Oh, no.

Don't be late.

Don't be late!

Oh, he-hello boys and girls.

Look.

I'm riding a bike!

Yeah!

And what colour is my bike?

That's right.

It's yellow!

I'm going to the airport to catch a plane, whoa, with Maggie.

I don't want to be late.

Hey, say with me.

What is it?

It's a yellow bike.

It's a yellow bike.

It's a yellow bike.

Faster.

It's a yellow bike.

It's a yellow bike.

It's a yellow bike!

Hey!

Oh, I can relax and enjoy my journey on this coach!

Hey, what colour is the coach?

It's a blue coach.

It's a blue coach.

Say it with me.

But you have to be loud!

What is it?

It's a red motorbike.

It's a red motorbike.

It's a red motorbike.

Yeah!

Great!

This is much faster than a bike, a broken car or a coach stuck in traffic!

Yay!

But, hey!

I'm getting slower.

And slower.

And slower!

Oh, no!

Oh, look!

What's the matter now?

Yeah, I got a flat tire.

Jeep Wrangler Omix-ADA Fender Flares (2007-2018 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 12:09.

These Omix-ADA fender flares are for those of you that have a 2007 to 2018 JK that are

looking for a factor set of flares that are going to be less expensive than going directly

to Mopar or directly to the dealership for those flares.

These are going to be installed very easily onto your Jeep.

They look, function and install just like a factory set of flares, so definitely a one

out of three wrench installation.

Shouldn't take you more than about two hours, and we'll talk a little bit more about that

in just a second.

So, as I said, not a whole lot to say about these flares, other than factory, factory,

factory.

They look, they function, they install and just like the factory set, they'll accept

your factory lights if you have damaged a flare, whether it's on-road or off-road.

Maybe you bought your Jeep second hand, and somebody swapped out the flares, you want

to go back to factory.

Whatever the case may be, if you're looking for a factory set of flares that are less

expensive than going to the dealer, this is going to be an excellent option.

As for construction, again not a ton to say about these.

They're going to be the same material and the same design as a factory set of flares.

As I said, they will accept that factory marker light, and they are going to attach using

a factory set of clips.

Now, that is one thing that you may need to purchase separately, and you may need to go

to the dealer to get them, if you choose not to order them online somewhere.

Those plastic clips, they don't hold up very well when you remove a factory set of flares

from the Jeep, so chances are you're going to need to get a new set in order to get these

installed.

But, once you have those, no drilling is necessary.

Very easy install.

Construction is pretty much the same story.

These are going to be made out of the similar material to a factory set of flares, so they

have a similar finish, and they will look and act just like those factory flares, accepting

that factory marker light up in the front corner here.

Now, the way that these install is going to be with those factory set of plastic clips,

and those are not going to hold up very well when you remove your factory set of flares

off of your Jeep.

So, you are going to want to go ahead and purchase a new set of clips.

They are available through Omix-ADA, or if you want to go to a dealer down the street

and pick them up, you can do that as well.

You can purchase these flares from Omix-ADA in a variety of different ways.

You can get them individually as a pair in the front or the rear, or as we have them

here, a set of all four.

A set of all four is going to run you just shy of $300, which I think is going to be

a very good deal.

Like I said, the other place that you would look for a factory set of flares would be

directly from the factory, directly through Mopar, or through a dealership, and they're

going to be significantly more expensive than this.

Now, we'll have a member of our install team show you how to get these bolted onto your

JK.

First, we're going to start off by removing four ten millimeter bolts located in the inner

fender well.

And then next, remove the side marker light wire.

Next, to remove the fender, pull outward on the whole fender to release the clips.

Next, we have to remove the six plastic rivets that hold the fender flare to the inner fender

well.

Before you install your new fenders, you have to remove the old clips that secure the fender

flare to the fender.

Now to remove the rear fender flares, we will start off by removing the six push in clips.

Remove the rear fender flare, just like you removed the front, by pulling outward to release

the clips.

We are going to start off by installing our new clips into the fender flares.

