Rudy Giuliani Screws Up AGAIN During Interview, Implicates Trump In More Crimes - Duration: 4:14.
One of the best things that Rudy Giuliani could do as Donald Trump's newest attorney,
would be to basically stop talking to members of the media.
You see, after his disastrous set of interviews last week on Fox News, Giuliani somehow thought
it would be a good idea to go on a more hostile network, ABC, to speak with George Stephanopolous
about the whole Stormy Daniels/Michael Cohen thing.
And, it went exactly as you would expect it to.
Here is what Giuliani said during that interview with George Stephanopolous.
He knew about it at the time.
I think there's a question about when did you find out?
[crosstalk 00:00:40].
2017.
You've said that he made this agreement with Michael Cohen before June 2017.
[crosstalk 00:00:43].
The agreement with Michael Cohen, as far as I know, is a longstanding agreement that Michael
Cohen takes care of situations like this, then gets paid for them sometimes.
Gets paid for them, sometimes it's reimbursed in another way.
It depends on whether it's business or personal.
Is Michael Cohen still the president's attorney?
No, of course not.
It would be a conflict right now for him to be the president's attorney.
I am, in this respect, so is Jay Sekulow, so are the Raskins.
And then of course he has White House council, as you know from working in the White House.
That's not quite your attorney, that's really the presidencies attorney.
Correct.
And you said he ... arrangement he had with Michael Cohen.
So did Michael Cohen make payments to other women for the president?
I have no knowledge of that, but I would think if it was necessary yes.
He made payments for the president, or he conducted business for the president, which
meant he had legal fees, monies laid out, and expenditures, which I have on my bills
to my clients.
So, according to Giuliani, who in the entire clip actually admitted he's only about half
way through all of the information that he needs to get up to speed, it's totally possible
and plausible that Donald Trump and Michael Cohen had to pay off more women than just
Stormy Daniels, to keep them quiet about affairs with the president.
I don't know if Giuliani is just grossly incompetent, or if he's carrying out one of the great espionage
acts in American history with inside the Trump campaign.
But this is absolutely hilarious what he is doing to the President.
You basically just admitted that there could be more of these potentially illegal payments
floating around out there, but you're not sure because you've only read about half the
stuff that you have available to you.
Do you realize what you're doing to your client at this point?
Do you understand that people could easily go to jail for this?
And you try to defend by saying that no, no, no it was personal money, none of it came
out of campaign money.
So how could it be a campaign contribution?
Are you that ignorant about campaign laws?
It doesn't have to come out of the campaign funds, that's never what any of this was about.
It was about whether or not the money was used to aid the campaign, making it an in
kind contribution.
The money didn't have to go to Donald Trump, it didn't have to go into a special account.
But if that money was spent to aid the campaign, then guess what?
It counts as campaign money, and you're out there on TV on a near daily basis at this
point, admitting that that is exactly what the president did.
Furthermore, after this disastrous interview, Donald Trump took Rudy Giuliani with him to
the golf course, to I guess give him a talking to about all of this media appearances.
And since then, obviously, we've had a little bit of silence from Giuliani on these issues.
But there's another thing too I have to wonder about this clip, and this is more of a personal
nature.
What the hell is going on with Giuliani's face?
If you go and click the link in the description and watch the thing, I mean every few seconds
the guy's tweaked out or something.
I don't know what's going on.
All I know is that this is not the kind of guy that any reputable American citizen would
want defending them in court, and more importantly nobody would want to have this guy doing and
saying the weird things that he's doing going on TV to defend them.

How To Stop Robocallers - Duration: 3:17.
- [Narrator] Telemarketers have been around for decades.
- [Man On Telephone] Long distance service.
- Oh gee, I can't talk right now.
- But in the cell phone era,
they've gotten a lot more advanced.
Robocallers can automatically dial your number
and human doesn't even get involved until you pick up.
For some of you, that probably means several
annoying calls a week.
