apps every YouTuber should have what's going on my name is Devin Street helping
you build your online presence and today we're gonna be talking about six apps
that every single youtuber should have on their phone but if you're not already

channel so my first app on this list is Google keep and this one's not really
just for youtubers is for almost anyone Google keep is a great app for taking
notes jotting things down saving things it's sort of like the new text memos but
now you can add photos you can draw on them you can take bulleted lists
everything you can imagine with Google keep and with Google keep I do stuff
like I save templates for descriptions and I will also put some canned
responses in there for comments when someone comments something I can just
copy and paste straight to a comment and also you can use it for like reminders
for Instagram and you can remind yourself when to post on Instagram I
keep my Instagram tags and Google keeps Google keep is just a great app to
choose from for keeping yourself in order the next one on this list is the
creator studio app my personal favorite on this list the creator studio app is a
great app for showing you everything you need to know about your YouTube channel
you can look up any single video see the views the likes the dislikes the
comments the analytics you can look up the view duration you can look up how
many views it has you can look at watch time almost every single thing that's in
the YouTube dashboard on desktop you can almost look at on the creator studio app
the greatest part about the creator studio app is that it gives you a
notification when people are commenting on your YouTube videos so the quickest
way to respond to them is through the creator studio app notifications you can
go in and heart their comment you can like it and you can give them a response
and you can also use Google key from earlier if you have a certain response
for them like someone needs to know something you have a video perfect for
that that you can just send the link to from there the next one on the list is
photo editor and snaps the photo editor is going to be your one for Android and
Snapseed is going to be your one for Apple and these are the two best photo
editing apps on mobile for creating thumbnails you can do almost anything
you can imagine here it's the closest thing you're gonna get to Photoshop for
a mobile device and it's such a great thing I use photo editor to create all
my thumbnails you can choose exactly what resolutions you want the type of
image whether that's a JPEG of PNG your quality of how you want it you can do
things like image cropping cutting images shadows anything just basically
anything they go it's such a great app there's so many effects framings another
saying reflections all kinds of effects that most photo editors are not gonna
have and honestly there's just so much packed into this app for it to be on
mobile and it's a very impressive app I highly suggest both of these great for
creating thumbnails on the go and now that you've got your photo editor you're
also going to need a video editor so I suggest can a master for this I use this
to edit all my videos I've got a video in the YouTube card right now where I've
sort of talked about Kida master before it's extremely great for editing video
and I absolutely love it it's the best video editing app on mobile next up I
have two buddy mobile to Buddy Mobile is very new it just came out on Android
this week it's been out with Apple for a couple
weeks now if you don't already have the two buddy Chrome extension go to two
buddy comm slash Devon Street it is a great great extension it's gonna tell
you everything you need to do it no it's gonna suggest tags it's going to
tell you what you're missing in certain areas if you need to work in your title
into your description and tags and sort of match those up so you can do that
triple key wording I've talked about before it's a phenomenal extension it's
really gonna point out things to help you grow and really show you stuff that
you may not even be thinking about but with the two buddy mobile app it's gonna
show you all your recent videos all your recent comments but along with that just
being able to respond to those from there and look at those analytics you
can also create video topic ideas you can plan out videos here you can create
those canned responses that I talked about that you can also do in Google
keep with to buddy that's another great thing you can do and you can
automatically respond with those canned responses right away through the tube
buddy mobile app and there's all kinds of things you can do and I highly
suggest you go and get this app it's extremely great it's very new and
there's new features coming out on it every single week the final app I'm
going to talk about is legend I've talked about this before which you can
find in the YouTube card right now I've talked about this app and it's great for
your transitions maybe you have like a step process where you're going to do
step 1 step 2 step 3 this is perfect for creating those little transition Clips
it's also great for intros and outros like you saw at the beginning of this
video I actually use legend to create the little intro at the beginning about
subscribing and it's just a very great app something very useful if you want to
throw something together really quick it doesn't give you the best customization
but what it offers is some that's really really great for mobile
and something you can't find anywhere else on a phone shout-out to film fan
