Are you ready for some fun in Steve's kitchen? Today we're making a

cheeseburger, we've taken an onion ring, stuffed it full of burger meat, put the

cheese inside, breaded it and deep-fried. Trust me a lot of fun and tastes just

delicious, come on let's get on and make.... what we're going to call this? an inside-out

burger? an in-and-out burger? you decide. Now for these burgers you're going to

want a fairly large brown or white onion and we're just going to slice both ends

off the onion and then I want to cut it down through the middle. Now pop the

center out of the onion and we won't throw that away, we'll save that for

another recipe. We peel off the skin and we should be left with two or three

decent-sized outer rings. Now you're going to want a couple of onions to make

at least six good-sized onion rings. Here I've got 450 grams, that's about a pound

of ground beef. We're going to season that with some fresh herbs, about a teaspoon

of garlic salt and if you like it spicy about half a teaspoon of chili flakes

and finally some black pepper. I'm just going to mix this through and then I'm

going to take some of my burger and I'm going to pop it into the center of the

onion ring. At this point we don't want to overfill the onion rings. I'm just

going to fill all six of them with some ground beef and then I'm going to push a

little indentation in the center. Now here I've got some lovely mozzarella

balls but you could use any cheese, I'm going to push that into the center of the

meat and then I'm going to take some more ground beef and just cover over the

cheese. Of course we do this with all six burgers

and now it's time to coat our burgers. I've got some all-purpose flour, we're

adding some seasoning by a way of salt and a decent amount of black pepper, give

that a little mix through and now I'm just going to scramble these eggs

together with a fork. Now take one of the burgers, dip it into the flour just to

dry the surface and then with my right hand I'm going to drop it into the egg

and use the other hand to get the coating. The reason I'm doing this is to

keep one hand from getting too sticky. We then drop the burger into our bread

crumbs and use the dry hand to coat the burger over with bread crumbs. Now I'm

going to double coat these, so I'm going to pop it back into the egg again with a

wet hand, give it a little turn through and then back into the bread crumbs

to get a nice even coating. Now that is exactly what I'm looking for,

put that aside and I'm going to get on and do the rest of the burgers.

Now the all-important oil temperature for frying, if you have the oil too hot

you'll burn the outside of the burger before it's fully cooked through into

the center. So we're looking for about 150 to 160 degrees Celsius, that's about

300 to 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a pair of tongs I'm just going to lower

the burger into the hot oil, it will fizzle and you don't want to just drop

it in, otherwise it may stick to the bottom of your pan and we're going to

let it cook at that constant temperature for five minutes. Now if you want a

slightly pink burger aim for about four minutes, if you like it a little bit more

well done, five minutes will be perfect. Now you can see how gorgeous and

golden-brown the burger is now, I'm just going to lift it out of the hot oil and I'm

going to put it onto a plate with some paper towels just to drain some of the

oil off. I'm going to carry on, I'm actually going to only cook three of

these for the purpose of this demonstration. Now with the burgers ready

I've made myself some french fries which I've done with a little bit of herbs and

turmeric, I'm just gonna stack them on a slate plate.

We'll just season them with a little bit of salt and now let's take one of those

onion rings stuffed burgers and as you can see here I've taken three of them

and frozen them. We're not going to cook these all in one go because we don't

need them all today and they freeze really well. I love these little slate

plates, they make a great serving tray. The burger is still piping hot but I'm

ready to tuck in and give this a try. So I think I'll cut this in half, we'll just

get through the onion. I won't go all the way through, what I'm going to do, if it's

not too hot, is I'm just going to pull that open. Look at

the juice inside there, the bread crumbs has trapped all the moisture in there,

it's literally running down my hands, the onions are perfectly cooked I've got to

tuck in and get this while it's still a little bit hot. Just perfect,

a gorgeous juicy burger we've got the onions, the breadcrumbs, the cheese as

well. This has been a heap of fun, I'm really looking forward to tucking into

this, so you guys better get off and have a good day and leave me to eat maybe one

or two of these burgers. If you decide to make them, share across some pictures

Photoshop: How to Quickly Create a Classic, "Indiana Jones" Style Movie Poster Illustration. - Duration: 6:25.

Hi. This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV I'm going to show you how to recreate

the look of classic retro illustrations like the ones in action-adventure movie

posters from the 1980s

Before we begin, if you're not already a subscriber to my channel, click the

subscribe button at the lower right corner or the link in my video's

description. Download a sharp close-up photo of someone that you'd like to use

for this project. I downloaded this one from Shutterstock the result will look

best if your subject has a good deal of contrast and character in the face. The

background should be relatively simple for your convenience, I provided this

paper texture for you to use in your illustration. Its link is located in my

video's description below or the project files. Open your subject we're going to

place it onto the paper texture document. First, make sure your move tool is active.

