what is a breakthrough by the way so

we're clear if you say you're having a

breakthrough who've never had a

breakthrough you fought you fought and

then you had a break who's out with this

happen before say I a breakthrough is

when there's something you struggle with

for a long time you say you're gonna

change you say you're gonna make it

happen you're gonna lose that weight

you're gonna grow your revenues you're

gonna make that profit you're gonna make

something happen you're gonna find that

relationship you're gonna stop smoking

and you start you get right near the

edge and then you pull back who's done

this multiple times before but then

finally how to break through you broke

through and actually change it's a I so

jot down what a breakthrough is and let

me give you the three steps of it a

breakthrough is a moment in time that's

what it is it's a moment in time it's a

moment where suddenly what was

impossible becomes possible and what

makes it possible is you take immediate

massive what immediate massive what

action for that to happen for the

impossibly compatible and for you to

have action that's going to get results

really I found over the years any kind

of breakthrough that you're gonna have

requires three things to it and if you

never see me again and you're ever in a

place you say I'm sick of fighting this

I'm sick of not getting results I want I

don't want to just learn more I want to

break through if you remember this and

go back to the simple formula and by the

way I've made this simple purposely you

know why complexity is the enemy of

execution the more complex you make it

the less likely you're gonna execute I'm

so good at getting people to do things

because I make it so damn simple you

can't miss it so let's do it what's it

gonna take to ever break through before

I tell you let's have you think of an

area where you once fought and you

finally had a breakthrough for you

personally what's an area where you push

them push them for she couldn't do it

couldn't do it and you finally made

yourself do it and broke through

how many can think of a specific area of

life where you actually did create a

breakthrough say I if you give my boy oh

say it's wrong say I say I

what was that area say it out loud what

was here just say it out loud what area

did you break through it say it out what

was the air

okay so now you've had success before

let's do it again I'm gonna show you the

three things you need for breakthrough

any one of the three can do it all three

of them together you will absolutely

breakthrough and I'm gonna give them to

you in reverse order of importance

meaning I'm gonna tell you the least

important thing first because it's the

first thing most of you go for it's not

the most important but it's very

important now before I do it I want you

right now to think of an area you want

to break through right now what's near

your life right now that you'd like to

create a breakthrough how many could

make of something you came here for I

want to change this I want to lift this

open I want to transform this I want to

master this who's got a mirror your life

right now great sit up in your chair of

some energy right now super chair make

sure the people on either side of you in

a peak state right pick an area you want

to create a breakthrough it what

scenario you want to create a

breakthrough it money finance

great what specifically do you want to

create break you about money in finance

I'd like some money here's the problem

asking you shall so if she said I'd like

some money I could give her a dollar and

go okay now you got some money let's

move on if you're that general you're

probably getting what you're asking for

you just don't realize it because you're

too general what's the breakthrough you

want with money to be able to travel the

world what prevents that from happening

now money eat so we now know what a real

problem is I'm going to show you what a

real problem is in a moment somebody

else what's the breakthrough you want

what's the breakthrough

tell me raise your hand what's the

breakthrough what's the breakthrough you

want sir what is it to be a leader for

my family what's preventing you from

being a leader for your family my

mindset what specific mindset what focus

I'm just not focused enough now I want

you listen to people's answers because

you're going to see why people are

changing because it's so general someone

else be honest what's here you want to

break your head yes we have what do you

want to breakthrough in she goes I want

to breakthrough in clarity of what I

want to do with my career what do you

want to do with your career you don't

know I know you don't know but if you

did know and how to tell me right now

what would you say

I want to be up there talking to

thousands of people she doesn't know and

then when I say I know you don't know

what's the answer she fucking tells me

the answer instantly she just has a

habit of saying I don't know when you

say I don't know I don't know I don't

know over and over again you tell

yourself a story you begin to believe

that story and once you believe it it's

manifest how many of you have ever had

when you're a kid you're eating dinner

your parents says to you could you get

me the salt and you're enjoying your

meal you don't want to get up see you

know why you say I don't know the salt

is it's not a lie you don't know its

exact position in this moment of time

and your parent says you know when it's

in it's in the kitchen you go I don't

know the Psaltis you go get me I don't

know you giving us salt right now what

are you saying your head as you walked

in the kitchen out of the salt 'its out

of their sauces I know the salt is you

open the cabinet really do up it's not

here it's on the second shelf they tell

you he's think out of the salt is I'm a

salty she's looking it's not here they

come storming the kitchen they reach

right for your face they go what is this

who's ever had will these experience to

say I now here's my question did your

eyes see the salt yes or now yes your

eyes saw the salt but your mind did not

allow you to perceive the salt because

you told yourself a story over and over

again a belief over and over again and

it didn't want to make you a liar with

yourself so you created what's called

the scotoma or a blind spot now if you

listen to all the people here they're

all searching so let me give you the

answer three keys to a breakthrough

think of the air you want to pur

breakthrough in right now your body your

money your relationships your career

your business your joy your happiness

and let's look at what your choices are

first element they're 3 s's for a

breakthrough first element most people

looking for is they're looking for the

right strategy you're saying if I could

find the right strategy I could get this

result right now and by the way my life

I am a life and business strategist all

I do is seek out the world for finding

strategies I find people been together

for 60 years and they don't just love

each other their intimate they're

passionate and make love and I want to

know what do they have different than

other people and I don't think it's luck

and I know it's not luck and I figure

out what the strategies are they do

things that excite each other and I find

out what those things are and you can

put them in

anybody's relationship and it's

