How to Create the IDP in Google Sites - Duration: 4:33.

Hey everyone. I'm going to show you here today how to create your IDP in Google

Sites. So as you can see, I am already logged into my GCC email, so please do

that. Once you're there you're going to want to navigate over to the apps grid, the

little square of squares up by your picture. Click on that, and you're

going to select "Sites" from the drop down menu here. See it says "Sites". When the

Sites window opens, yours is going to definitely look different than mine

because you won't have any they're, most likely. So don't worry about that, and

you're gonna instead, here where the red create button is in the upper left.

You're gonna click that, and it's going to give you an option of "in classic Sites"

or "in new Sites". We want "classic Sites", so choose the "in classic Sites". And once you

do that, then you're going to come here to where it says "Browse the gallery for

more". We're gonna select a template here so browse the gallery for more, click on

that, and it's just gonna bring up a few templates, and you can see the first one,

at least in my list. It might be a little different in yours,

but hopefully very easy to find "GCC 1st Year PAR Template". You're

going to click on that. It gives you a little bit bigger image of it so you can

see, but that is the one. You click "Select". It's going to bring you back to this

page here, and you can see we have "GCC 1st Year PAR Template" selected. Then

right below that, there's a textbox here to name your site. Please make sure to

name your site exactly this way but using your own name. We want the

consistency of the the site names for all of the IDPs. So, it should be PAR and

then two dashes. It should be your first name and your last name. Right? So,

PAR--Chris Nielson or PAR--first last. So, again PAR PAR, all capitals, two

dashes, your first and last name. And for your first name, you can use the name

that you prefer to be known as, it doesn't have to necessarily be your

official name. So my name is Christopher officially, but I would put Chris Nielson

and that would work just fine. Okay, so PAR - - first name last name and

then click the "Create" button up here at the at the top. The red "Create" button. It

will take a little bit of time (so it's telling me it's already been used for

mine so let me)...There we go. Last name. Create site, and we will wait for it to

go. Once it's created, we're going to go into it and make a couple of adjustments and

then we'll be done.

Okay. So here you are PAR--first and last name. Here in your template, you can,

now it's not a template anymore. Now it is your PAR site. For each year of

your probationary period one two three four and five, all of the same elements

are part of the IDP. In all of year one for each of these sections you will

find an explanation, little examples that, after you get in there and start working

it, delete those examples, delete those explanations. Same thing that you see

here. There's an explanation of how you may use this space. Okay. What I'd like to do

last is, please up here in the upper right hand corner come to the "Share"

button, the blue "Share" button. Click on that. We need to change this from

Maricopa Community College District, for who has access. We want to click on

"change", and we want it to be "Off". So instead of being on on "Community College

District", we want it "Off", which means only you have access to your IDP until you

share it with specific people. So click on the "Off" option. Click "Save", and then

you will be ready to go. You can return back to your PAR, IDP that

is, on your Google Site, and you can begin adding content and going forward through

the year. If you have any questions contact me.

What Happens If You Sleep Next To Your Phone - Duration: 3:11.

Hello everyone.

Sleeping with our cell phones next to our heads has become extremely common.

Many of us use these phones as our alarm clocks, so it's just convenient to have them right

there in bed.

It's also a great way to be sure you'll never miss a call, text, or email.

Unfortunately, it may also be a great way to develop a serious illness.

It has to do with the radiation that our phones emit constantly.

When we sleep with our phones right next to our heads, we expose ourselves to this radiation

throughout the night.

Research has shown that cell phones, and electronics in general, can be detrimental to our health.

While these studies are not conclusive, they do point to some troubling signs regarding

long-term exposure.

One study from Australia showed that may be a connection between cell phones and male

sterility.

This study showed that sperm motility (the ability of sperm to move toward the egg) and

sperm viability (the amount of live sperm that can potentially fertilize the egg) each

decreased by 8 percent and 9 percent, respectively.

