riesgo controlado nunca vamos a crecer

feedback y tal y tener unos primeros

controladamente

Ronnie & Jen Share A Tense Dinner | The Sneak Peek Show | MTV - Duration: 4:36.

- Hi, guys, I'm Amy Pham,

and welcome to The Sneak Peek Show.

The show where we gather as family

to talk about tonight's television line-up on MTV.

And speaking of families,

up first we've got a sneak peek of tonight's

Jersey Shore Family Vacation.

But what are we waiting for?

Let it roll.

- I felt so uncomfortable.

- I don't wanna talk to her anymore

because I'm afraid I'm gonna slip up, not knowing.

- No you won't, you're not that dumb.

- I have feeling that something bad's gonna happen tonight.

- Yes.

(calm music plays)

(white noise of a restaurant)

- What you thinking 'bout?

- I wish I could get in the jacuzzi.

- What?

- I wish I could get in the jacuzzi.

Sounds so good. - It's too hot, right?

- Has it even been used yet?

- Huh?

- Has anybody got in it yet?

- What?

- The jacuzzi.

- Uh, just the first night when all those people came back.

All those girls or whatever.

Vinn offered out the jacuzzi services...

- Yeah.

- Yeah.

- Were you in there?

Doing what? - Yeah.

- But that's not all from the Jersey crew.

Today we're celebrating Throw Back Thursday

by remembering our fave, or most embarrassing,

fashions from our past selves.

Mine would be my sleeveless turtleneck and overall combo.

Vinny, care to share yours?

- Every season of Jersey Shore is an

entire fashion regret.

All the bedazzled and the Ed Hardy,

and the Affliction, and what was I thinking?

I thought they were dope,

I'm like "Yo, do you see this bedazzles?

Look at this bedazzled cross and the wings

and the crucifix here, and the skull.

Yo, you see this skull babe?"

Stop.

- Oh yes, I remember those shirts.

Can't say I ever thought they were your best look,

but to each his own.

You've come so far, my friend.

Speaking of going far, here's a look at tonight's

Ex On the Beach, in which Angela goes far

to hurt someone she once cared about.

Everyone better get out of the way.

- I want to make this perfectly clear moving forward.

Me and you are done.

You had enough time to tell Cory

but you didn't have time to tell me?

- Because we were gonna talk about you.

- Yeah, because you're f*cking fake.

- Yeah, yeah, (mumbles).

- Yeah, yeah, yeah, you're f*cking fake!

- That's you, that's you.

Why're you acting like that, why is you always...

- You're a joke. - No.

- You're a joke, bro. - No, that's not...

- You know, I should've stayed with my f*cking ex (mumbles).

- Yeah, you gon' keep saying that cause you are trying

to hurt me, so you're just throwing shots my way.

- I'm letting you know that you're going to be f*cking

hurting when you see me with other people in this house.

- Why, why?

- And I'm gonna get you back.

- Why, yo?

- And I'm gonna get you back for that.

- Why, yo?

- You care about me so I'm gonna

go out of my way to hurt you.

Lying ass piece of sh*t.

- The whole faith in tuh-rad-dade...

No, no, Angela...

Like, if you're gonna be real,

Angela never stopped...

- [Angela knocks on Door] Let me in.

- Oh, wow.

- You were supposed to wait for me.

Talk to the devil.

You were supposed to wait, move over.

So selfish.

- Oh wow.

- What's good, D-rock?

- You tell me what's good?

- Oh my god, what, stop it.

- Who would've thought this?

- (energetic pop music)

- Wow, Angela is on a mission

and no one should get in her way.

I will definitely stay out of her way

as I watch all of the drama unfold

from the comfort of my own couch

at 9/8 Central, on MTV.

That's all for today,

don't forget to hit that subscribe button

and feel free to let all of your feelings out

using the comment section below.

Think of is as your very own diary.

Except it's public.

Just something to remember.

Oh, and I almost forgot!

We've got an all new Catfish special tomorrow,

so check back here for your sneak peek.

See ya, then!

Bye!

Grilled Cheese Tomato Sandwitch- Easy Vegetarian Afterschool Snack #201 - Duration: 3:58.

