Trump Demanded Seth Meyers Apologize For Roasting Him In 2011 - Duration: 2:55.
During a recent interview with Politico Magazine, Seth Meyers, late night talk show host and
comedian, said that Donald Trump demanded an apology from him if he wanted him to go
on his late night talk show program.
Now, here's what happened.
Back in 2011, Seth Meyers was the host of the White House Correspondents Dinner, and
he took a few jabs at Donald Trump during his monologue, as most hosts do.
Stephen Colbert, years before that, absolutely roasted George W. Bush, who sat there and
laughed at it because he actually had a bit of a sense of humor when he wasn't starting
unwinnable wars.
Nonetheless, Trump was super pissed about this 2011 White House Correspondents Dinner.
Four years later in 2015, when Seth Meyers was trying to get then candidate Trump to
come on his program, Trump's people told Meyers that he'll come on, absolutely, with the condition
that you issue a formal apology for what you said about him four years ago.
Now, we know that Donald Trump holds grudges.
He just loves to hate.
That's what's going on here; or at least that's part of it.
The other part is that Donald Trump has such a fragile little male ego that he can't let
anything go.
If you insulted him four years ago, or eight years ago, or 20 years ago, you either one,
got sued for it, as we've seen too many times in the past.
Or, two, he's going to remember it until the day he dies.
Even if you apologize, he's never really going to forgive you; because it hurt his little
feelings.
He is the typical bully in the United States.
You stand up to him, you give them a piece of their own medicine, they back down like
a coward because that's what they truly are deep inside.
That's what Donald Trump is.
Seth Meyers shouldn't have to apologize for anyone for a humorous rant at something that
was meant to be humorous.
Did Donald Trump demand apologies from everybody who joined in to his Comedy Central roast?
To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that.
That's not how the world works, Donald.
If you want somebody to apologize for roasting you at something that was supposed to kind
of be a roast, then you need to get on Twitter immediately and start apologizing to the hundreds
of people over the last 18 months that you have taken to Twitter to personally insult
for their appearance, their speaking patterns, their mannerisms, and their looks.
You want to make changes in this country, then you be the one to start it; but don't
demand apologies from late night hosts doing comedy routines that your little snowflake
self was too fragile to handle.

Indictment Handed Out In Russian Bribery Case Involving Uranium One – Found It On Hillary Clinton - Duration: 6:17.
YUGE!
Indictment Handed Out In Russian Bribery Case Involving Uranium One – Found It On Hillary
Clinton.
An 11-count indictment has been handed out in connection to the alleged Russian bribery
scheme involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Obama administration,
and Uranium One.
According to a statement from the Department of Justice –
"Mark Lambert, 54, of Mount Airy, Maryland, was charged in an 11-count indictment with
one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and to commit
wire fraud, seven counts of violating the FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one count
of international promotion money laundering.
The charges stem from an alleged scheme to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official at
JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia's State Atomic Energy Corporation
and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment
services to nuclear power companies worldwide, in order to secure contracts with TENEX."
TENEX is the commercial sales arm for Russia's Rosatom, which took full control of Uranium
One in 2013.
The charges are connected to the alleged bribery scheme that involves "Vadim Mikerin, a Russian
official at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia's State Atomic Energy
Corporation and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium
enrichment services to nuclear power companies worldwide, in order to secure contracts with
TENEX."
The case against Lambert is assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Theodore D. Chuang of
the District of Maryland was appointed by Barack Obama in September of 2013.
According to the Hill, this case involves many known key players.
The House Intelligence Committee has recently requested that several of these same people
be pursued for charges –
"The investigation was ultimately supervised by then-U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein, an Obama
appointee who now serves as President Trump's deputy attorney general, and then-Assistant
FBI Director Andrew McCabe, now the deputy FBI director under Trump, Justice Department
documents show.
Both men now play a key role in the current investigation into possible, but still unproven,
collusion between Russia and Donald Trump's campaign during the 2016 election cycle.
