camera comparison.

Huawei Mate 10 Pri is our current champion

in camera comparisons,

but some say,

that Google Pixel 2 XL has the best camera.

Then Samsung introduced the new dual aperture dual camera.

But which one is the best?

Let's find out!!!

Mate 10 Pro won the last comparison against

the iPhone 10 and the Galaxy Note 8.

How will the Leica set up in combination with the AI

do against two tough competitors

Also, you know Mate 10 Pro's camera

packs a lot of features and modes.

So, if you are into photography you will like these bloated camera app.

I just want to mention that

that I use the VIVID color profile

for the sake of this comparison/

Pixel 2 XL is a crowd favourite in the tech reviewers community.

With only one on camera it does everything

that other dual camera phones do, maybe even better?!

But the app is pretty basic with only few modes and settings.

You don't even get the real gallery app

only the Google Photos,

which in my opinion is one great mess of an app!

Galaxy S9+ comes with a dual camera setup,

and with the dual aperture lens,

and 2x optical zoom ,4K video at 60 frames per second,

the super-slow-mo, augmented reality,

and a lot of other features.

We can see 3 completely different strategies here,

but how they compare?!

You've seen the front camera videos,

and heard a sound from these three

Galaxy S9+ has the best image quality

and can shoot in 1440p while add a two can't.

Pixel 2 XL and the Mate 10 Pro are comparable,

but Pixel 2 XL can record only mono audio,

so a win for Samsung, then Huawei, and Pixel is in third.

Now these are the main camera videos at 1080p and 30fps.

Galaxy S9+ is surprisingly shaky,

but the picture quality is better than the other two phones.

Pixel 2 XL has the best stabilization,

but I prefer the overall look of the Huawei Mate 10 Pro.

For auto-focus it's pretty close, Samsung wins on a tight margin.

The 960fps video from Samsung is just unbeatable

in this comparison

Pixel 2 XL is second because of the sharpness and quality,

Huawei comes last.

Now, for the stills, let's start with front cameras and selfies.

Again, 3 different approaches here:

Huawei favores the subject, and exposes everything

so that the face is well exposed,

but you lose a lot of background!

Just like Samsung, it tries to make you look beautiful,

even with a beauty mode off,

but Samsung does have a better dynamic range here.

Pixel is technically the winner here,

but face is too dark and the contrast is so strong,

so I prefer Samsung here.

The same situation in the next comparison,

but this time with a portrait mode ON,

and the Pixel is way too dark,

I even like Huawei's photo better but Samsung is the winner!

In this photo Huawei is on top,

because of that subject oriented exposure.

This is a selfie at the end,

and you want your face to be the main focus area.

Finally a situation where Pixel's HDR shines.

N doubts here,

and for the next one!

The details in the sky are superb

the colors are accurate and the face is well exposed.

Samsung comes in second.

For low-light selfies Pixel is the winner obviously,

and Samsung is dead-last!

With the screen flash on,

Samsung and Huawei are brighter,

Pixel 2 XL is the winner!

Samsung is just to awkward in this kind of shots.

Let's switch to the main cameras and bokeh effect.

Pixel is a bit zoomed-in, Samsung even more,

it's hard to take a selfie with a back camera.

All 3 cut the subject perfectly,

but too much color in Huawei and the AI didn't help here,

so for details and contrast Pixel wins.

Now an interesting scenario:

Samsung favored the face to a point of overexposure,

but the photo is nicer than Pixel's

event hough Pixel's photo is technically better.

Huawei is wider than the others,

but the AI made a mess here,

underexposing the entire scene.

I tried to put the photos on the same levels,

with a little bit of editing,

but the end result is the same.

And here's the photo where Huawei's esthetics rock the stage!

Definitely a social media sharing worthy picture.

Sadly, Samsung even failed to focus here,

Pixel is excellent, but Huawei's photo is wider and kinda better!

