Jeep Wrangler Poison Spyder RockerBrawler Rear Bumper - Tire Carrier (1997-2006 TJ) Review & Install - Duration: 27:17.
This Poison Spider RockBrawler Rear Bumper and Tire Carrier is for those of you that
have a 1997-2006 TJ that are looking for a very high-quality rear bumper and tire carrier
combination.
This is going to be one of the more expensive options on the market, but it is engineered
in a way that no other bumper really is, and it is going to be something that is worth
the cost if you're looking for that top tier rear bumper.
This is going to be an easy one-out-of-three-wrench installation for anybody to do in their driveway.
Simply bolt the bumper on the back of your jeep, and we'll talk a little bit more about
that in just a second.
So when you hear the name Poison Spider, you've become accustomed to a certain level of quality,
and that's exactly what you're going to see here.
This thing has been engineered in a way, like I said, that not a lot of other rear bumper
and tire carrier combinations have, and that's going to make for a very nice fit and finish.
It's going to make for something that isn't going to rattle, it's not gonna sag, it's
not gonna wear out.
It's not gonna do any of those things that those less-expensive options on the market
have been known to do over time.
So if you have the budget for it and you want one of the best built rear bumper and tire
combinations out there, I think that this is going to be a great option for you.
This bumper is made out of 3/16-inch steel, and it does have some 3/4-inch shackle mounts
built into it.
It has a lot of features that on paper look like what you would find from a lot of other
bumper and tire carrier options out there, however, this is going to be very, very different
in a lot of ways.
So from the feature standpoint again, pretty similar to what you'd be used to seeing here.
You have your shackle mounts, again 3/4-inch, nice and heavy, you have the 2-inch receiver
here, this does have a couple of spots for some chains.
This doesn't explicitly say that it is tow rated but you can definitely use that for
recovery.
And then, of course, you're going to have your tire carrier here.
So you're gonna be wanting to shop for a spare tire carrier that is bumper mounted if you're
running a larger than factory spare tire on your Jeep.
If you have a big, heavy spare on that factory tire carrier, you can really run into one
of three different issues.
Your hinges can start to fail, which will allow the whole tailgate to sag, the tailgate
itself can separate and break apart, and the tire carrier itself is only rated for a factory
size and weight spare.
So that metal can start to fatigue and break down as well.
So you really have two options if you're looking for a way to remedy that situation, one is
going to be a bumper mounted tire carrier like this one, and the other is going to be
a tub mounted tire carrier.
If you're looking for a bumper mounted tire carrier, again, this is going to be one of
the highest quality ones that you can get.
This is going to be 3/16-inch steel.
The shackle mounts are 3/4-inch, giving you a ton of strength there.
This has a couple of features that I really like, one is the 2-inch receiver that's built
directly into it, even though this is a nice, slim, low profile bumper, it still has room
for that 2-inch receiver.
This does have a spot for a pin and four chains.
It doesn't exclusively or explicitly say that this is going to be a tow rated bumper, but
you can certainly use that for recoveries.
Of course, you have your spot for your shackles for additional recovery points, and the main
part of this bumper that's really, really well engineered is going to be the tire carrier.
So the pivot point here, nice and strong, welded all the way through.
It comes with bearings, not just any bearings, these are Timken bearings, so again, high-quality.
Some of the other tire carriers out there will just be a sleeve that slides over the
top of a spindle.
This, of course, having bearings on the top and the bottom is going to ensure that this
remains very easy to open and close over a very long period of time.
The latch on the other side there is essentially like a car door latch.
Again, there are a lot of less expensive options, less expensive ways of building a latch.
But Poison Spider doesn't do that.
This is the only latch that I've ever seen that's designed in the way that this one is,
and it ensures that it's going to close, it's gonna stay closed when you want it to stay
closed, it's going to open and open easily when you need it to, even over a long period
of time, and maybe most importantly for those of you that are daily driving your Jeep, this
is not going to rattle.
So you get a lot out of that latch.
As far as the mount itself goes, obviously there are a bunch of different holes.
This is adjustable for height, you wanna be able to get that tire as low as possible so
you can have maximum visibility out the back window of your Jeep.
And when you have the actual mount attached onto the tire carrier, it's also adjustable
in and out.
The idea there is that you can get the tire nice and tight up against the tire carrier
so nothing is gonna be torquing and trying to rattle around and move around.
