How would you like to be instantly alerted when a search that you are particularly interested

in on a topic, new results come up, like new articles features even people talking about

your own organization.

To be alerted that somebody out there is talking about you on google.

Well it's free , easy to use and it's called google alerts.

Here we go.

Now the one thing you will need is a google account and I've got a separate video about

that creation process.

But once you've got that account so I'm signed in here there's this search bar where it says

create an alert about.

And then here you can see any of the alerts you have saved.

Now would you believe you can save well over 1000 different alerts if you wanted to.

Let's think about something relevant.

So there's some suggested companies, some topics.

Let's just think about a topic now.

Let's think about the charity sector.

So let's talk about children's charity and see what comes back.

Now we can see show options.

So how often - at most once a day , now I can narrow it down by region so that's the

country.

The option there is only the best results or you can get all the results that come through.

And in how often it can be as it happens , at most once a day, at most once a week are your

basic options.

So I'm going to say once a day and if I look down I'll see some more of the results.

So these are kind of examples.

So it may give you some ideas around topics you can talk about , sharing articles.

Here under sources you have got all sorts of choices.

You've got just news articles , anybody with a blog on that topic any videos.

If we did say for example videos only you could have a look.

OK so let's take another example.

So let's talk about a specific thing so let's say the Rotary club of Grantham and then you

can see there there's some results there in news.

So you may not be aware of the coverage that has gone out onto various platforms.

There's an article in the Guardian for example.

So those things would be a great way to see how you are being talked about and then engage

with the people who've put those messages out there.

So you just say create alert and then you basically configure it as we saw before , let's

just say once a week and it will be sent through to this email address and you'll get an email

update when there's any new results come through.

How great is that?

What It's Like Peeing Next To Your Girlfriend's Dad - Duration: 4:01.

- You've gotta let me pay, I had double bacon.

- Trust me, he will never let you get the bill.

- Daddy pays for bacon.

Look, I'm just glad we finally got to meet Ben

and 'course I'm happy my little Sarah's found a good guy.

You know, your mom and I, we just want the best

for our favorite daughter.

- I'm your only daughter, Daddy!

- Aw,

ain't my fault, someone has a tilted uterus.

- Well, thanks for breakfast.

Before we get going I'm gonna go to the restroom,

so I'll be right back.

- I'm gonna go too.

(cymbals crash)

(eerie, echoing music)

- Um, after you.

- Oh, well,

now they're both available.

- Oh, looks like we're going to be

peeing next to each other.

(dramatic crash, chorus singing)

- Two men,

two urinals.

(creepy chuckle)

Perfect.

- You know, I'm going to go in the stall.

- Let's pee.

(dramatic fanfare)

(melodramatic chorus singing)

(thunder crashes)

(music cuts off)

(zippers)

(urination splashing)

- So that's what your wiener looks like.

- Yeah.

(soft, strained laughter)

And...

that's what

your wiener looks like.

- Oh, yes.

- Is it getting wet in there?

- Yeah, it's it's

it's a dipper.

Yeah, thank you.

You can start peeing whenever you...

Come on.

- No, this is my stream, sir.

- What?

- This is as hard as I can pee.

- Huh.

- Well, I'm done.

- No, no, no, listen.

Before you zip up,

I want to tell you something.

That little girl out there,

on the other side of that men's room door,

she means the world to me.

Okay?

You listen when I tell you that I would do anything for her.

I want to make sure she is happy and taken care of.

- Sir, I feel the exact same way.

Me and your daughter have been going out

for four months now and,

well, I just wanted to ask--

- Say no more!

Yes.

Yes, you have my blessings to marry my daughter!

(Upbeat rock music)

Congratulations, son!

You know what you are?

You're part of the family now.

- The only thing that makes sense, then,

is chemtrails, mom.

I mean the liberal left is putting these jets in the sky

with all these toxins.

- [Mom] I thought you boys might've fell in.

- [Together] Nope, we did...

something else!

- Yes!

I will marry you!

("Wedding March")

- Welcome to the family!

(family laughing and cheering)

Welcome to the family!

- I did it!

You're my new dad!

Starting the European IoT Tour - Duration: 1:15.

So during the Europe trip we will visit 14 countries. Starting from Austria.

For me personally it's very exciting.

We have some appointments along the way

Testing how it's gonna be riding together, but also

doing new communication, making the pictures, trying out all of our gear:

Our camera gear, our microphones

(like we're doing now), but also our camping gear.

We're looking forward to meet a lot of really interesting inspiring people along the route.

I'm quite curious on how Mr. Churchill

will survive the trip so we're just thinking about roughly 6000 kilometers in total.

I have a feeling that it's going to be great. We are going to keep everybody posted and you all live through this journey with us.

So great! Thank you for watching and we love to keep you posted. Bye-bye!

Jeanne Robertson's Southern Humor | Southern Living - Duration: 1:34.

I check with everybody before

I tell or write a story about 'em.

