Hi all my friends, I'm Murat Peközcan.
Science, culture and technology producing relevant content.
Today we are one of the world's biggest brands I'm going to tell Google, one of them.
You know the Google company a technology company.
Founded by Sergey Brin and Larry Page, 1998 in the year.
These two friends, normally, don't really get along, but two people who came together because of their characteristics and productive.
Stanford University they're getting into this.
For two years between 1996 and 1998 to find the investor, the door is walking around the door.
To create a source of funds, but each they're coming back from the door.
Finally a check for a hundred thousand dollars.
But this check is written to "Google Ink" they have difficulty in collecting.
Because there are no companies yet.
Therefore, the collecting money from people,
they show confidence by showing this check.
In this way they collect money and set up the company.
This is the Google company in the ninety-eight installation.
Google's first name ub Backrub un, it takes the name Google later.
In this process Larry Page and Sergey Brin Google trying to dispose of,
They're trying to sell.
So between 1998 and 2004, he trying to sell Google for $ 1 million in its first six years
But nobody accepts $ 1 million.
She finds it too much.
They're going down to $ 750,000.
They can't dispose of it again.
Then Google company ring in 2004 supply
People are being offered together at a time shares ceiling.
And these two friends are billionaire in a day They become.
Even all of Google's employees we can also say that the millionaire is still.
We will share some numerical data with you Google is working with more than one million servers
and within one day more than billion searches,
four continents There are three dozen data farms,
600 million dollars data is said to be stored.
More precisely, it is estimated.
Fast growth of the company since its establishment due to different areas also enter,
different partnerships.
The issue is the mobile operation of mobile phones has launched Android.
And it is currently the market leader.
"Google Earth", ube Youtube ", Earth Gmail" mış Google Drive yatırım, "Cloud System".
At the same time Aynı Google Plus "social network also put into service.
Sharing some interesting information with you I want.
Apollo - The power to take 11 to the moon More, the process power is spent on a search on Google.
At the same time, Google executives are priority is given to contents related to dogs due to their interest.
Google approximately one month since 2010 the company has added two companies.
So he made a great leap.
At the same time, the most visited in the world We know that the web site is also Google.
Apart from that, Google is now an artificial intelligence works on.
And this is the most important feature of artificial intelligence This is because you are capable of writing your own code.
And the first self-driving, automatic The electric car project with the pilot also belongs to Google.
Now it's time for Google's work If you are working on Google, you are very lucky.
Why is that?
Because if you're working on Google you have a lot of possibilities.

And an average of two million per year to Google apply on
more than two million applications for just a few thousand positions It is made.
One of the world's largest universities one of them is Harvard University,
for example.

Twenty-five floors from Harvard University Google's more.
So he's being more selective.
It's harder to get into Google.
An average of ten to fifteen stages passing, by position, at the end,
co-founder of the company is now CEO of Sergey Brin'i also earns the right to work by convincing.

Then you get the right to work.
It's a difficult process.
But after we've won the right to work, your working conditions you have in your hands is obvious.