If you go a bit further from the subject,

Pixel 2 didn't even apply the bokeh effect,

but the photo is nice though,

but Samsung is the winner because of the dynamic range,

and slightly better subject separation

Now, this is a difficult scenario for every phone:

Pixel 2 - again too harsh with the HDR,

too much flares on the Huawei,

and Samsung wins!

Again a wide portrait shot,

and Pixel ignore the commands,

Huawei did mess up the cutting,

but you can edit that after you take the shot.

Samsung's photo is great, but I really don't like the crop factor here.

And then it refused to blur the background here,

Pixel 2 XL tried but failed almost miserably,

an obvious win for Huawei here.

Huawei's AI feature can create some really artistic photos,

but it's not very consistent and it's too much sometimes.

Pixel 2 XL is just too flat here,

an obvious screen for Samsung but most of the time no phone can beat the pits

Most of the time, no phone can beat the pixel in HDR!

Clearly the shop is shot with the best dynamic range,

and again the same thing:

the sharpest photo with a the best HDR.

Here is the situation when the Huawei's AI

improved the overall look of the photo.

while Pixel 2 XL is again too flat

for this kind of shots.

And again the AI being inconsistent,

and the always-on HDR on Samsung and Pixel

made much better photos here.

In panorama mode,

Pixel's HDR makes it the winner almost every time.

In the second shot Huawei is better than Samsung,

and it has a taller photo.

Galaxy S9 Plus has a 2x optical zoom lens.

Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a hybrid zoom option

while Pixel 2 XL is left with only digital zoom,

and it shows!

Huawei is always sharper, with less noise than Pixel

but the Samsung is an obvious winner!

Now this is a tricky one:

the sign really looks the best in Pixel's photo

but colors are incorrect.

Huawei represents the reality best here,

and is the brightest and the sharpest.

For indoors:

Huawei's artificial intelligence tried something,

and succeeded - kinda

but the Pixel has the realistic colors and better dynamic range,

Samsung is my least favorite here.

For the next photo also,

Samsung is just not sharp enough, and the colors are off.

Pixel 2 is sharper overall,

but the focus is here on the clock,

and it looks sharper and better on Huawei.

For close-ups it's really back and forth.

it's a matter of personal preference.

In both shots Samsung has the best dynamic rage,

and in the other one the Huawei actually looks better than the Pixel.

Photos of food is where Huawei shines every time.

The plate just looks better than the others. the Samsung is way too warm but it

Pixel is way too cold, and Samsung is way too warm

but it actually looks better than the Pixel, really.

So an obvious win for Huawei, Samsung is second.

In night mode wider aperture on Samsung,

really comes in handy.

The Pixel is soft and lacks details

it really has trouble focusing.

Pixel lacks PRO mode

so Huawei and Samsung just destroy Pixel

in these kind of situations.

even if Huawei's isn't the brightest photo,

it's sharper with more details,

and it also has the longer exposure times in the pro mode.

To get things straight, without the pro mode,

Pixel is sometimes better than the other two

like in this shot of the night sky,

but otherwise Huawei's Pro Mode is just unbeatable.

In extreme low-light Samsung is brighter

but very soft and the colors are off.

On Pixel's photo

there is a laser focus light present

Huawei is the darkest

but the colors are on point, and the sharpness is excellent.

On these two photos you can see the value

off having a proper pro mode.

In in extreme darkness Huawei produces a photo

that looks like it's taken in a good light conditions.

And that's it!

Now let's sum-up the scores.

I'm gonna skip the formulas and arithmetics,

and believe it or not

Samsung Galaxy S9+ took the first place by the tight margin,

Huawei Mate 10 Pro is second,

and the Pixel 2 XL is in third place.

These scores are pretty surprising for me too,

but that's how it is.

These three are pretty close,

so this comparison could have gone different.

My general thoughts are:

that the Pixel 2 XL is really a one-trick pony

it has the best selfie cam, and the selfie portrait mode,

mostly thanks to that HDR feature.

Huawei Mate 10 Pro is an all around camera

so you can do wonders with it

but sometimes the AI just ruins the photo.

