Right now in Davos, Switzerland, you have the World Economic Forum.

We've got millionaires and billionaires, financier's, hedge fund managers, and other people who

have devoted their entire life to chasing dollars at this world economic forum and you

know what's on their minds according to interviews they've given to reporters, representative

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, these powerful men and women over there, the millionaires, billionaires,

they fund political parties all over the planet, including here in the United States, both

Republican and Democrat, and they are all freaking out right now because of Alexandria

Ocasio-Cortez is proposed.

I mean her idea, it's not even proposed, but her idea to raise marginal tax rates in the

United States to 70 percent on any income earned over $10,000,000.

That terrifies them.

She terrifies these elite financier's meeting over in Switzerland right now.

They can't stop talking about her.

They can't stop talking about her proposal and not because they think that she is, you

know, some idealistic person, but because they understand that she hit a nerve with

the American public and they actually support it.

Fifty nine percent of people in this country, including 45 percent of Republicans do support

raising the marginal tax rate to 70 percent.

They like that idea.

They liked the idea of millionaires and billionaires having to give a little bit more in tax money

to help protect this country, whether it's increasing funding for EPA or FDA or police

departments, teachers, medicare for all debt free college proposals like that, food stamps,

all of that.

We could fund a lot of it by just raising that marginal tax rate to 70 percent, which

is actually lower than it has been historically here in the United States, but that's what

they're talking about.

That's what they're telling reporters right now.

And again, this is not just republicans who are saying this.

There are some Democrat donors over in Davos right now who are telling reporters that they

don't like this and that I've given a lot of money to the Democratic Party and trust

me, this isn't ever going to happen.

If a, if a Democratic candidate runs on this in 2020, it's going to be a death sentence.

Ain't gonna happen.

Um, specifically here, uh, we're talking about Glenn Hutchins actually is the man who said

that, uh, he is a founder of a private equity equity firm called Silver Lake.

And he told reporters, yeah, I've given over $100,000 to the Democratic Party and I can

tell you that they're not going to run on this in 20, 20.

Well, Mr Hutchins, we appreciate your money.

We'd prefer if you just kept it out of the races altogether because we don't want your

millionaire billionaire money corrupting the Democratic Party anymore.

Those days are.

But here's the even better part.

We don't have to have a presidential candidate that runs on that platform of raising the

marginal tax rate to 70 percent or 80 percent or 90 percent.

Do you know why?

Because the president wouldn't be the one to put forward that policy proposal that would

be done in Congress.

CIGA ahead, think ahead and think that you have a presidential candidate in your pocket,

a presidential candidate who's not going to do this.

Because if the voices are loud enough, the Democrats in Congress will 100 percent make

this happen.

And then force a Democratic president or possibly a republican president to either vote it down

or approve it, and only one of those things is going to appease the American public.

Voting it down would actually show that no American politics is in the pockets of millionaires

and billionaires and good luck convincing the public to support you.

After that, I can promise you it would never happen.

But to me, what's.

What's interesting here is the fact that we have these hugely powerful people, wealthy

people who think they have power over there in Switzerland, and the only thing on their

mind is this young representative from the Bronx who is here in the United States, forcing

issues, getting people to pay attention, and more importantly, getting people to support

her ideas both on the left and on the right.

They'll hit schedule your showing they put in their name

they'll put in their email address and

Then they'll put in their phone number

They'll put just put a little demo phone number for this example

They hit submit and at this point they become a lead in your database now

The cool thing is look at this

You can say hey the scheduled appointment you immediately call or text me at and then your phone number or click the button below to

Schedule your showing so they come in here click schedule your showing

they click OK I want to go through and schedule my time and you choose what days of the week and what times of the

So I'm just gonna click on this right here and we can crop edit rotate. Whoever you want to customize it

we'll just hit use this image and

Just like that guys. We have this this page customized to you and your business now you might think well Jason

I don't have 36 photos of the home. Well, no big deal

All you gotta do is come over here and maybe you've got 27 photos

Okay, or you got 19 photos and then we just hit save up in the top right-hand corner

it says website saved and published we hit exit and

then

What we can do here is you can see right here. This is the listing Lee's campaign that we just generated

So if we click on this we come over here to view 19 photos now

So remember we're gonna be creating a Facebook post or Facebook ad

They're gonna click on this link and instead of going to this page right here

They're coming to your new landing page that you created and took like what 20 seconds they come in here type in view 19 photos

type in their name

We'll say I'll put my full name right there Jason and then for this one

I'll just put in a dummy phone number for this then we hit submit

And at this point the person becomes a lead in our database and like this guys

I just got a lead notification on the arsenal' mobile app saying that a lead was generated

So I can't I don't know if you guys can see that right here

So now I can jump into the Arsenal mobile app

And this person we will have an automated follow-up that goes out to go and follow up with this person

now the nice thing is

For you so you they're instantly going to get a text message from you

Okay, which obviously you've got the mobile app now, so you've got the lead notification?

But when this lead response, you're also going to be able to have that two-way

What is A/B Testing and How to Use It | Digital Zealot - Duration: 2:31.

hey everyone welcome back digital zealot a be testing as a silent tool used on

you every day when you receive emails or go to a webpage it's a common marketing

tool used to figure out the optimal messaging people want to see in this

video we'll give you some insights into what ap testing is all about and why

you'd want to use it so what exactly is a be testing the meaning is in the name

it's a form of testing that uses an a version and a B version it can also be

referred to as a split test in its most basic form when someone looks an email

or webpage they're shown one version of that page later on the marketers who

created the pages can see which version performed better whether that's in terms

of clicks on a specific link time on the page or some other metric you want to

measure based on the goals of the email or the page usually an a/b test is done

as scientifically as possible meaning that only one factor is changed most

often this is the wording of a headline or key sentence or the main image on the

page instead of basing your marketing on just a feeling you can use hard data in

AP tests for emails a small percentage of recipients get their emails first 50%

of them with version a and 50% of them with version be the winning version gets

sent to the remainder of recipients after the first set has been opened

enough keep in mind that you may need a specific tool to perform an accurate a B

test most marketing and email platforms include the necessary features here are

some things to keep in mind when running an a/b test make sure you test for long

enough depending on your company it could take hours days or weeks to get

good enough results be sure you're only changing one variable use an exit poll

or survey to see why people made the decisions they did don't just rely on

the data test both versions at the same time to ensure accurate results here are
