- I just hate that (beep) guy, so I hope...
- [Nev] You've seen him before?
- I've seen him before and that better not be him.
- Wait, how do you, where have you seen that guy before?
- Just, like, living in L.A.
- No, seriously?
- I swear it better not be that (beep) guy.
Don't come over here, dude.
- It looks like he's coming over here.
He's walking back this direction.
- (beep) my life, bro.
I swear, y'all are (beep) kidding, bro.
- Hello.
- [Talulah] Hi.
- Oh my gosh, bro.
- [Nev] What's your name?
- William.
- [Nev] William. - - [Talulah] Hi.
- Hi, Nev. - What the (beep), bro?
- Hi, I'm Talulah.
- Nice to meet you.
- Nice to meet you. - No, bro.
- So... - [Dallas] I knew it was
some bull (beep).
This is beyond me, bro.
- [Nev] But hold on, well wait,
let's just get an explanation.
So what's going on?
- I saw him a few times, like,
around town, Slut Walk a few times,
and some Amber Rose events.
- [Nev] Okay, so, so, you have some mutual social circles?
- Yeah, I've seen him a few times.
And I was like, you know,
I thought he was a really hot guy
and he's posting all these photos
of his, like, ass on Instagram and Tumblr and whatever,
and I was with my friend Safari,
and we were on social media drunk,
and she was like you should totally DM him,
and I'm like, oh my God, I'm so nervous.
I couldn't do such a thing, like,
I don't think he's gay.
She's like, well just look at how he's posting
his photos on Instagram,
he's got an only fans page that he uses
to, you know, target the gay community.
- [Nev] Wait a second, only fans.
What's that?
- Dallas is always posting his nudes.
You can subscribe to his stuff.
- [Nev] And people subscribe and he'll post special content.
Do you have subscribers?
- Yeah.
- And Safari said why don't I just give him my number
and then it's really your number?
- Who was he texting with?
- Me.
- But then why approach him as a woman?
- I feel like girls can make a guy feel comfortable,
like, let's say, a threesome or a foursome,
you know, I could've been that fourth person
in his threesome.
- That's (beep) weird, bro.
I'm sorry.
- So you asked about a threesome,
he even said he would be down,
then you suggested the roommate, not you.
- But he was okay with that.
- Why not suggest yourself or then say
okay Safari let's go meet him,
like why not see if it actually could happen?
- We were gonna do that
and then Catfish came out of nowhere.
- Okay, so the plan was...
- [William] To eventually get to that
'cause these guys (laughter)
are so, these guys are so... - Beyond me, bro.
- Most of his fans are gay.
- But that ain't got nothing to do with what I like.
- It kind of feels like you're trying to blame him
for the fact that you lied
and pretended to be someone. - No, it is not lying.
I'm not pretending to be someone.
- You've been pretending to be Safari for two months.
- You a catfish catfish, bro. - [William] No.
- This is some...this is... - [William] No, no, no,
no, no.
- But surely you understand that it
still feels like you don't think you did anything wrong.
- I didn't do anything maliciously.
I wasn't asking for money.
- That's true.
- So if I wasn't doing none of those things,
I don't feel like in the sense of I was doing any harm.
We didn't mean for someone to call Catfish.
- Just ask me, be like, you gay?
You get down?
I'd be like no, it would've ended right there.
- Dallas, calm down. - [Dallas] Bro, I'm sorry.
- If you're not (beep) gay. - [Nev] Do you understand why?
- He's allowed to have his feelings.
You have to like, you know. - [William] I understand that
he's okay to have that feeling,
but if he's not (beep) gay, then why do you sell
to the community...
- And make money off the community?
- But I think that's a really unfair argument
because I think that then you're
making a decision for him. - [William] Okay...
I think you can kind of say that, like,
you know, if some girls
dress a certain way... - [William] Well it can go
both ways, hun, you're in L.A.
- Then that means something about them.