Sleeping with your phone in bed can prolong your exposure to radiation which may decrease

your sperm quality.

Another study found that cell phones in bed may cause serious problems with sleep.

Using a cell phone in bed, and then sleeping next to it, can throw off a person's circadian

rhythm and may even cause nightmares.

Without a full night's sleep, a person can develop a variety of health problems.

The biggest concern, however, is cancer.

While the World Health Organization denies that there is any link between cell phones

and cancer, many people dispute that.

Even though the electromagnetic radiation given off by cell phones falls under the "safe"

threshold of 2.0 W/kg, critics argue that all exposure is inherently dangerous.

These critics urge people not to sleep next to their phones.

If a person has no other place to put it and does not otherwise have an alarm clock, they

suggest putting it on Airplane Mode before going to sleep.

This will cut down on the amount of radiation the phone gives off while still serving as

your alarm clock.

There are other suggestions that can help prevent cancer allegedly caused by cell phones.

One important suggestion is for men to buy a holder for their phone instead of keeping

it in their pocket.

Keeping your phone in your pocket may be responsible for testicular cancer.

Another suggestion is to use your speaker phone whenever possible.

Holding your phone up to your head could expose your brain to electromagnetic waves, potentially

increasing your risk for brain cancer.

Using your phone's speaker can allow you to safely keep your phone at a distance.

It should be noted that there has never been a definitive link between cell phones and

cancer, but a person can never be too safe when it comes to their health.

Even if the risk is low, taking simple steps to guard your health could prevent some serious

forms of cancer.

Arthur's Vision Scene / Parents Death | King Arthur Legend of the Sword (2017) Movie Clip - Duration: 4:44.

Wait here, son.

No!

Run, son!

Did you see everything you needed to see?

I saw enough.

The Mage Tower.

It's the same as the one at Camelot.

The higher Vortigern builds it, the more powerful he becomes.

And when it is finished, he will have the same power of Mordred.

That is why the sword has revealed itself now.

Where there's poison, there's a remedy.

What happened to your people?

They were murdered by your uncle.

It was Vortigern who started the wars.

He was jealous of your father's throne.

So he made a deal with Mordred that they would share power

once he defeated your father.

Mordred murdered the Mage King

and took his staff to their sacred tower,

where he unlocked the dark forces of their union.

But what they didn't account for was the sword.

Merlin stole his staff.

He then forged the great sword, Excalibur,

and destroyed the ancient tower.

The sword was then passed to the Lady of the Lake,

who bound it to the Pendragon bloodline.

Now,

the sword is yours.

Informations about "Dream of moonlight" and the future of my channel - Duration: 9:55.

Hello guys

I've never made this kind of video before, but i thought it would be useful actually.

You probably already know, but 3 months ago, i've uploaded a video named "My last Yandere Simulator mod"

It wasn't a lie, but if i still made mods, it was more because of the fact that i wanted to work on my PME engine (Pikachuk Modding Engine)

That was created to help Yandere Simulator modders

However, my goal still to work on my game, My game is now named "Dream of Moonlight"

Before, my game was supposed to be named "Lunar Heart" But a game with this name already exists, so i changed it

I've made a documentation to explain the game concept

The game will be an Action RPG with platforming like Sonic games

And some rythm game features too

The game could look a bit like Kingdom hearts

Developped by Square-Enix

about the Action-RPG style

So an RPG where we are always moving and containing ennemies with health bar or multiple health bars

And it could look like Sonic games too about the fact that the game will be foccused on speed and action

Because i felt like there was not enough speed in Action RPG games

That's why i wanted to make a game where we can feel the speed

The game is planned to look like an Open-World Obviously, as an indie dev it won't be possible However, i want to give the feeling of freedom to the game

The player would have a feeling of freedom, would be able to go anywhere, Kill any ennemy...

