Hi Everyone. How are you guys doing? Today I am going to show you guys a very tasty and creamy sandwich recipe
which you can use it for your kids tiffin box
name of the recipe is Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich
this sandwich comes out very colourful and tasty. Texture from the outside comes out really crispy
You can use as many vegetables you want to prepare this sandwich
let's see how to prepare this tasty and yummy veg mayonnaise sandwich

First of all take finely chopped onion in a mixing bowl
then i will add finely chopped capsicum
then grated carrots
and some finely chopped cabbage
next i am adding some boiled corns to it
and some coriander leaves
mix everything well now
you can use any vegetable you want here
then add some salt
some black pepper powder
some red chilly flakes
then i am adding some oregano to it
if you want you can also use mixed herbs seasoning or pizza seasoning too, as kids love the taste of it
now we will again mix everything well
now i am adding Mayonnaise into the mixture
after adding the mayonnaise again mix everything well
I am using veg mayonnaise here, you will easily get it in market
so the thick vegetable mayonnaise filling is ready
we will keep the mixture aside for a while and take bread slices
if you want you can spread the butter and some chutney over the slices too
but i am adding the mixture directly
i am applying a thick layer of that vegetable mayonnaise mixture over the bread slice
so that it is spreaded evenly on the bread slice
spread it nicely to prepare a thick layer out of it
then i will add some grated cheese over it for the kids
so over the layer of vegetable mayonnaise filling I am adding some grated cheese
this will add up to the flavour
it will taste more yummy
now put the seconf bread slice over it
then spread some butter over the top of it
now heat up the pan on a medium flame
keep in mind to keep the flame on medium otherwise your sandwich get burnt
then place the sandwich like this on the heated pan
keep in mind to place that side of the sandwich where we have spreaded the butter
let it cook for 2-3 minutes from one side
while it gets cook from one side, I am applying the butter on the top of secind side
then flip it on the other side
you can see how crispy it looks and the color has come out beautiful golden brown
it has been cooked well from the other side too
let's flip it and see
see, it has been cooked well
so cook it like this and apply butter as and when you require
untill the sandwich turns crispy and golden brown in color
you can see here that my sandwich is ready
the color has come out really good
so remove it on a plate or some flat surface
let me cut it and show you
look how juicy, creamy and cheesy it is from inside
you can serve it as it is piping hot as a snack
or you can let it cool down and pack it for your kids tiffin box