That can eventually cause some metal fatigue.
You're not going to run into that with this tire carrier.
Another example of just how well-engineered and put together this is, this is just the
cap that goes over the top of the spindle here once everything is completely installed.
This is an aluminum piece, it has the Poison Spider logo, they even give you a laser cut
tool specifically for this cap here.
So it just really shows the level of engineering and the thought process that goes into building
this, and just some of the reasons why this is significantly more expensive than a lot
of the other bumpers out there.
I think if you have the budget it is worth it because of all the thought that goes into
this.
This bumper and tire carrier combination comes in at right around $1,300.
Again, if you have the budget, if you want something that's top quality, this is going
to be it.
Everything from the welds, to the engineering of the spindle and the latch mechanism, everything
is top tier and I do think it's gonna be worth the cost.
Now, as you can see, this is the bear steel option at $1,300.
So if you're gonna have this powder coated, you have to figure that cost into it as well.
But again, if you want that top quality, this is going to be it.
Now a member of the install team will show you how to get this bolted up to your TJ.
So in order to take off our stock rear bumper, we have to take off our end caps first.
We have three 10 millimeter bolts that we're gonna take off with a 10 millimeter socket and an impact
wrench.
We have two on the top and one on the bottom.
You can go ahead and remove the end cap.
So now we can go ahead and take off the actual bumper.
We have two nuts on the back of the bumper.
I have an 18 millimeter nut on the bottom and a 19 millimeter on the top.
It is gonna vary between your model.
Once that's off we can move to the other side.
After the four nuts are removed, we can fully remove the rear bumper.
So after we remove our stock rear bumper, we can go ahead and remove our spare tire
and stock tire carrier to make room for our new rear bumper and tire carrier.
I have a 13/16 socket.
Now we can remove the six bolts that are holding on the spare tire carrier with a 13 millimeter socket.
So in order to get our new bumper bolted up, we need to address the bolts and where they
are going to mount in.
So different models will vary between where you are gonna mount it up and what kind of
holes that you have already on your subframe.
We already have four holes available for mounting this up, we measured it out and we are going
to tap out the bolts that are held in by the retaining clips with a little mallet and bolt
our bumper up.
The bolts that we're gonna keep are these two, and these two, and these are held in
by these little retaining clips and they have a nut plate on the back.
So we're just going to...maybe not.
So before we mount our new bumper up we have to take off the license plate bracket so we
can relocate it at the end.
I have a 10 millimeter socket.
We are going to remove the license plate to get into 10 millimeter bolt holding the bracket in.
So now we can mount up our rear bumper.
While holding the bumper up, you can now loosely install the nuts.
I'm gonna loosely install the nuts on the outer ends and then that will hold the bumper
up well enough to access the inner two bolts.
One side attached, you can move on to the other side.
Now we can loosely install the nut and washer on this side.
So now that the bumper is mounted up by the outside four bolts, we can mount up the nut
on the inner two bolts.
First, I recommend putting on the washer just because you don't have a lot of room.
You might even wanna use a magnet for this.
You can make sure those are hand tight until you come around and tighten everything up.
So now we can go around and tighten up all of our bolts with a 15 millimeter socket or a 15 millimeter
wrench, whichever you can fit on the bolt.
For this top one, usually can use a wrench because you're not gonna be able to fit a
socket with the body mount right there.
Now we can tighten up our inner bolts.
After the bumper is on, we can attach our crescent plate around the spindle, and we
can insert our rivets.
So you're gonna need a rivet gun.
So now with some latex gloves and some grease, we are going to pack our roller bearings,
get them ready to be installed on our tire carrier.
You wanna make sure that you're getting it inside the seams, and you're packing all of
that grease down into the seal.
All right.
And you can move over to your second one.
All right.
And after your Timken bearings are greased up we can put a light coating of grease on
the spindle.
So with the tire carrier upside down, you're gonna insert your greased bearing into the
pre-installed race sets in the sleeve.
Make sure that it sits flat and you have movement while it's in there.
Now we're gonna install our bearing seal, and you can either use a bearing seal driver
or the appropriate sized socket to tap it into place.
We're using an exhaust spacer.
And just make sure everything is level while you're putting it into place.
So with the help of a friend, they are going to attach the tire carrier onto the spindle.
Then you can drop in your second Timken bearing into race.
Now we can put our large flat washer on and take our lock nut.
We can take our lock nut and screw that on.