I actually had a speech in Auburn,

and when it over, some family people

all came over to aunt's and somebody said,

"I can't believe you haven't told that story

"about us buryin' Daddy three times in 50 years."

And the antenna it was just like boing.

What story?

What are y'all takin' about?

So, I decided that I needed to clear it with them

'cause I wanted to use the name.

So, I drove, I had a speech in Montgomery,

took my aunt from Auburn and we drove down to Gulfport.

And we had supper and I said, well, the reason

I'm here is, I'd love to tell that story

about y'all buryin' your daddy

three times in three different locations.

I mean, only southerners (laughing),

only southerners can do this.

And they said, "Well," and I said,

but I have some questions.

Number one, may I tell it?

Number two, if I tell it, may I use your name?

And, number three, may I stretch it a little bit?

He said, "Well, number one, you can certainly tell it

"because it's true and it happened.

"Number two, we want you to use our name

"'cause it is our story."

And I said, just checkin'.

"And number three, how much you gonna stretch it?"

And I said, well, why don't it tell it?

And I had stretched it a little more

than they probably thought that I had.

And when I finished I said, okay,

that's the way I'm gonna tell it.

He looked at her, she looked at him.

And they looked back and said,

"That's exactly the way it happened."

(laughing) (uptempo music)

How Did Drake Get That CN Tower Replica to OVO Fest? - Duration: 2:18.

What's up, guys?

Justin here for Complex News.

Drake had a really big idea for his performance at Monday's OVO Fest—he wanted to re-create

the cover of his album Views by having a giant replica of Toronto's landmark CN Tower on

the stage.

And he did it.

How Drake and his team managed to pull it off is quite a story—one told in detail

on Wednesday by CBC News.

Drizzy mentioned on Monday that he had contacted, by his count, 19 companies with his idea,

and they all turned him down.

But he didn't give up, and call number 20 panned out.

That call was to Eric Pearce, who runs a company in Las Vegas called Show Group Production

Services, or SGPS.

SGPS has worked with plenty of big names, including Justin Bieber, Jay Z, the Black

Eyed Peas, Kiss, and John Mayer.

They also worked on the giant production that was Roger Waters' tour of The Wall, which

ran from 2010 to 2013 and cost a reported sixty million dollars to put together.

So with all that under his belt, Pearce decided he could handle Drake's request.

The only problem?

Time.

They only had about three weeks to build the set, and then move it from Las Vegas all the

way to Toronto.

Normally, Pearce told the CBC, he would need at least twice that time to do a job of this

size.

Because of time constraints, SGPS had to come up with its plans in a single weekend.

Pearce told the CBC how they did it.

"We didn't have time to make any models.

We simply looked at photographs."

After SGPS built the set, they of course had to test it—no one wanted the thing to collapse

onstage.

Once that was done, they put it in five trucks and drove it to Toronto—a process that took

a couple days.

Of course, they had to keep the whole thing a secret the entire time as well.

When it arrived, a team from SGPS helped local crew members put the large set together.

It ended up taking up almost the entire stage—it was two to three times as big as a normal

stage setup.

The detail was stunning.

It even replicated the observation deck's EdgeWalk trolley equipment.

Drake posted some photos showing the tower in all its glory on his Instagram.

He also posted what appeared to be blueprints for the replica, with the caption, "I got

big plans."

Now that the show's over, the replica, which Pearce says is far too big to bring on tour,

is on its way back to Vegas, where it will sit in storage.

Who knows—maybe a Toronto-themed hotel will need it someday, in order to compete with

the New York, New York casino.

The Alliance started with 12 member countries in 1949.

However, the founding treaty allows for other European nations to join the Alliance, as

long as all existing Allies agree.

Any prospective member must share NATO's core values and have the capacity and willingness

to contribute to security in the Euro-Atlantic area.

Today, NATO has 29 members, who are stronger and safer together.

Anti rambles about Detroit Metal City - Duration: 1:38.

Like books, clothes and cheap hookers

music is a very clear indicative of the current cultural standards and desires

the problem is that just like cheap hookers

the problems in music were the same for at least a few centuries now

the only thing that differs is that the instruments have become mechanically complex

but also easier to use.

Detroit Metal City is a cautionary tale about Soichi Negishi

a guy, that wanted to sing pop music

but since pop music is one of the most competitive music genres out there

he was forced to become a vocalist for Detroit Metal City death metal band

and it goes exactly how you expect it to be, as in, his alter-ego becomes popular

while he himself barely able to scrap a few cents

which leads him in some funny or self-destructive situations.

The graphics for the show are cheap, but not shit enough that you can't adjust to

and it ads some charm to it, mostly thanks to the fact that

this IS a show about people in silly make-ups shrieking profanities at their audience

the music is nice, though not hardcore enough for my tastes,

the comedy aspect of it is genuinely funny and it shows that

being an entertainer is a very shitty job that requires either some extreme luck

or to literally destroy your personality in order to appease the crowd.

This is why my channel is destined to grow to a small number of people and then fall into obscurity, like all the rest of them.