reignited I find people I just got done

doing a four year project where I

interviewed 50 of the most wealthy human

beings on earth and greatest investors

in history and these are all people that

started with nothing and became multi

billionaires and I interviewed them put

it inside the book the very best of what

I've learned I learned I got a PhD from

the people to control the world economy

from the warm buffets of the world from

the raid al use of the world once I knew

what their strategies are like right now

one of the strategies I put in my book

it's called money master the game I

believe it's an Australian I think it's

comes in here yet if you have you seen

here in this book I got one of them to

actually give me a strategy and then

this man named Ray Dalio he's the

largest hedge fund in the world this is

a guy that rich people they have money

to give to a hedge fund guy the big

hedge funds are 15 billion ray is 160

billion he's 10 times larger than anyone

on earth you have to have a billion

dollar net worth and give him a hundred

million dollars ten years ago to even

begin investing with him now he doesn't

care how much money you know they won't

take your money and I got him to give me

the strategy that he has all of his

personal money and he's never told her

to anyone on earth and I put in the book

as I convinced him you're not taking

anybody's money anyway so you're not

getting you know all the money you could

ever take you're taking you're giving up

your afternoon F work I wanted to give

this the average person anybody to

follow the strategy last year beat the

stock market the stock market the US was

13.2 it did 15.6 in October last year

his strategy not mine I just got it from

him the stock market the Dow dropped a

thousand points in one month it dropped

six percent this went up point two

percent first seven days of this year

the market was down 3% this is up 1%

right now it's up three and a half the

markets up about two and a quarter and

in the last 75 years it's made money

eighty-five percent of the time

imagine and when it lost it only lost

one point six percent and when it wins

it wins an average of ten percent if you

could go to Vegas and when 85 percent of

the time at 10% and only lose one point

six fifteen percent of time how often

would you fucking play it's in the book

that's strategy you do once a year you

rebalance it and you're done that's how

powerful it is and it's only not work

twice two thousand eight and in 1932 and

in both cases it did twice as good as

everything else but it did lose money

now that's the power of a fucking

strategy but getting it from the best on

earth that's what I do now to do that

it's my time energy money effort it

didn't interrupt me I had to pursue it I

had expect no answers but I want the

answer and I got it

so I know the power of strategies if

anybody else does

but I want to tell you most of you want

to lose weight you're looking for the

strategy you want a relationship you're

looking with the strategy looking at

business you want your strategy all good

things the right strategy save you years

save you decades can convert results in

minutes that you would have struggled

for forever so I know the value of

strategies but with all that I just said

about strategies they're not the most

important piece to a breakthrough coz

think about it 70% of the United States

is overweight I don't know the current

number in Australia but it's starting to

catch up to the US most of the world is

catching up to the US we've polluted

everybody else with the same lifestyle

and so guess what is it really that hard

to be fit and strong is it so complex

that you'll never understand it is that

why is the strategy complex for fit and

strength to be fit and strong yes or no

is it like so unique and special that

only the 1% can afford it no in fact

don't you have to work your ass off to

avoid the information that can make you

fit and strong in fact today god forbid

if you wanted to go work out and be

trained how far would I have to leave

this building to get to a place where

they would train me how far there's one

right over there isn't it and we'll

probably drive there God forbid we'd

actually walk to the place we're gonna

workout and shit right and oh by the way

you don't have to do that now you can

take out your phone or your iPad right

now and download ten books we're living

we're the strategies are all around you

so strategy may be your problem often it

is but more often you're missing the

number two thing you need and that is

the right story because the story you

have about your life about your business

about the area life is not where you

want the area breaking through your

story is what's making you be stuck

what's a story it's a belief that you

tell yourself over and over again like I

don't know the salt is no the salt is

you tell the story so often you believe

it a man once said you tell a lie big

enough loud enough and long enough

sooner or later people will believe you

who said that Hitler and most of us are

Hitler in our own minds we convinced

ourselves of challenges so when person

says well you know least I've tried

someone it hasn't lost weight they'll

say I've tried come on will they say I

tried everything bullshit if you tried

everything you'll be fit and strong well

I've tried thousands of ways thousands

name them well I've tried hundreds name

them well I've tried dozens name then

why did do these two stupid things that

don't work over and over again

mine was I'm big-boned

I am big-boned but I was thirty-eight

pounds heavier with the same bones so we

often say things that are true to back

things up they are true you're big-boned

but that is not why you're fat right so

the story keeps us from it if you know

the relationship you want what's the

story all the good ones are gone and

they're gay and I'm not or they're not

gay and I am the story the story is

there in fact write this down the only

thing keeping you from getting what you

want the only thing keeping you from

getting what you want is the story you

keep telling yourself about why you

don't have it the only thing keeping you

from getting what you really want is the

story you keep telling yourself about

why you don't have it yet here's what I

said divorce your story and marry the

truth divorce your story and marry the

truth and don't make it when those

divorces where you revisit with your old

past belief system again divorce it cut

it off and marry the truth the truth

will set you what but you got to develop

the empowering story without that now

some of you thinking

my story is the one that allows you to

be keep going at what doesn't work I'm

not talking about a story where you

cover your ass and explain that you're

still gonna achieve you want some day in

the future because no one can argue with

that because the future is not here but

really you're not doing anything to

change significant who knows what I'm

talking about here say I so you've got

to find a story that's going to empower

you to act a story that's gonna get you

to find the breakthrough because

otherwise with a lousy story you'll

never find the strategy where you'll

come up with a reason why it's too

expensive you can't get there you can't

access it or you'll even get the

strategy and then half-assed apply it

just so you can reward your story that

says it doesn't work as I tried it like

