U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions signed a new order encouraging law enforcement officers

to use civil asset forfeiture more frequently.

This is something officers use to seize a suspect's property without even ... no proof

at all that they committed any crime.

For more on this, I'm joined by Mollye Barrows, legal journalist at Trial Lawyer Magazine.

Mollye, this is really hard to get your arms around, but they're saying that it doesn't

make any difference whether you actually committed a crime; the very fact we found you around

this maybe marijuana, we're going to be able to take your car; cocaine, we're going to

take your entire house.

That's what this is about.

The police officers get everything, even if there's not a crime involved for that particular

owner of that car or the particular owner of that property.

That's exactly right.

In fact, the burden in the past has been on the owner of the property to prove that they

weren't involved in the crime if they wanted to get their property back.

Well, Eric Holder, attorney general under President Obama, did away with this program

about two years ago, put a stop to it, because there were concerns about abuse for a number

of reasons, which we get into here in a minute.

Jeff Sessions has decided to reinstate this pretty controversial program, and the point

that he said ... the reason that he wants to do it is to basically defund organized

crime and start using that money that they take from these criminals to reinforce law

enforcement, provide more support for victims, buy vehicles, bulletproof vests, that sort

of thing.

He's stealing from people that may not have even been involved in the crime.

I mean, that's all it is.

When Eric Holder did away with this law -- one of the few things that Eric Holder really

accomplished I thought was noteworthy -- he said, 'Look, it's the equivalent of somebody

who owns a house, has nothing to do with the crime, doesn't know about the crime, who loses

their house in the process.'

Look, let me read you what Sessions said when he announced the intent of the order.

He said, "With care and professionalism, we plan to develop policies to increase forfeitures.

No criminal should be allowed to keep the proceeds of their crime.

Adoptive forfeitures are appropriate as is sharing with our partners."

He's saying that even with no criminal activity on the part of the people you're taking the

property from, it's okay because we want to share with the police officers.

I mean, did I get that right?

No, that's exactly what they want to do.

They want to share with federal law enforcement.

Essentially, the way that it works is state and local police departments can rely on the

federal law in order ... If they want to confiscate something under state law, they can keep it,

but there are more strict guidelines.

For example, 13 states now require that a conviction be in place before you basically

confiscate somebody's property, but if you confiscate it under the federal program, then

you share 20% of what you take as a state or local law enforcement agency and you keep

the rest because they have more permissive guidelines.

That's where Eric Holder saw the potential for abuse.

Also, there were studies done, a number of studies, that showed that the majority of

money being taken was valued at 10 grand or less, when the whole point of this program

to begin with was to be a big slap in the face, a big punch in the gut, to the illegal

drug trade, talking billions of dollars.

They were trying to go after- Got you.

... Scarface-type drug cartels.

Instead, they're hitting poor neighborhoods, low-time drug dealers, and raking in millions,

$65 million in the year before Eric Holder did away with the program.

India is "behaving like a mature power" in the Doklam standoff in the Sikkim section

and making China look like an adolescent throwing a tamper tantrum, a top American defence expert

has said.

India and China have been locked in a face-off in the Doklam area for the last 50 days after

Indian troops stopped the Chinese People's Liberation Army from building a road in the

area.

Praising India's behaviour over the matter, James R Holmes, professor of strategy at the

prestigious US Naval War College, said, "New Delhi has done things right thus far, neither

backing away from the dispute nor replying in kind to Beijing's over-the-top rhetoric."

"It is behaving as the mature power and making China look like the adolescent throwing a

temper tantrum," Holmes said.

Holmes said it was 'weird' that China wanted to keep alive a boundary dispute with its

most formidable neighbour.

"If China wants to pursue an assertive maritime strategy, it needs secure borders on land

so it doesn't have to worry about overland aggression from its neighbours," Holmes said.

"In other words, confronting India in the Himalayas is not a purely rational course

of action driven by rational cost/benefit analysis," said the professor from the US

Naval War College.

When asked why the US has remained silent so far on this issue, he said the current

administration has too much on its plate.

"It's also possible Prime Minister (Narendra) Modi and his advisers don't want the United

States involved in a Himalayan dispute it has little way of influencing.

If the dispute escalates, chances are Washington will come out in support of New Delhi," Holmes

said.

New World's Largest Indominus Rex Collection Jurassic World Dinosaur Toys Unboxing - Duration: 19:58.