- I think it's fair to say that it would be easy
to interpret his social media presence
as someone who might be... - And he thinks he's so into
his, yes of course. - Bisexual or whatever, okay.
I still don't think that makes it okay though.
- We were going to go to find out where Dallas lives,
arrange a date, and to talk to him
about him the situation.
Get him comfortable.
- Okay, but he wanted to meet up so bad,
why not meet up all these months?
- I already knew you mutually,
you should have just been like, yo let's hang out.
- Because I wanted to do it with Safari,
but she was always gone.
- [Nev] So she's just not in L.A. a lot?
- Yeah, I didn't want to do it
by myself. - So the plan was...
- We were supposed to all hang out
and she's gonna introduce me
as her friend. - Right. Right.
And then from there? - And then from there
she would have faded off away eventually,
and then me and him would've got on a personal relationship.
Who knows what would've happened.
But now we have...
- Not that.
- Dallas, come on.
I apologize if it came off wrong.
Safari can tell you her side of the story.
- Where is Safari?
- Safari is at her friend's house.
- In L.A. or is she in Arizona?
- In L.A. - [Dallas] She is in L.A.
- [William] If you wanna talk to her about it.
- [Nev] Okay, great, so she's here.
I mean, yeah, I would like to hear from her.
- I will go and call Safari
and send you guys the address.
- Alright, so text us where to meet you and Safari.
- Okay, for sure, I will.
- Alright, thanks.
- That's crazy.
- [Talulah] Now you know. - I knew something was up.
- I'm curious to know if Safari's story is different.
She may not even necessarily really know how far it went.
Alright, we just got an address.
Let's go meet the real Safari.
- Definitely curious to hear
her point of view. - I'm so curious, yeah.
- [Nev] Okay.
- Let the awkwardness begin.
- [Nev] Hey.
- Hello guys, come on in. Welcome.
- [Nev] Oh, okay.
Oh (beep,) hi.
Wow, alright. - Hi.
- Wow, you're freaking ready.
- [Nev] In the flesh.
Hi, what's up? - Hi. Safari.
- Nice to meet you.
- Hi, Talulah. - Safari.
- Nice to meet you.
- The real you, hi. - Safari.
- [Nev] This is Dallas.
- Hi, Dallas.
- What's up?
- Hi.
- [Nev] Wow.
- This is awkward.
(laughter)
- [Nev] Well the first thing is just,
can you just sort of explain how it all kind of went down.
- Yeah, so I've been friends with William
for, like, about a year and a half now.
He had shown me your pictures.
You are fine, so,
in my heart I thought I'm gonna
help my friend, and I said
you can use my photos. - [Nev] Okay.
- And so I messaged Dallas.
When you first started talking, that was me.
I said, trust me, this, I got plenty of photos.
If you really like this boy, I'll help you get him,
but I can't be sitting here, like...
- But wait, so what was the plan
that you, 'cause, talking to him
from your account isn't getting him,
so how, what did...
- The plan was for me to message him.
He then was going to text me, William.
Then they were going to sit there and talk.
Eventually I was gonna come out here,
that's why I sent William the photos,
and then we'd all get together,
and I would just play matchmaker.
- Did you ever have any kind of, like, feelings?
- I never had a genuine feeling for you.
You are attractive.
You're handsome, there's nothing.
- He's okay.
(laughter)
- [William] Don't gas
him up girl. - [Safari] He said
you're okay, see, like... - I hate him.
- [William] You already got gassed up enough.
- [Safari] I know right. - I hate him.
- But... - My gay boy.
- I was doing this for a friend's sake,
like, I couldn't see myself with you.
- Yeah.
- [Safari] William, I could see.
- But would you have participated in a threesome
with Dallas in the effort to sort of tee him up
if it meant helping him and him be intimate.
- Yeah, I'm a freak, yeah.
(laughter)
I'm a, I'm a freak, so like. - That's so funny, right.