it's all bullshit it's bullshit it's

bullshit is bullshit jumping and doing

something different it out of course

it's not going to work you're not doing

it it's self fulfilling how many follow

those say I so I want you to get this is

the secret and by the way I don't want

to make it so strategy doesn't matter

because it does let me give you a quick

example is there a single guy here raise

your hand if you're a single guy you

just see a quick example single guys

here and if you're a single guy raise

your hand I've got so many good examples

here

all right single guys single guys okay

so how about this gentleman right here

stand up sir give a hand what's your

name Plus is it Jesse Jesse I'm gonna

get your microphone Jesse I bet you're

gonna get this cuz Jesse's he's a good

kid you can feel him so I think you're

gonna get the answer so it probably

anticlimactic but let me just ask you

Jesse I want you to imagine that you're

driving in your car with a girl you're

dating and as you're driving she says to

you Jesse do you need to stop to pee and

you know you don't what do you say I

don't need a kid now

ladies how do you feel when you ask the

guy do you need a PD nice top get a

drink and he just goes no ladies make a

sound of how that makes you feel make a

sound go

oh come on make it loud three years ago

one more time so I need to ask if she

needs to pee

the quick study here's what you're

missing this is why you're single

when a woman asks do you need to stop

for a drink you need to pee women don't

really mean what they say they give you

clues and want you to be a detective and

uncover what they mean cuz this proves

that you really care it's quite complex

this shit but I'm gonna educate you

right now so when she says Dee Dee's

stuff to pee your response should never

be no because you want to be or yes good

you have to be your response should

always be honey do you need to pee and

then she'll say I don't know because

women need to talk to see if they have

to pee is it they have to speak and then

see if they have to do it and then what

you should probably pause you go you

know honey I think we should stop don't

make her say yes you just make it happen

now ladies if you did that they get more

response oh yeah so is this smear - yeah

is this a good young man is he yes or no

is he nice is he sweet is he kind

he just doesn't fucking know that women

don't mean what they say so he doesn't

have the right strategy so she's gonna

be pissed at him how many guys have ever

had a woman suddenly be pissed at you

and you're going I did nothing

gentlemen make some noise make some

noise if it's true you don't have to do

anything they just get to change dates

so what you have to do is read the tea

leaves now to be fair let's give Jesse a

big hand give a big happy fair let's

balance it out where is a single lady in

here a single lady raise your head

single women raise your hand oh come on

[Music]

in the ladies so many big choices so

many choices all right give her head

[Music]

what's your name where you from

[Music]

it lives from Sidney laser government no

you didn't hear me I said it's lives

from Sidney let me hear you okay listen

I'm gonna give you a little test you

find a man very attractive you're very

interested in him you develop the

courage to go up to me start a

conversation and then you say to him hey

listen would you like to have lunch

maybe next Thursday and he says no what

does it mean from honestly what does it

be what's your gut say it means firstly

he says no he what he's not interested

now he said no and then she made up a

whole fucking story in her head

this is what women do what else do you

tell you he's not interested what else

do you think he's probably got a

girlfriend fucking gay he's stupid okay

now why do you notice why she's single

because all he said was no so I'm gonna

help you in the women's world they say

shit and you have to make it up what it

means in a man's world we actually say

what we fuckin mean it's fuckin crazy

if a guy guys are you whipping if a guy

says to me do you have lunch on Thursday

and I say no guys what does it fucking

mean what it to me just means no it

doesn't mean I'm not into you doesn't

mean him of sex with someone else

doesn't mean I'm gay

it just means no to fucking Thursday how

about Friday give ah hey ladies and

gentlemen did you see how her story

would get in the way of a strategy that

would work yes or no can you see how his

strategy lack of understanding would

make women make up a story about him the

time yes or no so they all affect each

other don't they but the glue that holds

you in place is the story if you want to

grow a business I can teach you a

million strategy will change you

overnight and if I get you to use a

strategy and grow your business 30% like

that you are gonna get so excited that

your story about your business will

change Ronin feel like I can lift this

open I'm gonna make this thing a hundred

percent more profitable that's why 80

percent those people I can grow them

thirty two hundred thirty percent

because once they get a net momentum

people's story changes and when their

story changes the third and most

important thing changes their state

because that's what really changes it

all and that's why when I first came in

the audience I was listening what you

wanted why I changed all my content

today to give you what I delivered

because I realized since you want so

many different things to have a

breakthrough the most important one is

stake

What are these?

You remember what they are.

The shots mellow the seizures.

The pills keep them from happening.

How about you blow on them to make them safe?

Fuck off, Logan.

So you remember who I am now.

I always know who you are.

It's just sometimes I don't recognize you.

Take the pills.

You leave me alone with that fucking albino.

He doesn't listen to me.

I know a damn speciation when I see one.

A what?

Speciation. New mutant, a young one.

There are forces trying to kill them.

Forces? They want help.

Forces, forces.

It's too bad you're not in that business anymore.

They don't want me, they want you.

Oh, yes, that's how fucking stupid they are.

They're waiting for you at the Statue of Liberty.

The Statue of Liberty was a long time ago,

Charles, a long time.

There are no new mutants. Understand?

Hasn't been a new one born in 25 years. Not anywhere.

You always thought...

we were part of God's plan.

But maybe...

Maybe we were God's mistake.

What a disappointment you are.

When I found you...

you were pursuing a career as a cage fighter.

A warm capper to a life as an assassin.

Hooked on barbiturates.

You were an animal.

But we took you in.

I gave you a family.

And they're gone now.

Logan.

Logan...

What did you do?

What did you do?

Answer me! Why are we here?

No one should live like this.

Drugged in a fucking tank!

It's for your own good.

No, it's not!

You're waiting for me to die.

Working for Free - Duration: 5:16.

Hey, this is the Daily Overpass, my name is Eric and I make apps!

Now today, I wanna talk about working for free!

It is another beautiful morning here in Oxfordshire, although it's a bit cold, surprisingly cold

and windy!

But it's a really nice morning!

I had to get out of the office a little bit this morning, come out and do the video here.

So today I wanna talk about working for free, or doing pro bono work.