But there are some things you can do to stop them.
Let's back up for a second though.
How do robocallers get your number in the first place?
There are a lot of tricks they use.
They can get your number from a variety of sources
like dialing 1-800 numbers, filling out forms online,
even charities will sell your phone number to third parties.
There's no fool proof way to prevent robocallers
from getting your number, but there are a few thing
you can do to mitigate the chances of it happening.
Treat your cell phone number like your
social security number or your credit card number.
Don't give it out to a party you don't trust.
If you have to give out your number,
use an alternative like maybe your work landline
or even a landline you have at home that you never answer.
But what if it's too late?
What if robocallers already have your number?
There are a few ways they trick you into answering.
One thing they do is spoof their number so it looks like
it's coming from the same area code.
You're more likely to answer a phone call from a neighbor
than a random number across the country.
Sometimes they'll even block the caller ID
so you're curious enough to pick up.
If you don't recognize the number calling you,
just don't answer.
No matter what trick they use to get you to answer,
it's annoying, but you can fight back.
First, if a robocaller gets to you,
you can block that number from calling you again.
It's actually really easy to do.
On iPhone, go to your recent calls and click on the "I"
next to the robocaller that just called you.
Then scroll down and click "Block this caller."
It's a little bit of a different process
depending on which Android phone you might have,
but go through your call log
and you should see the option to block it.
Android users also get an extra bonus,
Google software can automatically scan a number
before it calls you and let you know if it's spam or not.
Then you don't even have to answer.
The government can help you out too.
The FTC has a national do not call list
that you can enter your cell phone number into
and if a robocaller calls you anyway,
you can report them and they'll get fined.
Most wireless carriers offer tools to block spammers and
robocallers, so ask your carrier what they offer.
If all else fails, there are a few apps you can download
to your phone that promise to block robocallers.
RoboKiller and Truecaller are two popular options.
They charge a monthly fee,
but they promise to block 90% of robocalls.
RoboKiller has a cool feature that lets you send messages
back to robocallers so you can give them
a taste of their own medicine.
- [Phone Voice] You just called me
in a local training exercise mode.
- [Male Voice] No I did not.
- [Phone Voice] I trained for six months to go onto
America's Got Talent.
- Unfortunately, there's no way to block
100% of the robocalls you receive.
They're constantly finding new ways to get to you.
But if you're smart and proactive,
you can drastically reduce the amount you receive.
- [Phone Voice] So you feel like giving like an honest
opinion on whether you think my voice is nice or not.
Are you cool with that?

2018 University Medalist Freja Ekman - Duration: 3:41.
(audience cheering)
- When my brother was graduating here three years
ago, my parents and I went to his graduation and the
University Medalist, she had just gotten her award and she
was giving her speech, and I remember my parents turned to
me and they're like, "Her parents must be so proud."
And I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to have my mom
sit in the crowd and be like, "I'm so proud."(laughs)
(upbeat music)
My brother is one of the most inspirational people
I have ever met.
He is the type of guy when you go into a room and he's in a
good mood there's not a single person in the room who is not
in a good mood.
He has autism, a hip disease, and epilepsy.
And, a lot of those can be found to be
somewhat genetically linked.
I think that we, not only scientifically, but also
more importantly socially need to be able to advocate
for them and make people understand that they are just like
everyone else and that we're all different in our own ways
and that's what makes us all so amazing.
I've been working with Best Buddies since my sophomore year,
and it has truly been like the most life changing part
of my time here at Berkeley.
It's an organization committed to creating friendships with
people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
My buddy Cindy is the most amazing person I know.
The thing I love about Cindy the most is that whenever
I ask her how her day is going, she always says,
"It's marvelous."(laughs)
And she says marvelous every single time,
because life is marvelous (laughs).
During my time at Berkeley I was fortunate enough to be able
to work in a gene therapy lab with Professor Schaffer.
