Hi I'm Bonita!

Today I bring you a back to school DIY!

The first one is a simple pencil case.

I use a defect t-shirt from my clothing line, yes the defect one for the fabric to recycle it

I cut the sleeve, the neck, the side seams and the hem.

The point is I want to get the fabric from the back of this t-shirt.

Now I take a zipper that I will use for the pencil case and measure how big I want the

pencil case is.

I use ruller so I can get a proper measurement and mark it with pencil.

And then I cut it.

Next I open the zipper halfway, then I put the fabric on top of the top zipper.

right side facing right side.

And sew them together.

Do the same with the other side of the fabric.

right side facing right side and sew the fabric and zipper together.

After that on the inside, sew both of the sides to close them.

Cut the excess.

Then turn it right side out and ta-daaa simple pencil case is done but a-a!

I want to make it fancier!

I cut an emoji face from black felt and put them on the pencil case.

And to secure it I glue them with all purpose glue.

Yeay done!

Simple yet cute!

Next is decorating an eraser!

Take off the eraser cover.

Open the cover.

Then I took a pink carton paper and copy the cover onto it.

After that I cover the eraser with the new pink cover.

Use glue to hold it.

I love lace so I try to incorporate it here haha.

Yeay a cute eraser is done!

Now move on to cookie book DIY!

I used a non fiction book here haha, because I'm not in school anymore so I don't have

big notebook to DIY.

But I want to share my idea so this is just a sample.

Please use your school notebook hehe.

This is a craft foam and I will use this for the DIY.

I placed the book to see how much I need the craft foam.

Then I tried to press the foam so that it will leave marks.

Then I mark it again with pencil.

And cut the foam.

Next it's time to glue the foam to the cover.

I used hot glue for this.

I don't know another glue that can hold foam.

But please try to experiment with another glue if you don't have glue gun.

After the glue is set, I cut the excess just a little bit on the edge.

I still leave some milimeters of foam from the edge of the original cover.

Next to make those holes on biscuit.

When I first came up with this idea to make the holes, I don't know if it will be a success

DIY ahaha.

But I love to experiment so.. here it is.. experiment haha.

I actually tried some tools to make the holes.

Just use anything circle that you find and just try to press it on the foam.

I think this foam that I use is pretty persistent haha!

So it looks like this now, I don't know a couple hours after this.

Will it turn back or not haha.

Then I make a biscuit word with pencil on the foam.

Just press it tight to the foam.

I believe this one will stay haha.

It looks like this.

Next I use highlighters to color the paper from the side of the book.

I tried to make it looks like the biscuit cream has flavour.

I get this inspiration from this image actually.

But yeah I'll try to create it.

Well how the book goes..

I quite like it actually.

Even though I think it still far from the inspiration image ahaha.

Use Medical Pot And Lose Your Job?? - Duration: 1:24.

Finally tonight, some good news for medical marijuana users.

The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court issued a first-of-its-kind ruling that employee's

cannot be fired for using medical marijuana.

In his ruling Chief justice Ralph Gants said:

"The company's policy prohibiting any use of marijuana is applied against a handicapped

employee who is being treated with marijuana by a licensed physician for her medical condition,

the termination of the employee for violating that policy effectively denies a handicapped

employee the opportunity of a reasonable accommodation, and therefore is appropriately recognized

as handicap discrimination."

This case came about when a medical marijuana patient lost her job after her first day of

work.

The company knew she would test positive for cannabis if she took a drug test because her

doctor prescribed it to treat her crohn's disease.

She was told 'no problem' at first, but that changed quickly.

She took them to court, and won not only for herself but all medical marijuana users in

Massachusetts.

Strikingly, states like Colorado and California where recreational use of cannabis is legal,

does not protect those residents from losing their jobs if they use marijuana for medical

or recreational purposes.

Hopefully this decision will set the record straight especially for those who need medical

marijuana.

Today we talk again about a common mistake.

We're talking today about

how to to thank.

How do you say thank you?

Well, you either say "thank you"

or "many thanks".

"Danke" is not a noun,

but it is a response particle

or an interjection

– a so-called interjection,

a so-called response particle.

That doesn't mean much else than

than that you can use it as a sentence.

You don't need to form a long sentence

such as, "I thank you."

but you can also simply say:

"Thank you."

It is like I said no noun

and so we write it in lowercase:

thank you.

And then there are the words "many thanks"

and "Dank" is a noun:

the thanks.

And that's why we capitalize "Dank"!

When you say thanks in German,

then you have many thanks,

that's the meaning of "Dank".

Some people make the mistake

and write "vielen Danke".

That is not correct!

You say "danke" or "vielen Dank"

but never "vielen Danke"

– but only "danke" only or "vielen Dank".
