in the business.

And who are the best people in business?

There is one objective measure of business success.

It is the net worth. Right?

So, the value you have created in your business career.

So the most successful entrepreneurs are at the same time the wealthiest people on the planet or in the world.

And we call them billionaires, billionaires with B.

So at that conference I realized I would rather have a billionaire mind

instead of having a millionaire mind that I had already. Right?

And I had this crazy and seemingly impossible idea to interview some of the best entrepreneurs in the world

in order to find out what in theirs personalities made so extremely successful.

And this is what the book is about.

Now you interviewed what 20 billionaires for the book. Is that right?

I have met 28 billionaires, out of them 25 are in the book.

That great. And so, we talked a little before and you said you don't think that ever been done before.

Tell me about how hard that was or maybe some the experience.

The project itself is a big success already.

Because if you look at the numbers in the world on average one I five million people is a billionaire.

To meet a billionaire on the street by chance it's similar probability to winning the main pot at the national lottery.

To meet one billionaire. I have interviewed 28.

So do you know anybody who won the pot in the national lottery for 28 times?

I do not.

Probably not. It's mathematically impossible.

Nevertheless, I managed to do that.

It has never been done in the history.

Nobody challenged himself to do that or nobody dared to do that.

I did it on the global scale for a book project.

So this is one of the things.

And the other thing is what you learn from that.

I mean what I have learned from the billionaires.

Around one year ago I had the rough form of The Billion Dollar Secret.

I have identified and codified 20 principles that made them so extremely successful, all of them,

this is a common denominator of them.

Those principles I call The Billion Dollar Secret.

And I started to apply them in my company but I was traveling most of the time for the project so I applied only the soft principles,

only the things about communication, about how we deal with each other,

with customers, how we approach problems.

Only the soft part.

I didn't change any processes, I didn't change anything in the structure in the company.

Nevertheless, in the last year I have doubled the revenue of my multi-million dollar company.

And I have tripled the profit.

So the principles work in business. Right?

Absolutely. Now. You know it reminds me much of Napoleon Hill Think and Grow Rich.

He was tasked to go interview the most successful people of the time

and he basically distilled down what they were doing that was working.

And that book has been shared and revered by people for I mean decades and decades.

I mean it sounds a lot like that so is your hope to help share these secrets with the rest of the world so they can…

Absolutely.

So first of all the difference between me and Napoleon Hill is I did it on a global scale. Yeah.

Because of that time it wasn't possible to travel that much so he talked only to Americans.

So I did it on a global scale.

I compared different cultures, different world regions, different religions, industries

and also age groups and distilled the common denominator of their mindsets.

I analyzed their minds, their hearts, their souls to answer this question:

What makes them different from everybody else?

So this is The Billion Dollar Secret.

And with that knowledge… this is really unique knowledge of self-made billionaires.

All the participants in my book are self-made billionaires.

That a big distinction by the way.

They made it themselves, they didn't just inherit the money, didn't win the lottery, they're self-made.

Exactly. So they went from zero to billions in one lifespan.

This is a knowledge that hasn't been available until now.

And it will help the ambitious entrepreneurs around the world achieve outrageous success in their lives

and of course make the world a better place.

So I encourage the viewers to go to my website

and to download the report "Three Billionaire Misconceptions That Hold You Back."

This will be a good starting point to change their attitude towards what is possible for them

and to see what they can achieve from the position they are in right now.

I love it. So I can go to the website, we have that up on the screen and download for free.

That's awesome. You'll get free education.

Now, before you go I'd like to ask the smartest people that I meet one question and it's this this:

What's the one thing you'd encourage people to help them thrive no matter what economy were in today?

But if you have one piece of advice.

I know there's way more than one thing but what's one thing you would share?

So if I had to choose just one thing, just one message I would say this:

Don't learn from millionaires, this is entrepreneurial mediocrity,

learn from the best in the world, learn from the billionaires.

And read my book. My book will give the tools to achieve things that you deemed impossible.

And forget everything you have heard about success until now,

because this will raise your game to a completely new level.

That's my advice.

I love it. You heard it here first. Rafael Badziag, he says do not listen to millionaires check out the The Billion Dollar Secret.

Thanks so much.

Thank you.