We've used technologies developed on our very own campus
in order to target a gene that's known
to cause Huntington's disease.
So, by knocking out this mutant gene we're able to
alleviate a lot of the pathology that causes
Huntington's disease and extend survival in mice.
Coming in to Berkeley I had this idea that being
extraordinary was checking off all the boxes and getting all
the best grades, and being published.
But, the most extraordinary people I met were the ones
when you're walking down Sproul, you're rushing to your
8:00 AM, it's sprinkling a little bit, and they stop
to wave and smile and you barely even know them.
Or someone who stays up til 2:00 AM to help you study
for an exam that you definitely should have prepared way
earlier for just because they really like what they are
studying and they want you to enjoy what you're studying
as well, and because they genuinely, genuinely care.
Next year I'll be attending graduate school at
The University of Cambridge and hopefully
the experiences I gain there as well as what I've learned
here at Berkeley will be able to help me one day further
develop new genome engineering and gene therapy strategies.
I remember when the director of prizes called me
and he said,
"Congratulations! You are the University Medalist."
And, I just couldn't believe it.
Being able to represent Berkeley in this way is something
that I could have never imagined being given the opportunity
to do because I want to show people what Berkeley has
taught me and what has made me, me because of the
opportunities and the experiences I've had here.
Go Bears(laughs)!

Apple working on depth sensing technology that could show up in a future iPhone ● Tech News ● #Tech - Duration: 2:54.
Depth-mapping appears to be one of the next major points of development for technology
like virtual reality and immersion, and it looks like Apple won't be left behind.
The company has been awarded a patent for a so-called "scanning depth engine," which
includes the use of a transmitter that emits beams of light and a scanner that scans those
beams to determine depth.
The patent is a continuation of a few different patents that date back to 2012, so it's
clear that Apple has been thinking about technology like this for a while.
While the technology looks to be something that could be built into a Mac based on the
images,
it's also easy to imagine it showing up in an iPhone — where it could potentially
be much more useful.
Depth maps could prove helpful in a number of situations.
Not only could they make for more immersive images on a phone, but they could also help
in capturing virtual reality content, as well as immersive gaming.
Along with the transmitter and scanner, the technology also uses a processor that helps
generate the depth map using the information received.
Apple isn't the only company working on depth maps.
Qualcomm has a Spectra camera module that can capture a massive 10,000 points of depth
and was included on the new Snapdragon 845 processor.
Facebook is also working with Red to build a super high-end 360-degree camera that will
support things like depth-sensing and six degrees of freedom.
Rumors have also been gaining steam that Apple plans to launch new augmented reality devices,
or at least include more augmented reality tech in future iterations of the iPhone, so
the ability to sense depth could prove invaluable to the company.
Of course, it's also possible that Apple won't end up using the new tech at all.
Large tech companies like Apple routinely file for patents that they ultimately don't
use, and it's possible that this particular depth-sensing technology could fall into that
category.
Apple, however, has already been experimenting with depth-sensing tech in Face ID on the
iPhone X, and we can expect that experimentation to continue.

ROUND TWO: Mueller Suffers More Humiliation After Another Judge SLAMS The Gavel On Him - Duration: 4:05.
ROUND TWO: Mueller Suffers More Humiliation After Another Judge SLAMS The Gavel On Him.
Does anyone recall the 13 Russian trolls who supposedly caused election interference?
And Mueller's special counsel found it necessary to ensure they were on the record for causing
chaos and throwing the election away from Hillary Clinton?
And so Mueller wasted tax payer dollars to indict foreigners?
Never-mind, that the American people voted Donald J. Trump in as President with a landslide
electoral college victory!
But according to Mueller et al, American's were all influenced by 13 low-level Russian
trolls on the internet.
And this is completely insulting to Trump voters.
Well, well, well.
Look who gets the last laugh!
A Second Federal Judge in as many days rebukes the Mueller Special Counsel team.
