Hi friends, and welcome to this new episode of The Shaving's Moment.

Just before to start, I wanted to thank the last Patreon who support me.

Well, now, let's start !

You may not know it, but I'm a big fan of video games, and like most people,

I could not escape the Fortnite wave.

I am very very very very very very very bad at this game.

It still happens to me a few kills from time to time but it's still quite rare.

But I play hard, I like it !..

Sometimes I play with some of you, or sometimes with YouTubers friends like Guillaume Slash, Laupok etc ...

If you've seen my previous video (here, I'll put it here if you have not seen it yet !)

I recently received a CNC Machine that will allow me to do a lot of things !

There to try a little better, I wanted to make a cutting board.

I know, this is the third one I'm doing on the my YouTube channel, but ...

I like cutting boards ...

It's easy to do and it makes a good impression.

And now, I said to myself : well, to try the machine, I'm going to make a "Fortnite" cutting board !

And that's what I'm going to show you today !

The Shaving's Moment, here we go !

As at the beginning of each of my projects, I start by planing a board, in this case, it will be Walnut.

I cut my multi-part board with my band saw.

I recalibre all my pieces of wood to the planer, and it will also remove all traces of the band saw.

Before gluing them, I alternate the direction of my wood to create an original pattern.

And I put everything in tight for a few hours.

Once dry, I can release my board and cut it in the other direction.

Again, I think about how I'm going to glue the pieces of wood to create a symmetrical patterns.

Well, I have a little regretted having done that after but hey ... I tried !...

Once the gluding is dry, I can start engraving on the CNC.

For the first engraving, I'm going to make the "Fortnite" logo in the right direction.

Once done, I then engrave a second board, which I would have make in Maple.

There, the process is exactly the same so, I do not show it again.

But this time, the logo is engraved in relief and in the other direction.

To be able to glue my letters more easily on my board,

I cut them one by one with my scroll saw.

Then I put everything firmly in the clamps

To make the planing easier, I cut the superfluous wood with the bandsaw.

And here is the magic moment where the letters will be revealed to the planer !

To give a better finished look to the board, I make a small chamfer at 45 degrees on all angles.

I finished with a fine sanding and also apply paraffin oil.

The oil will reveal a little more letters in relation to the rest of the board.

ok, the contrast is not great,

because I used woods that were not sufficiently contrasted in color.

I did not have it in stock alas ... Well, it's a little pity but finally,

I'm still pretty happy with the result for a first try, it's not bad.

Watch Rudy Giuliani FREAK OUT On CNN When Busted Lying "This is Really UNFAIR!" - Duration: 3:19.

Rudy Giuliani decided it would be a good idea to attempt to navigate the unfriendly waters

of the media outside of FOX News.

On Friday morning, he made the decision to go on Chris Cuomo's show, where he insisted

that you cannot subpoena a president, a sitting president.

Well, unfortunately, for Giuliani, Chris Cuomo and the team at CNN was actually well-aware

of comments that Giuliani had made on Charlie Rose's show in the past.

When confronted with those previous comments that contradict his current comments, Giuliani

absolutely flipped out.

Take a look.

You got to comply.

You got to go.

You can't.

You can't.

I never heard of the subpoena for the president's person.

Well you said exactly that.

No, no.

He went on to say-

Chris, let's distinguish between a subpoena for documents ... that takes the president

out of the Oval Office, and puts him in front of a grand jury or hearing.

Can't do it.

Can't do the second.

You can do the first.

President-

But you never made that distinction before.

Well I never, never, never occurred to me they would try to subpoena the president.

That's exactly what was going on in 1998, but people are going to say I'm making this

up.

And they list it, and they list it, and they list-

Here's Charlie Rose with you in the interview and you tell me what you meant.

Oh, come on.

What, you don't want to hear it?

It's not even relevant.

If the president is asked to testify, subpoenad to testify before a grand jury-

That's really unfair.

What you're doing right now is extremely unfair.

No.

I'm giving you a chance to explain it.

And it says [crosstalk 00:01:24].

[crosstalk 00:01:24] the reason people don't come on this show.

Oh stop.

But with all that-

Not going to do it.

You got to do it.

I mean you don't have a choice.

That promoting of Avenatti for ambulance chasing.

What happens if Robert Mueller subpoenas the president?

What does that have to do with this?

Because they're all trying to bring Trump into that, and he's not involved in it, Chris.

Look-

So in the mind of a guy like Rudy Giuliani, showing a clip of things you had said in the

past is unfair.

Using your own legal advice or opinions against you is somehow wrong?

Here's what's funny about the whole clip, though.

When you watch it, originally you see that Giuliani is still talking as they're showing

the old clip, but there's no audio coming from him.

What I'm assuming is that the producers decided to pot-down his mic so that they could just

see his facial reactions when he hears what he had said, which contradicts what he was

currently trying to say.

But when they saw that he was absolutely freaking out, somebody in that control room made the

decision to turn his mic back on so that everybody watching could see Giuliani freaking out and

claiming that his past statements, this video of him from 20 years ago, was somehow unfair.