Samsung also has a very versatile camera.

It does a lot of things very good.

It's not the best in everything, but, overall it's our new champ,

and will face the P20 Pro in our next comparison

Vegetarian Pulled Pork BBQ w/ Jackfruit - Duration: 7:11.

Chef Buck here and today we're gonna cook up a little

jackfruit a little canned young green jackfruit and turn it into a nice faux

pulled pork which is a very popular dish ... a lot of folks are making this

nowadays and this is the simplest way to do it with the fewest ingredients now

you don't need a lot for this recipe we're just going to put jackfruit

onion little bit of garlic and spices and barbecue sauce this is a faux pulled

pork it's gonna taste like whatever barbecue sauce you use this is a

barbecue sauce delivery system ...and to make barbecue

sauce is super easy...you just need a little tomato sauce some vinegar some spices

but we're using a jar of barbecue sauce because we're staying in an AirBNB

we're on the go so we're not gonna buy a lot of stuff this is a can I've already

got open so that's your canned jackfruit...the first thing we're gonna do we're

is go ahead and rinse and drain it and this young green jackfruit doesn't

have a lot of flavor so this is gonna make a great faux meat we're using this

more for the texture than anything else and I just like to smash it between my

fingers like this here and you see it pulls right apart it almost looks like

chicken or pork right now and it's gonna keep this texture and consistency even

after we saute it for a little bit that's the edge of the jackfruit now the

core part is a little tougher and sometimes you can just smash that with

your fingers if it doesn't break apart easily then you can take a knife and cut

it up into some smaller pieces so that's all I'm doing

see now this one here it's not pulling apart very easily so I'm gonna set this

aside and chop it up so there's my torn up jackfruit and I just did that by

hand and here's a few little pieces that didn't tear so easily and I'm gonna go

ahead and give these a little bit of a slice with a knife so if you've got some

jackfruit that doesn't pull apart easily in your hand you can just go ahead and

give it a quick chop but this will keep you from having a big chewy pieces of

jackfruit so we'll take the rest of our jackfruit and add it to our pot and

usually for one can of jackfruit for this recipe I will add one onion just a

medium sized onion medium or small for this recipe I want to go ahead and cut

the onion up into some nice thin pieces so that it will blend well with the jackfruit

when I saute it all up but I'm gonna go ahead and throw a little bit of oil here

in my pot alrighty so I got my oil and my pan heated up here so I'll

throw my onion in here and saute these onions up ...go ahead and

stir them around and give those a few minutes head start and I'll add a

little garlic in here this is like four or five cloves of minced garlic and this

is optional but we really like it with the garlic although sometimes we've made

it without ... and I'm gonna toss this in here

let it cook up with the onions and I got this on medium-high heat

we'll saute it for just a couple of minutes before we add a little season

but our onion and garlic here have been sauteing for just a couple of minutes

I'm gonna go ahead and throw some seasoning in here now like I said this

is ultimately a barbecue delivery system but we wanted to have a lot of flavor so