The player can do good things or bad things

The main character is planned to be named "Selena"

This is a girl that is linked to the Moon and lost her memories

There is more informations about the character in the concept documentation

The story

Selena who has no memories because she forgot everything will wake up in a burning forest

She doesn't know her name, she doesn't know anyone

She is saved by someone (we didn't decide a name yet)

The gameplay will be really foccused on speed

With long and difficult fights

But would give a better intense feeling to battles

Instead of the usual turn-based game

I want a game where we feel the speed

That's why fights will have various phases

Phases where we must avoid bullets, phases where we must hit the ennemy...

I've been inspired by various songs, anime and games

I've obviously been inspired by sonic games

I've been a bit inspired by Undertale about the freedom of the choice

Even though Undertale was still limited if we chose a path, there is one end that's all

It's too linear

For example, i liked the concept of Shadow the Hedgehog too

Even if it wasn't correctly made

The ability to always change the entire path depending on our actions was really interesting

And now, there is the most important part

A game as big as this will require a lot of time and assets

When i talk about assets, it means i'll have need of people who would help by contributing to the project

For example we would have need of modellers, who would work on the game 3d models

We would have need of 2D artists too who would imagine character, draw characters draw levels/places...

And work on some textures

We would have need of 3d animators who would be foccused on animating the 3d models

There is an other role that is important, not for the development but to avoid the game to have legal problems

The copyright manager

The copyright manager would check the assets created by volunteers to be sure the assets are original assets and not stolen assets

To avoid copyright problems

We would have need of people who would help with the creation of the game story

Because the game is an RPG the story is really important we would have need of help to be sure there isn't plot holes and things like this

And about the last part that is at the moment not the most important

Is the composers

I've already composed some songs but my level still really low We'll have need of people who have experience with music composing

That's why i had the idea of making this video, to explain what the game will look like

And to say that if people are interested to help in the development of the game they totally can

I've made a form that is visible on the screen

For people who would like to be volunteers

[Useless to translate it, it is an advice to be good at english if people want to volunteer, since you're able to read it that's useless...]

The game will be in english

I'll post more informations about the game when the development will have progressed

Since i'll be developping a game, there will probably not have more new mods uploaded on my channel

If you want to see more informations about the game faster, i will often post more informations on my twitter account (link in description)

This video was calm, i'm not really used to make this kind of video, not even to talk in my videos

But i think it was important to do it this time

Thanks for watching and see ya

Alien Covenant BONUS + DELETED Blu-ray Scenes Explained - Duration: 11:30.

With Alien: Covenant out on Blu-ray, a stack of new footage is now available including

a bonus scene that reveals David's plans for an Alien queen.

Yippee-ki-yay movie lovers, it's Jan here, and in this video I'll be explaining a brand

new epilogue scene with new connections to the original first and second Alien films,

plus what we'll likely be seeing in the Alien: Covenant sequel.

I'll also run through many of the official Blu-ray deleted and extended scenes and explain

some of the gaps from the theatrical release that they help fill in.

Also, I'm starting a brand new Funko Pop giveaway for an Alien: Covenant Funko Pop from this

range.

To enter the giveaway, subscribe and leave me a comment with your thoughts on the the

movie's bonus or deleted scenes.

Just before I start: a quick warning that I will be discussing spoilers, so take care

if you haven't seen the movie yet.

Right, let's kick off with the bonus scene "Advent", a 6-and-a-half-minute short film

which serves as a kind of epilogue to the movie.

It begins with David transmitting a secure message to the Weyland-Yutani corporation.

David says he's extending an olive branch to the company, which immediately opens up

all sorts of questions about what exactly has happened between David and the corporation

between the end of the movie and now for him to be trying to reconcile with them, for example,

have they discovered his lies about the crew dying in the neutrino blast or did they find

out he was impersonating Walter at the close of the film?

As David talks, we get to see lots of details of his workshop and the experiments he's been

conducting on the Paradise planet.

In the message, David explains he's been exploring space, following Peter Weyland's vision, and

that together with Elizabeth Shaw he found the Engineer planet which he describes as

a "rotting paradise".