(laughter)
This is crazy, man.
- Dallas, I'm not telling you
that what you're doing is wrong,
but, like, the way your content is on your Instagram,
it seems like you're reaching out to a certain sexuality,
like you're reaching towards the gay community
in order to make money on your premium,
'cause I have, like, a only fans type of thing too,
and I have women subscribers and male,
but, like, my sexuality is I wanna be with both.
- I don't agree with you guys when it comes to the fact
that, like, because Dallas caters to homosexual fan base,
that it puts some of the responsibility,

that it's my fault..
- I feel like there's opportunity, that's all I'm saying.

"My competitors have individual pages on their site targeting large cities
"by using the city in the URL.
"These pages have similar copy and are overall thin.
Is that really the best strategy to rank for more locations?"
Well no, it's not the best strategy but it's always a hard thing to do this right.
The best strategy would be to actually have locations in all those different locations,
but nobody's going to do that.
So it is probably a way of trying to get there and trying to do it well,
but I would make sure that they are not thin pages but bridge ones,
pages where you show the references you have from that specific location,
that show a bit more location specific content.
It's more work but it will end up ranking better in the long run.
Good luck!

The challenge to Korean low-cost coffee is coming to an end. (Translated by google.com)
In Korea it was said that coffee bills are higher than meals,
Low-priced coffee of 1000 won (nearly 1 dollar) has been popular since about two years ago.
At convenience stores announced their own brand of coffee one after another and gained consumers' success.
Popularity of such low-priced coffee has become established, such as selling more than 100 cups a day at one store.
Even at a low price, quality is not inferior,
Large-sized coffee specialty shops were obliged to cut prices down.
A specialty shop that had served a cup of coffee 4 thousand to 5 thousand won (about 5 dollars)
We have half a price coffee and compete with price.
However, the low cost strategy of these large coffee shops is at a crossroads.
It is inevitable to raise prices due to soaring rents, labor costs and raw material costs.
One of the biggest causes is the minimum wage that has risen by more than 30% in two years.
In addition, costs are rising due to price rise of milk and disposable cup restrictions.
In a franchise chain the price of coffee has increased by 12 to 25%.
Other companies are expected to follow it.
Convenience stores have not yet revealed the move to raise prices,
Will low-cost coffee disappear from Korean society?

Korean reaction
Prices and taxes rose as the president was mistakenly elected,
It is really difficult to worry until security.
I definitely do not want to defend President Moon Jae-in, but tax and prices also rose when Park-Kune.
Security is now better, but the economy seems to be lower than Choi Seung-sil (an ordinary woman who was manipulating Park Kune).
The economy is in the worst state because he chooses those who cried only in the struggle.
Why do people who have not chosen Moon Jaing should be affected?
The human that security is better now is not sure the meaning of security.
Why will the other things rise all the time though the monthly salary is intact?
Now that security is better? Kim Jung-eun Following fellow is a welcome party and acting diligently
Even though praises Kim Jung-eun overflowing.
Should I raise the minimum wage further by 10% but should the company deal with losses?
It is natural that prices go up.
The monthly salary rose by 10,000 won (about nine dollars) in January due to raising the minimum wage,
The economy is at its worst, the atmosphere of the company is bad,
All prices went up and living expenses began to take more.
The salaried worker increases the monthly salary by 2 to 3% in the New Year,
As a purchasing power criterion, in fact, salaried workers have reduced incomes.
It is okay if it sells a lot at a low price, but reality is that not many selling.
Let's take a thermos bottle when buying coffee all the time.
The inflation rate is not that high.
Only coffee was cheap · · ·.
I wish I could make a further profit by working if the wage goes up.
It is pitiful to complain just because prices have just risen.
Although wages increase overall, prices are only partly rising.
The price is still good. Is not the burden more on rent than labor cost?
Comment Quoted from: http://bit.ly/2BYbBZB
The idea of Japanese editors
I do not drink coffee,
People around me, it seems that the convenience store 's 100 yen coffee is not too bad.
