Today we are making Crispy Palak ke pakode

In winters if we get hot pakoras along with a cup of tea, then nothing like it

Potato Pakora/ Onion Pakora / Any Other pakora

Generally we feel guilty after having deep fried pakora

Today we will make non fried crispy palak pakoras

Lets start with the recipe

Take 1.5 cups washed and chopped spinach

Add 1/2 cup chopped onions

Add 1 pcs grated raw potato for extra crispiness and it helps in binding the mixture too

Add 1-2 tbsp gram flour or besan. Do not add gram flour in one go, add in batches

Add 1 tbsp rice flour for extra crispiness

Add ginger for flavour

Add all spices - salt, red chily powder, haldi, ajwain, zeera, coriander powder

Mix the mixture well and do not add water in it

Add 1 more tbsp besan to make the pakora mixture so that it binds well

Add 1-2 tsp oil. It also enhances the crispiness of pakoras and it does not absorbs too much oil in case of frying

Preheat airfryer and add small portion of palak pakora mixture in airfryer basket

Airfry at 180 degrees for 10 min until pakoras turn golden brown and becomes cripsy.

Shake the pakoras in between

Crispy Pakoras are ready