David says he wiped the planet clean as "a gift to [Shaw]" and that he wanted to build

a new civilisation with her help, however "she refused".

It seems that after bombing the planet with the deadly pathogen, David woke Shaw up and

she was presumably horrified at his actions.

David has this totally creepy way of very matter-a-factly talking about something that's

actually truly horrifying, and explains that he had no option but to use Shaw's body parts

to make his "masterpiece".

Of course, David's actions and the way he talks about them are disturbing enough as

it is, but if you think back to the prologue short "The Crossing" which shows David talking

about how Elizabeth Shaw showed him such kindness and basically put him back together after

the events of Prometheus, what David does and says in Advent becomes even more chilling.

David believes the Engineers were too afraid of their own power, which is clearly not a

problem he shares, and although both he and they were creators of what he calls "the wolf

and the lamb", the Engineers were too scared of their aggressive creation.

David then explains that as he researched the black goo, he discovered it was "ripe

with advanced nanoparticles" and functions according to an "algorithm based on evolutionary

computing".

He also describes the living organism as a form of radical and chaotic artificial intelligence,

which is interesting because it ties in with Ridley Scott's belief, which he's mentioned

in interviews and his director's commentary, that in the real world, both A.I. and alien

life could be potential threats to humanity.

David elaborates on his discoveries, revealing that the pathogen adapts to each species of

living organism uniquely and alters it.

As he explains more details about what he's recorded, the video flashes through various

images, with one image in particular revealing that the fourth generation has a shortened

gestation period and additionally that his creations have a hive-like mind that connect

them to a common goal.

Now, this mention of a hive with a common goal is a clear connection to the idea of

an Alien queen which first appeared in James Cameron's Aliens movie, the sequel to Ridley

Scott's original Alien.

David explains that he didn't find the animal life on the Engineer's planet suitable enough

to fully develop his alien creation, but that he discovered Shaw's human body was a much

better host, which he used to finally develop what he calls his "wolf".

The video then jumps back to the Covenant ship to remind us, as David says, that he

now also has his "flock of lambs", in other words, the ship's human cargo, who he views

as fodder for the continued creation of his masterpiece and his experiments.

And next we get the biggest tease for what's coming up in the next sequel when David says

that he's still working on perfecting his queen, then his hand touches Daniels' cryo

chamber!

As this first message ends, David triumphantly states that "this is going to change everything".

So, we've got a big tease here from Ridley Scott for the follow-up movie to Alien: Covenant

that either Daniels will be the source of David's alien queen or possibly even that

she'll be transformed into that, and it will be interesting to see whether Scott will link

her in some way to James Cameron's alien queen from Aliens, especially given there were some

visual similarities between the queen from Aliens and the elongated head of the Xenomorph

we saw David develop in Alien: Covenant and also given the fact that, in David's notes

which we see in the Advent sequence, he mentions a hive mentality.

More importantly though, I imagine, for Scott will be linking up all the prequels to his

own Alien movie which kicked off the franchise in 1979, so I'm guessing we'll be getting

an explanation for the source of all the eggs on the Derelict where they first appeared

in that original movie.

I'm just theorising, but I wonder whether David discovered that female human eggs are

the perfect host for developing his alien creations because in Advent, he explains that

"there was something extraordinary about the substance's reaction to the human genome"

and that he "was able to unlock new properties and tweak the organism's aggression and instinct

for survival."

The Advent video then continues with four more separate transmissions from David to

Weyland-Yutani which include some intriguing visuals of David's research.

Also interesting is that the start of each of these four transmissions is labelled with

a Special Order code, all of which precede Special Order 937 which was the directive

from Weyland-Yutani to Ash we saw in the first Alien movie.

Special Order 937 stated that the Nostromo's primary objective was to collect and preserve

the alien creature discovered in that film and the ship's crew was considered expendable

if necessary.