Bobby Lytes Questions His Friendship w/ Prince | Love & Hip Hop: Miami - Duration: 3:19.
I see you doing it, and then I look back at you
and I'm like, "That's my son."
My father was a big, big promoter back in the day.
I definitely put my father on a pedestal and I aspire to be like him,
but lately, you know, I'm kind of feeling like it's time
for something, you know, bigger and better.
The promoting, the nightlife is just not...
I don't feel like it's for me anymore, you know?
Really?
I feel like...
You need to do bigger and better things.
Yeah. I'm just trying to figure everything out right now.
Son, I'm always proud of you and I see you taking it to another level.
You're actually making a lot of people more proud
and all the people that you inspire.
(bleep)!
They look up at you, you know, like, yo, that's Prince.
My father wasn't always in my life. You know, I was in and out of juvie.
I've lived out of my car, been in and out of regular adult jail.
(bleep) I went through just wasn't easy.
I don't ever want to go back to that
and I feel like I'm the only person in my family
who has a chance to... to, you know, make our last name live on.
Anyway, how's Liz?
One day we're good, one day we're bad.
It's an on and off thing.
Yeah. You know, I mean, I love her.
She's there, you know, we communicate, but I'm trying to just focus on....
Focus on your career.
You know, what's next.
What the (bleep) is good, y'all? Ah-ow!
What up, mother(bleep) turn-up crew?
Prince, what's good? Oh, my goodness!
Since the last time y'all seen me, a lot has gone down.
Currently, I'm working on my album, and I'm just
trying to stay prepared and ahead of everyone else
because, let's face it, I got a lot of eyes on me right now.
This is my friend Tip.
How are you?
Hi, darling.
(Miami Tip) This party is real nice!
What's up, y'all? It's your girl, hanging out with my two besties, Bobby and Prince.
You know, I gotta watch these two because, you know, they like two little rugrats.
You never know what the hell could happen.
I'm really happy Bobby came because everything going on on social media.
You talking about the dumb-ass blogs?
Exactly.
The social media bull(bleep), I find it at times disheartening.
Some of the things that they insinuate, I really could care less,
'cause at the end of the day, Bobby's my dawg.
I'm about to grab something. Y'all want anything?
Yes.
Yes, please.
All right, I'm gonna go grab some things.
I'll be right back.
All right.
Now that they're gone, I need your opinion and I need it now.
Uh-huh.
Jojo told me something the other day how she feels that Prince really ain't my friend
and he's only trying to get close to me because of the perks that comes with it.
Y'all relationship is here one day, down one.
Like that incident that happened in Lincoln Road Mall
that was kind of like high schoolish and childish...
What was high schoolish? Him taking my hat off or me chasing his ass?
(laughter)
(shouting and screaming)
I'ma (bleep) him up!
She might be jealous of y'all.
Who, Jojo?
Yes.
But what'd I do?
But your friendship is deep enough
that you shouldn't even question it.
'Cause he does take a lot of (bleep) from me and my friends.
Exactly.
I don't know. I just can't help but question some of those things sometimes.
And I understand, but maybe you just need to go home and pray about it,
because you trippin' right now.

What is Your Soul Searching For? | Ask the Kabbalist with Dr. Michael Laitman - Duration: 2:40.
Is it necessary for us to heal our soul?
There is such a perception that a soul might be broken or even shattered.
Is this true?
Our souls' really broken - meaning that the desire to love others is broken, the desire
to connect with others is broken, and therefore we have to heal it, true.
But this is something that would gradually acquire through a special technique called
the wisdom of Kabbalah.
Who is the doctor, and what is the treatment?
People that have already attained this, for example, our organization, in which there
are several specialists that are experienced in this realm.
You can turn to us and join.
This is what we do.
This is actually what we're meant for - to help people cure and reveal their soul, and
feel how they connect with the general soul.
So, you're saying that my soul is broken because it's not connected to this collective
soul?
Right.
What is this general soul?
In Hebrew it's called Adam and we're called Bnei Adam, literally meaning parts of that
Soul.
Can you explain?
Each of us is an individual soul, and this individual soul is called a part of Adam.
And the general soul - where we all have to connect into one system - is called Adam.
What is this general soul called Adam?
Where is it?
It's not where.
There's no such imaginary place as "where".
But all of us, in our will to bestow, have to connect mutually to the one mutual desire
to bestow that will be called the system of Adam.
Is this the kind of plane of intentions... of desires?
True.
A plane of intentions and desires.
And the person who develops our soul begins to grasp this?
Yeah.
Feel, grasp, really live accordingly.
Is this why they say that the soul is eternal?
It's eternal because it's above the limitations of this world of time-space-in motion.
Therefore it's eternal.
Many feel that they are a lost soul.
A soul that's lost their connection to others.
Can anyone find their way home back to this connection?
These are imprecise words because no one actually has a soul until they acquire the power of
bestowal and love.
But it's possible to say that that lack of the correct power of connection with others
is called the broken soul.