So now that your lock nut is touching the washer, your friend can turn the tire carrier
in and out to make sure that there is no binding.
Once the lock nut is tightened down, we can go ahead and install our pivot cap with the
provided tool.
There is an O-ring on here pre-installed.
If it does not come installed already, you will have to put that on before tightening
down the pivot cap.
So now with an open-ended wrench, you can tighten up your hex-head here so we can get
the knob on for our lock pin assembly.
Now, I have an adjustable wrench set at 23mm, we'll tighten that up, and thread on our knob.
So now we can attach our ball joint elbow to our latch assembly so we're able to thread
the rod into the ball joint elbow and pull it up to release the tire carrier.
So you're going to insert that there, and take your washer and lock nut and insert that
on the back.
So you're gonna need two 11 millimeter wrenches, one's gonna be a flexible headed ratcheting wrench
and then another standard open-end wrench.
Once you have the knob threaded on the threaded latch knob, you can go ahead and insert that
into your elbow ball joint and tighten that down.
And this will serve as your lock mechanism.
Now we can attach the spider web with a provided bolt and a 10 millimeter nut.
It is gonna have an Allen key attachment, you can put your washer on the back and your
lock nut.
Thread that on, take an open-ended 10 millimeter wrench and we can tighten that down.
You're going to have to measure depending on your tire and where you want it to sit
on your spare tire carrier.
We're gonna go ahead and bolt it up with the four 16 millimeter bolts.
So I would recommend hand tighten them first and then you can tighten them down with a
16 millimeter open-ended wrench and a 16 millimeter socket and a ratchet or an impact.
Once that's held on, you can put in the bottom two.
Now you can take your 16 millimeter open-ended wrench and your socket and tighten those down.
So before we attach the mount to the tire carrier, we need to press in our studs to
hold our tire.
There is gonna be a diagram on the back page of the instructions for your 5x4-1/2 bolt
pattern, and you also have it here.
So we're gonna head over to the vise and press these in.
After our studs are pressed in, we can put it on the spare tire carrier.
Now we can secure our spare tire carrier down with our 14 millimeter nut and bolts.
So you're going to attach your bolt and washer, and you can loosen and adjust this as needed
to your tire size.
I always recommend hand tightening everything so it's secured in one spot and then you can
go ahead and tighten everything down at the end.
After that's installed, we can go ahead and reinstall our spare tire.
After those are on, you can torque them down or you could tighten it down with a 19mm socket
and a impact wrench.
Now we can attach our license plate relocation bracket on our spare tire carrier the same
way that we attached the spare tire mount.
You're gonna insert your two bolts, they're gonna be an 11 millimeter and then you can go ahead
and take your washer and lock nut and secure it down.
And this is gonna have adjusters on it as well so you can adjust it back and forth.
Now, after you have it centered, you can tighten it down with two 11 millimeter wrenches.
You're not gonna be able to fit a socket in there, just because of the placement with
the wheel, but two wrenches should be fine.
And now we can mount up our license plate on our license plate relocation bracket with
the four provided Allen bolts.
While that's mounted up, you can take your nut, thread that on, hold it in place.
Then you can take your 11 millimeter open-ended wrench and tighten that down with
the Allen key provided.
And do the same thing with the bottom.
So that's it for my review and install on the Poison Spider RockBrawler rear bumper
and tire carrier.

Jeep Wrangler Rugged Ridge 4 Piece Mirror Cover Kit - Chrome (2007-2018 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 6:39.
Some '07 to '18 JK's came right out of the factory with chrome accenting on their Jeep,
like grilles and fuel door covers.
But if it's not enough chrome for you, and you were looking to add the finishing touches,
this chrome mirror kit by Rugged Ridge will be right up your alley.
If you don't already have those chrome accents out of the factory, but you were looking to
start adding some trim, this is also a great starting point.
This chrome style is not for everybody's taste, but if you wanna keep that polished, classic
look, these will be a great addition to your Jeep.
Installing these are a breeze.
And it gets a one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter from me.
And I'll tell you more about the install in just a minute.
As you can tell, these have a polished chrome finish, but they're made of ABS material,
which is very common for automotive trim pieces.
The chrome finish is also UV treated.
So harmful UV rays won't damage the chrome, making the overlay crack or fade when the
Jeep is sitting in the sun.