Because I know as developers, as app developers or as software developers in general, you

guys probably get asked - I mean, for those of you who are app developers and developers,

some of you guys aren't - you probably get asked a lot to do free work, to do pro bono

work to help people out and stuff like that.

And if you're like me, every so often I'll do something for free, help someone out with

an app or something like that.

I released an app last month for a charity.

They needed something simple, it was based on an excel spreadsheet, I looked at it and

I thought "yea I could do this", and I just knocked it up real quick and submitted it

to the app stores and everything was fine.

It was nice, they were very appreciative of it, everything like that.

I've done other apps for organisations which were just do something for free, put it up

there and everything went well.

But sometimes the free work really comes back to bite you!

Like, I've had people who I thought "this seems like a nice, simple piece of work",

and you say "ok, I'll just do this for free", and it becomes a nightmare, especially when

they get really picky with you.

Like "I'm not sure if I like that font, I don't like this, I don't like this".

A lot of times when you do something creative, it just really gets on you when you get these

tiny nit picky things.

If you're not being paid for it, it can be kind of soul destroying!

There's a few years ago, this was back before I got into apps and everything where most

of what i did was web, and I was in some different groups and stuff.

Every so often I try to go and join organisations to try to meet more people because I'm very

introverted.

So I joined this organisation, I was with it for a while - this men's club kind of thing

- every so often they'd say "oh what do you do?"

"I'm a web developer"..."Oh yeah, we have this club that could use a website" or "we

have this organisation" or "my company could use a website or whatever, you think you could

help me out?

I'll buy you a beer", and all this stuff.

And I didn't wanna say no.

I couldn't think of a good reason to say no so I'll have a look at it.

And it became this thing where somehow I had agreed to build this website for the people.

You know nowadays it's like Wordpress, buyatheme, there you go, you're done.

Customise it yourself.

But back then it was like in the early days of web so it was mostly html, and it got to

be like "what do you guys want?"

"I don't know, whats good?"

And then it became like nobody would make a decision and then finally I did something,

I went in and purchased some images, put some stuff on a website and said "there you go",

and they said "yeah, no, this is good, but if you could just change this, and that and

this", and it just became a nightmare.

In the end I didn't do it.

In the end it kind of ruined the friendship because it became a problem.

There's been other times when I've had similar situations where that kind of free work, while

it seems simple to begin with, the scale of it just kept going up.

A lot of the time when you agree to do free work, you just have to find the right people

who are appreciative of it.

I'm not saying never do it because it's also a good way, if you're starting out as a developer,

to build your brand a little bit to find future clients and everything like that, which is

what everybody promises.

But it's a good way to do that if you have the means to do that, if you have a bit of

extra time.

And a lot of times I've been offered percentages of companies, "oh, we'll give you a percentage

of this company if you build our app for free" and everything like that, which I always say

no to.

I know how hard it is to market an app on the app store, and if I thought they had game

then maybe I'd consider it, but most of the time I don't.

So my question today is - do you guys have any stories like that?

Do you do work for free very often?

How much of what you do is pro bono, I guess as lores would call it?

And what kind of experiences have you guys had?

Because I've been thinking about that a lot lately.

Every so often I'll do it, but if it gets difficult I have to find a way to get out

of it!

Anyway, that's it for today, I'll talk to you guys tomorrow!

Donald Takes $1.6B And 4,000 Jobs From Overseas, Gives It To Southern State - Duration: 6:06.

Donald Takes $1.6B And 4,000 Jobs From Overseas, Gives It To Southern State.

President Trump has done an amazing job at ensuring that Americans are treated best first

and foremost.

That Americans are given first consideration in the job market, that Americans are given

priority over illegal aliens.

Which is exactly why President Trump worked to get a Toyota Mazda plant in Alabama.

It will cost approximately $1.6 billion.

This will mean that jobs will be created and new business will be invigorated.

Breitbart News reported,

"On Wednesday at an event at the RSA Activity Center, Gov. Kay Ivey (R-AL) made it official

when she announced Toyota-Mazda would be building a $1.6 billion factory in northern Alabama's

Limestone County outside of Huntsville.

"Today is indeed a great day in the state of Alabama," Ivey proclaimed.

"As governor, it is my honor and privilege to announce that Mazda and Toyota have chosen

Alabama as the home of their new production plant."

The announcement was met with a stand ovation just blocks from the Alabama State Capitol,

where legislators are convening the state's annual legislative session.

The plant will add 4,000 new jobs with average salaries of $50,000 annually and the plant

will have the capacity to produce 300,000 cars annually.

The governor touted the state's "talented" workforce and the partnership that gave the

state the spotlight.

"The partnership between Toyota and Mazda will expand innovative automotive manufacturing

in Alabama," Ivey said.

"Their decision to locate this new facility in Huntsville is a testament to the talented

workforce in our state.

We are proud that this partnership puts Alabama on the forefront of technology in this dynamic

global industry."

The Mazda-Toyota announcement is accompanied by additional good news for the Yellowhammer

State.

A day earlier in her state of the state address at the Capitol, Ivey announced firearms manufacturer

Kimber was building a facility in nearby by Troy, AL.

"News of our economic successes seem to be a daily occurrence," Ivey said.

"In fact, I am proud to announce this evening that Kimber Firearms will build a 38 million

dollar production facility in Troy, bringing with it 366 new jobs.

These are good, high-paying jobs, and will enable more of our citizens to provide for

their families while taking part in the rich history of the Second Amendment.

We are proud and honored to welcome Kimber to Alabama.""

This also comes at a time when the United States auto industry sales are in a downturn.

In 2017, new vehicle sales decreased 2 percent after it had hit an all-time high the previous

year.

It does not take into consideration the anticipated tax and incentive package associated with

the potential infrastructure package.

This new factory could help to alleviate these problems.