Next, we're going to attach the inner fender to the outer fender with some plastic rivets.

Now, we can install the new fender flare by pushing it right onto the fender.

Next, we can plug our side market bulb back in.

Next, we can install the hardware that we removed.

Reattach the inner fender to the fender, using the ten millimeter bolts removed previously.

Moving onto the rear fender flares, we can piece together the outer and the inner flare.

And attach it using plastic rivets.

Next, install the clips that attach the fender flare to the quarter panel.

Next, we're going to install the fender flare onto the vehicle.

Make sure your push pins clip in as you push the fender flare in.

Lastly, install the push pins into the inner fender, and your install is complete.

So, if you're looking for a factory-like set of fender flares for your JK without paying

those dealership prices, I definitely recommend going with this option from Omix-ADA, and

you can find them right here at extremeterrain.com.

Fighting the Good Fight - Duration: 6:44.

Hey, this is the Daily Overpass, my name is Eric and I make apps!

Today, let's talk about fighting the good fight!

Ok so, if you were at the live stream last Friday night, you may have heard me talk a

little bit at the end of the hour about my past, coming to the UK, getting into IT, starting

my career and everything like that at the age of 25, working in a factory, packing yoghurt

into boxes for a couple of months for 8 hours a night.

And I talked about this again on a video last year called "Getting to Where You Weren't

Supposed to Be", it's kind of a long one, it's like 20 minutes long.

How I came over here and my self-esteem was very low, we had a baby and I was just thinking

how could I make ends meet because I had this minimum wage job in a factory packing yoghurt,

and I was applying to every job I could.

So, unlike other people who were working at the dairy, when we were coming home I was

getting every newspaper they had, which I could not afford, going through the job ads

and was sending off CV's to every place, whether I was qualified or not.

I was sending off like 10 or 20 CV's a day so it cost me a lot in stamps because they

had email back then, but I didn't have enough to pay for the computer and everything, or

internet, because it was '98.

So I went through that and I'm sending off the CV's and even though I felt like I would've

been happy just to have a job that would pay me 20 grand a year and I could support my

family, hopefully work in an office like that and feel like a grown up rather than a factory.

but I was still going through the process of doing the CV's and sending them out every

day, even though a lot of the people around me couldn't figure out why I was doing that

because I had a perfectly good job, right?

You have a job, why are you applying for other jobs?!

Because I want my life to be better!

And it's always been this way in my life where I'm at some place, or I'm working someplace

or I'm doing something and everyone says "you should be really happy with what you have",

which is true.

You should.

Things could always be worse.

In your life you can always find people who are better off than you or who are worse off

than you, and depending on how good you wanna feel, you'll look at the people who are worse

off than you or the people who are better off than you.

But, I was always fighting the good fight.

I'm gonna continue doing the CV's and see if anything worked, I worked two months, I

only got like 3 interviews, and one of them was for a tech job and like I said, I bought

a suit for 8 pounds at the charity shop, went there and did all that kind of stuff.

But, one of the reasons why I love all the people on this channel is because we all have

the same motivation.

We're always trying to improve our lives, we're always fighting the good fight.

A lot of people out there, you're doing the same kind of thing.

Like, you have your job, you're doing what you need to do and you're putting apps out

on the app market and hoping that they'll work out.

And a lot of times, people around you, they don't understand why you're doing that, why

can't you just be happy with what you're doing?

They may have fallen into apathy, they may think this is just the way life is supposed

to be, and you're looking at it and thinking nah, I want more than this.

That's the way it's always been through my life.

For the longest time I thought, I'm never gonna be the kind of guy who goes to an office

every day, and then I was going to an office every day thinking I'm never gonna be the

kind of guy who has a bit more control over their own schedule, who has their own company,

and then you have that and then you think...so you're always thinking about...but I'm gonna

fight the good fight.

I'm gonna do what I have to do.

And a lot of times, the thing that has held me back in my life has always been the lack

of self esteem.

You see somebody with gobs of self-esteem and no talent, sometimes they think they're

better off than someone with lots of talent and no self-esteem!