These are pretty sturdy for what they are as an overlay and they'll stand up to what
gets thrown at them, resisting any flaking or chipping on the surface.
These do a great job at covering up the black trim on the arm on the mirror, as well as
the back of the mirror.
However, some black will show through when you're looking at the mirror head-on.
I don't really think that that's a drawback though because you get a nice, black contour
line that really makes these stand out.
The actually trim piece is covered all the way around so it won't chip or peel from the
corners from a little bit of extra wear and tear.
On the back of the pieces, Rugged Ridge has preattached automotive grade 3M tape so you
can ensure that these aren't going anywhere.
In the whole kit, you'll get two covers for the back of the actual mirror, and then four
pieces to wrap around the mirror arm.
Rugged Ridge split the cover so you can get full coverage around the mount and the arm.
And it covers up the original black trim very well.
For a mirror cover kit, these will be fairly priced at right around $80.
And it will be the lower priced option on the page for this particular setup.
We do offer another option by Putco that will jump up about $40 in price.
However, it will be very similar to this kit here.
I don't see many differences between the two in construction, but Putco does have a one-year
limited warranty that may explain the price jump.
We also offer other variations of this mirror cover kit by Rugged Ridge for just the arm
cover or just the mirror cover.
Some Wranglers came right off the assembly line with these mirror covers, so if you wanted
to add some chrome, but you already have one of the parts of the kit, the other part is
sold separately for relatively half the price.
If you are not a fan of some of the black trim around the face of the mirror showing,
or around the arm and you wanted to replace the full mirror with a chrome option, we also
do offer an option by Rugged Ridge for a full mirror replacement.
Those will jump in price to about $190 per side.
So if you're just looking for some chrome covers to complete your chrome trim look without
breaking the bank, this kit will do just the trick.
Install on this is very simple at one out of three wrenches.
And it shouldn't take you any longer than 20 minutes to get these on.
Now that our Jeep's in the shop, we can go ahead and install our mirror covers.
I would recommend wiping everything down with an alcohol wipe before you stick the 3M tape
on.
And this is just gonna make sure that nothing's
interfering with the adhesion process.
Now we can go ahead and put the mirror covers on.
This is gonna come with three pieces.
I'm gonna start with the upper piece for the mirror arm.
All you have to do is peel the 3M tape back.
If you have adhesion promoter, you can use it at this time, and apply it to the surface
only where the 3M tape is gonna be sticking.
Push that down and apply pressure for about 30 seconds to make sure it's on.
Now we're gonna move to the bottom portion of the mirror arm.
You have this hole here that's gonna allow you access to the bottom Torx bolt so you
can still take off your mirror.
So you're just gonna peel the 3M tape back again.
Then you can go ahead and slide it on.
It won't attach until it's actually fixed.
And then you can hold that down for 30 seconds until it's done adhering.
Now you can go ahead and install the third piece, which is gonna cover the full mirror.
And again, just peeling back tape.
Once that's on, again, pressing it down until it's done adhering.
Now we can go ahead and repeat the process on the other side.
So another benefit to these mirror covers, we have some damage on our rig right here.
This is gonna cover it up and make it look like it never happened.
So, that wraps up our review and install for the Rugged Ridge Chrome Mirror Covers.
For everything Wrangler, keep it right here at extremeterrain.com.

17 Ways to be Ridiculously Productive - Duration: 7:03.
Do you want to be ridiculously productive? Aha I thought you might say
yes so sit back while I show you 17 fantastic ways to be ridiculously
productive rapid fire. Let's go my friends. First step is to say no, focus on
the things that you want to achieve. If you have a hard time saying no, check out
my video on the power of saying no to help you out. Right here. Step two, avoid
meetings, if you have to go then be really specific and have one outcome
that you want to achieve. Little hint here: I just don't go to meetings at all.
I find them the biggest waste of time especially did back in the corporate
days, what we used to do that was really effective was have standing meetings
because nobody likes to stand up for a long time so people get to the point and
therefore the meeting is shorter and more productive. Step 3, regularly ask
yourself, "is what I'm doing right now getting me closer to what I want to
achieve?" If you can't answer yes then you need to stop that thing you're doing and
look at your priority list and get on to doing the right thing.