Wow guys it's great to see you again I'm so glad you came back we're gonna have

another awesome video today what I want to ask you this is the world's largest

collection of the InDominus Rex dinosaurs Wow go ahead and vote up click the

ahead and take a quick look at them but guys all of these I have here I have

done unboxing and awesome battle videos and everything with these

I do have over a thousand videos the majority of them are dinosaur toys the

majority of those dinosaurs are Jurassic world dinosaurs in battles because I

think these indominux rex is one of the coolest dinos that ever came out besides

the t-rex Spinosaurus so I like all of them well anyways let's go ahead and

take a look at some of these and then when we're done we're going to go ahead

and set them up in our awesome Jurassic Park dinosaur zoo wow these

are also dinosaur toys so anyways without further ado let's get started

we're going to start with these small guys right here so oh and by the way I

do have 27 indominus rex toys here so that is quite a few and they are awesome

so I've got six of these little Lego one different variants you can see this

one's like a darker these are like lighter this one's like with brown

stripes sons of brown stripes this is another

one of the lighter ones so I got six of those small ones so I will remove them

from now like I said when we're done we can go ahead and send them off to the

dinosaur zoo and then we've got four of these big and

Indominus Rex these are actually two knockoff Lego ones I do have the

original one but I don't have it here at the time so these are four of the

knockoff big ones I'll put a link below this video for supply the knockoff ones

because they are a lot of fun and then this is the hybrid armored indominus rex

which does action feature if you move his tail he swings his head to decide

any opens and closes his mouth and his armor does also pop off but it is molded

to fit his body so it does fit on really good and then I've got this little one

here this is from Universal Studios this is one when the Jurassic

world movie came out you could buy this at Universal Studios in Florida I

actually bought this off of ebay so this came in a three pack set with this the

t-rex in the Velociraptor and then this awesome one this is one of the coolest

indominus rex ones you're going to find this guy came with the blu-ray box set

so it's a box DVD box blu-ray set that included the indominus and the t-rex so

it showed them fighting on the box which i did a full review of that one off

then you have this little Chomper indominus rex with the big open wound on

his side here and then moving on we have this hero masher indominus rex as you

can see i already mixed and matched some of the parts this leg is from the t-rex

so this guy is really cool and a Jurassic world that did come out with

quite a few of the hero mashers so you could combine all of them and make a

really cool freaky looking Dino and this was kind of a controversial one they

actually call this one I actually built the Lego set it's a alien t-rex escape

basically they were trying not to copy Jurassic world for cop because they

don't want to get in trouble with copyright but if you look at this guy

this guy is the indominus rex with a different color scheme and spikes stone

is back and they gave him like red teeth so it looks like he ate something cool

and then we have this big indominus rex here with the open wound this is the one

actually I have this set right here unopened so this is the gyrosphere one

which we will take a look at that unopened set in a minute but like I said

I do have a unboxing of all of these so I that's something you're interested in

go ahead and check it out so this one has like the wound here so if you hit it

the gruesome wound opens up on his side and he also does have an action feature

if you push the button here he moves his head up and down and he chomps but this

is the reason a lot of people hated the hasbro toys the exposed screws so

hopefully ah actually hasbro has lost the license the Mattel is taking over

but well I read online Mattel jurassic world 2 dinosaur toys is going back

to like the kenner type look of dinosaurs so they'll have like huge ones

with like rubber skin then they'll have like the medium action sized ones and

then smaller and hopefully uh from what I seen - they're going to be coming out

with action figures which is totally awesome and that's one thing that this

line really is missing the only action figures you get is the pack that has

Owen and Velociraptor blue which I refuse Ellen also and this awesome one

here is the Zoomer indominus rex this is a limited edition Zoomer one so you

could see if I turn it on here his eyes grow green right now but it

does come with the remote control and different modes so you could make this

guy angry by touching him here you see he just roared there and ah he does zoom

around - whoa-ho he's gonna do right off the table he does do him around by

himself move around ah he does get in different modes he'll get angry if you

pull the tail see if I could make him angry here

and he doesn't seem to be getting angry here let me see some of them if you wave

your hand in front anyways I got a full review of that you can see when he gets

angry when you wave your hand in front of him and stuff uh he is really cool

and he will also run on carpet so that is totally awesome and then moving on

then I have I actually have three of the classic big rubber ones because I bought