If you ever see somebody who's out for a run and they're overweight, and if you say you've

seen me out for a run - touche, very well done.

But you see somebody who's out for a run and they're overweight, you think, that guy has

not fallen into apathy, that guy or gal or whatever.

If you see somebody who's thin and out for a run then they obviously do it all the time,

that's one thing, but to see someone who's just starting out, you look at them and you

think "that person is fighting the good fight".

They haven't fallen into apathy, they realise they need to change, they're going out and

doing it, they probably feel a bit silly doing it, their friends are probably saying "so

you still going out for a run, huh?"

but they're doing it.

they're out there doing it!

A lot of times I love seeing that.

Earlier this week, to change subjects a little bit, i did a google search on the average

salary in the UK.

I was kinda curious about how much do you need to actually live out here, because there's

certain times where I feel like I don't have enough, sometimes I feel like we're doing

ok.

The average salary in the UK according to a GQ article in May is £27,271.

That's the average, I'm not talking about for a kid starting out, I'm talking about

in general!

So some people make 50, 60, 70, i was always way up there at one point, but there's a lot

of people on 10, 11, 12, right?

And 27,000 is 36,000 dollars and to me that seems painfully low.

So anyone who's on 27,000 should be trying to get up above that level in my opinion.

They should be doing not just - you have to do the bit you have to do, you have to do

the job and take care of what you're doing, but then there's also that extra that you

have to do - you have to fight the good fight and think, I'm gonna get out of this stage,

I'm gonna go to the next thing.

Even though nobody around me is doing it.

I believe in fighting the good fight.

I believe that one of the reasons why I love talking to you guys on the live stream and

through the comments is because we're all like-minded, we're all trying to improve each

other and we're doing things that may not work!

If we knew for certain it was gonna work putting an app on the app market, it would be easy!

In fact, everybody would be doing it, but we don't know it's gonna work.

We're putting things out there and we're gonna market, we're gonna push and we're gonna push,

and if it doesn't work out, at some point we might have to say we need to try something

else but we are in the arena and we're gonna do what we have to do, and the people out

there with the safe secure jobs, they don't get it.

Anyway, just some of my thoughts for today.

I'm glad to know you guys, I'm glad you're here!

Let me know what you guys think.

Anyway, that's it for today, i'll talk to you guys again tomorrow!

Reza Zaki - Membangun Indonesia dari Sudut Desa | BukaTalks - Duration: 17:15.

Thanks to Bukalapak and BukaTalks for this opportunity for us all

I mean there`s no boundaries for us all to able to share everything that we do

Let`s stop being a generation who only do criticizing the nation

Without making any significant change

Last night, I got an interesting massage about millennials` generation characteristic

Millennials has a similar character with our founding father

Yes, Indonesia`s founding fathers, who`s here when they formed this nation

If we see a message from Moh. Hatta (one of Indonesia`s founding fathers)

Indonesia cannot be lighted only by big torch in Jakarta, but also by lights of candles from the districts around

Writing the Proclamation Text, Mr. Hatta already know that this Republic need to be built and united right from the beginning

Natsir`s Integral Motion is what the nation needed at the time they designing this nation.

Guys, if you look closely, districts in Indonesia have their own great potentials.

Why do you think China become a nation with strong geo-economics and geo-politic today?

Because the isolated themselves for so long, for centuries, which then they do a democratic and economic consolidation with other nation

Then they`d grown into a strong country

They build their districts into a futuristic city

If we can do the same thing in Indonesia

I think it will be the resurrection of Asia-->centrism

While we`ve been lulled by theoretical development of Euro-centrism

With more that 75.000 districts that Indonesia have

and only 1022 district business entities around

dominated by east java, central java and north sumatra

which a district in those regions can earn about 1 to 7 billion in a year.

Imagine what happen if every 75.000 districts can earn 1 billion each.

Then Indonesia can earn about 75 trillion rupiahs a year.