Some people prefer different preferences, some people like McDonald's coffee instead of convenience stores.
I think that coffee is just water merchandise, but it seems to be difficult compared with alcohol.
If rents and labor costs rise, profits will be reduced accordingly,
It will be particularly painful for franchise merchants.
Naturally it will be more selling,
It is not easy for individual shops to increase sales while the competition is intense and the range that can be devised is limited.
It is the shopkeeper of the franchise that suffers if the headquarters maintains the price.
It would be a price increase to salvage it.
Even in Japan, the price competition of beef bowl chain stores was intensified once, but it came to an end after a certain period of time.
After that, I remember that pursuing price merit was sought for high added value.
Since the beef bowl chain store does not go at all, I can not write in detail though.
However, it seems to be difficult to add high value with narrow items in a certain range of coffee,
I think that it will really be a mere price increase.
I think that customers will not decrease so much because it is a price increase after price cut once,
Depending on a person, it may move to a cheaper convenience store coffee etc from there.
Although it is certainly a price rise caused by the failure of Moon Jae in government,
It can be regarded as one flow of the coffee industry.
Korea's coffee, which probably challenged low price to go backwards in time with reference to Japan.
One of the several paths that are going on is about to be shut down right now.

Trade ministry vows to revitalize and innovate manufacturing sector starting 2019 - Duration: 2:14.
Back in December, President Moon Jae-in met with the nation's trade ministry to discuss
ways to boost the manufacturing industry... considered a key growth engine of the Korean
economy.
The measures set to take affect this year includes revitalizing and innovating the sector.
Ko Roonhee outlines what they are.
The trade ministry's policy plan for 2019 is going to be focused on manufacturing.
The ministry said the stagnation in the manufacturing industry is mainly due structural problems
and the rising trend of trade protectionism on the global stage...which negatively affected
the nation's exports.
To reverse that, the ministry laid out specific plans for the industry's revitalization...
mainly centered around manufacturing clusters.
Revitalization will be carried out in various cities across the nation...and the ministry
aims to create 26-thousand jobs by 2022.
In the western city of Gunsan, a complex just for exporting used vehicles is scheduled to
be built...so that local companies in the field can cooperate more efficiently.
In Daegu, infrastructure related to autonomous vehicles will be created.
In Gwangju, the government will create a hub for producing electronics related to fine
dust, such as air purifiers.
In Changwon, old industrial complexes will be transformed into new smart factories...which
means an increase in automated manufacturing facilities.
Another main part of the trade ministry's plan is innovating the sector.
For manufacturing companies producing equipment and components, the government aims to invest
more than 889-point-1 million U.S. dollars for research and development.
In terms of the auto industry, the government aims to encourage more people to drive environmentally-friendly
cars by providing subsidies.
The ministry also vowed to foster new fields...like developing hydrogen markets and financially
supporting companies that specializes in robots.
An economic expert says...these measures will become more effective when companies from
different industries work as a team.
"For example, in the case of autonomous vehicles, companies in the auto sector cannot work alone,
at least not how they used to some decades ago.
They need to cooperate with companies in other sectors like ICT."
Ko Roon-hee, Arirang News.

At Home, Create a Safe Space to Share: Today's Resilience Building Tip with Dr. Jen - Duration: 2:30.