I'm going to add a little bit of seasoning in here and I'm just

using whatever seasonings are on hand so this is what's in the cabinet and you

can see these aren't labeled so I'm just guessing

but use whatever seasoning you like I got I got a little bit of a chili powder

here and some cumin and a little bit of salt

but whatever trips you trigger stir these seasonings around I'm gonna keep

on going here for a few minutes all right we've had this sauteing for about

five minutes it's softened up and we've got all the

spices work into those onions so now I'm going to add my jackfruit and

see how meaty that looks looks like pulled apart chicken or pulled apart

cooked pork and this is already cooked in the canning process

this stuff is already prepared so it really doesn't need to be cooked what

we're gonna do is just saute it up so it'll get with these flavors you know

when we flavored up the onion and garlic here and soften it up and cook that a

little bit now I'm gonna go ahead and add a little bit of barbecue sauce to

this and I'm using a jarred barbecue sauce because you know this is an

airBnB I'm not gonna buy a bunch of ingredients but you can easily make your

own barbecue sauce if you want to get some vinegar and tomato sauce and some

spices and make your own but just use your favorite barbecue sauce especially

if you're trying to to make this super simple and quick so we'll add a

little bit of barbecue sauce to it stir it around

doesn't that already look very porky smells fantastic I don't know if I should

describe it as "porky" ...I'm gonna turn the heat up and I get this

jackfruit heated through and add just a smidgen more barbecue sauce

but I'm not adding too much because we're gonna add more barbecue sauce at

the end of the cooking process and I still got this on medium-high and we'll

let this go for a few minutes just like this all right so it's been going for

about three minutes four minutes so now I'm gonna go ahead and reduce

the heat down to a simmer and just let it simmer away let it dry out

a little bit give it an occasional stir

all righty so I've had it simmering away for about 10 minutes drying it out

we've cooked off a lot of the moisture we've cooked a lot of the water

out of here because we don't want it to be too wet a dish so it's nice and

oniony and garlicky so the last thing I'm gonna do is just

add a bit more barbecue sauce to make it more barbecuey and you can put

as much or as little as you like but it's a good idea to go ahead and simmer

it like this like I did for about 10 minutes or so just to cook the moisture

out of those onions and that jackfruit so it's more saucy than watery and you

can serve this over rice and you can put it on a bun make a pulled

pork sandwich look how porky that looks you know that looks just like barbecue

pork or barbecue chicken and it has a great consistency... it's not

mushy like a vegetable ...we use this for a faux chicken tikka masala I like to use

this in a breakfast hash but definitely give this young jackfruit a

try ... in fact I saw a food truck in Portland that

was selling barbecue jackfruit but I mean a lot of recipes you know they want

you to put it in the oven or broil it and do all this extra stuff but really you

can make it super simple and it's gonna taste delicious just make sure you're

using the barbecue sauce you like because that's what it's gonna taste

like ... the jackfruit is just there for consistency and adding that

onion and garlic and a little bit of seasoning you know that way you can make it

your own so there you have it a little meatless barbecue pork semi pork

fake pork with Jackfruit... I'm telling you trust me, if you

haven't tried this --I know it's trendy it's on the bandwagon

or whatever-- but it actually delivers

The truth finally comes out and it is not good for Stormy Daniels and Michael Avenatti.

The past will always catch up with you and all your sins will be revealed – why don't

more people realize this before they go seeking stardom?

Avenatti surely must have known the skeletons in his closet would come out after taking

on President Trump in such a vocal way.

He must not have cared, or he is another in a long list of failed liberal heroes, taken

down solely by their own hubris.

From Zero Hedge:

Questions have come to light over a bankrupt coffee chain Avenatti left in smoldering ashes

with $5 million in unpaid taxes to the IRS, an alleged $160,000 owed for unpaid coffee,

and over 45 lawsuits filed in connection with the failed venture.

As outlined in a legal complaint seeking Avenatti's disbarment, the balding provocateur "bought

a company out of bankruptcy and then used it for a "pump and dump" scheme to deprive

federal and state taxing authorities of millions of dollars," which left over $5 million

in unpaid taxes to the IRS.

And there is this from Business Insider:

Avenatti purchased Tully's out of bankruptcy in 2013, in partnership with actor Patrick

Dempsey, who is best known for his role as Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd in the TV show

"Grey's Anatomy."

Dempsey sued Avenatti in August 2013 to break off the partnership.

Since then, Tully's has significantly struggled.

More than 45 lawsuits have been filed against the chain's parent company, which Avenatti

says he no longer owns.

In 2017, the company owed roughly $5 million in unpaid taxes to the Internal Revenue Service.

And, in March, the coffee chain abruptly closed all locations.

Wow.

The guy has some skeletons in his closet and believe me there will be more to come out.

It was a sense of naïveté that brought me to

something called disabled sports. Yeah, you gotta close your eyes and imagine a

time before Google.