Step 4 is to know what you want to achieve and visualize it in detail. I
don't just mean that it'd be really nice to be on stage at TEDx. Visualize
yourself, putting in the application, practicing, honing your message, honing
your craft of speaking, taking the stairs up to the stage, a red beautiful TEDx
sign on stage, all the people out in the audience can't wait to see you. Imagine
yourself standing on that stage, being empowered and willing to share your
message. Now that is gonna get you closer to what you want to achieve. By the way,
if you haven't seen my TED talk, you should check it out here. Step 5
stop procrastinating and just do it already.
It was my little pep talk for the day for you.
Step six is plan your day according to the biggest most urgent task. Nothing
else matters until you get that one urgent big task out of the way and done.
Step seven is to prioritize your to do's and tasks and typically it's best done
the night before, also your priorities and to do's have generally come off
your goals which have generally come off your annual plan, but if you don't have
all that in place you should know at least what you want to be doing this
week that's going to move the needle closer to where you need it to be, to be
successful. Step eight is to use Sunday evenings to plan your week ahead and
feel like an awesome person because when you sit down with your glass of wine,
maybe in front of the fire or outside under the stars of the deck with your partner, with
whoever and you plan out your week ahead, you do feel pretty amazing and when
Monday rolls around you're like, huh I have this whole plan laid out in front
of me. Isn't that awesome? Now I know exactly what I need to do, thank you
Natalie. Take it one step further for your daily priorities use a to-do list
app one that is one of my favorites is called TeuxDeux.
Which is actually French and each day you can just enter in three to five
things max and every time you don't achieve those, it just carries it over to
the next day, sooner rather than later you start to see what you're
procrastinating on and what you're missing out on doing and then you get to
ask yourself, "why oh why Natalie does this keep staying on my list and I keep
ignoring it?" Probably because it's not a priority.
Step 10 if you don't like apps, is to use a journal and to note down your daily
priorities. In fact my partner and I use a spreadsheet with color-coded cells and
eight areas of life that we want to focus on every single day, we fill in our
daily tree priorities and every single week we fill in our three priorities for
the week ahead and every month and every three months and every year and I'll be
talking about that more in an upcoming video, but use whatever is going to work
for you, maybe it's post-it notes, maybe it's a
whiteboard, maybe it is slapping yourself around in the morning talking to the
mirror, seriously, I don't know whatever works for you.
Step 11 is to get up one hour earlier, you would be amazed how much more you
can fit into your day and how much more productive you feel if you give yourself
extra space in the morning. To those of you with kids this is totally doable, you get
up earlier than your kids. It does also mean you get to have a siesta later on
when they're not around or for you to go to bed earlier at night which then
surprisingly makes you want to get up earlier. Step 12
throw out the TV, just like pick it up and, now I've never really been one to
watch TV at all. I enjoy a good movie but since Netflix came in, I must admit to
secretly watching a few too many hours per evening or per week of Suits and
Downton Abbey. And I'm surprised, I'm so surprised, if not shocked at how much
time that eats up. Now it's pleasurable time, I enjoy it, it might be while we're
eating dinner, we might be having a conversation about it after, but it is
serious time that I could be learning, reading, relaxing or doing something
that's very important, even if watching Harvey Specter when in court is very important. Step 13
is dump your phone seriously. I've turned all notifications off, I had it on do not
disturb everyday, I have no more social media sites on there aside from
Instagram because that is obviously a phone based app. No facebook messenger, no
Pinterest, no LinkedIn, nothing and it is genius, it gives me back my time.
And it means that I'm present in the moment with my friends.
So no more phone, if you can't give up your phone, put it in another room while
you're doing your important work. Step 14 is to turn off your Wi-Fi and if you
really can't go that far, then install an app that basically blocks sites that are
taking away your time. There is Leech block which is on Firefox and there is
Freedom which is for Mac and both of those are basically stop you from going
to sites like Facebook where you waste a lot of your time so that you can just
focus on what you need to do. Otherwise turn off your Wi-Fi and do things
offline that actually require you to put in the effort and stay focused and get
it done. You'll feel amazing trust me. And Step 15
is one of my favorite, it's use the Pomodoro Technique. Twenty-five minutes
of focus work, five minute break, do it again and again and what it does is it
condenses your time right down so that you are more effective in
that period, rather than having the whole day to work on whatever it is you're
working on. Check out this old time video of mine where I talk more about it.
