Whistle-blower: Robert Mueller Lied To The Senate – That's A Crime.

Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller's Russia investigation has come under fire repeatedly

for political bias.

Now a whistleblower who once worked for Mueller claims the special prosecutor is more than

just biased.

According to an exclusive report from Big League Politics, former FBI agent Chuck Marler

says Mueller lied to the Senate in 2005 when questioned about an FBI surveillance program.

Marler says that "Mueller and certain members of FBI Management deceived the Senate Select

Committee on Intelligence in 2005 and they intimidated and bullied the U.S. Office of

Personnel Management from 2005 through 2008."

Marler told Big League Politics that because of Mueller's response then, "since Mueller

has taken over as Special Counsel, I've been concerned about him continuing that behavior."

Another Day, Another Scandal

Marler worked for the FBI's Special Surveillance Group (SSG); Mueller was the FBI director

at the time.

As the secretive program rapidly grew in scope after 9/11, the agents involved asked for

"better protection, better compensation and more clear duties defined through Congress."

According to Marler, Mueller and FBI management were "continually notified" that the agency

was growing "way beyond the scope of their operational plan" and the agent's safety

was at risk.

But when FBI management didn't respond, the agents took their case to Congress.

Marler says that two FBI employees wrote a letter, sending it to each member of the Senate

Select Committee on Intelligence.

Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-Texas) notified the agents that she had received the letter,

and of Mueller's response.

Big League Politics reports:

The two employees involved in the SSCI letter were informed by staff at Senator Hutchison's

Office of Mueller's response to the letter which the two employees knew the response

was not truthful.

They sent another, less detailed letter to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

The OPM opened a routine investigation in response; but once the the OPM officer assigned

to the case initiated an investigation, she found herself threatened by the FBI with arrest

– simply for doing her job.

Former agent Marler says the SSG agents who initially sent the letter were threatened

with "arrest, imprisonment, raids of their residences and loss of their job."

All of the agents involved were "overtly and covertly punished, then and to this day."

Mueller's Corruption Runs Deep

Marler spoke out to Big League Politics because of their ties to Judicial Watch, a conservative

watchdog group; the former agent hopes to shine a light on the dirty backroom deals

Mueller was involved in and the threats that the FBI, under Mueller, leveled at those trying

to do their jobs.

How does Marler know about it?

He was one of the agents involved.

"I know the OPM Officer, the FBI employees and their supervisor because obviously, I

was one of the four employees," he wrote.

He says the corruption "of certain members of the FBI management" eventually led him

to quit and start his own business.

Marler doesn't expect that the evidence will be easy to uncover, but he goes on to

say that he "pray[s] Mueller will answer for his actions."

about today is the basics of Photoshop like what how can you use Photoshop you

know for your YouTube stuff that's final like how can you use it so I'm gonna be

showing you guys that today so the first thing you have to do anything you're

making a logo a banner or anything I mean anything designing you have to

click on file and then click on new and then you can see the width and the

height yet this is what you're gonna be changing like the size of your projects

like the size of your layer so make sure this is set to pixels

um the same thing closer to Heights pixels and then make sure your color

mode is set to RGB color cuz you know without that you're not gonna be having

any color on Photoshop then make sure this is set to transparent so you can

add your own type of background so what we're gonna be changing is the width now

the weight is 500 the height is 500 now this is for a logo if you want to make a

banner then you have to change the weight 2 to 5 6 0 then the high 2 1 4 4

0 so we're gonna be making a logo I'm so it's 500 500 so you can see then you

click on OK now once you click on OK now I'm up like

I'm showing it that's the easy tools you can use for anything you want to create

so what I'm using the paint bucket so as you can see it here once you click on it

you will have to change the color like the color of what you want to do now

that this cool I'm going to show you what if the

so just look at what I do so click on this color on icon as you see here once

you click on the color icon you can set up what color you want I'm gonna be

using green so um I chose green and once you click on the color you want all you

just have to do is click on the screen like just click on your layer click on

it and you can see it just on screen for you so you have a nice background as you