McCabe is under congressional and Justice Department inspector general investigation
in connection with money his wife's Virginia state Senate campaign accepted in 2015 from
now-Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe at a time when McAuliffe was reportedly under investigation
by the FBI.
The probe is not focused on McAuliffe's conduct but rather on whether McCabe's attendance
violated the Hatch Act or other FBI conflict rules.
The connections to the current Russia case are many.
The Mikerin probe began in 2009 when Robert Mueller, now the special counsel in charge
of the Trump case, was still FBI director.
And it ended in late 2015 under the direction of then-FBI Director James Comey, whom Trump
fired earlier this year."
A report from October revealed that federal agents started collecting evidence in 2009
about Russian officials that were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money
laundering connected to the Uranium One deal:
Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry
to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as
early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes
and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents
show.
They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear
officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President
Bill Clinton's charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told
The Hill.
Rather than bring immediate charges in 2010, however, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continued
investigating the matter for nearly four more years, essentially leaving the American public
and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during a period when
the Obama administration made two major decisions benefiting Putin's commercial nuclear ambitions.
Sessions ordered that prosecutors at the DOJ start "interviewing FBI agents about evidence
they uncovered in a criminal investigation into a highly-controversial uranium deal that
involves Bill and Hillary Clinton."
While Clinton has vehemently denied that she did anything wrong, a fresh round of reports
suggested that there is more to this case than meets the eye.
An October report revealed that the FBI started gathering evidence in 2009 of Russian officials
engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money laundering that were involved in
the Uranium One deal, according to the Daily Wire –
"Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear
industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails
as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes
and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents
show."
In November, Mother Jones interviewed Clinton, who made the wild and audacious claim that
she could not be investigated by the Trump administration as it would constitute an "abuse
of power."
"If they send a signal that we're going to be like some dictatorship, like some authoritarian
regime, where political opponents are going to be unfair, fraudulently investigated, that
rips at the fabric of the contract we have, that we can trust our justice system," Clinton
said.
Except, it turns out that was not quite the case.
what do you think about this?

What do you want to see in Jumanji 2?
- I say we take this mother into space
'cause my question is with Jumanji is like,
what is this game?
Who invented this game?
It has to be some alien technology.
- Right. - Am I right?
Or it's like some crazy jungle medicine man magic.
I want to know, where is it from?
Give me some fucking origins y'all.
But no one ever listens to me,
so I'm sure that will not be addressed.
- Well, I've heard worse ideas, not much.
- Wait a second, you're saying it's a bad idea?

National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day: Partnering for Health and Hope Following Trauma - Duration: 4:33.
hello I'm dr. Lauren Caldwell the director of the children news in
families office at the American Psychological Association and I'm happy
to welcome dr. Arthur Evans jr. the APA CEO to talk about mental health
awareness month and children's mental health awareness day thank you for
joining me today dr. Evans thank you I'm glad to be here this year the theme for
national children's mental health awareness day is partnering for health
and hope following trauma we hear the term trauma traumatic he
experiences a lot can you say something about what that means
sure trauma is just an event that we experience or person experiences where
we feel intensely threatened often that can be feeling that where our life is in
danger or that we're going to experience severe bodily harm those are that
generally what we mean when we talk about trauma and how widespread is
childhood trauma well unfortunately trauma is pretty widespread about half
of American children will experience some kind of traumatic event but we also
know that certain children are at more risk for developing or experiencing
traumatic events children who live in poverty for example children who are
from the LGBTQ community children military families these are some of the
high risk categories and it's important to understand what those categories are
and to make sure that we have strategies in place to identify kids who are at
greater risk and to get them screened and connected to treatments if they need
it what happens to a child who experiences trauma well children who
experience trauma can experience both intense emotional reactions and/or