The special orders seen in Advent suggest that David was in regular communication with

Weyland-Yutani about his research and that the corporation's discussions with him led

them to consider the alien species an extremely valuable potential bioweapon by the time Ripley

and co arrived in the original Alien movie.

Just how much the corporation is in league with David in terms of making suggestions

about his warped experiments is open to question, but we do get one final transmission from

him in the Advent scene in which he declares ominously, "If you do this, there will be

no turning back.

My creatures shall be set loose to rule this galaxy."

So, that was the Advent bonus scene which provides a stack of new connections to the

original movies.

The scene wouldn't have worked particularly well as a final scene because it lacks the

drama of David putting Daniels into cryo sleep just as she realises who he is and the reveal

that David has brought a pair of alien embryos on board.

However, a cut-down version of the Advent scene could have been a really good post-credits

tag.

Just like the prologue scenes which weren't included in the movie, but would have made

it much better, this scene would have also filled in some more gaps about what David

really did with Shaw.

By the way I made a full video about the missing prologue scenes which you can check out by

tapping the top-right of the screen.

Michael Fassbender's performance as David and Walter was, for me, the highlight of Alien:

Covenant and there's a longer opening scene to the movie featuring the android villain

which wasn't used in the final film.

The opening prologue scene in the movie depicts David's interactions with his creator Peter

Weyland just after he's been activated.

The extended version adds a little more dialogue with Weyland asking David to explain the story

behind Wagner's "The Entry of the Gods into Valhalla", the music David chose to play on

the piano for his creator.

David tells the music's story about the gods rejecting "mankind as weak, cruel and filled

with greed", and adds that the gods themselves are false and doomed to "die in a cataclysmic

fire, [since they were] as venal as the humans they rejected and their power is an illusion."

This additional commentary feels a bit too on the nose about David's opinion of people

like Weyland and it's also a little too obvious a nod to the engineers and how David deals

with them later in the film.

Likewise, it seems overly clear a tease of how David himself will likely also become

a victim of his own hubris in a future sequel as he becomes blinded by his belief that he's

the one who's the perfect creator, not Weyland or the engineers.

Another change to the opening of the movie is a deleted scene of Walter in a Greenhouse

on the Covenant.

In the scene, Walter is busy checking on plants in the greenhouse and has a humorous debate

with Mother about whether he's whistling to the plants to help them grow.

Interestingly, the song we hear him whistle is Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, which is

an easter egg as both Alien: Resurrection and Prometheus featured that track in its

trailers or TV spots.

Walter and Mother's conversation is cut short when the ship is hit by the neutrino blast

that damages it.

In the theatrical release, the neutrino blast happened when Walter was checking on the Covenant's

human cargo, in particular the ship's human embryos and that probably worked better than

including this scene as that moment links nicely to the scene at the end of the movie

when David smuggles in the pair of alien embryos.

James Franco's Branson was unfortunately hardly in the theatrical release of Alien: Covenant,

with his role whittled down to a brief appearance in his cryo chamber and then in a small video

message cameo.

Franco did have some speaking lines in a prologue scene that wasn't included in the final movie,

but there was also a full deleted scene with Branson that explored in more detail his relationship

with Daniels.

It's a flashback scene where Daniels dreams she's back in her New York apartment together

with him.

In the scene, Branson discusses the design of the cabin the couple are planning to build

on Origae-6.

In a way, it's a shame this scene didn't make it in to the final film as it would have helped

the audience establish a stronger connection to the couple and it also reinforces exactly

why the cabin was so important to Daniels.

There's an intriguing extended clip of the Covenant team following David across the citadel

courtyard which is filled with the dead bodies of the engineers.

As they cross the plaza, the additional scene shows the team stopping on a long bridge over

the side of which they throw a flare.

As the flare lights up what's below, they see several enormous juggernauts, confirming

that the Engineers clearly had multiple ships they used for travelling to other planets.

