What's up, guys?

Frazier here for Complex News with a bummer in the relationship department.

Mac Miller and Ariana Grande have broken up.

Not quite a Love is Dead moment—more of an, eh that's too bad.

News comes from who else?

TMZ.

As they report it, the two have reportedly "called it quits on dating" but "remain the

closest of friends."

Work schedules, the report added, simply became too hectic for the relationship to continue.

Still, Grande and Miller will continue to "love each other dearly" as close friends,

though that's really none of our business.

Ariana and Mac have been close and sparking relationship rumors since she came on the

music scene with "The Way," back in 2013.

They went public back in 2016, and Mac made a great album that was at least partially

inspired by her in The Divine Feminine.

Ariana confirmed the split in a lengthy IG Story, writing:

"Unconditional love is not selfish.

It is wanting the best for that person even if at the moment it's not you."

Ariana has a new album, Sweetener, due soon and Mac has been teasing a new project.

We'll see if they talk about the breakup on wax.

Israel strikes Iranian targets in Syria after rocket fire on Golan Heights - Duration: 2:12.

Now for a look at stories making headlines around the world and we start in the Middle

East.

Israel says it has almost wiped out Iran's entire military infrastructure in Syria after

Iranian forces fired rockets at the Israeli-held territory of Golan Heights.

Fill us in on the details.

Israel says Thursday's attack was its largest barrage in Syria since the start of the civil

war there seven years ago and was also a clear warning to Iran.

It came in response to Israeli claims that Iranian forces based in Syria fired some 20

rockets at Israeli military positions in the occupied Golan Heights overnight.

Israel's military says it managed to incept most of the projectiles, adding there was

minimal damage and no casualties.

The extent of the damage inflicted by the Israeli airstrikes was not immediately clear,

but Syria's military said three people were killed.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Iran had "crossed a red line," and that

his country's action was appropriate.

Iran's leaders have not yet issued a response to the Israeli accusations or the military

strikes, but if confirmed it would be the first time Iranian forces have fired rockets

directly at Israeli forces.

Thursday's exchange was the most direct confrontation between the two adversaries ever, which is

reported to have lasted for hours.

There are also concerns the fighting could escalate further with other players coming

into the mix, such as Iran's Shiite allies in Iraq and the Shiite militant group Hezbollah

in Lebanon.

Israel, meanwhile, has the backing of the U.S., which has called Iran's attack provocative.

Iran's rocket attack also came a couple days after President Trump announced he was pulling

out of the 2015 Iran nuclear deal.

Russia, another ally of the Assad regime in Syria, has called on all parties to show restraint.

S. Korea sends first shipment of food aid after joining the FAC - Duration: 2:08.

Until the 1980s, South Korea used to be a recipient of humanitarian food aid.

It is now a donor to developing nations, after joining the Food Assistance Convention earlier

this year.

Seoul's first shipment of rice departed from Gunsan Port today.

Our Park Hee-jun with the report.

South Korea has sent its first donation of rice overseas,... since joining the Food Assistance

Convention this January.

Following a ceremony led by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs,... a

ship carrying thousands of tons of locally grown rice left Gunsan Port in Jeollabuk-do

Province on Thursday,... to deliver 12-thousand tons of rice to Yemen, and 10-thousand tons

to Ethiopia, through the World Food Programme.

"Decades ago, South Korea used to receive humanitarian food aid from international bodies.

And now, with the first take-off of rice shipment,... Korea has become the first country that has

turned to a food donor... from a country that once received it."

"Today is a historic moment, because it is the first time that Korea is sending food

aid to Africa.

This is a milestone in the relations between Korea and African countries."

The FAC has 16 members, including the United States, the European Union, and Japan-- and

in total,... they promised to donate 3-point-2 billion U.S. dollars of food within the year.

And South Korea has promised the sixth highest amount,... with food aid worth at least 42-million

dollars.

"Joining the FAC will be a stepping stone for local rice exports.

It will not only raise the global status of our country,... but also help control the

excess supply of rice in the country."

The government will send the rest of the promised 50-thousand tons of rice,... to countries

in the Middle East and Africa by the year's end.

And depending on the recipient countries' needs and domestic finances,... it may increase

the amount of aid in the coming years.

North Korea summit to take place in Singapore on June 12: Trump - Duration: 2:10.

June 12th.

Remember the date.... as you are going to be hearing it a lot over the coming weeks.

That's when U.S. President Donald Trump will hold his historic summit with North Korean

leader Kim Jong-un.

As for the location?

No real surprises there.... as the widely speculated Singapore was confirmed as the

setting for the talks.

Lee Seung-jae reports.

It was the announcement the world had been waiting for.