Now, you know what's unfair, Giuliani?

You going out there in the media and lying to everyone.

You've been doing it all week long.

Hell, you've been doing it for decades, but you've really hit a new low in this past week

with all of the false statements that you are out there saying to the media.

I guarantee you after this, and Giuliani hinted at it himself, he's probably not going to

come back on CNN. Giuliani's going to stick to the more friendly waters of FOX News, where

they won't confront him about his lies.

They're not going to show old clips of him proving himself wrong.

They're just going to sit there with a smile, and let Giuliani says whatever he wants to

to defend the President.

a test kitchen far, far away.

- So, we're gonna make Chewbacca cake.

(groaning) I can't do it.

And to make things more interesting

we'll be playing a secret word drinking game.

There's a list of words that are off limits

and if we say one of those words, we have to drink.

It's actually not as bad as I thought.

It's my first Michelob.

- Ha, ha, Michelob.

- Regular old chocolate cake mix.

As everyone knows, Chewbacca is brown.

- Chewie. - Chewie.

C-dog.

- And I can't do my Harrison Ford impression.

- I'll drink on your behalf

'cause I wanna hear the impression.

- Maybe after I have a little more Michelob, I'll try.

- So, now we're adding eggs, a little box cake mix hack

is to add an extra egg, it just makes the cake

a little bit more rich and have a better texture.

- Another box cake mix hack

is to add melted butter instead of oil.

Butter is always better.

So, C-dog, a wookie.

- The best wookie.

- Some of my favorite words.

- And now we just need water right?

- He's this awesome creature that lives

what is, a jungle planet?

- [Lauren] Yeah.

- [Lena] And he's best friends with Han Solo.

- [Lauren] Han Solo.

- So, once it's nice and smooth we are going to pour it into

9x13 pan, and then bake according to package instructions.

- Bye cake.

Now we're making a buttercream.

- Well wookie.

(laughing)

- All right, butter.

- Cocoa powder, unsweetened, and then powdered sugar.

- The first one I ever saw was Attack of the Clones,

which I think is widely thought of

as the worst Star Wars movie.

Like especially before I'd seen any of the other ones.

Any time I met a Star Wars fan and I told them

that was the only one I'd seen, they would be like,

oh God, please watch some of the other ones.

- The Last Jedi was great.

- Yeah.

- The porgs, which it's they're part of C-dog's diet.

♪ In the arms of the Angels ♪

- The next movie that's coming out is called Solo.

It looks like just amped.

- Action on action. - Action on action.

- Everyone's favorite dude, Donald Glover.

- Yeah.

- Looking like a very suave Lando.

- Everything you've heard about me, is true.

(wookie laughing)

- [Lena] We're gonna add some heavy cream.

This just makes it extra creamy.

- [Lauren] It stretches the buttercream a little more.

- [Lena] Totally.

- And we're gonna need a lot of it

because our man C-dog has a lot of hair.

- We'll transfer this to the piping bag.

For the fur we like this little star tip, just for details.

- It's time to cut it into the shape of Chewie's head.

- For this part you can kind of eyeball, right,

since we're piping right onto it anyways.

So we're really just, the cake is gonna be

shoulder up on the guy.

- He's got a pretty massive head, so.

- Do you think you'd be on the light side or the dark side?

- I'm pretty a pretty big fan of Adam Driver.

- Kylo Ren.

- So, I think, at this point in time,

I'd have to say I'd rather be on the dark side.

How's that look, shapewise pretty good?

- We're starting with the eyes.

And Lena thought of the most brilliant trick.

- It's a little thing I like to call--

- [Lena] Creature eyes.

- [Lauren] Oreo, well it doesn't look like much now.

- Just wait.

Yeah he's got a really big forehead.

- [Lauren] More like a fivehead.

- [Lena] Yeah, maybe a little bit down even.

M&M's.

- [Lauren] For the eyes.

- [Lena] For the pupils.

- We'll be covering the pupils with a lot of fur.

This'll take a while so the editors can just speed this up.

(wookies talking)

Good talk.

- Black gel icing to really define those beautiful eyes.

All right, nose.

- Nose is pretty similar to like dog.

You know, he doesn't look dissimilar

like a character from Cats.

♪ Touch me ♪

- Chewie's not like the happiest.

Chewie has his hair cut.

- Now we're making his bandolier.

- Yeah right.

- And to represent that we are using marshmallows,

one of our favorite ingredients here in the Delish kitchen.

You'll need six of these.

Perfect.

- [Lena] I think he's cute.

- [Lauren] I think it's great.

- And now we're just piping in between the ammo

with the same black icing.

So, if you had to have a companion would you Chewie, R2D2?

- If I could have-- - BB something?

- A porg, actually.

- Oh my God.

- Or like a stack of porgs.

I would have a knapsack full of porgs

that each had their own tiny crossbows,

and they're own tiny bandoliers.

- For what?

Ta-Dah.

- [Lauren] Oh my God, so cute.

- May the force be with you.

- And also with you.

Chewie taste's good.