Step 16 is to hire people to help you, hire your first virtual assistant or
your first team member, use Upwork or remote.com or any of the major
freelancing sites and get some help on board. I did an entire video about why
you need a personal assistant in your life which can be done even if you are
not a celebrity and I also did an awesome one about how to outsource like a rock
star, so please click those links of those videos. They are also below this one,
also the links to those videos are below this one, so check it out, watch them,
listen to my advice and then go and take massive action, so you can be
ridiculously productive. Oh that's all I want for you. Yes it is, yes it is.

time to open this guy up. It's another month. Time for another
KetoKrate. If you are not familiar with KetoKrate, they are -- as he grabs his keys
awkwardly, because he does not have a scissor -- if you're not familiar with
KetoKrate, They're a monthly subscription service that delivers low carb snacks.
Always a nice surprise. A bundle of goodness every month. This is the May
2018 box. So let's dig right in and waste no time. What is going on...? Guys. T-shirt.
Regular shirt. Have I I've been like this all day long? My t-shirt has been
sticking out from underneath the sleeves of my shirt. This will not stand. This
will not stand. Better. By the way, this shirt is from a stock video company
called Dissolve, and I didn't know what it said until I read the description of
the shirt. I don't know if you guys can see that, but it says 'cat videos' and
there's a picture of a cat skull on it. I love this shirt. Anyway, let's get into
this KetoKrate. First item. We've got... Ooh, it's a free-range chicken bar. This
is a free-range chicken bar from DNX. Looks really interesting. Look at the
back of it, there's all kinds of spices in there! I'll read you the nutrition
information, here. Serving size: one package. Calories: 60,
total fat: 1.5 grams, total carbs: one gram, no dietary fiber, 13 grams of protein.
"Refrigerate after opening." Uhh..no. I'm gonna eat this whole thing. No soy, no
MSG. Chicken used fed 100% vegetarian diet, with no antibiotics, ever.
Interesting. Ingredients: free-range chicken, sea salt, organic spices, celery
juice powder, organic ground ginger, organic ground cardamom seed (eee, my favorite,
cardamom), organic garlic powder, organic minced onion, dried spinach, organic
oregano, encapsulated lactic acid, organic cayenne pepper. From DNX Bar in
Tucson, Arizona. Can't wait for this. Next: we've got...Whoa. Cave Fat Packs. OK, I'm not
even sure what this is, but on the back there's a little astronaut-looking guy,
showing all the different things you can do with it. What do you do, little
astronaut? Why does he look like that? You can eat it like candy, you can fatten
your coffee, you can sprinkle on anything, you can fatten your shakes (*), and
number 5: you can live on Mars. That is what number 5 says. Asterisk is: "For best
results, use warm liquid to dissolve Cave Shake." Interesting. I'm gonna use this... I
might throw this in my coffee, because I do like myself a fatty coffee. What's in
this? Organic coconut milk powder, organic stevia, and salt. That's it.
Nutrition is: Servings per container: 4. 9 grams of fat, 3 total carbs, no fiber, 1
gram of protein. Very interesting. I might throw that in my coffee, because I do
like myself a fatty coffee. Next we've got... Oh, a canned good! Palmini hearts of palm
linguini. Are you kidding me? That's awesome. Wow, it's been a long time since I've had
linguini. Palmini is a pasta substitute made
out of a natural plant known as Hearts of Palm. When this plant is cut and
cooled in a proper way, its resemblance to regular pasta is remarkable. Due to
its high content of water, a serving of Palmini contains only 20 calories and
4 grams of carbs. Furthermore, unlike regular pasta, it is gluten-free and
contains no sugar. Replace pasta altogether with Palmini, and start
enjoying a healthier lifestyle. 3 servings per container. Amount per
serving: 20 calories, no fat, four carbs, two dietary fiber so two net carbs per serving
and 2 grams of protein. Yes? Palmini with some Rao's sauce, as I'm told it's
pronounced, not "rouse". Apparently, I'm a dumb... northern... person, who pronounces it
"rouse". It apparently is "Ray-O's" This would be perfect on some of this. Excited for
my hearts of palm linguini. Next. Oh! KetoGeek Energy Pod. I have been so curious
about these things. I've heard the guys from KetoGeek talking about this stuff
on their Instagram feed, and on... I think they were on KetoForNormies talking
about it. This is chocolate fudge (only I didn't say fudge). Decadent butter cream.
Nutrition facts: 290 calories, 27 grams of fat, 19 grams of carbs, 5 dietary fiber, 8
grams of sugar alcohols. So that's 6 grams of net carbs. 8 grams of protein.