That's when I lived.

I had never met another amputee during

childhood. I mean I knew that they theoretically were out there, but it was

like, you know you sort of know that a unicorn's out there somewhere too -

you think.

And so with my entire childhood I played sports with all the other kids

who had flesh and bone legs and my legs were were wood. Like a wooden plaque

plastic compound. But I played everything:

soccer, skiing, volleyball, softball and I

learned not to look the over look the advantages of being different.

Like I got

the stolen bases record one year because sliding into second base with wooden

legs really makes the girl covering the bag think twice whether or not she wants

to take that in the shins or just maybe get out of the way.

Some people call that cheating,

I say it's using what you got it.

It wasn't until I was in college in Washington D.C.

as a teenager that someone suggested I compete in a disabled track meet in

Boston with other people like me.

And I was like, 'What do you mean other people

like me, blondes?

What are you talking about?

He said, 'Well you know people who use

wheelchairs and stuff, it would be uplifting.

Uplifting? I was beginning to

imagine his assemblage of me and Helen Keller and Pollyanna and the Hunchback

of Notre Dame and the ghost of Tiny Tim at a track meet. It's the feel-good

event of the year.

Bottom line is I wanted nothing to do

with disabled sports. I was a competitor. I wasn't looking for what I thought was

just gonna be a self-esteem boost.

And I went home that night I was so annoyed

and I couldn't figure out why I was so irked by this suggestion.

I realized that I

didn't know anything about disabled sports.

I realize I was being completely

arrogant about this refusal to look at disabled sports as a viable outlet for

my urge to compete.

In essence, my ignorance was fueling my arrogance.

As it always does.

I was judging and not experiencing.

So I knew then, I have to sign up for this track meet in Boston.

Never mind the

fact that this was the National Disabled Sports Championships, and that I had

never run track before.

Just starting something is using your curiosity as an

active tool to learn and discover.

It's about getting

comfortable with being

uncomfortable.

College is the last time most of us are required to read books.

We wouldn't otherwise.

To watch films from genres we don't gravitate towards. And it

tends to be the last time we truly grapple with subjects and ideologies

that aren't familiar or easily easily digestible for us.

If you're not vigilant,

you too will start creating your own echo chamber, with curated music, curated

friends, and curated ideas that inevitably become stale without being

invigorated by the new and unexpected.

New Lego 14 Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Sets Unboxing Indoraptor Rampage at Lockwood Estate - Duration: 15:18.

okay guys today this is awesome Lego sent me this big huge box full of all

kinds of Awesome Jurassic world stuff I mean look at the size of this box it is

huge on the front and says lego jurassic

world caution open at your own risk you see like an evil eye peeking out who's

gotta be the ender after other side there's more fence the backside is

pretty much the same well anyways well actually let's check out there is the

back of it it's a little plain the front has a big Jurassic world super excited I

mean I was so happy when Lego contacted me I mean it's they are the biggest toy

company in the world New Lego 14 Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Sets Unboxing Indoraptor Rampage at Lockwood Estate