Reuters reported,

"A Toyota spokesman declined to comment, except to say an announcement was expected

soon.

A Mazda spokeswoman also declined to comment.

In recent months, the companies had narrowed their choices down to sites in Alabama and

North Carolina.

Local media last month said the leading site under consideration was in northern Alabama's

Limestone County, near Toyota's large engine plant in Huntsville.

In September Toyota announced a $106 million technology upgrade for the Huntsville plant.

A Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville website for the "Huntsville Mega Site" touts the

fact it has been "certified as development-ready."

The commerce chamber, local and state officials declined to comment on Tuesday on plans for

the plant.

A year ago, President-elect Trump criticized Toyota and threatened hefty tariffs against

the Japanese automaker if it built its Corolla sedan for the U.S. market in Mexico.

"Toyota Motor said will build a new plant in Baja, Mexico, to build Corolla cars for

U.S. NO WAY!

Build plant in U.S. or pay big border tax," Trump posted on Twitter in early 2017.

Toyota and Mazda announced plans for a new plant in August.

Toyota said it would shift production of Corollas from Canada to the new venture rather than

in Guanajuato, and would build Tacoma pickups in Mexico instead.

Mazda plans to build new crossover SUVs at the plant.

Trump praised the joint venture announcement, saying in August on Twitter: "Toyota & Mazda

to build a new $1.6B plant here in the U.S.A. and create 4K new American jobs.

A great investment in American manufacturing!"

In October, Toyota said it would scale back investment in a planned plant in Mexico by

30 percent to $700 million and cut planned annual capacity in half to 100,000 vehicles

as it shuffles its production plans to meet market demands.

Toyota has 10 U.S. plants in eight states in an arc running from West Virginia through

Kentucky, Indiana, Alabama, Mississippi and Texas.

Toyota and Mazda announced a capital alliance in August and are exploring joint development

of technologies for the basic structure of competitive electric vehicles."

What is even more powerful about this new development is that it has been placed in

the south.

While Boston, Washington D.C., New York City, and the larger cities along the coast have

had their economies reinvigorated many parts of the Midwest and the South have suffered.

This will be an amazing opportunity for those in rural communities to get job opportunities.

How to Find Thousands of Keyword Ideas for SEO (Part 2/3) - Duration: 14:52.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to generate a list of thousands of keywords

and find easy to rank for topics.

Stay tuned.

[Music]

What's up guys, it's Sam Oh here with Ahrefs, the SEO tool that helps you grow your search

traffic, research your competitors and dominate your niche.

This is the second part in our keyword research tutorial series.

So just a quick recap on the first video.

We covered some very important keyword research fundamentals.

You learned that search volume isn't super accurate by definition and that not all searches

result in clicks to the actual results.

So think of the query "Time in New York."

So today, we're going to build on these fundamentals and generate a solid keyword

list using some of Ahrefs' keywords reports so you can start creating content, rank in

Google, and get more search traffic.

Let's dive in.

First, I'm going to go to Keywords Explorer tool and instead of searching for a specific

query, we're actually going to start with a seed keyword in a rather broad niche so

we can find new topics.

And by "seed keyword," I'm referring to a single word or maybe two words that a lot

of searches would include.

So I'll type in the keyword "parenting," and I'll run the search.

On the overview page, you can see the same metrics that we talked about before.

So today, we'll be talking about these reports here:

All, phrase match, having same terms, also rank for, search suggestions, newly discovered

and questions.

So let's click through to the phrase match report.

The phrase match report lists keyword ideas that have an exact match mention of your target

keywords in the order they're written.

'Parenting' is just one word, so if we were to type in something like "keyword

research", then it would only look for keywords that have that whole phrase in the exact order

it's written.

So something like "research keyword" wouldn't appear in the phrase match report.

But it would be available in the "having same terms" report, which shows you all

of the terms of your target keyword in any order.

So looking at this report for the keyword, "parenting", you can see that there are

over 110,000 keyword ideas that have your seed keyword in them.

And the reason why we can find so many more keyword ideas than other tools is because

our Keywords Explorer database has over 5.8 billion keywords and we update it every month

with fresh data.

So you're unlikely to find a keyword tool with a bigger database.

Now, there are a few keywords in here that interest me.

So as my brain is processing, I can click on the "get metrics" button" to start

loading up detailed metrics on each of these keywords.

The first is "parenting styles," which is a huge topic in itself.

And then there are some other sub categories to this like "authoritarian parenting", "attachment

parenting", and "helicopter parenting."

And actually, I'm going to update the metrics on this one too, "parenting classes" since

there could be commercial value in this, plus the keyword difficulty score is quite low

and worth a look.

From here, you can do the same thing we did in the first video and analyze the clicks

vs. search volume, open up the top 10 SERPs, and look for solid opportunities with traffic

and or business value.

Now, obviously filtering through 110,000 keywords just isn't going to work.

So let's get into some neat filters that will save you time and bring your searches

in focus.

The first filter is to find low difficulty keywords with high volume.

This is super straightforward.

You can just set the maximum keyword difficulty number here to something low like 10 and then

the minimum search volume to something like 1,000.

Alright, so these one here looks pretty cool.

"Parenting books" and "best parenting books."

Now this is actually interesting to me.

You would think that the top keyword for this topic would be "parenting books."

Well here, you can actually see that the opposite is true.

"Best parenting books" seems to be the top keyword for both of these queries.

Now, if we open up the top 10 SERPs for "parenting books" and look at the top keywords, you'll

notice that the majority of these articles get the most traffic from the search query

prefixed with "best."

So something like this would tell us a bit about keyword intent when someone types in

"parenting books" into Google.

They're likely looking for a list of the best ones so they can pick and choose which

ones to buy.