Very excited to try out this here fudge from the guys at KetoGeek. Super-cool.
Next: Adapt Collagen Nut Butter. Gluten-free protein to go. This is Salted
Caramel flavor. Let's check out the nutrition information on
this. There are... There's one serving in this package. 148 calories, 10 grams of
fat, two total carbs, 1 dietary fiber, so one net carb. 13 grams of protein.
Ingredients: collagen protein, coconut oil, cashew nuts, MCT oil, salt, natural flavors,
Stevia oli...oliglycosides. Contains tree nuts. Wow, this looks cool. Collagen nut butter.
Adapted is a carb-conscious collective of passionate health enthusiasts on a
mission. Together with world renowned obesity and low carb specialist Dr. Eric
Westman to inspire you and lead a healthy vibrant life through low-carb,
ketogenic living. Adapt products are specifically formulated to provide
nutrient-dense, on-the-go convenience. Foods that help you sustain your
low-carb life. Their salted caramel collagen nut butter is sweet, a little
salty, ultra-low in total carbs, and contains restorative and supportive
collagen protein. So there you go. I guess you just kind of eat this... straight out
the pouch. Collagen nut butter from Adapt. Next: Oh good, I am glad this is in here.
This is Burn Butter. This was, I guess, supposed to be in KetoKrate, either
last month or the month before. I know that they had some production issues, and
did not make it in time, but they sent coupons, and they sent apologies for not
making it on time, but I'm excited to try this.
This is grass-fed butter with MCT and avocado oils. Squeeze, tear, and enjoy. So
not only do I have this guy, and this guy, we got THIS guy. Lots of nut butters in
this month's KetoKrate. Servings per container: one. Calories 210,
total fat 25 grams, total carbs 2 grams, 1 gram of protein. Ingredients: avocado oil,
MCT oil (C8), clarified butter, unsweetened chocolate, and monk fruit extract. Very
cool. Can't wait to try this. Burn Butter. Next, we got... oh man. Don't hate on me. I
got more olives. From GAEA. These have been in KetoKrate before. I am NOT a big
fan of olives, but I know that a lot of people are. This is a good option for
your olive fix on the go. Let's read the Nutrition Facts. Serving size is one
container. It's about... there apparently 5 olives in here.
Calories 15, total fat 1.5 grams, total carbs less than one gram, zero grams of
protein. So that is my favorite snack in the world, olives from GAEA. Next, we've got a
bar from Raw Rev. Raw Rev has had bars in KetoKrate before. This is the crunchy
peanut butter and salt flavor. Let's check this out. We believe the result of
superb nutrition and great taste is looking and feeling good, so we created
Raw Rev Glo. Made from minimally processed plant-based ingredients,
infused with raw superfoods, and loaded with antioxidants, Glo will leave you
feeling satisfied and radiant, from the inside out. That is a quote from Alice
Benedetto RN, founder and owner at Raw Rev. Let's read the nutrition information.
Nutrition: Serving size is 46 grams. Is that the entire bar? Yes.
Serving size 1 bar, calories 190, total fat 13 grams, protein 11 grams, total carbs
17 grams, dietary fiber 13 grams, so 4 net carbs per bar. Ingredients: Raw Rev
superfood blend, which is peanuts, pea protein, brown rice protein, raw organic
hemp protein, raw organic virgin coconut oil, raw organic chia seeds, raw organic
sprouted flax seeds, isomalt...o...oligos illegal... oligosaccharides, and sea salt.
I'm glad they put sea salt last. It's easy to pronounce. So there you have this
Raw Rev bar. Raw Rev Glo bar. Next, we've got from
Sunbiotics, lemon teriyaki pumpkin seeds . Our light and crispy pumpkin s... I'm not
gonna read that. You know what I'll read it. Our light and crispy pumpkin seeds are soaked and
germinated for optimal digestion, are gently air dried to preserve vital
nutrition, and come loaded with a full daily serving of digestion-enhancing and
immunity-boosting probiotics (8 billion CFUs in every bag (exclamation point).
But functionality only goes so far without delicious flavor.
That's why we coat each buttery pumpkin seed in a savory blend of pure coconut
aminos, lemon pepper dulse seaweed, and pink Himalayan salt, to dazzle your taste
buds while you nourish your gut. Grab life by the handful.