U.S. President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Thursday to confirm that his summit with

Kim Jong-un will take place in Singapore on Tuesday June 12th,... adding that they will

"both try to make it a very special moment for World Peace".

Trump's announcement came a matter of hours after he welcomed home three Americans who

had been imprisoned in North Korea.

Experts say North Korea's denuclearization will dominate the agenda of the Singapore

talks.

President Trump's aim is the complete, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization of the regime.

Kim, for his part, has repeatedly expressed a commitment to abandon the regime's nuclear

weapons program,... despite being unclear on what the terms are.

Singapore has also confirmed it will play host to the summit.

Its Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Thursday,... that the "meeting

will advance prospects for peace in the Korean Peninsula".

Observers say the Southeast Asian financial hub was likely chosen due to its neutrality,

security advantages and track record of hosting international summits.

But why June 12th?

Watchers say the date was chosen strategically,... as Singapore hosts the annual Shangri-La Dialogue,

a defense forum attended by heads of states, defense ministers and high level military

officials from June 1st to the 3rd,.... while the 44th G7 summit in Canada,... will take

place from June 8th to the 9th.

Now that the venue and date has been set,... the world waits to see if Singapore will host

a meeting that ushers in a new era of denuclearization and peace on the Korean Peninsula.

U.S. welcomes three Americans released from North Korea - Duration: 2:25.

'It's a dream to be home.'

Those were the words uttered by one of the three Americans who are back on U.S. soil

following their release from North Korea.

Meeting them off the plane in the middle of the night was President Trump, First Lady

Melania Trump as well as Vice President Mike Pence.

President Trump heaped more praise on the North Korean leader for freeing the Americans,...

and said his upcoming summit with Kim will be a big success.

The three Americans released from detention in North Korea are back in the U.S.

They arrived at Joint Base Andrews near Washington, D.C.,... and President Trump was there to

board the plane and greet them at around 3-AM, local time.

He and the first lady escorted the three down the stairs onto American soil,… and announced

their official welcome to the press.

In his remarks, President Trump expressed his gratitude to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un

for releasing them.

"We very much appreciate that he allowed them to go before the meeting...

I really think he wants to do something.

I think he did this because I really think he wants to do something and bring their country

into the real world.

I really believe that John (unidentified reporter) and I think, I think that we're going to have

a success.

I think this would be a very big success."

They had been detained for more than a year,… and among them, Kim Dong-chul, a Christian

pastor, had been detained the longest -- more than 900 days.

The other two, Kim Hak-song and Tony Kim -- who both worked at a Pyongyang university, were

detained by the North Korean regime about a year ago.

Their families weren't able to meet them at the base when they arrived, but they have

issued a statement thanking President Trump for engaging directly with North Korea.

As the three men stepped onto the tarmac, there were cheers from the press when they

saw they were in good condition and able to walk without assistance.

But when asked about their time in North Korea, it was clear that they had been through a

lot.

"They treated us in many different ways.

For me, I had to do a lot of labor, but when I got sick I also got medical attention."

The Americans' return is another step towards possibly a new era of relations between Pyongyang

and Washington... as the summit between Kim and Trump draws closer.

It's been a year since the Moon Jae-in administration came into office promising change; change

for the people, in their daily lives, for the entire nation.

One of the many changes in the past year has been witnessed in and around the presidential

Blue House.

Mount Inwangsan is one place where such change can be clearly seen.

"Part of this mountain, however, has been restricted to the public since January 1968,

after North Korean special forces attempted to assassinate the then-South Korean President

Park Chung-hee in his residence at the Blue House."

Following President Moon's visit to the mountain in March, the Blue House decided to tear down

the barbed wire fences.

"Some areas were restricted for military and security reasons.

But after long discussions, we recently decided to open up and return the entire mountain

to the citizens."

Cutting-edge surveillance equipment has since been put in place.

"When I came hiking here a few years ago, these areas were all off limits.

It's meaningful that it's open to the public now."

"We travelled all the way from Incheon as we heard the mountain was opening up for President

Moon's first year anniversary.

The road in front of the Blue House, which had been closed at night for the last half

a century opened its irongate to the public day and night starting in June last year.

Now, tourists and protesters enjoy their right to expression and freedom of speech.

"This is the first time I am back to Korea since the new administration.

And I've seen such a big change in Seoul and Korea in general."

(May 10, 2018) The gardens inside the Blue House, which had

long been regarded as strictly off limits to the average Koreans... have now become

a venue for the nation's First Couple and their neighbors to enjoy a late spring evening

concert under the calm moon's tranquil beam.

We hope you will regard this evening as a special gift to the residents nearby to show
