These Lloyd all weather carpet floor mats in black with the silver Jeep logo on them,
are for those of you that have the 2007 to 2013 four door JK that are looking for a very
nice floor mat for the inside of your Jeep.
Now, a floor your mat, in general, is there to help protect your carpet.
It makes it easy to just pull floor mat out, shake it off, vacuum it out, put it back in
your Jeep so it does make keeping the interior of Jeep a little bit cleaner as well.
But these floor mats, in particular, have a very plush feel, they have a very luxurious
feel to them, they have that Jeep logo in them.
These are really going to transform the look of the interior of your Jeep, as well as adding
some functionality.
Of course, this is just a floor mat so definitely a one out of three wrenches install five minutes
or less to get them installed, we'll talk a little bit more about that in just a second.
If you're really looking for the maximum amount of protection from mud, melting snow, rain,
spills, whatever it might be, you're probably going to wanna go to the realm of a plastic
or a rubber floor mat, especially one that has the molded sides on it.
All those messes are going to stay in, you can take it out, hose it off, put it back
in again.
This is going to not be so much for the mud, for the spills, for the wet messes, but this
is going to protect against just that normal everyday wear and tear, and dirt.
This is also, like I said before, going to drastically change up the interior look of
your Jeep where those plastic rubber ones can give a little bit more of a commercial
type feel to the inside of the vehicle.
This really takes you more in that luxury field.
Floor mats, in general, can be very, very expensive.
These ones have the Jeep logo on them, which means that you would expect them to be a little
bit more expensive already right off the bat.
And they're incredibly well built, so I honestly think the price tag on these is incredibly
fair.
As far as the construction goes, these are built like a traditional format, but they
are built very, very well.
This is a very high-pile carpet here that has a really nice feel to it around the edges,
you have this piping that is very, very dense, it's not going to end up a fraying or becoming
a mess for you.
Of course, you have the silver Jeep logo in the front two mats.
You have holes here, so this is going to clip right into that factory carpeting for retention.
But also in the front and also in the back, you're gonna have rubber nibs on the back
of your mat, and that's going to help with retention as well.
Those of you that have had a cheap universal fit floor mat that you've thrown in your vehicle
know, it only takes two or three times of getting in and out of the vehicle before that
mat can slide around, go underneath the pedals, which can be very annoying, but also possibly
even dangerous.
So these are gonna have some nice retention, they're gonna stay exactly where you put them,
which is a really nice feature.
And as you can see from the shape of these and also from the fitment 7 to 13 four door,
these are specifically designed for your Jeep so they're gonna fit and give you really nice
coverage.
So like I said, for the quality of the format that you're getting here, I think these are
very fairly priced, they're gonna come in at $100.
They have the Jeep logo on them.
And when you actually take them out of the box, you see them in person, you feel them
in your hand.
These are very well manufactured, so I do think you're getting a good deal at $100.
So as for the install, like I said before, this is just a floor mat that is gonna drop
right into place, one out of three wrenches, five minutes or less.
This is a fairly easy installation.
We're gonna begin with the driver side, and the place our floor mat on.
And then we're gonna hook it into the hook on the floor.
Now we're going to install the rear.
We want this cut out to face out and away from the vehicle.
Place that in there.
Do the same thing with the other side.
They set in with the cutout facing out.
We're gonna do the same thing for the passenger front side, you know, lay our mat in, and
then we're gonna hook it onto the floor hook.
Now that we have all of our floor mats in, that wraps up our review and install.