Interesting. I think I sold myself on these! Ingredients: sprouted pumpkin seeds,
cocoa aminos, lemon pepper dulse, Himalayan sea salt, probiotic blend of ill..
acid... ophilius? Philus? Be... bifida m-- be electus..en... belong M... OK. Nutrition:
serving size 28 grams. There's 1.5 servings in this bag. Amount per serving:
calories 144, total fat 12 grams, total carbs 5 grams, dietary fiber 1, 6 grams of
protein. There you have it. Sunbiotics sprouted lemon teriyaki pumpkin seeds.
Another quick snack. What's in this thing? We got some bubble wrap!
This is Ella's Flats all-natural, savory, crisp hemp. So these are just like crisps.
like a crackery kind of thing. It's a sample pack. Delicious, plain AND with everything.
You see on the back, they've got one that has egg and jalapeno, they got some
avocado, some meat. Nutrition: two servings per container. Serving size is two flats, so
we got four flats in here. Calories 150, total fat 10 grams, total carbs 7 grams,
but dietary fiber 6 grams, so that's one net carb, and 8 grams of protein.
Ingredients: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seed, hemp seeds, psyllium
poppy seeds, less than 2% of black pepper and salt. So there you go. Ella's Flats.
These look pretty tasty, and the bubble wrap was fun. Last item. Am I wrong?
Yes, I am wrong. There two items left. Oh, nice! Hinton's Pig Chips. Original. I am a
follower of Hinton's Pig Chips on Instagram. They make some good
stuff, though I've never had these before. But I've heard from sources that they're
good. Macronutrient content per bag: 15 grams of fat, 9 grams of protein, and 0
grams of carbs. Ingredients: rendered pork fat with skin and meat attached, salt,
spices, and love. Produced and packaged at Indie's kitchen in Indianapolis. So there
you have it. Hinton's Pig Chips. Excited to try these. I've been wanting to for a
while, never pulled the trigger on buying any myself, but here they are in
KetoKrate. Super-stoked. And the last gigantic item in this box is... this. Pique Tea
Crystals. Pure dissolving tea crystals. Directions: simply pour in 8 ounces of
hot water and stir. Okay, I'll do that.
Certified organic. It's a cool little... cool little package. There's no nutrition
information anywhere to be found, but I think it's pretty much zero fat, zero net
carbs. From Pique Tea. So there you go. That is the last item in this box. I forgot to
mention at the very beginning of the video that I am, as always (as often as I
can), giving away another box. So all you have
to do to be eligible to win the May 2018 KetoKrate, which I just unboxed, is leave a comment
on this video, down below. Just leave a comment, and I will compile the names of
everyone who leaves a comment, and put them in a Google spreadsheet. And let's
say that next Saturday... today is May the 11th, 2018 (someone'sbirthdayistomorrow).
In 8 days time, on the 19th of May, I will draw a name from the Google
spreadsheet and send out this box to the winner. So that's all you got to do. Very
simple. Leave a comment and you're in. And that's
gonna wrap it up, guys! Hope you enjoyed the unboxing. Hope you have a fantastic
day, and I will see you next time.

NEVER WORRY ABOUT PEOPLE WALKING OUT ON YOU AGAIN (LIFE GOES ON) - Duration: 1:37.
NEVER WORRY ABOUT PEOPLE WALKING.. OUT ON YOU AGAIN Don't let it break you no matter how hard it gets, life goes on.
One of the worst feelings in the world is when someone walks out on you and you were always there for them. . .
And the truth of the matter is, that there's risk in every relationship, Guess what? People aren't always who we think they are. Many of us have had to deal with someone walking out on us in a relationship.
We become relaxed and we reveal some of our most intimate secrets and experiences to them, and then they kick you to the curb (ouch!). Sooo, What do you do when they walk out on you?
1. Recognize that this is not the end. It's only a new beginning. Life is about turning negativity into positivity Connect the dots and move on.
2 Know that happiness does not depend on situations or circumstances. True happiness comes from within. Yeah, it's a state of mind. Think about a time when you were really happy in your mind and you'll be happy. You control this.
3. Don't rationalize the behavior of the one who walked out. It hurts that they walked out and you need a reason. I get it. But you have the to find the "good" in goodbye. Understand that some people are destined to stay in your heart but not in your life.
Now you know: NEVER WORRY ABOUT PEOPLE WALKING.. OUT ON YOU AGAIN