On Fox and Friends this morning, another blockbuster story broke in the wee hours!
Pete Hegseth opens with, "Yet another District Judge rejects what the Mueller team is trying
to do.
The Judges name is Dabney Friedrich.
A D.C. District Judge.
You remember…those 13 Russians and three Russian companies that were indicted by Bob
Mueller?"
Pete continues to tell what happens, "Well, it turns out…one of those companies actually
got representation.
They got a couple of lawyers to represent them.
No-one expected that to happen.
Because when you indict Russians who live in Russia you expect them to say, 'we don't
abide by your laws at all.'
But as Pete explains, "In this case, the company came before the court.
And said 'Okay, we get discovery.
We get to hear what's going on, too.'"
Then Pete said, "Then Mueller team asked for more time!"
And the Judge said, 'No, you don't get more time!'"
Furthermore, it is discovered in the segment that the Mueller team is asking for time because
the Judge is asking for more evidence!
Additionally, the hosts continue, "and the Mueller team is like 'we need a few more
weeks, we need more time to gather all of this.'"
Which arguably is laughable.
More time to collect the evidence they never had in the first place?
Fox and Friends continues, "and remember there's a Federal Judge just the other day
saying: 'you have unfettered power.
You don't really want Paul Manafort, you just want to get the President.
To either impeach him or come up with some kind of charges.'
So this is the second rebuke within just a couple of days.
"Mueller's Russian troll farm indictment could face an 'embarrassing dismissal'
after yet another judge questions his scope."
what do you think about this?

Here's Proof That Southern Mamas Give The Best Advice | Southern Living - Duration: 2:35.
You just listen to your heart,
you listen to what God tells you to do,
and listen to me as much as you will.
but be yourself.
And so I think that that's followed me more than anything,
is to be true to myself and follow my own heart.
Greatest thing I love about my mom
is just how hard-workin' she is.
Her spirit is what I love most
because it's the sweetest
and it's unbreakable.
Growin' up and even 'til now, she was always makin' sure
me and Ashley had what we needed and had what we wanted.
And she's the hardest workin' lady I know.
You have to work hard.
You have to have skills.
You have to fail a little bit.
You have to get yourself up, persevere,
and make sure that your failures are lessons.
We could be in the worst situation ever,
and she will come up with some amazing, positive reason
why it's happening or make us all laugh.
We passed the funeral home and there were lots of cars,
and she said, "Who died?"
And I said, "Oh, momma, you don't know them."
And she said, "I bet I do."
I was always told by my mom, it was like,
just put a little blush on.
Even when I was young, she was always like,
"You just look better with a little blush on."
Initially I called her Grams,
but my special name for her was Nama, N-A-M-A.
Also it was because I couldn't pronounce grandma
when I was little.
Our grandmother, we call her The Enforcer.
And I remember, like if we ever had our elbows
on the table-- Yeah, you weren't
allowed to have your elbows on the table.
My grandmother was like the toughest cookie.
Our grandmother really liked to manner.
So graceful, and she loved makeup,
and her hair was always coifed.
But she was such a great provider.
Was always helpin' us with homework
or helpin' us get to our sports, or helpin' us get anywhere.
She was just a wonderful, wonderful woman,
and very opinionated and spoke her mind.
And I mean, I learned so much from her.
She was very religious
and I had a strong faith, as well,
and that was, I think, instilled from her.
She's always encouraged me that I can do whatever it is
that I need to do or want to do,
and being whoever I am and being true to myself
is the best person that I can be.
And I said, "Well, how am I gonna ever tie my shoes
"with one hand?"
And my mom just, no nonsense, and she said,
"I'm sure it's not that hard,"
and just picks the shoe up and ties it the first try.
I kicked the shoe off and I just said,
"Mom, I just wanna have a moment.
"Will you get out?"
'cause I just wanted to be angry about something.
And she was like, "No, this is easy."
She's a good mama.