Hi everybody! Dr. Jen here. Today's tip for building resilience is
to create an environment in your home that's safe for your children to share
what they're going through. We know from all the psychological research that if
we bottle up trauma, if we never share the poor decisions that we've made, and
if we feel like we don't have somewhere we can share those vulnerabilities, we
see a worsening of psychological and physical symptoms. And a lot of times
that worsening of those psychological symptoms leads to more poor choices and
more guilt and more bottling up of those feelings. So the home is a perfect
spot to be safe, have a safe environment for your kids to share what they're
going through. And I know this isn't always easy, kids are not usually the
first ones to come home and share everything they've done that they think
they might get in trouble for. So one way that I've started doing this in our
house that I found really has opened an amazing dialogue with the kids is I've
told my kids that I will always be their 'fact-check'. Which means that anything
that they hear at school, they can come home and ask me about and I will tell
them whether it's true or not. So I'm sure you can imagine some of the
conversations that have come up from this fact-check. But the interesting
thing about a fact-check is kids also don't like to not know whether something
is true. They're hearing a lot from their peers a lot more than you might even
think they're hearing and by being their fact-check they know they can come home
and share anything safely and you will - they won't be in trouble for this
and you will tell them whether this thing is true or not so that they will
be able to confidently go back to those peers and know and be part of the
conversation. And it also allows you to add information in to help them
understand some of the more complex things that are starting to come up in
their lives. So to build resilience, create safe
environments for your kids to share and to talk about some of the things that
are coming up. I'm 100% positive that I wouldn't know about a
lot of the things that my kids and their friends are talking about, unless
I had started the dialogue this way and made it safe for them to come home and
share. So be the fact-check in your house, try to create an environment that's safe
for your kids to share that they know that they won't be in trouble for
talking about these things, that these things are actually important and that
you're there for them.

South Korean gaming giant Nexon could be taken over by foreign entities.
Sources say the founder Kim Jung-ju is considering selling a 98 percent stake in Nexon's holding
company.
Yoon Jung-min has the full story.
Industry observers have been saying the founder of Nexon Corporation, Kim Jung-ju has reportedly
been planning to sell off a controlling stake in Nexon's holding company NXC Corporation.
In a press release on Friday, Kim did not deny the sell-off plan, and announced that
he is considering ways to make his company more competitive, hinting that sell-off could
be one of the possible options.
Media reports have suggested the founder is considering selling a 98-point-64 percent
stake in the holding company.
The stakes owned by himself, his wife and by other companies are worth a total of 5-point-32
billion U.S. dollars.
NXC is the largest shareholder of Nexon, which is listed on the Tokyo stock market and controls
Nexon Korea.
Market watchers say the estimated value of the stakes may be worth 9 billion dollars
when counting the value of other companies NXC currently owns.
The sell-off is expected to be the most expensive of its kind in the domestic game industry.
Industry watchers say potential buyers include Chinese tech firm Tencent and U.S. video game
company Electronic Arts.
Local games businesses have expressed concerns that it will be difficult for them to cooperate
on industry-related issues if the gaming giant is taken over by a foreign company.

we examine a ruthless method raised to solve without being experienced.
How brutal can they be to balance the world population?
We continue to attack our environment
5 great in world history
the population was destroyed.
if hard
and fast
If we do not take precautions
sixth annihilation
we will live
Clearly,
There is no greater cruelty than man's selfishness.
If we find out that one day Mars is not the ideal place for us, then we are wow.
Forbes, world-famous broadcaster
An article he published in 2017 brought up a man named Thomas Robert Malthus.
Thomas Malthus,
He was a demographic scientist who lived in England between 1766 and 1834.
While the world's population has yet to reach 1 billion,
He began to work on a hypothesis referring to today.
John Maynard Keynes, one of the most famous economists of the following period
I If he were alive today, the world would be a better place, bugün he said.
Malthus said that the world's population will one day reach the satisfaction level.
he stated that this would lead to mass killings.
According to Malhus, consumption rate in any area,
overcoming the production speed and resource shortages.
The rate of consumption is directly related to the increase in the population.
In order to prevent possible disasters in those years, marry late,
he argued that policies such as having fewer children should be encouraged.
Nature would have consumed its resources rapidly after a certain limit was exceeded, destroying individuals who had disrupted their balance.
He called it a natural equilibrium,
The reference is earlier,
they were mass extinctions when people were not even on earth.
All of these disasters were natural.