If it isn't, press "v" on your keyboard. Drag your subject onto the tab of the

paper texture and without releasing. To

resize and reposition it, press "Ctrl or Cmd + T" to open your Transform Tool. Go

to a corner and when you see a diagonal double-arrow, press and hold Alt or

Option + Shift, as you drag it in or out. To reposition it, just go inside the

Transform's bounding box and drag your image. To accept its size and position,

press Enter or Return twice to ensure that the photo is sized to the

dimensions of the paper texture. Press Ctrl or Cmd to select the visible

area of our document and go to Image and Crop.

Deselect it by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + D. We'll convert our photo into a Smart

Object, so we can modify it non-destructively. To do this, click the

icon at the upper right of the Layers Panel and click "Convert to Smart Object".

Click off the lock icon next to the paper texture to unlock it and drag the

photo below the texture. Temporarily hide the texture.

Go to Filter, Sharpen

an Unsharp Mask. I'll make the Amount: 150%, the Radius:

3 pixels and the Threshold: zero, however, since each photo has its own

inherent sharpness, feel free to adjust these amounts. Remember, you can always

adjust them later, since we're applying the filter to a

Smart Object. Convert this image into a Smart Object, as well.

Then, go to Filter, Stylize and "Oil Paint".

You can see the oil paint effect in the preview window. If you want to

make the preview bigger or smaller, click the plus or minus magnifier icons.

Make the Brush Stylization: 2 and all the other settings: 10. The

Lighting Angle is 121 degrees and the Shine is point 2.

Make a copy of the layer by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + J.

Open your Channels panel. If you don't see it, go to Window and Channels.

Ctrl-click or Cmd-click the RGB channel to make a selection of all its tonal

values. Open back the Layers Panel and click the Layer Mask icon to make a

layer mask next to the copy of our subject. Click the layer to make it

active and change its blend mode to "Hard Light".

This gives our image more contrast and brighten the colors. We'll combine these

two layers into one smart object by Shift-clicking "Layer 1" to make it active,

as well and clicking "Convert to Smart Object".

Go to Filter and Filter Gallery.

Open the Artistic folder and click "Poster Edges".

Make the Thickness: 10, the Edge Intensity: 0 and the Posterization: 6.

This adds thickness and depth to the strokes. Next, we'll add stippled airbrush

texture to the image. Make a new layer. We'll fill it with 50%

gray by pressing Shift + the F5 key at the top of your keyboard or you can go

to Edit and Fill. Open the Contents list and click "50% Gray".

Go to Filter, Noise

and "Add Noise".

Make the Amount: 50%, Gaussian and Monochromatic.

Change the blend mode to "Overlay"

and reduce its Opacity to 80%.

Make the paper texture visible and active and change its blend mode to

"Overlay".

just go right into the closet or I don't put this down okay so my closet is huge

well I think it's huge because my old closet was really small so I have two

mirrored doors

it's fine we're good

so starting on this side I tried to organize these things by color and style

if that makes any sense so basically I call this this corner in the corner I

keep everything that I can't see on the daily which means I probably don't wear

it on the daily go I have a lot of compresses ie this Kylie Jenner dress it

doesn't fit me sad day because I actually would wear this maybe it's like

this just and then I just black dresses random dresses more dresses dresses

dresses formal dresses things that I can't see again and then starting about

here is like where there's stuff that I sometimes wear the smirk with my maxi

stuff I have lot of maxi dresses I don't want them at frequently but you know

they're gonna crunch a tired girl likes to brunch I live in LA and that was

really smooth this is my favorite white jumpsuit from Lulu's but um your girl

spilled some coffee on it you know this is very real and raw in the flesh coffee

stain really fun ask me why I haven't washed that yet I don't know I start

with my dresses and I'm a color coordinating sister so I like to have

all my black dresses first and we kind of move into the like blue gray gray

blue you know yeah that chain uh-huh then we go into the like plum purple

pink category so it starts at the darkest plum I need to get rid of this

it's ripping and I've had it for actually at five years so I just I can't

part with my clothing yeah then we move into kind of the pink

category I love me a good t-shirt dress this one is Villu with the fanciest from

your so bougie I know then I get into kind of

summary Maxie's like why this you know we situation

honestly I we're actually two percent of my closet I things like on the day leave