It's possible that the scene ended up being deleted because it might have led the Covenant

crew to be suspicious about David's trustworthiness too early on in the movie given his claim

that he was marooned when his ship crashed, and it also might have created confusion as

to why David hadn't left the planet.

There are also various other extended and deleted scenes which wouldn't have added an

awful lot to the final film and it's easy to see why they were cut, although there are

three which do show a bit more of the bond that Walter develops with Daniels and hint

more strongly at the emotional connection he felt towards her.

Had they been included in the movie, these scenes, which are the extended "Jacob's Funeral",

and the deleted "Walter Visits Daniels" and "Daniels Thanks Walter", would have shown

the audience more clearly the affection between Walter and Daniels, and would have provided

more obvious context for the moment in the final film when David talks about Walter's

love for Daniels and his own for Shaw.

Now, what do you think about David's tease of an Alien queen?

Does it make you more or less excited for the next Alien prequel movie?

And do let me know what you think about the deleted scenes and any theories you've got

in the comments below.

Jamie Carragher insists signing Virgil van Dijk won't solve Liverpool's defensive woes - Duration: 4:34.

Jamie Carragher insists signing Virgil van Dijk won't solve Liverpool's defensive woes

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher believes the addition of summer target Virgil van Dijk won't be an immediate solution to the club's defensive issues.

Van Dijk is the Reds' priority target in the final weeks of the transfer window, with the Southampton centre-back having handed in a transfer request this week.

And with Jurgen Klopp's side continuing to showcase their ineptitude in defending set-pieces as they opened the 2017/18 campaign with a 3-3 draw at Watford, the need to sign the Dutchman was underlined.

But speaking after the stalemate at Vicarage Road, Carragher argued that while Van Dijk is an improvement on Joel Matip and Dejan Lovren, he won't change Klopp's fragile setup.

"Van Dijk is better, that's why they're going to spend £50 or £60 million on him," he said.

"But I don't care how good a centre-back, getting exposed on counter-attacks, you've got to cover the full width of the pitch, it's almost impossible. What defenders can do it?.

"He will help, but on set-pieces it's not about the defence. Everyone has got their own individual job. "The way Liverpool set up, set-piece-wise, they're always going to concede goals.

"I don't care what defenders they go and buy, how much they're going to cost, it won't make a difference.

"He wouldn't be in Firmino's position [for the corner], he would have been in Lovren's or Matip's because they'd have been coming out of the team.

"Hopefully he'd make a difference on set-pieces, he's a bit taller, but if he was playing today instead or Lovren of Matip, he'd have been in their position.

Alongside the 39-year-old in the Sky Sports studio on Saturday, Jamie Redknapp attested that the arrival of a leader like Van Dijk would give Liverpool dominance in set-piece situations.

But Carragher continued to argue that the Reds' system would still undermine their defensive personnel. "One man isn't going to improve [set-piece defending], that has got to come down to the manager," he added.

"Whether it's zonal marking, the players he puts in certain positions, the positions of the full-backs in general play are far too high and wide for me, which gets centre-backs exposed.

"I don't care who is at centre-back, you can't do that much to stop those goals. They're awful defensively, one man won't change that.

"If you want to challenge for the Premier League, or win the Premier League, you've got to be conceding less than a goal a game: 30, 35 goals.

"So Liverpool have got to take 15 goals away that they concede year in, year out.

"It's the setup of the manager, he's been here now 18 months: set-pieces are the worst in the league, conceded the most goals of the top six, there's still no change.

"We're still seeing the same things year in, year out, and it went back to Brendan Rodgers as well. "It's not rocket science how Liverpool concede goals: set-pieces and counter-attacks.

Saturday's draw certainly proved that, for all of Liverpool's quality going forward, they are still weak at the back, and despite Carragher's pleas, signing Van Dijk is of paramount importance.

But the former Reds centre-back is correct in suggesting that Klopp needs to address flaws in his setup, as they are only fated to remain regardless.

Set-piece worries and a lethal front line – 5 talking points from Watford 3-3 Liverpool - Duration: 6:47.