And analyzing this search result here from npr.org titled, "Why I'll never read another

parenting book," you'll see that they have the second most unique linking websites in

the top 10 results, yet they only generate a fraction of the traffic compared to the

ones that are ranking higher for "best parenting books."

Now, this should tell you that if you were to create content around this topic, you might

want to create it as a list post style rather than an opinion piece or something else since

it's pretty clear on the type of post that people and Google seem to favor.

It should give you a few hints too on some of the basic on-page optimizations you should

do like in your title, your permalink, the metas, and the content.

And I do want to make a note that judging a keyword's difficulty from something as

simple as a number between 0 to 100, usually isn't enough.

So, this is just to give you a baseline metric for quick filtering, then you should do a

proper assessment on keyword difficulty, which we'll be covering in the next video.

And you can also alter these numbers to ones that are relevant to your industry.

So for example, KD will likely be a lot higher than 10 for SEO related terms and I'd probably

lower the search volume to around, maybe two to three hundred.

Okay, so these two look good, so I'll click the checkboxes here.

Then I can click "add to list" and I'll create a new list called "Parenting Post Ideas."

Finally, I'll apply the changes and we're off to filter #2.

And that's to find keywords with SERP features.

So first, I'll clear these filters.

Next, I'll click on the SERP features drop down here.

Now, depending on your needs, there are all sorts of different SERP features you can use

to narrow down your results.

So for example, if you wanted to see search queries that have ads, you could use the Adwords

top or bottom features.

Then there's the knowledge type features, videos, which is kind of an interesting one

for people doing a push on YouTube and then there's also featured snippets which is

a pretty awesome one and a low-hanging way to collect up to 8.6% of clicks, even if you

don't rank in the #1 position.

If you're interested in featured snippets, we've got a couple great posts on our blog

which you can check out, which I'll leave links to in the description.

Now, it's important to note that both keyword difficulty and the SERP features area here

work with cached data.

And this means that after you click the "get metrics" button, you might see slightly

different difficulty scores or SERP features.

Alright, so the next filter you can do is to look for highly commercial keywords with

low difficulty.

And the way you do that is to set the maximum keyword difficulty, again, to something like 10.

And then the minimum CPC to something like 5.

And this could be a good way for those of you who are monetizing with Adsense to rank

your pages and collect a hefty commission on each click.

This one here on parenting podcasts could be a good one.

If we look through the top 10 SERPs, you can see that the posts are mostly list posts.

So you could collect a bunch of parenting podcasts, listen to them, write reviews, and

then send an outreach email to each podcast you reviewed.

This filter is also great for companies where Adwords advertising is generally expensive.

By ranking for these lower competition keywords in organic search, you can potentially get

free traffic with high business value.

The next filter is a super cool one and that's to use modifiers.

So I've already cleared all of the filters here.

This time, we're going to use modifier keywords like "best", "top", and the past year to look

for some long tail keywords.

So in the "include" filter search box, I'll type in best, top and 2017, separated

by commas.

Then, I'll click on the dropdown and select "any."

What's interesting here is that the majority of these keywords have low-ish difficulty

scores, which often tells us that it might belong to another parent topic.

Now, if we look at the SERP results for "top parenting blogs," you'll see that the top

keyword is "parenting blogs."

And then looking through the search results, you can see that some of these results rank

for hundreds of keywords and generate thousands of search visitors.

So this might be a good additional keyword to include in your post for a more generic

topic like "parenting blogs."

You could also use bottom of the funnel keywords here to find keywords with high business value.

Since parenting is more of an informational topic, let's look at the phrase match report

for the keyword "lawyer."

So a keyword we could type in here is something like "hire."

And here, you can see a few great topics you could write about like "hire a lawyer"

or "hire a lawyer online."

You'll also find some great topic ideas for earlier stages like "when to hire a

workers comp lawyer" and "how much does it cost to hire a lawyer online?"

And if you're not into things like pro bono work, then you can pair your search with the

"exclude" feature and type in something like "free", "cheap" or both to exclude all queries

that you're not interested in targeting.

There are an endless number of filters you can create, so I encourage you to go and play

around with the different combinations and see what works for your business.

And with these filters, you can use them in any of these other reports.

So I'll quickly go through these so you can see some unique features that might help

you with your content marketing efforts.

So I briefly showed you the "having same terms report", which again, shows you all

keyword phrases that have your target keywords in any order.

This one here, "also rank for," is one of my favorite reports that I like using once

I've narrowed down my topic.

This report pulls the top 10 ranking pages for your target keyword and lists the other

keywords that these pages rank for.

So let's say I wanted to write a list of post on "the best protein powder."

Then you can get some cool keyword ideas like, "whey", "best tasting", and "for women," which

are all great sub categories you can include in your post.

There are two other cool reports that I think you'll find super helpful.

Next is the search suggestions report.

So I'll click it here in the sidebar on our "parenting" query.

And this report takes the autocomplete suggestions from Google and gives you all of the insightful

metrics right beside it.

So if you're anything like me and wondered whether Google's suggestions have any real

value at all, then it's all available for you right here.

The newly discovered report is also really cool.

And this report shows you a list of keyword ideas that contain your seed keyword as a

phrase match that were recently added to our database.

And in order for a keyword to be added here, it needs to reach a certain level of popularity

for us to pick it up, which can cause a delay between the time people actually started searching

for the keyword and the time we add it to our database.

So please don't treat the "newly added" report in a literal since.

It's a great report you can use to find new searches with decent popularity.

And you can use this report to monitor and find new content ideas regularly.

For example, if we look at the newly discovered report for "Netflix," we can see a bunch

of new queries that people are searching for.

If I press cmd + f and look for the word "leaving", then you'll see that every month, people

are searching for movies and shows that will no longer be available on Netflix.