BEST AVOCADO TUNA SALAD RECIPE!! NOREEN'S KITCHEN - Duration: 5:47.
Hi everyone, welcome back to the kitchen today
We're gonna make something for lunch dinner or whenever you are hungry, but you want to stay on track today
We're going to be making an avocado
Tuna salad that's going to use avocado and Greek yogurt to replace the mayonnaise
That's gonna put a lot of fat in there. So let's go see how this all comes together
Today we are going to make a super healthy lunch
And it can be low-carb if you so choose we're gonna be making an avocado tuna salad
And it's really delicious and it has zero mayonnaise in it. What I have here are two cans of solid white albacore. Tuna
That I have that was packed in water that I have flaked to make the dressing part in place of mayonnaise
We're gonna use three to four tablespoons
It's up to you of good quality Greek yogurt. This is plain Greek yogurt
I have a half of an avocado that we're gonna mash we're gonna mash all this together
We're gonna put a half a cup of green onion both white and green parts sliced
1/2 the cup of diced celery and I have a half a teaspoon of my crazy salt blend here
you can just use salt and pepper or whatever seasonings you prefer a good a
Good seafood seasoning like Old Bay is always good here as well. So this really could not be easier you
Guys know how to make tuna salad. Maybe you don't but it's really simple
So what we're gonna do first is I'm gonna take this fork that is in my tuna Bowl and I'm just gonna mash this avocado
I'm gonna start off with about half of this yogurt
Because I do not like my tuna salad very moist
So we're gonna go with that and then we'll bring our tuna over
I'm gonna put all of our onions all of our celery and of course, this is subjective
Do you and not enjoy celery do you not enjoy?
Green onion use white onion sweet onion red onion, whatever you got don't like onion leave it out
You can put shredded carrots in here. You can do chop bell pepper
Whatever you like best is what you should put in your tuna salad
This is just something that I like to put in my tuna salad now, we're gonna go ahead and bring our dressing over
That actually looks about right to me
So we'll go ahead and mix this up and see where we are if it's a little too dry
I'll add the rest of the yogurt
You can always add more but you can't take it out once it's in there
Then you gotta open up another can of tuna and nobody wants to do that. Okay, I am gonna add the rest of this yogurt
And honestly, look at that tuna salad, you can't tell that that was made with an avocado dressing instead of mayonnaise
It looks just like regular tuna salad. I'm gonna go ahead and season this up you can season yours
However, you like you don't have to add my crazy salt you can add
Seasoned salt or like I said old bay or whatever it is
You enjoy I'm gonna give this a taste see how I like it. That's pretty good. That's not bad
Let me bring over the bread and we'll make a sandwich
I have a couple of slices here of
Toasted whole-grain bread you want to put I'd say about a half a cup of this mixture on your sandwich
At this point you can turn this into a patty melts by adding a slice of cheese and putting it under the broiler
you can leave it open-faced and just enjoy it like this you can put tomato or
Lettuce on here, but this how I'm gonna enjoy it
I'm just gonna put the lid on it and I'm gonna cut it in half. Well there you have it
There's our avocado tuna salad sandwich on some whole-grain bread
I've put some celery sticks and cherry tomatoes on the side for a crunchy sweet option to go along with your sandwich
Trust me, you are not going to sacrifice flavor by taking up the fat from the mayonnaise in this salad. You're gonna love it
It's delicious. It's versatile. Like I said, you can do this open-faced
You can make a tuna melt out of this by adding some cheese and popping it under the broiler
You can put this into a tortilla wrap or a low-carb wrap
You can put this as a lettuce wrap by stuffing it inside some romaine lettuce leaves. The options are unlimited
you can also just serve this in a bowl with some lettuce tomato cucumber and eat it like a
Delicious salad a scoop is gonna satisfy you and it's going to be awesome
I that you enjoy this particular version of tuna salad because it's the beginning of the year
a lot of people are focusing on getting
A little healthier after the holidays and maybe you're just someone who enjoys a little bit of a more healthy lifestyle
So we could all do better and this is one way that you can
Eliminate some of the bad and add some of the good and you're not even gonna know it
So I hope you give it a try. I hope you like today's video
and if you did
Please consider giving me a thumbs up
If you are new to my kitchen and you wandered on over to see what was happening welcome
It's always a pleasure to have new people join me