then we get into like the navy blue max he's got a navy blue jumpsuit situation

this is where it kind of gets weird and goes into like might go out close sort

of this is a really cute pair of overall these are honestly in like no particular

order or so by and then we have rompers I got my long-sleeve rompers also in no

particular order I random other rompers short sleeve robbers this beautiful mesh

dress which I were to Coachella you guys didn't start my history out to you

evenly and I posted get ready with me for cuhh time we link down below

cluck-cluck-cluck always love bin and this is also a really cute thing that's

from no idea but no idea okay but it's really cute I love it more Coachella

attire little overalls these ones are just not really color-coordinated these

are all rompers rubber are Bromberg then we get into tank tops I don't need to go

through them all I just got tank tops on tank tops on tank tops then we get into

like white gray black then it's t-shirts white pink and red and green and blue

and seafoam and purple and then we get into long sleeves and it's gray and

white and more white and pink and purple and black okay as for above we have a

wide array of shoes those are the things you put on your feet if you did remember

so we got some of those up there we started with a nice beige tan over here

and we move into this like other color palette since when I actually we're in

posh spices closet yeah I got more shoes these are like my favorite see you madam

pumps I honestly wear these with everything they're so comfortable

they're very beat-up they're really cute and then down below we have more shoes

this is where kind of the ratchet shoes come into play because some of these

I've had for so long these are definitely a pair of my faves these are

also Steve Madden so but you just got some booties I wear okay I've had these

like every I had these everyday these everyday these are so cute and so

comfortable I love those these are just like honestly there's no

order it's all wrapped okay well done I think that concludes side

number one snitches yeah I'm Howard breath I don't want to speak without

panting hey you're good you're good they're killing it okay it's over here

we have my jewelry I will tell you guys to this day I literally do not know how

to organize my jewelry in like an efficient and effective way if anyone

has any tips throw at your girl but for now this is basically what I've done

necklaces that are more dainty some of my fave earrings and then these are like

the more chunky necklaces I have my chokers got some new ones recently my

favorite one is this little print one I got my rings down here I got my longer

necklaces my more chokers then I have like this little thing a bracelet a

little hair tie hair ties more bracelets Coachella crown queen of Coachella so

Adrienne how are you holding up those earrings are the earrings tailed them

into that bulletin board honestly not an ideal situation just because like I

can't hold very much on that I thought it was a cute idea at the time but I'm

heavily reconsidering that's okay I'll figure that out later and then to be

honest the rest of these like have a very minimal organization haven't quite

gotten there yet but what I have right now is like watches here and have a

clutch purse some more like earrings that are a lot fancier and more

expensive like these and then over here I got my sunglasses these are my

favorites I really want to get like a wire mesh thing to put all these on let

me show you one of my favorite crazy pairs of sunglasses tell me when it's

ever actually acceptable to wear these besides like in one Instagram photo when

you're trying to channel kendall Jenner yeah cuz we're kendall Jenner so I mean

they're cool down here we have some shorts and some

more shorts and then here I got all my favorite jeans you like I got rid of a

lot of clothes when I moved because I kind of need it too this is all just

like we don't need to talk about like receipts and then on the side I put

these little handy dandy command hooks and I have my favorite little backpacks

my one from Gaston Luga and this is my one from hmm I love leather pack pack up

here my shoe collection continues these are cowboy boot looking shoes ask me if

I've worn them one time I haven't I'm at a stagecoach should have worn them

didn't really drop the ball it's like half of a cowboy no more little shoes

ease more little shoes ease these ones are cool but they're half a size too big

anyone want some alright moving on to this why am I talking so clearing cribs

I'm acting welcome to my room who do you think you are so here I have my fav pair

of leather leggings the problem is they're too big

I am so they fall down but they're so freaking cute

that's more pants and skirts whatever

okay now talk about color coordination your girl actually did a pretty good job

of Miss half so this is like my sweater jacket situations so I got my pink my

like purpley whatever my neon orange oh my god I forgot I even owned this shirt

it's like a Lululemon workout ha girl and it was way too expensive I need to

wear that I forgot I got the matching pants cute good

some wear jackets sweaters love these sweaters from booboo by the way and then

it gets into red blue blues and greens and then we get to white if anyone knows

how the heck to wash away clothes and like not have them just get crap all

over them please let me know so we got you know some of those sweaters then we

get it to grave sweaters oh this is my fave rob got this for me it says hashtag

pinch fam he surprised me with it and I thought about the cutest thing ever

Accessibility Directorate of Ontario

The integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation includes five standards:

Design of public spaces, employment, information and communication,

transportation and customer service, that aim to remove barriers

and help Ontario reach its goal of an accessible province by 2015.