And if we click on the SERP drop down for one of them, you can see that the top 10 results

are owned by news sites, where Netflix could easily create this page and siphon thousands

or even tens of thousands of visitors to their website every month.

You'll also see that the same applies for the query "new on netflix" and "coming

to netflix" appended with the month and/or year.

Looking at the SERP results, you'll see that again, they're dominated by third party websites.

And you'll see that the traffic potential is monstrous here.

For Netflix, this could potentially be an easy way to gain a ton of traffic, plus a

way to get new customers since I'm sure some people would sign up if they saw that

their favorite shows or movies were coming soon.

Another cool thing you can do in here is to monitor trending topics.

So if we look at this report with the keyword "bitcoin," and then we click on the date

filter here, you can choose a "from" and "to" date.

But what's super cool here is that as soon as you click the drop down, you can see the

number of newly discovered keywords that we found each month.

So from the looks of it, it seems there was a massive uptrend in 2017, followed by a rapid

decline of new search queries in 2018.

Which is actually quite interesting because this seems to correlate with their stock price.

But I'm not here to give investment advice.

So for your own brand you can see if search demand is growing and you can also look up

topics to see if your niche is booming or if it's somewhat stable like for the query

"keyword research."

Next, is the questions report which is really cool.

So I'll click on it here in the sidebar.

Remember how I mentioned that parenting is a very informational kind of niche?

Well this is the perfect report for that.

This report creates a list of questions related to the keywords you're analyzing.

These questions are cool because you can easily create very focused content targeting them.

So if there are a lot of questions in your industry, you could create your own Q&A, your

own FAQ, or some kind of series or column to target relevant questions and drive traffic

to your site.

And generally speaking, the phrases with a bunch of words in it are going to be easier

to rank for.

Take a look at this one, "which type of parenting is most effective during adolescence?"

If I open up the top 10 SERPs, you'll see that the top results are dominated by a site

called quizlet.com, all of which don't have a single backlink, yet still generates hundreds

of search visitors each month.

And if we click through to the top ranking page, you'll see that there are just a bunch

of definitions, which doesn't solve the searcher's intent.

That's a lot of angry searchers, right?

Alright, the final report is the "all" report.

And this report combines all of these reports into one.

So if you're the type of person that prefers to work with large data sets and filters,

then you'll find this one to be indispensable.

Last, but certainly not least, I want to show you a powerful way to generate keywords from

up to ten seed keywords all at once.

So I'll paste in a list of 10 keywords related to golf.

After the page loads, you can see the overview and a comparison of the keywords you entered here.

And you can access the same reports as we did before.

So let's go to the phrase match report here.

Now instead of getting just the phrase match for the single keyword, you have the phrase

matches for all of the keywords in one single report.

Again, you can use filters like the include and exclude feature to narrow down your results.

So for example, "Ping" is a brand that sells golf equipment.

But it's also the first word of the sport, "ping pong."

So we could exclude the word "pong" from the results, which will remove tens of thousands

of irrelevant search queries.

There's obviously an endless number of keyword ideas that you can find in these 3 reports,

so try out these different reports and filters, add some of the good ones to your content

calendar and let's get your site ranking.

So that wraps it up for generating keyword ideas.

Make sure to subscribe for more actionable SEO and marketing tutorials.

And in the final video in this series, I'm going to give you a data-driven way to find

out whether you can actually rank in Google for these keywords that you want to target.

Excited?

So am I.

I'll talk to you soon.

Tại Sao Trung Quốc Thích Lệnh Cấm Vận Iran? | Trung Quốc Không Kiểm Duyệt - Duration: 5:06.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

China supports President Trump's sanctions on Iran.

In fact, maybe they support the sanctions too much.

Kim Jong-un goes back to China...

for a second helping of Xi Jinping.

And finally,

an official who could have become

one of China's top leaders

gets purged by Xi Jinping.

Bet he never saw that one coming.

This is China Uncensored.

Hi, welcome to China Uncensored,

I'm your host Chris Chappell.

On Tuesday,

US President Donald Trump announced

he was re-imposing sanctions on Iran.

Perhaps no country was as supportive

as the People's Republic of China.

Mainly because they're going to ignore the sanctions.

My favorite Chinese state-run media,

the Global Times, wrote,

"Chinese companies doing business in Iran

will remain in the country."

China is the second biggest consumer of oil in the world,

just behind the United States.

And this year,

a third of all Iranian oil shipments have gone to China.

And US sanctions could actually benefit China.

As CNN says,

"If the new sanctions cause European nations

to cut back or even stop buying Iran's oil,

it would leave more crude for China to buy,

possibly at a discount."

And it's not just Iranian oil.

The Chinese Communist Party has been

doing business with Iran for over 30 years.

And US sanctions are less likely to bother

Chinese state-run companies

that do business there.

Let's just say,

they have some workarounds.

But there was an even bigger news story from this week.

How big you ask?

Kim Jong-un big.

So big you can barely see

that island in the background.

"China's state-run media revealed on Tuesday

that Kim Jong Un had visited Chinese President Xi Jinping

the day prior,

what would appear to be the second secretive trip

across that border by Kim in the last two months."

Kim apparently told Xi that,

"He hoped relevant parties would take 'phased'

and 'synchronized' measures to realize denuclearization."

Phased synchronized parties?

Kim Jong-un: Vaporwave aficionado.

This comes ahead of the eagerly anticipated meeting

between Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un.

And remember how the Chinese Communist Party

somehow managed to arrest or kill a dozen CIA operatives

inside China 6 or 7 years ago?

Well, it turns out,

the Party may have gotten their information from this guy.

He's a naturalized US citizen

and a former CIA field agent.

He has now been charged with conspiracy

to commit espionage on behalf of China.

If convicted,

he could be spending the rest of his life

inside a US prison cell.

But it could be worse.

It could be a Chinese prison cell.