Namaskar I'm Shyamali Sinha Welcome to Foodie's Hut

today I am making a very quick and tasty vegetarian after school or work snack

Roasted Tomato Grilled cheese sandwich

Now you can enjoy this sandwich for Breakfast as well

So let's get started

now we are starting off by cutting the cherry

tomatoes in half

if you don't get the cherry tomato in your place

just use regular tomato

cut them thick round slices

now once it's done let's make a marrinade

I'm going to add some Italian mixed herb in this shallow bowl followed by some

chili flake if you are making this for your kids

then you can skip the chili after that I am adding a big glob of grated guarding

now time to add salt and then pour some olive oil you can add the butter to mix

all the ingredients after that add the tomatoes and toss with the prepared

marinade cover with a lid and let it sit for about five to ten minutes

to make the sandwich heat up a cast-iron pan or taba now once your pan is hot and

is marinated tomatoes now if you are using the butter then to prevent the

butter burning first add some white oil in the prepared pan and then add the

marinated tomatoes now cook each side got a couple of minutes over medium heat

once you see that tomatoes soft in and develop the crema then turn the other

side cook just for a minute or so and then remove from the pan

now the trick to making a great real sandwich is achieving a golden crusty

outside without burning the bread so here I'm using the same pan to make the

sandwich and applying some butter now adding two slices of sourdough bread

cook for a couple of seconds over medium heat add shredded cheese you can use any

cheese of your choice today I'm using all the tasty cheese and yes you can

take any sandwich bed of your choice now sprinkle this hard and chilly techniques

on the cheese and of course this roasted tomato

the more cheese on the top

if you wish you can sprinkle little extra easily that is off totally

optional now adding some ground black pepper and then the other bread and put

some butter on top a crusty outside and oozy inside the beauty of the Christian

language and to get the exact texture you need to have some patience and cook

over medium heat once you get the texture something like this and then

turn the other side cook for another few minutes

then remove from the pan and enjoy I

hope you like this recipe give this recipe a try and do let me know what you

think about this recipe I will see you soon till then bye

How to laser focus your targeting, and save tons - Duration: 4:06.

- There is one mental error I see over and over in Facebook

targeting that squanders up to half a campaign's Facebook

budget, and I'm gonna show you how to avoid it.

(upbeat techno music)

In today's video, I'm gonna show you

how to avoid a simple mistake some marketers make

that wastes a ton of their money.

By avoiding it, you can get more results

from the same budget.

I'm John Nesbit, founder of The Customer Factory.

I'm the guy who helps you build your practice

to the million-dollar-per-year level and beyond.

Have you ever heard this quote?

Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted.

The trouble is, I don't know which half.

It's been 100 years since John Wanamaker said that.

He was talking about his wide public advertisements

and how he would be forced to blanket an entire population,

even though most of the people

were not likely his customers.

So you'd think with modern technology, tracking,

and targeting, that that kind of waste

would not be true anymore.

Well, it is.

And it's not because of the technology.

The waste stems from a fact of human nature

and a simple mental error that most people

make when setting up their new patient marketing campaigns.

It's done almost instinctively.

Now, if you make this mistake,

it's gonna waste half your budget.

What I'm talking about is called targeting creep.

Here's an example.

Think about when you're in Facebook

and you're targeting your ads to reach

just the people nearby your office.

That's good.

What you should do is pull out a zip code map

and use actual patient addresses that tell you

which zip codes exactly your current patients come from

and target only those areas.

Targeting creep is when you do that

and then you go fishing for a little more.

You cheat a little bit out of your geographic sweet spot.

Let's say most of your patients come within five miles

of your office, but you decide to bump that up to, say,

seven miles just to get a few extra people in there.

Well, if you remember your high school geometry,

you'll remember that a seven-mile circle

covers double the area of a five-mile circle, pi r squared.

And thus, you just watered down your entire campaign

by at least 50% with people who are less likely to come in.

Targeting creep applies to more than just geotargeting.

I've seen people convince themselves that 35-year-old men

are gonna come in for sciatica treatments.

While maybe a few could be prospects,

that's being pretty optimistic when the data tells us

the average age is closer to 62.

In Facebook targeting, hope is not a strategy.

A gut decision not based on data is a potential liability.

Usually this feels clever, ambitious at the time.

But, in fact, it can be a campaign killer.

It's happened to all of us.

It's human nature that if some is good,

then more must be better, right?

Besides, everyone knows that, when you run ads,

you wanna target as many people as possible, right?

Wrong.

That's a rookie mistake.

In the modern age of advertising and on Facebook, it's as

much about who you don't target as who you do target.

So with Facebook ads, you wanna be disciplined and target

only the people most likely to become new patients.

You wanna concentrate your efforts there.

You wanna go deep in a single market, not wide across many.

Think of your marketing like you're wanting

to start a fire using a spotlight.

You set your light too wide, like a flashlight,

and no one single are gets hot enough to ignite.

However, if you narrow your focus to a tight laser beam,

you can hold it on one dry leaf somewhere,

you can spark a whole forest fire of response.

As a small business, you can't afford

to try and light everywhere at the same time.

