Taylor Swift's Ex-Boyfriend Turned Her Into Quasimodo,BFF Todrick Hall Says

Todrick Hall acknowledges Taylor Swift is at the top of her game these days, but apparently

that wasn't always the case.

The pop star's longtime bestie and frequent collaborator appeared on The Kid Kraddick

Morning Show recently, revealing that he never approved of a particular past boyfriend of

Swift's.

Hall never mentioned the ex by name, but context clues have led some fans to assume it was

Tom Hiddleston who he said turned Swift into "Quasimodo."

"There was a time last year—I don't know if I'm supposed to say anything—she was

dating someone," Todrick said.

"I'd actually never met this person, but I could I could just tell every time I would

talk to her, she would hunch over"

"I sent her this picture of her as Quasimodo that I edited," he recalled.

"Because I was like, 'You cannot turn into Quasimodo for this guy.

Every time you say his name, you hunch over.'"

Now, Hall described the 28-year-old Grammy winner as the "happiest I've ever seen her,"

adding, "She's so happy.

Standing up completely straight and so tall and so confident.

I just love it.

I'm so, so happy for her and I cannot wait to see this tour."

Taylor and the Thor star called it quits in September 2016 after a whirlwind summer romance.

The "End Game" songstress also dated Calvin Harris last year, though Hall accompanied

Swift to one of the Scottish DJ's concerts so it's safe to assume she introduced her

BFF to Harris.

(Swift is now dating U.K.-based actor Joe Alwyn.)

Todrick also said Taylor is "very sensitive," especially when it comes to accepting criticism.

"We were talking about this the other day and I was like, 'It blows my mind that you're

so humble and so sensitive,'" Hall recalled during the interview.

"We were hanging out at her house and Tiffany Haddish was there and she was saying something

about some comment a kid said, and you could tell that it made Taylor's entire energy shift

because she just loves people so much and she wants everybody to understand where she's

coming from."

"But I think it's that passion and that humble quality about her that makes her so great

at writing songs that people identify with because she wears her heart on her sleeve.

When things happen, it really, really gets to her," he added

Donald Trump Jr. managed to spread some fake news Thursday on Twitter.

The president's son used the platform to criticize supporters of net neutrality after

the Federal Communications Commission repealed the Title II protections that kept the internet

a public utility.

Unfortunately, Trump Jr. doesn't seem to have all the facts in order.

"I would pay good money to see all those people complaining about Obama's FCC chairman

voting to repeal #NetNeutality actually explain it in detail," Trump Jr. wrote.

"I'd also bet most hadn't heard of it before this week.

In fact, FCC Chairman Ajit Pai was appointed by President Donald Trump in January.

Former President Barack Obama appointed Pai to a five-year term on the commission in 2012,

but Democrats fought against his term's renewal last year.

The commission voted to repeal the net neutrality protections in a 3-2 vote, with Pai voting

in the majority.

Net neutrality rules were initially put in place to ensure that internet service providers,

ISPs, treated all information and content across the web equally.

Repealing the Title II protections would allow internet service providers, such as Verizon

or Comcast, to decide what content would be blocked or offered at slower speeds in favor

of the company's own content.

Critics of Pai's repeal effort fear that ISPs will discriminate against internet traffic

and charge companies such as Netflix or Amazon exorbitant fees to give consumers efficient

access to those services.

(HuffPost's parent company, Oath, is owned by Verizon.

HuffPost is also represented by the Writers Guild of America, East, which supports net

neutrality and opposed its repeal).

Millions of Americans had protested Pai's plan to repeal net neutrality regulations.

Citizens have protested to keep the rules in place, in addition to calling offices of

public officials to protect the internet.

Congress could nullify the FCC decision with a Congressional Review Act resolution, and

Sen. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) said Thursday that he would introduced one, but it's considered

a long shot.

More than 20 U.S. senators attempted to delay Thursday's vote after suspecting that the

FCC was flooded with fraudulent comments, especially those in favor of the repeal.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman opened an investigation, which showed that

up to 2 million comments were submitted under false names.

Schneiderman announced that he would sue to prevent the rollbacks on Thursday.

In a YouTube video, Schneiderman criticized the FCC's lack of assistance in his office's

investigation and called the vote a travesty.

The A-list actress and British music producer broke up a few weeks ago, a source reveals,

after about five months of dating.

perspective" and decided their relationship was "not for her."

The Oscar winner confirmed she and Alex were an item in September, describing him as her

"balance" in a romantic Instagram post.

A source shared at the time, "They have been seeing each other for about two months and

met through friends in the industry."

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Halle and Alex vacationed on the South Pacific island of

Bora Bora near Tahiti.

The actress documented their getaway on social media, which included activities like jet-skiing,

Disney buys large part of 21st Century Fox in US$52.4 bil. deal - Duration: 1:57.

Turning now to a mega media deal in the United States.

Disney has agreed to buy 21st Century Fox's entertainment assets in a deal worth an eye-watering

52-point-four billion U.S. dollars.

Ro Aram has the details.

Disney's majority purchase of Fox brings to a close more than half a century of expansion

by Rupert Murdoch - a man who turned an inherited single Australian newspaper in to one of the

world's largest news and film empires.

However, the recent revolution across media has convinced even him to take a step back.

The slimmed down Fox will focus more on news, but its film, television and international

businesses will all go to Disney.

The deal is being seen as efforts to grow Disney's arsenal of shows to combat growing

digital rivals, such as Netflix and Amazon.

The deal is expected to close in 12 to 18 months and will bring marquee franchises like

"Avatar" and "The Simpsons" on top of Disney's previous purchases, which include Pixar Animation

Studios, Marvel Entertainment and "Star Wars" producer Lucasfilm.

The purchase also gives Disney at least a 39 percent stake in European satellite-TV

and broadcaster Sky.

Fox is hoping to acquire the remainder of Sky before the deal closes, so that it could

give Disney full control after the sale.

Disney will also win majority control of Hulu - Fox's video streaming service partially

owned by Comcast and Time Warner.

That service will prove vital in competing with the likes of Netflix, and Disney has

also announced plans to launch its own streaming service in 2019.

Before the buyout, 21st Century Fox will separate the businesses it's keeping into a newly listed

company that will be spun off to its shareholders.

The deal is yet to be finalized as shareholders of both Disney and Fox need to approve it,

but it's widely expected to go through.