okay let's see what's inside here I need some deep music here oh this thing's

growling at me

look at this they have a light-sensitive speaker here whoa that is cool

that is awesome

that's so cool okay but anyways let's see who's in here

first of all you got a big huge graphic of what's in the books it says collect

them all you could build your own hybrids it's got all the characters here

is really cool sign it a little bit more light there but let's see what was in

here okay let's see okay so they got Jurassic Park Velociraptor chase set 75

932 they have Lou's helicopter pursuit set 75 928 they got the Dilophosaurus

outpost attacks at 75 931 they've got brick heads

it looks like Owen and blue some guys Wow when I seen this box cool

they had the Carnotaurus gyrosphere escapes at 75 929 they got the

interactor rampage yeah Lockwood this date oh that's so cool

so they sent me six of the 13 sets how awesome is that

and on top of it they sent me this fan day go karts

for $25 and check this out they sent me they sent me a handwritten note how cool

was that it says hi WD toys with so many dinosaurs roaming Isla Nublar we'd love

refugee t-rex breaking out of the cage there and let's go ahead and bring on

the set so our first one is the biggest one the interrupter rampage at Lockwood

estate 75 930 guys I do a bunch of these I have already built so go ahead check

out my channel this one's got Owen Clare Maisie Ken Wheatley goon our ever saw

and Eli Mills and let's check out the back of it wallet is cool

with the set so with the brick heads that brings the sets to 14 so 13 like

full sets plus the brick head set so 14 Jurassic world set up coolers - this one

is a Dilophosaurus I'll post the tag

Saurus a guard tracker another Guardian of baby dinosaur so a lot of these sets

have baby dinosaurs where the older sets I don't think they ever had maybe

dinosaurs and then next we got the classic Jurassic Park one it says

Jurassic world but this is Jurassic Park it says Jurassic Park Velociraptor Chase

75 932 so this one's got a velociraptor Alan Grant Ellie Sattler Lex Murphy and

Tim Murphy how cool is that so it's got like pretty much all of the main

characters the first one in here you see like the

rafters are skeevy there that's the kitchen scene when she's in the kitchen

where the rafters had come in the jello is shaking that's where one of the

here looks like you got a dinosaur egg in a storage container and then another

big one this is the Carnotaurus gyrosphere escape 75 929 with 577 pieces

this one you get the Carnotaurus Owen Grady Claire daring Franklin web and of

baby dinosaur cool let's check off the options on this one so here you've got

like the Carnotaurus attacking over here Franklin Webb is launching off and the

gyrosphere there the back of the truck slides off

we've got dinosaur eggs a baby dinosaur big huge tree where you could put the

dry roast feeder and some type of a launch trailer for the joiners here okay

then here we got another awesome t-rex 1 this is the t-rex trans for 75 933

and this includes a t-rex Zia Rodriguez two guards and a baby Dino and let's

check out the options looks like Zia is over there running

some type of tests the t-rex over there the trailer sides open to let the t-rex

in t-rex hold up you could hook the trailer up into the truck or the trailer

freestanding and then you could make a bunch of old hybrid diagnosed okay then

here we got another awesome one this is Stiggy millat breakout 75 927 so this

one includes dinky Moloch dr. woo and a guard cool we actually get a doctor Rua

that's the first time we got a doctor woo I don't believe the older sets at

him so here you can see the stigma lock is breaking out there do not call me

glass windows again glass window there the gate opens and closes dr. booth has

like a DNA lab there here this thing in the lock could not go

to the table okay here we got a Lego jr. set easy to build this is t-rex breakout

10 758 with 150 pieces so these ones are bra they're not for children they have

ones for children these are for like younger kids probably beat to 12

somewhere around there and then here you can see it does come with a t-rex like

they do the Jurassic

and then there's another Lego to gear set this is the Trinidad escape route

with mrs. C it looks like this one has two guards the training on a rock type

of command station cool and then another Lego jr. set easy to build this is the

raptor rescue truck 85 pieces let's see so it looks like it has oh in a guard a

trap for the raptor a raptor and a truck so you can put the trap on the back of

the truck in there the raptor eating fried chicken leg then we got another

Jurassic world regular set this is tran Adan chase 75 926 so this one includes a

tran Adan Owen Grady and hood trekker so it looks like you get quite a few Owens

in these sets let's check out the options

so here the Jeep fires a net to trap the Tran it on there you can see there's an

egg on the back of the truck there is the Jeep launching the net and a

Trinitron being captured and then we get a couple LEGO DUPLO sets so duplos are

the ones that are for really young kid this is 24 pieces ages 2 to 5 this is

gentle giants petting zoo 10 879 and here is a look yeah

and then our final set this is another LEGO DUPLO set said Jurassic world this

is 1080 t-rex tower 22 pieces ages 2 5 so with this one you get a t-rex Owen

could ride the t-rex t-rex got cell phone