can see this is an example so have a nice background for now so all you have

to do is add text now um the points I'll be using in this video is a black stroke

so I'm gonna be living their link to a pond in the description below so if you

don't have this one or you don't know how to download it then just click on

the link and you can download the phone for free now once you download and

install the phone all you have to do is click on the search bar search for

blacks Pro and click on OK as a gig so now before you type in your text you

have to change this color from green to white because you want your text to be

white so you change it to white click on OK and then you click on the screen and

let's say your channel name is um from page like it started from H so you click

on page and you see it appears there then you click on this search map do

some check marks sorry you click on the check mark and get done

so now you might wonder how can I use this messed up logo you know it doesn't

work that way well I'm gonna tell you guys how you can make this look big of

course they're short keys on your keyboard which you can use but this is

basic you know what what is simple so I will show you guys what you have to do

now this is a layer many just select a page page on the screen like this stage

you're gonna know what a layer means really soon

this is the green one so this is page so make sure you're on page and I want your

own page you have to go to edit click on free transform and as you can see you

this takes anger to want now you want to resize it well you have to use this

stuff at the edges of them text I don't know just use the stuff click on it and

expand it and yeah this is who it looks good already

now you need that move it down the middle and click on the check mark as

usual as you can see your logo is coming to life now you might wonder how do I

undo those food effects on a text on my channel well all you have to do is click

on the layer that is layer once again double click on it this time click on it

twice in case you don't know what double-click is so click on stroke and

as you can see it looks cool already now what we're changing here to 10 just

to give it a little style and the drop shadow make sure this is set to black

and then increase the opacity 209 gonna use seven and the distance on this

prayer is from 20 and then the size use 30 yeah that looks cool now your text is

looking awesome your look was looking great as you can see it was definitely

easy and making this and with time once you start using it you know more stuff

about Photoshop now what I'm talking about there so I'm just showing you guys

what the true meaning of there means now click on this tool as you can

see here this what is to dog it's it lets you move anything around

now what's written on the page layer so once you click on the hints there you

see I set this to let you move things around so you see it can't you remove

this page with the key you can see that's cause you're clicking on the page

layer you see a particular something so once

you click on the green one and you try to move the page you can't you see

you're just moving the color so that's what I mean when they're selecting at

particulars and stuff so um that's it for this video guys I hope you guys

enjoyed and if you want to know more about Photoshop like what I just stopped

How Chronic Stress Harms Your Body - Duration: 5:36.

[♩ INTRO ]

Stress happens.

And that's not always bad—starting a new job or getting married can both be happy things,

but they also can be really stressful.

There are some kinds of stress that just don't seem to go away, though.

Like the feeling that you're drowning in work, but still perpetually worried about

making ends meet.

If you deal with a lot of stress every day, for months or years on end, then stress doesn't

just feel awful—it actually causes you physical harm.

Psychologists call any event or situation that puts pressure on you or threatens your

well-being a stressor, while stress refers to your psychological and physical reactions.

Stressors that are one and done—like locking your keys in your car, or forgetting your

wallet—bring on acute stress.

But when stressors are repeated or continuous, that's chronic stress.

Things like abusive relationships, living in poverty, and being discriminated against

have all been shown to cause chronic stress.

And that psychological anguish takes a toll physically.

When you experience acute stress, your body activates a system called the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical

axis, or just HPA axis because why would you want to say all that other stuff over and

over again.

It starts deep in your brain, in the limbic system — the part responsible for a lot

of your automatic emotional reactions, among other things.

There, a region called the hypothalamus releases hormones that start a whole chain of more

hormones being released — first by your pituitary gland, and then by your adrenal

glands, which release a bunch of adrenaline and cortisol into your bloodstream.

And those two hormones trigger the "fight-or-flight" response.

They boost physical activity by increasing your blood sugar and the blood flow to your

muscles, and bump up your metabolism at the same time.

The idea is that the physical boost helps you fight the stressor or run away.

So, like, if you were suddenly face to face with a bear, the surge in energy would help

you either outrun it, or go all like Revenant on it.

The same system is activated by chronic stress, but things get a bit more complicated.