Set-piece worries and a lethal front line – 5 talking points from Watford 3-3 Liverpool

Liverpool's 2017/18 season opened with a helter-skelter 3-3 draw at Watford, during which as many questions were posed as answers given.

Early evidence suggests the Premier League will be somewhat bonkers this year and the Reds were fully committed to upholding the madness on day one.

Behind in eight minutes, level for just three after Sadio Mane's equaliser and trailing once more at half-time, Jurgen Klopp's side needed a big second half.

It happened, in a way, with quick-fire strikes from Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah, only for Watford to equalise at the death and deny Liverpool an opening-day victory on the road. Here are five big talking points from the game….

Pre-season is a time for working on the ills of the previous campaign: working relentlessly on what didn't work so well, where problems arose and improving weaknesses.

How demoralising, how embarrassing, how soul-sapping, then, to see Liverpool concede off the first corner of the new season. If ever there was a way to ensure watching Reds lost all excitement immediately, this was exactly it.

Less than 10 minutes on the clock and the static Firmino, the unaware Joel Matip and the irrelevant Dejan Lovren were all left watching Stefano Okaka run off celebrating after the first attempt of 2017/18 to repel a set-piece ended in inglorious failure.

Debate will rage over whether zonal marking, personnel or coaching is at fault but here's a clue: standing still and not attacking the ball as it heads toward goal, regardless of system or height, probably isn't going to work.

Oh, and then the Reds did it all over again in the final seconds to drop two points. Mane Alright on the Left.

Switching the best-performing player of the previous season into a different role for the new campaign isn't always a wise course of action.

But Mane showed in pre-season he can be just as effective on the left of the front three as on the right.

Competitive action is different, of course, so it was heartening (and vital) to see the Senegalese forward as the best player in a Liverpool shirt in the first half.

His goal was sumptuously taken, a beautiful finish to level matters briefly, and his running down the channel was a feature of the Reds' attacking play when there was little else to be impressed about.

Of course, it wasn't just Mane who hit the back of the net, with each of Liverpool's starting front three getting on the scoresheet on matchday one.

It's not imperative that a striker takes penalties, just that they go in, but it brings an element of confidence when the No. 9 is happy and confident to add to his tally from the spot.

Firmino netted over the summer from 12 yards and his Vicarage Road penalty was equally emphatic—and he almost had two to his name in three minutes, only for debutant Salah to have to bundle it in from close range with a defender closing in.

A messy first strike it might have been, but it highlights the importance of following through, as well as showcasing Salah's great pace to get ahead of the defender.

One each for the forwards, an assist for the Brazilian and a penalty won by the new club-record signing.

Not a bad tally, all told, for the first 90 minutes of the season, particularly considering the team didn't play well and the attacking play was nowhere near as scintillating as it can be.

Questions will certainly be asked of the manager's substitutions, with Klopp changing Firmino, Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold for Divock Origi, James Milner and Joe Gomez in the closing minutes.

Like-for-like is fair enough, but altering the entire right side—where Watford had attacked most of the game—was questionable, in particular a seemingly pointless switch at right-back in injury time.

Giving Gomez no time to adapt to the pace of the game when trying to repel attacks late on can't be viewed as wise and there was no real sense of the subs making Liverpool more solid, more difficult to break down, more in control.

To a point, Klopp might feel his hands are tied by not having as much depth, or first-choice players available, as other teams, but making subs for the sake of it is even worse. Is the Centre-Back Pairing Enough?.

It's too early to start witch-hunts and blaming specific players, so let's not go there—but it's apparent all the same that where problems have previously been, they remain.

Lovren was largely abysmal on both corner goals conceded, utterly non-reactive to danger and movement even after the initial cross was made, and discussion can be had over a lack of aggression and leadership, again, when out of possession.

Matip—extremely poor in the first half, somewhat improved after the break—also cannot be given a free pass after missing a succession of headers and not being a dominant, imposing presence when it was most needed.