Flashback Friday: What Are the Healthiest Foods? - Duration: 5:18.
"What are the Healthiest Foods?"
The latest dietary guidelines – 2015 guidelines won't be out until
probably January 2016 – have a chapter on food components to reduce.
But when they say things like reduce intake of solid fats
(major sources of saturated and trans fatty acids),
what does that mean in terms of which foods to reduce?
Similarly, there's a chapter on nutrients we should increase our intake of,
so-called shortfall nutrients.
But when they say we need more magnesium, for example,
what does that mean in terms of actual food?
Let's look at 20 different types of foods to see,
based on the federal guideline criteria,
which foods are the healthiest, and which foods are the least healthy.
To illustrate, I'll use traffic light labeling, like the UK signpost system
which assigns colors for like green meaning go,
yellow or amber meaning caution,
and red meaning stop and think before you put it in your mouth.
Added sugars is easy.
Anyone could have guessed sweets and soda,
but there's often surprising levels even in savory snack foods,
like Ritz crackers, which I'm using as my snack example.
The top five offenders are basically
soda, doughnuts, Kool-Aid, ice cream, and candy.
Next is caloric density, calories per serving,
where oils join dessert and processed snack foods as the worst,
though one cannot consider eggs, fish, nuts and seeds, poultry,
other meat or soda to be low-calorie foods.
The top five sources of calories in the American diet
are basically desserts, bread, chicken, soda and pizza.
Can you guess where cholesterol is found?
Desserts, dairy, eggs, fish, chicken, and other meat.
#1 by far is eggs, but then chicken contributes more cholesterol
to the American diet than beef, then cheese and pork.
Here are the foods high in saturated fat,
coming from dairy, dairy, doughnuts, dairy, chicken.
Salt levels highest in lunch meat and snack foods,
but Americans get most of their sodium from bread, chicken and pizza.
About half of our food groups here have trans fats
either naturally or artificially added or created.
Cakes, cookies, crackers, pies and doughnuts number one,
then animal products, margarine, French fries, chips, and microwave popcorn.
Now to the nutrients.
Green is a high source, pale green is a medium source,
and white a poor source for calcium, fiber, magnesium, potassium,
vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K.
OK, I know that was a little fast. Let's put it all together.
OK, now this is nutrients per typically 100 grams,
about three and a half ounces,
but that's not how our body keeps track of what we eat.
The body's food currency is in calories, not grams.
Our body monitors how much energy we eat,
not how much weight we eat, weight of food.
We only have about 2,000 calories in the calorie bank to spend every day,
so to maximize our nutrient purchase,
we want to eat the most nutrient-dense foods.
So I just changed this from nutrients per weight to nutrients per calories.
The foods are just listed here in alphabetical order to look for trends
so we can kind of rank them based on these scores from best to worst.
So the foods to emphasize in one's diet are unprocessed, unrefined,
plant-based foods, which in general lack the disease-promoting components
and, as the Dietary Guidelines Committee put it,
these foods contain not only the essential vitamins and minerals,
but also hundreds of naturally occurring phytonutrients
that may protect against cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis,
and other chronic health conditions.
So this chart actually extends far to the right,
hundreds of additional bright green columns
capturing all the phytonutrients found in whole plant foods,
but largely missing from processed and animal derived foods.
There would just be hundreds more white columns
here in the middle with a few green tiles far off at the end.
And the lack of disease- preventing compounds
may be compounded by the presence of disease-promoting compounds.
So that's why people eating more plant-based
tend to end up eating a more nutrient-dense dietary pattern,
closer to the current federal dietary guidelines.
And the more plant-based we get, apparently, the better.