As they say in basketball,

don't take the low percentage shots.

Concentrate on where your best odds are

and then focus on that until you own it.

When you are big and rich, then you can start experimenting.

In the meanwhile, the rule is

that the less money you have for advertising,

the more focused your targeting needs to be.

So be disciplined when targeting, be aware of target creep,

and you'll get more results, faster.

Malaysia election 2018 results ruling party shock defeat as 92 year old

secures victory Malaysia election results shook the world last night as 92

year old maha dear muhammad secured a shock victory rousting Najib Razak

ruling party for the first time in the country's history

Malaysia went to the polls yesterday in the G breeze acts long ruling Bari saw

nación all BN party lost seats in key states that have traditionally been

strongholds riding a search of late support was mr. Mehra dear in his packet

in her Upen Alliance of Hope party who have secured the majority of 112 seats

needed the new PM who will become the world's oldest elected leader at the age

of 92 released a statement this morning calling for the urgent formation of a

government and for him to be immediately sworn in there has been some delays over

a lack of understanding of the Constitution but we'd like to make it

clear that there is an urgency here we need to form the government now today

mayor said that is because currently there is no

government of Malaysia sitting PM Razik said he accepted the decision of the

vote but argued that no party had won a majority calling for the country's king

to make a decision on who will lead the country he said I accept and my friends

also accept the verdict that has been delivered by the people and because no

party has gotten a simple majority therefore the king will be making a

decision as to who will be the prime minister after urging caution early on

in the evening the Election Commission confirmed last night the opposition

alliance had secured victory mr. Najib whose father and uncle both

served as Prime Minister had suffered a loss of support following a series of

scandals in recent years mr. mayor had previously served as prime minister for

22 years until 2003 in recent years he ended his retirement following after

becoming angered at mr. Najib scandals a simple majority of 112 seats is required

by a party or Alliance to rule a number mr metadier said his party had won he

said we believe that from our official counting that there left far behind the

likelihood is that they will not be forming the government he later said he

expected to be sworn in as PM in the next day or so . protests have begun as

opposition supporters fear a controversial e tight final result with

anger growing over postal votes and allegations of fraud many Malaysians

living abroad were unhappy with the polling day falling on a Wednesday as

millions of voters were unable to cast their vote and last night riot police

were called to a results counting center in err Hiram yar

after crowds were seen stopping unmarked cars from entering

hundreds of people can be seen in photos taken at the scene amid rumors the

Election Commission has refused to sign off a victory for the opposition dot B

and has faced a far greater challenge in this election than ever before amid

public anger over the cost of living in a multi-billion dollar scandal that has

dogged mr. Najib since 2015 an election eve opinion poll suggested support for

BN was slipping and mr. McCarthy's alliance would land the most votes in

Peninsular Malaysia home to 80 percent of the population in this Southeast

Asian nation however under Malaysia's electoral system the party or alliance

with the majority of Parliament seats wins and going into the poll most

experts believed that was within the prime ministers reach voters complained

on social media groups of long queues outside polling centers which resulted

in a waiting time of up to three hours for some opposition leaders had called

for voting hours to be extended dot most results are expected before midnight

local time 5:00 p.m. BST but the count may spill into the early

hours of Thursday Malaysia's majority ethnic Malay Muslims

support BN for affirmative action policies that give them government

contracts cheap housing and guaranteed university admissions mr. Mecca fears

opposition alliance which counts on urban votes and support from the

minority ethnic Chinese and Indian communities hope that with the former

leader of um no as its standard bearer it would draw in Malay voters

traditionally loyal to be in however mr. mayor is a polarizing figure and many

voters are suspicious of him because of his attacks on independent institutions

when he was Prime Minister between 1981 and 2003 mr. Najib has been buffeted by

the scandal over one Malaysia development Bearhead 1mdb

a state fund from which billions of dollars were allegedly siphoned off US

attorney general jeff Sessions has described the scandal at the fund set up

by Najib as the worst form of kleptocracy the US Department of Justice

has filed several lawsuits to seize more than 1.7 billion dollar in assets

believed to have been stolen from 1mdb mr. Najib who was chairman of 1mdb s

advisory board has denied any wrongdoing and has been cleared of any offense by

Malaysia's Attorney General dot power is an ajeeb family trait with his father

Abdul Razak and uncle Hussein on also serving as Malaysia's Prime Minister in

the past when his father died he became an MP at the age of just 23 soon after

he graduated from the University of Nottingham after serving in a variety of

cabinet roles he became Deputy Prime Minister in 2004 and Prime Minister in

2009 whether he still holds this role at the end of play today remains to be seen