another new one in the back there these are the coolest and Indominus rex or

excellence you're going to buy these ones they have the rubber hand here so

when you move the arm down he opens his mouth way up and he roars and he lights

up red on his back here I mean I love the fact how much this guy opens his

mouth that is totally awesome so that anyways like I said I've got

three of these these ones are really hard to find now and you're going to end

up paying about $90 for them and then the next one the next one here it's kind

of weird I mean this is they came out with one the hybrid rampage indominus

rex this is basically the one they use if you played the jurassic world the

game which i do got a lot of episodes on my other channel WD tech toys if you

play Jurassic world the game this is the level 40 and Indominus rex which you know

it's cool but it's weird - I mean let me show you check out this guy first of all

you wiped his arm here for his actions and then he opened in children chomping

his mouth makes noise but look at his teeth inside there if this guy has

vampire teeth so it is weird I just have this action feature on his back if you

push it it has spike them pop up and then he roars also so you know in some

way he's cool in some ways he's weird let me check out that you can't really

see the tooth there but if it goes all the way up we'll get it pop up it's like

a snake thing I mean I like to look personally well I don't know how long

did action eater will last because it seems like it's not really built to last

and the Dino itself is all plastic so there is no rubber part so I wish they

would have stuck with that rubber look I mean I really like the rubber look but

you know what those things are cool too so yeah that one there and then let's

check out some of heat they have so I actually went ahead and bought pretty

much every jurassic world toy again brand new because like I said earlier

Hasbro has lost the license so Mattel is going to be taking over but you see very

few of these on the shelves anymore guys I mean right now they're clearing them

out so if you see these at toy stores go ahead and buy them if you like them

or ahh I'll put a link below the video for jurassic world toys Amazon still has

some of them so if it's something you're interested

in definitely don't wait because these are going to sell off really quickly

because uh once Mattel starts introducing their jurassic world 2 dinosaur toys I mean things

are pretty much over for Hasbro there but uh I will be reviewing all of the

Mattel ones too I have already contacted Mattel so hopefully they're going to be

sending me to dinos before they're even available for sale which I would really

love showing them to you guys so this is the hero masher indominus rex in the

package on open so that is cool and then I have to go and buy another

one of these indominus rex is but unfortunately i did not buy it in time

so I ended up paying I believe about $80 for this one which is brand new in the

package which that price has gone up since then as you can tell this one the

battery has also died but I don't want to take it out of the package to replace

the batteries so this one is really hard to find okay this one I believe is still

available ah I've seen some of them as Toys R Us and I believe it's still

available on Amazon so this is one that if you're interested in you definitely

want to get a move on and then I have indominus rex brawlasaurs or also these ones

you like wind-up their tails and you like here's a little picture of the set

you launch them at each other and they battle and spin out and they are fun ah

I do got approval of that one on my channel awesome

we're going to get our dinosaur zoo set up this is the Jurassic Park electronic compound

set which includes the fence he says the Jurassic world gates is a

really cool electronic compound but here we're just going to go with the gate so

those are 50,000 volt gets to keep our dinos in checked so we are going to

start out with the big guys here we're going to set them up in the back the

indominus rex is going to go over here and the other one over here well of

course they are all indominus rex so kind of confusing just to call them

indominus rex and then we will set the other indominus rex up there right by

the gate and another one on the side over here is there standing alone and

then let's go ahead and set up so we will set off our Zoomer Indominus rex right

there and then we have to go ahead and set up our indominus rex family so here

we are going to have our mom indominus rex this guy here is going to be the dad

indominus rex and then they have a lot of little babies so

these are the baby indominus rex is so dinosaur family with lots of dinosaur

babies so a little baby dinosaur indominus is going to go over here but

do that six of these huh this one does okay let's say that one doesn't want to

stand it's being stubborn there and then we have a lot more female Indominus

rex is the big one so we've got three of those so i guess these are going to be

well you know i guess each one of these could have like one or two babies so

it's like a family get-together the family and Indominus rex is together to

have a good time and then we have these other indominus rex is which i'm going

to put over here these are going to be like the cousins the aunts and the

uncles of the indominus rex is coming to join them it's a family reunion the

family reunion of indominus rex is the one thing that's one party you would not

want to crash and then we have the coolest one here which like I said I

mean I really like the indominus from the blu-ray Limited Edition package we

got the indominus there and then we got the Indominus from

this Universal Studios movie and then of course I don't have the ones that aren't

Indominus here so here I've got I believe 23 indominus rex dinosaur toys is all set up in our