It`s surely can increase our national budget from 1800 trillion rupiahs

And 75 trillion rupiahs are not small number.

A number that will help to strengthen the nation budget.

If we see that South Korea, Japan using product creativity to developing their districts

Building their own identity.

Then Indonesia with all its potentials certainly has the same opportunity.

Our environment itself is a great gift from nature that we supposedly able to manage.

Now, we have more than 50% of productive age off our total population.

Long time ago Indonesia was built by its 70 million population at the time

Soekarno (one of Indonesia`s founding fathers) is a very optimist person

Though 98% of our people was illiterate at the time

Compared 86% illiterate population of Saudi Arabia & Soviet Union people at the time

Soekarno didn`t feel pessimistic at all.

Then, with our opportunity for years ahead, 10, 15 to 20 years; in our productive age

We supposedly can have what the western had when they took their productive age as their golden age.

We need to make sure that these Millennials are not just youngsters grow up in the city

But they`re also spread at the districts, with all that different typology.

That what this nation leader need to capture then, to know what kind of model can be applied to be able to manage their potentials.

Now, if we see these last 2 years with around 60 million rupiahs distributed to rural districts.

With 75000 districts, we have today.

We see that the fund`s distribution still orienting on infrastructure.

Most of the funds issued from city to the district`s pocket used for building roads, pavement, all kind of work.

Focused on infrastructure works.

Because that`s what (government) seen as an intensive labor work.

But with a district that get a fund up to 500 million even 1.5 billion rupiahs in 2019

If the fund didn`t manage by a competent leader who able to develop a local economy creativity.

Those 1 billion rupiahs will be meant nothing.

Compare with if we give a little sum of fund to a person with an innovation and creative competence to manage it. And about the gift of nature, not all the district has it, some of them have dry lands.

That`s when the creativity take place, for the leader to be able to manage the fund wisely.

That`s the challenge, so we have a choice in superstructure,

The constitution court said that a districts leader may be chosen not from local resident

Though it causes quite a huge debate in social media

Usually, district leader election is the domain of the district 'mafia`.

They will choose a candidate with low electability.

Then they can easily direct him (the district leader) and manipulate the district`s fund during the govern period.

And one person eligible to be elected for 3 times period.

Typically, who get elected as the district leader is the one with the most family around the district.

So, district leader is the one with most family around.

So now, the constitution court give the same opportunity to every citizen to develop this nation.

We can develop with no necessary background (in government and politic)

We just let people see our competence

We treat the district as a corporation and the district leader is the CEO

What important is how he/she can develop the district and prepare a strong candidate for next district leader from within the district.

He/she must be able to develop the district autonomy.

Then for me, what important is the selection of human resource.

Imagine, most of our district leaders were only finish their primary school for their education.

I found only several of district leaders who actually high educated, Master graduate, at few districts in central java.

Then they are selected as best district leader by Koran Tempo

This is model we develop in Putra Daerah Membangun Forum, Neo-->Transmigration Model.

We`re tired of what transmigration narated by our government,

Said they (government) prepared a land in rural district so people can move-->back to their hometown

While in reality it`s not that easy

Preparing a rice pad to work on is not enough to build a district

People need entertainment, creativity outlet, place to hang out, and many else

In neo-->transmigration model, people move back to their hometown because of the calling, not because someone make them to do so.

Now, we`re getting closer to Ramadhan, and coming home to home town is what we usually do around the time (Ramadhan & Idul Fitri)

Everyone surely already prepare for that journey home, the ticket and everything.

But with this event, it`s only a seasonal 'come home`, also only for a short time.

But if we add a few words to become 'come and build your hometown`,

surely it has a whole new meaning. It means a continues change will happen, a sustainable change.

A change that open up new opportunities for the unemployed.

A change that bring internet to these rural districts.

A change that bring education for the people of the district,

That`s what we call neo-->transmigration, 'come and build your hometown`.

'putra daerah` hold the meaning not only the boys/girls who were born in that specific district,

but the ones who are remembered by something useful for the people of the district they leave behind.