That £60 million sat in the bank waiting for the right centre-back to become available…well, let's just say the interest it gains if it's not spent will not equate to a Champions League windfall the Reds may miss out on if they concede goals at such an alarming rate all season.

Jurgen Klopp hopes Liverpool will hold firm over Philippe Coutinho transfer request - Duration: 3:09.

Jurgen Klopp hopes Liverpool will hold firm over Philippe Coutinho transfer request

Jurgen Klopp believes Liverpool's owners will stand firm and refuse to sell Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona but admits any decision is not his to make. The Reds are battling to keep Coutinho after rejecting a transfer request from the winger on Friday.

Press Association Sport understands Coutinho, who missed the 3-3 Premier League draw with Watford on Saturday because of a back problem, told the club of his desire to leave via email. The request was turned down.

The 25-year-old sent the email only hours after Liverpool's owners Fenway Sports Group (FSG) issued a statement saying the Brazil international would not be sold during the current transfer window.

Coutinho has been targeted by Barcelona, whose bid of around £90 million was rejected by Liverpool on Wednesday. Even after receiving Coutinho's request, Klopp does not think FSG will alter their stance.

Asked if the transfer request changed anything, Liverpool's German manager said: "You have to ask the club. I didn't see the club today—those people. You have to ask them.

"But I don't think so because I think it was pretty clear what the club, FSG, said about it.

Klopp, whose side conceded a last-gasp equaliser at Vicarage Road, said the decision was one for FSG and he would have to accept either outcome. "I can say something that is maybe a more important thing," Klopp added.

"As a manager of a football club I have bosses, and if bosses decide, for example, just in general, to sell a player or we don't sell him, then I have to accept it.

"If they don't sell him, then I'm not involved anymore. I'm responsible for all players, not just one, two or three.

"I cannot say anything about it. The only thing is I work with the players I have—that is what I'm always doing.".

Former Inter Milan player Coutinho, who joined Liverpool from the Serie A side for £8. 5 million in 2013, signed a new five-year deal in January that did not include a buy-out clause.

He was Liverpool's leading scorer with 14 goals in all competitions last term, a season that saw Klopp's men secure a fourth-placed finish in the Premier League.

BREAKING UPDATE: New Twist In Sanders' FBI Investigation… This Won't End Well For Them | Top Stories - Duration: 2:09.

The FBI is getting closer and closer to the truth about Bernie and Jane Sanders' corruption

and deceit with the Burlington College's finances and donors.

All of the answers to the investigation lay in a cryptic three-page spreadsheet, which

contains a list of confirmed and potential donors to the college's 2010 capital campaign

using each donor's initials.

This very document helped Burlington College and then-president Jane Sanders to finance

the purchase of a new $10 million lakefront campus.

However, now at least four of the donors listed on the document are questioning the listed

amount of their donations.

The spreadsheet is now a critical piece of the ongoing FBI investigation to figure out

whether the donations were exaggerated to mislead the bank.

BFP reports:

One former member of Burlington College's board of trustees, David V. Dunn, said the

board began to doubt the veracity of some of the capital campaign donations in the summer

of 2011, and he says the doubts led to the removal of Sanders as president that fall.

Dunn said the college's finance office indicated that actual donations were less than what

was originally represented.

A second former trustee, Jonathan Leopold, denied the account and said the board had

no doubts about the approximately $2.6 million in listed capital campaign pledges.

Leopold said the board was more concerned that additional fundraising efforts had stalled.

The college needed to raise $6 million to support the debt from the $10 million property

purchase.

College leaders also planned to renovate the spacious new campus, which would attract new

students and their tuition dollars.

The plan was to double enrollment.

"We didn't have a strong history of capital campaigns, and we didn't have an alumni

base that lent itself to a capital campaign, so we knew that it was going to be a big lift,"

said Leopold, who served on the college's board of trustees for about six years.

What do you think about this?