And it's time for another chapter

in the ongoing soap opera of political infighting

in the Chinese Communist Party.

Sun Zhengcai was once pegged to be

one of the next top leaders of China.

But he was arrested for "bribery"

and has just been sentenced to life in prison.

And let's be honest, he does look like a "bad guy."

But, you might think,

"By Communist Party standards,

bribery is not that bad!

Why was he jailed for life?"

Well, as with most of the arrests

in Xi Jinping's so-called anti-corruption campaign,

the real reason is that Sun Zhengcai

was close allies of Xi Jinpings's rival,

former Chinese leader

and professional Dr. Kamikazi impersonator,

Jiang Zemin.

And oh yeah Sun allegedly tried to stage a coup.

So what do you think?

Leave your comments below.

Thanks for watching this episode of China Uncensored.

Once again I'm your host Chris Chappell.

See you next time.

And it's time for me to answer

another fan question!

Coralline Algae asks:

"A while back there were many stories

about China's ghost cities.

Can you give us an update to that situation?

Has China stopped building them,

or are people finally moving into them?"

Great question, Coralline.

The most famous Chinese ghost city is Ordos.

They started building it in about 2005,

but no one moved in.

But now, 13 years later,

it appears a few hundred thousand people are there.

You know, with space for another million or two.

Incidentally, Ordos is home to

one of China's biggest Bitcoin mining outfits—

because, you know, land is cheap.

So maybe in another 15 years,

Ordos will be a proper city.

But who knows?

And yes,

local Chinese governments are building

more ghost cities all the time.

At least ghosts will always have cheap rent.

20 year-old South Koreans celebrate coming of age - Duration: 2:11.

This is a very special day for Korean youths in the final years of teenhood.

Various events are held to mark their coming-of-age.

Oh Soo-young help us sample how this transition is traditionally celebrated here in the nation.

The third Monday of May marks the transition from childhood to adulthood in Korea, and

youths who are twenty in Korean age celebrate their coming-of-age.

"Around 610-thousand South Koreans born in 1999 are celebrating adulthood on Monday.

Here at the Namsan Hanok Folk Village, 100 boys and girls are starting the next chapter

of their lives as men and women."

The coming-of-age ceremony dates back to the early 10th century during the Goryeo Dynasty.

As the tradition goes, the women have their tied into a bun and secured with a binyeo,

a Korean traditional hairpin.

The men have their hair tied in a top knot, and put on a hat woven from horsehair called

a gat.

After a change of dress, the new adults take part in a tea and snack ceremony, before they

bow to the parents and elders.

"This ritual of bowing and wearing traditional clothes.

It instills pride in the country, a sense of courteousness, and helps youths gather

their thoughts as they enter adulthood."

Reaching the age of maturity comes with a sense of responsibility.

In Korea, nineteen is the legal age to vote, marry, drive and drink.

The young adults here pledge to live as dutiful citizens, not just of Korea, but of the international

community.

"I didn't feel like I was 20 before this ceremony was held but after learning to bow

and listening to lectures, I really feel like an adult.

I feel the responsibility to do well and manage things on my own."

"I don't quite feel like an adult just yet but as I am, now, I think I should behave

and think courteously, and live responsibly."

"Now that I'm 20, I feel that I should have a different mindset from when I was a

minor, and should also live differently."

The celebrations take place throughout the country with gifts of roses and perfume presented

to those blossoming into adulthood.

Oh Soo-young, Arirang News.

South Korean reporters leave for coverage of North Korea's dismantling of Punggye-ri nuclear... - Duration: 2:45.

This is the week North Korea promised to invite foreign reporters to come and witness the

end of the regime's nuclear test site in Punggye-ri.

But according to our Lee Jiwon, uncertainty looms for South Korean journalists, with the

regime still not resonding to their visa application.

A total of eight South Korean reporters left for Beijing on Monday to cover North Korea's

dismantling of its nuclear test site.

But Pyongyang has still not accepted their visa application, which Seoul's Unification

Ministry sent again on Monday morning.

Despite the ministry's efforts to confirm the South Korean reporters' invitation throughout

the day, Pyongyang's Panmunjom channel closed in the afternoon, saying there is nothing

more to exchange as of now.

In an effort to get an answer, South Korean reporters who traveled to Beijing gathered

in front of the North Korean embassy in Beijing,... but to no avail.

But the ministry is still hopeful that there could be a change in stance from Pyongyang

on Tuesday morning, just before the scheduled flight to the North's Wonsan Kalma Airport.

Pyongyang's silence comes after the regime criticized Seoul last week for holding joint

military drills with the U.S. and for allowing a former North Korean diplomat who defected

to the South to criticize the regime at Seoul's National Assembly.

Also in front of the embassy in Beijing were a handful of Japanese reporters who hadn't

been invited by Pyongyang in the first place.

The North had invited reporters from South Korea, China, the U.S., Russia and the U.K.,...

explicitly leaving Japan out.

Observers say that is due Japan's continuous hardline stance against the North and Tokyo's

pressing of the U.S. on agendas for the upcoming Pyongyang-Washington summit.

Meanwhile, the North seems to be preparing to dismantle the nuclear test site.

U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North reported that satellite images show

that several key operational support buildings at the nuclear test site have been taken down,

and some of the rails for the mining carts that go in and out of the tunnels have also

been removed.

What's also notable is that four rows of small structures, placed on the hillside some 200

meters south of the site's West Portal, have become much more visible.

While their purpose remains unclear, it's thought they could've been built for the reporters

to safely watch the test site being demolished.

Reporters from other countries have all received their visas and are expected to take off from

Beijing on a chartered plane Tuesday morning, to arrive in the North's southeastern city

of Wonsan.

From there they will take a train to the test site for the demolition which could take place

any day between Wednesday and Friday.