Measures that have been taken range from:

Courtesy seating in public buses,

to adjusted stop button so that are accessible for people using mobility devices

to beach accessibility by using mats.

City of Rio de Janeiro

The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro has

produced an accessibility guide and is using it as a tool to increase public

social participation.

Measures that have been taken range from:

accessible volleyball courts, we're in the height of the net and the size of the court are adjustable,

to carpets placed on the beach for mobility device users.

In a museum, maps and art are made accessible for the visually impaired

using tactile maps, as well as tactile art.

A ramp has been built into a botanical,

garden making it accessible for mobility device users.

Sinks have been lowered to be accessible for mobility device users

and train station platforms are built

to be leveled to trains

The South Africa Public Transport Network Development

The South Africa Department of Transport has developed a national strategy,

which includes universal design,

to guide cities in providing accessible public transport systems.

Pavements have been raised in order to be level with the bus and it's ramps.

All accessible buses have designated seating that have safety belts.

The buses have step free access to

the stop buttons and exits.

Buses also include an automatic fare collection system

that is translated into Braille and has enlarged text.

Minibuses are equipped with platform lifts to provide safe curbside boarding.

Grenoble

The French City of Grenoble began to address accessibility as early as the 1970s.

Eighty percent of public spaces in the city centre are accessible

as well as 100 percent of all tram stations.

Accessible housing has been developed,

including a range of features:

from accessible bathrooms

to button controlled locks.

Brookfield Zoo

Based on the principles of Universal Design,

the Brookfield Zooin Chicago has made its facility easily accessible,

as well as providing accessible transport and tactile exhibits.

Paths have been constructed to be widened flat

and tactile animal statues have been built

for the visually impaired.

The buildings have been made accessible

for mobility device users,

through wide ramps and wide automatic doors.

The Zoo offers safari tours using mini buses that are accessible through its ramps

and include companion seating.

Musholm

Musholm based on the principles of Universal Design,

is a recreation center with room and space for differences.

Their hallways are wide and have a continuous hand railing.

Entering the building is made easier due to the flat and hard surfaces

that lead to the wide automatic doors.

Their indoor facilities, such as their bathrooms, are accessible.

The handles are within easy reach of the user,

and the height of the toilet can be easily altered.

One can independently travel through the building

with the use of door opening buttons located at a height that is reachable for everyone.

Telemark

The county of Telemark made their outdoor spaces more accessible

through Universal Design

with its main focus on walking trails their trails.

Their trails are wide, flat and have a hard surface,

so that mobility device users can easily

travel independently.

The hard surfaces are helpful for better grip

when on wheels or shoes.

Other trails have a wooden surface, also beneficial for grip.

Rails are located at the side of the path to ensure maximum safety for travelers.

Scandic Hotels

More than 13 years ago, Scandic began its journey to

make its hotels more accessible for people with disabilities.

Throughout the hotels, there are tactile floors for the visually impaired

and adapted furnishings and spaces to fit everyone's needs.

[music]

One can even find cane holders throughout the hotel.

[music]

Rooms and bathrooms are also accessible, including many features,

such as adjustable beds, hooks and peepholes, extra spacious bathrooms

with it's necessary features within reach.

The Central Bank of Ireland

Based on the principles of Universal Design,

the Central Bank of Ireland has made a new office facility fully accessible.

The grey strips on the stairs based on the „Buildings for Everyone Standard"

are visible when going up as well as when going down.

There is a continuous handrail on the stairs that is lit, as well as in a contrasting color.

The floor finishes of the bank can help define a walkway and encourage safe

access for everyone.

The walkways are also broad to ensure easy circulation.

The signage in the facility is large and contrasting,

making it easier to read.

The countertops in the restaurant are built so that people in mobility devices

can come up to the counter as close as possible.

The Central Bank of Ireland

offers a variety of workspaces and different furniture to meet all kinds of needs.

The location of all equipment in the bathroom are within easy reach of the users,

as well as color contrasting to the wall.

the Mary Free Bed YMCA was designed with everyone in mind.

The pool is accessible for mobility device users

through a step and a continuous railing.

The individual can therefore enter the pool independently.

The fitness equipment is also accessible.

For example, a wheelchair can simply pull up directly to a weight machine.

Everything in this facility has been thought through.

From kitchen counters to the indoor track.

The track is white and his lanes are in different colors, helping people to stay in their lane.

There is also a continuous yellow railing throughout the entire track.
