hey everyone it's James from fun foods and today we're going to show you how to

make this cheese quesadilla in your hotel room and we're gonna have a little help with

Rod and Vince and we're self-deprecating romantic pop rock duo RKVC we're a

band were song writers and we suck at everything so this is going to be interesting so keep

watching and we will show you step by step how to make this so now what we're going

to do is prepare our quesadilla and you want to give me a little help of that

and we'll put one right there look at that nice and easy you got you anything

you want to do how about you can open the cheese I should probably be away from this

because there's a general rule since college I'm not allowed around sharp

objects and heated flames heated surfaces uhm... I'm scared

why don't y'all switch. now that I'm a bit nervous thanks a lot.

so now I guess nice and warm up yeah so they say think we should do one or two cheeses

more cheese more cheese

so yeah I will do a couple piece of cheese go ahead and pop that on

there I don't know let's see

it's already too complicated a cheese quesadilla is so complicated guys it's terrible this is a

true story in high school home Ec I failed cheese soup cheese soup and then

I once asked the home Ec teacher what temperature the water needs to be to boil wow

it's interesting I only mrs. Brock I only passed because I learned to spell

her name in muffin they were burnt they weren't edible but they spelled her name

play with it a bit now of course this isn't the type of cheese you will typically put on

a quesadilla but we're in a hotel room you gotta improvise

CVS Walgreens or 7-eleven that's kind of the choices we had we'll you want to do two here

here you look bored. yes perfect food for like on the go yeah we're on the go

cheap hotel room food perfect now what do you think should we do another one on top

or should we just fold this over I know my professional experience of cooking

in a hotel room is order room service and let's try to do

another one another one on top yeah let's spread that out

more yeah we got plenty of cheese I tried to split it in half but he wrapper was still on it.

this is going great for Rod I can already see myself coming back from the con late

at night and making one of these because there's nothing else available

oh yeah cheese quesadillas when the party is over we're

coming here good we know who has the quesadilla's I was good at math okay okay

nice even layer of cheese I'll do the honors of putting we're putting another on top you can

just fold this over and that's fine but since we're in a hotel room we got this

on top I have foil underneath of this because I don't want to mess up their

ironing board and I don't want somebody come out with a nice white shirt and

he'll be chief grease all over them and I covered us this up and we'll iron this

is a nice hot iron trying to get it to the hottest setting possible I don't

know what that is because this isn't my iron but I really don't want the

iron to touch my food because I don't know where this iron has been so I have

oil on top of it and I'm just going to press this down on the foil and you can see it heating up

I don't know how long to do this for but we will check it.

just kinda get a good press going. If you want it crunchier do you use scotch guard?

So now it's time for the taste test we're going to try out our hotel quesadilla and see how we did

that's a good very satisfying so I don't want to talk with my mouth full but

you know you don't want to have in room room service or you don't go to the

hotel (restaurant) late-night just make yourself a cheese

quesadilla in your hotel room with an iron and a coffee stirrer to cut with

yeah coffee stirrer. Inventive. well thanks everyone for watching I hope you enjoyed

Woman Murdered Hours After Facebook Post Celebrating Her Life - Duration: 1:34.

Tragedy in Florida as a local woman was murdered in a brutal home invasion just hours after

a Facebook post celebrated her journey from homelessness to six figure success.

Makeva Jenkins went from being homeless four years ago to managing The Prime Enterprise

Group, a business consulting firm that works with entrepreneurs and small businesses.

On Wednesday night, the 33-year-old wife and mother of three shared a post on Facebook

detailing her journey from homelessness to "making multi six figures."

"I'm in awe of how far I've come.

Fast forward to now: We overcame being homeless in 2013/2014 to reaching my six figure mark

in 2015 to now making multi six figures.

No matter what the road looked like, I followed my heart and stuck with it growing my business.

I'm saying this to say, anyone can do it.

It takes determination and consistency."

Jenkins' Facebook page is punctuated with personal posts inclusion one that even shows

her bank account.

Family members suspect her Facebook posts could have led to her death.

On June 28th, around 2 a.m., about two hours after that post was published, a masked man

knocked on the front door of her Lake Worth, Florida home, according to the Palm Beach

Post.

After the shooter allowed Jenkins' children to leave the room and go into the backyard,

an altercation ensued and Jenkins was shot in the head.

She was rushed to a hospital where she died that morning.

The suspect fled the scene by stealing the family's vehicle, but ditched the car shortly

thereafter.

His identity and motive are still unknown.

A post on Jenkins' Facebook page went up this morning confirming her death, as well as asking

that "their privacy be respected at this most trying time."

Sometimes there's like, an urge, or um, almost a compulsion to answer that email, to make

the phone call, to tell somebody, you know, to give somebody what-for.

To intervene, or act or whatever.

And here, I want to recommend that you hold back until the action is obvious.

If you can avoid acting from a place where you're stressed out and you're trying to fix

a big problem and you're oh-my-Gosh, I just hope this works!

And that kind of stuff?

Your outcome will tend to be better.

Because you bring a whole different type of energy to it.

If you're kind of chill about it.

You know when the action is right.

And try to bring the emotional energy that you want for the final outcome to the action

and you'll be a whole lot more successful.