So often we stuck to the meaning as boys/girls who were born in that specific district,

For me, then you limited the essence of 'putra daerah` it selves.

It will be troubling if this 'putra daerah` won`t participate in their district development.

In our organization, we have someone who was born in Surabaya, but he spends 10 years of his life participate in developing Maluku.

Then we agreed on a definition of 'putra daerah`

It`s not limited for someone who was born and live in the district

But also for someone who stay and actually brought a change to the district.

That`s who we call 'putra daerah`.

It`s base on the outcome, the impact, and change they made.

Now, meritocracy leadership.

In early 2000, we found a new phenomenon.

News on politic and the failed of our nation got us pessimistic at that time.

Either it corruption or gratification or anything else

Then local champion, local leaders emerging.

One of professor at Harvard said, local leaders are future leaders.

They are the people who bring some kind of fresh air to district development.

Unfortunately, they were the one who got the authority, power, resources, funding and everything.

They built through a meritocracy leadership, a track record.

People will like them because they see the journey, the change they made, the impact that shown.

Today, Putra Daerah Membangun compiling from almost 34 provinces in Indonesia From Aceh to Papua,

collecting individuals who are able to live comfortably in the city, but prefer to live in their hometown

something like that they work in the city, but come home on the weekend

brought the 'sugar` to the district, so district people can taste the sweetness of the 'sugar`

that`s when I see, the emerging of meritocracy leadership in our generation, separated from authority and power aspect.

Emerging in our generation, age between 20 to 30.

They present changes, that in previous time can only be done by people with power.

A change that come from humble persons, unmarried, even maybe unemployed

Holding on to their idealism to make the change, they present it and amazed us.

Then become a magnet to others to do the same and make a change.

That`s what I called this generation`s meritocracy leadership, millennials and post-->millennials

This what I think is the future and the face of our nation.

Don`t mind about power, because it`s the matter of position.

It`s the matter about, do you have the calling to make the change?

This is what we do in Putra Daerah Membangun.

There are more than 800.000 people who accept the benefits of our efforts

Distributed all over Indonesia, mostly in Java island, west java specifically.

Our member come from every profession.

They also people who already globally connected

I once said to my student at International Relation Study,

It`s an ordinary thing for an International Relation student to go abroad

But it`s an extraordinary thing for an International Relation student goes to a rural district

Who knows if then we can see globalization from people from outside the city

Seeding and growing and even taught by them

I think it`s how we see the future of Indonesia

A Penta-->Helix, it`s how we see 'the player` got together, 'knitting` new knots

Bukalapak, BukaTalks, take part in this penta-->helix

Become the media, the one who spread the news about changes in the district

Brought us the opportunity for a new hope of change

Then we can see that our villages district not only about rice pads

Just like China, district`s business entities not only about the farm or financing the farm

But about an airplane industry, that we haven`t able to do even on national level 146 00:15:13 --> 00:15:16 Last, Tri-->Nationalism.

This nation stumbling because of a sectoral ego problem.

Since I graduated from Global Trade Diplomatic at Gajah Mada University

Since then until now I`ve been using a motorcycle made in Indonesia

I bought it from Klaten, near Sleman, around that area.

I thought it`s a big sin if I study Global Trade but me using a product made outside Indonesia myself.

What important, this Tri-->Nationalism is a cumulative condition

If a producer make a national product without consumer & support from government, the product won`t sell.

Same thing if we as customer want the product made by Indonesia, but no body make it or sell it, even government won`t initiate it, we`ll get nothing

Also, the same with government regulation, if no producer act on it because the investment too high, more so no market for it, no customer; nothing will also come out of it.

with Tri-->Nasionalism we can realize our dreams, the nation manifest

Connecting these three players to keep the nationalism spirit grow.

For me, tonight has become an important night for Putra Daerah Membangun

We`d like to meet the future of Indonesia, who`s connecting every district

Because there the wealth of nature and people are stored

So back to your hometown, is a way to preserve Indonesia`s future.

Thank you, have a good night.