Five major in world history
demolition
If hard and fast
no action
sixth annihilation
we will live
Balancing the world population with artificial disasters, based on Malthus's hypothesis
Nearly two major world wars in recent history, various epidemics have survived.
Each factor cost millions of people.
Only about 150 million people lost their lives during the war and conflict in the 20th century.
Today, in order to balance the world population,
it was understood that it would not be a very valid method.
The war was clearly vital.
According to some theorists,
Massive massacres are planned to create a large number of methods.
Poles will dissolve in 80 years due to global warming
90% of the world's settlements will be flooded
uncontrolled population growth over 50 years
food production
go ahead
famine and wars
this is not an assumption they are real
no matter what
our world is coming to an end
My advice
bring the end of the world
but on our own terms
pre-planned
a doom
Technology plays a major role in the realization of these methods in a functional way.
Once, the computers used to break the submarine passwords,
they are now predicting the future world population.
Among the simulations,
There are also ruthless scenarios where millions have been put into history as a result of any epidemic disease.
The flower that breaks the world in the Middle Ages,
epidemics such as tuberculosis and leprosy,
a great reference for those who are after mass slaughter.
Unfortunately, science and technology are the biggest output,
Nowadays they cannot produce a definite solution against bird or swine flu.
A new generation of epidemics may be weapons for the spread of the disease.
Never think of an infectious disease like the flu, which cannot be treated ...
The twentieth century brought the concept of globalization into our lugate.
Today, while most of the world is trying to solve the basic logic of globalization,
Leaders of countries such as the United States say that in international meetings, globalization is no longer absurd.
The world begins to take shape in the hands of more selfish people.
Malthus was perhaps unaware that his thoughts would inspire abusive people in the future,
but he already gave them the spark I needed.
Today, it is one of the most popular works in the culture industry.
We speak a character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Although this character is a fictional product,
to eliminate half of the population in order to prevent the lack of resources.
Maybe Thanos could have done it by snapping a finger,
but to kill people, it is easier to perform actions than to snap fingers.
i know him
over all this time
had only one purpose
destroy half of the universe
finds all the infinity stones
enough to snap your finger for this
it's that simple
Nobody's thinking,
they cannot say that they are not engraved in people's perceptions with a cultural structuring.
Marvel characters you like,
the most severe scenario of the potential future,
gave you in a fun language.
We call it Thanos
those evil people will not come from another planet,
are already among us.

Светящаяся корона из зеркальных шариков - Duration: 3:14.
Today I want to show you that needlework is not necessarily the ability to cut, sew, glue or knit. Handmade products can be simply assembled from other elements. Therefore, it is available to everyone. And if you collect not just an unnecessary thing for anyone, but a very fashionable and attractive one, then you will not look for buyers - they will come to you. An English girl designer came up with an original party headdress - a crown made of small mirror balls (which are usually hung from the ceiling and they spin, reflecting light and creating original lighting). Moreover, her crown can glow. A girl in such a crown will attract much attention to herself at the party. Therefore, seeing such a headdress on Etsy, it is unlikely to pass by. An Englishwoman sells this crown in her store on Etsy —etsy.com/shop/CiaraMonahan — much better than paper bulky facilities that she started doing long ago (and which were almost not sold on Etsy). And to make such a crown is very simple. Take a standard hoop on the head. Attach seven small mirror balls to it. Around the balls pull the LED thread with the battery (such now you can buy everywhere). The battery is so small that you can easily hide it in your hair. And that's all. Fashionable headdress for parties ready. It can be sold on Etsy for $ 32 apiece (it is at this price that the English girl sells her crown). And although in her store sales are not so many - she sold 200 pieces of these crowns. But then they are not so difficult to do. And the demand for them is growing. And such a crown may not be the only item in your Etsy store. You will follow my notes - you will see many more simple profitable niches. Together, they will be able to create for you a profitable online store (which is easy to create and for which you almost will not pay).