intense physical reactions so maybe heart-pounding feeling anxious feeling
terror all of those are emotions and feelings that might accompany a child
who has experienced experienced trauma I think the important thing to remember
though is that most children who experience traumatic events are going to
do fine they're going to get over that event but we know that a certain number
of children aren't going to be fine and it's important in those cases to connect
those children to evidence treatments sure and what can
psychologists do to help well I think there are a lot of things that
psychologists can do first of all I think it's important to be trained in
trauma treatments and to get training in evidence-based trauma treatments
secondly to make sure that we are screening children for traumatic stress
and identifying those kids who are screening positively and connecting them
to services I think it's important for psychologists to consult with child
serving organizations and systems to help them become more trauma-informed
and to help them address and identify children who are experiencing trauma so
I think there are a variety things that that psychologists can do and I'm hoping
that more of our psychologists are going to be engaged in trying to help children
through these kinds of traumatic events so it sounds like there's a real role
for training there one of the assumptions that people make is that
just because you're a mental health professional that you know how to treat
trauma I think of it more alike specializing in cardiology just because
you're a physician doesn't necessarily mean you know how to do heart surgery
anyway so it's important for mental health professionals to have the
training and then to make sure that they are putting themselves in a position
where they can actually deliver those specific services May 10th is national
children's mental health awareness day and the Samsa live event will focus on
this theme of partnering for health and hope following trauma I know you will be
participating in that town hall event which will take place at 7:00 p.m. and
will be livestream for those who would like to know more
also APA has additional resources on children and trauma and on addressing
the mental health needs for racial and ethnic minority youth you can find those
resources on our website you can also find more information about other Mental
Health Awareness Month activities in the news and events section on the APA
website dr. Evans I want to thank you for talking with me today about children
and trauma and the role of psychologists and helping to address their needs thank
you I've been delighted to be here thank you and thanks to you for watching

Is Solar Worth It? Alan Shares His Story About His Solar Installation For His Huntington Beach Home - Duration: 1:51.
Hello my name is Alan Norman and I live here in Huntington Beach and today
Semper Solaris is installing solar on my home. The reason I'm going with solar is the new rates have increased quite significantly
August obviously air conditioners have to run
I mean you're paying triple the price between 2 and 8 o'clock in the afternoon
I did the normal internet search that everyone does Semper Solaris came in with a very competitive price
It's very very strong
backing and rating and they were willing to listen to my needs and
What I wanted to achieve in a system that made it very easy to make a decision
At this time is the right time to do it. I had an expectation that we would not get permits until March 2nd
Semper Solaris came in and said it's happening right away, and so, here It is the middle of February
I gave the go-ahead less than two weeks ago, so it's really going along
Choosing Semper Solaris has been a very good move for me and my family
We're getting the results we love they're very efficient the whole team responds quickly
You don't wait or have to call them to find out what's the status of things?
They've met all my expectations
And now I have the flexibility I want. When we do have company over and we want to
fire up and run a party I do have that extra there, and it's not going to be a sudden hit or a
Withdraw all have something there with this kind of results we have given ourselves
Good coverage and our later years to have lower cost for the next 25 years
I highly recommend Semper Solaris as a top solar installer

Berkeley senior wins national boxing title - Duration: 4:04.
(gentle music)
- [Jacqueline] When you step inside that ring,
you can feel extremely vulnerable.
If you have those weak points,
those weak points will be exposed.
How are you gonna deal with the fact that,
oh, you're getting caught with this punch?
Are you gonna let it get to your head?
Or are you going to adapt?
- Boom, boom, boom.
Stay in your stance,
keep your arms loose.
Because of the nature of this sport,
you really have to be committed
both in mind, body and spirit to even participate.
When I first noticed her,
she was always in the front of the class,
dead center, up in front.
She was just there to focus on learning,
and the results really, really showed.
The goal of our club
really is learning and personal development.
And I think Jackie is just one great example
of what we hope to develop in our students.
Her goal isn't necessarily to knock anybody out
but to out-skill them.
- The reason why I love boxing is
because of the character that it has allowed me to build.