Researchers have found that people under some kinds of chronic stress have perpetually high

cortisol levels, as if their HPA axis is running constantly.

For others, it can depend on the timing, with higher cortisol levels near the start of the

stress before it actually dips lower than usual.

But we do know that while this stress reaction can be helpful at times, having it running

all the time is a problem.

People under chronic stress are at higher risk for all kinds of ailments, like heart

disease, autoimmune diseases, and mental disorders like anxiety and depression.

That's because, in addition to it being super unpleasant to be stressed out all the

time, the stress response is constantly sapping your energy.

The resources used by fight-or-flight have to come from somewhere, and one of the places

they come from is your immune system.

On the molecular level, the same cortisol that works to get extra glucose to your muscles

also stops your body from making as many infection-fighting white blood cells as it normally would.

So stress can tank your ability to fight infections.

It's kind of like evolution is telling your body not to worry about fighting off that

cold right now, because you need to fight that bear that is right in front of you.

Except with chronic stress, the bear isn't a bear.

It's your crappy job.

Or your unhappy relationship.

Or whatever it is that stresses you out all the time.

And that means your immune system never gets the chance to recover and deal with that cold

as easily as it normally would.

One famous experiment demonstrating this involved 11 dental students who volunteered to have

their mouths biopsied twice: first during summer vacation, and then again during exam

week.

It took an average of 3 days longer for the wounds to heal while they were stressed about

exams.

All kinds of other studies have gotten similar results — some by punching small holes in

people like they did with the dental students, and others by observing how stress affects

recovery from surgery and other major wounds.

There's also research suggesting that chronic stress explains part of the relationship between

poverty and health.

Even just the perception of being in a lower socioeconomic class is associated with an

increase in respiratory infections.

Stress can also advance the aging process.

By the time you get older, your DNA has had to replicate so many times that the protective

parts at each of the ends of the chromosome, called telomeres, can kind of start to fray.

When telomeres are shorter, it's more likely that there will be errors in copying genes.

And those errors increase your risk of disease.

There's evidence that having more cortisol in your blood interrupts the repair of telomeres.

Which might explain why stress is linked to diseases that are also associated with age,

like heart disease, cancer, and anemia.

To stay healthy, the best thing you can do is get rid of the chronic stress.

But, easier said than done.

If you can't get rid of it completely, things like meditation and relaxation therapies can

help lower your stress response.

And, weirdly enough, so might changing how you think about stress.

Studies have shown that when people think about the source of stress as a challenge

to overcome instead of a threat to their well-being, that seems to lower their perceived stress

and reduce their body's physical response.

There's another way you might be able to improve your health, too: help others reduce

their stress.

In a sample of over 800 older adults, those with high stress who also reported helping

friends or neighbors with things like housework or childcare had mortality rates similar to

those with low stress.

Whereas those with high stress who didn't help out had reduced odds of survival.

So, chronic stress is not good for anyone.

But even if you can't avoid being stressed out all the time, there are ways to help yourself

relax — and sometimes you can even reduce other people's stress in the process.

Nuanced Notes with Michelle Johnson - Duration: 3:23.

I was living at a homeless shelter with my mom and my four other siblings.

It was just all six of us in a room

And at 19 I just left the shelter and couch surfed for like six months.

There was a coffee shop and I asked, "I really want to work here.

I've never worked in coffee but I really like it"

And had an interview about a week later and got the job on the spot.

And I was obsessed.

My name is Michelle Johnson and

I am a coffee marketer

I came to Costa Rica because I wanted to see coffee at the source and be able to

connect the dots between what it is that I do on a daily basis and what it is

that producers do on a daily basis.

Once you get into something like especially coffee and then you start

getting into other things like artisan chocolate and trying to find out the

origin of that and then getting into wine and trying to go to the source of that

and to get all these like very nuanced notes.

It's all just this rabbit hole you can jump into. It's awesome

This guy messing with this plant and doing all these very intentional things

has completely impacted my life I want to bring all that passion back to it on the retail end.

I will be back here in six months with friends and we're just gonna tear it up.

It's dope! [laughs]