I feel like it's made me confident
but also, it has helped me in my leadership skills.
I won a national title in my weigh, 132 pounds.
It felt really good to be able to win that for my team.
They put so much time into me
and so much effort into our club
that I just wanted to be able to give that title back
for all the time that they dedicated to the club.
I don't want to give up ever
no matter now hard life is,
and I think that that's why boxing reminds me
so much about real life.
You can be stuck in a really back situation,
but if you shift your perspective,
it can really help you deal with that situation.
Being a first generation student,
I think that I didn't have somebody to look up to
and say can you explain to me
what it means to apply to college.
Coming from a low-income family,
I couldn't rely on my parents
to pay for my college for sure,
and so it really pushed me to make sure that I hustle
to provide that for myself.
(gentle music)
Graduation is going to feel like,
okay, I survived this thing
that was unimaginable to me at some point.
When I graduate, I'm gonna be a software engineer
at a small startup called CircleCI.
They help other companies build their code
and test their code to make sure that
they're able to release their products.
I just love being able to build something,
put all this energy and effort into creating something
and that it can actually be used by other people
in positive ways.
- [Jon] She's a person with so much integrity
and honesty with herself and others.
She won't blindly do anything.
I think that's what makes her a leader.
She decides what's right in her moral compass,
and if it's right,
she dedicates herself to that.
- [Jacqueline] You can spend your whole undergraduate career
feeling like you're not good enough.
And so I think that Cal Boxing reminded me that,
you know, who are you trying to prove yourself to?
Like, is this about you or is this about what people think?
It taught me take risks in and out of the ring,
even if I was like, am I good enough to
take advantage of this opportunity?
You have to make a conscious decision
and say, yes, I'm scared,
but I'm still going to push through it.

You don't have to have a Stroke to Change your Life - Duration: 3:24.
Hi!
I'm Sharon Jurd and welcome to my Biz Blitz video and today I want to talk to you about
something that's close to my heart and that is 'you do not have to take a stroke to
change your life.'
If you've been following me and my story, you know that a number of years ago I took
a debilitating stroke and it made me look at my life differently, of course behave differently
and make different choices towards my future.
Some people come to me and say that they want to go out and share their story as a speaker
but they haven't had a stroke, they don't have anything that's dramatic in their lives
that they can share.
I want to share with you today about this very subject, on the fact that you don't
have to have had a stroke to change your life.
If you want to change your life today, you can just have that small but significant light
bulb moment that a change needs to be made.
And the first thing you need to do is ask yourself, "Where am I now?"
Am I in the job that I love?
Am I running a business that I want to run?
Am I living the lifestyle that I want to live?
Jot down where you are right now and get clarity on that and how you feel about being where
you are.
A lot of people come to me and say, "I'm working a job that is paying very well but
it's not my passion, it's not my purpose but it gives my family security."
Be honest with yourself on where you sit right now.
And then two, ask yourself, "What makes me really happy?"
And then focus on what you could be doing to do that thing that makes you the happiest
and incorporating that into a paid income.
You might already know a business plan.
You might have even thought about it in your head for many years.
Get real clarity around this is what makes me happy and this is what I want to do into
my future.
And thirdly, take action on it.
You don't have to have some dramatic incident in your life to make you change.
It's a matter of you going, "Yep, I want to change.
I've had enough of where I am.
I know where I want to be and I'm going to take action on that."
And that's as easy as it is.
Yes, sometimes it's hard because you have other people around you going, "You are
crazy!
What are you thinking?"
Don't listen to them because the craziest people build the best businesses.
So just go and do it.
That's my message today.
You don't have to have a stroke to go and change your life.
If you're not where you want to be, do these three things and that's write down where
you are now, take stock of and get clarity on what makes you happy and where you want
to be and then take action on it.
I'm Sharon Jurd.
I hope you've enjoyed my video today.
If you think this would be of value to your friends, family or colleagues.
Please share my video.
I want to help as many people as I can and I need your help to do that.
Talk soon.
