It's super-easy and fun!

Click the link below in my video's description to start building your website for free.

Hi. This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

I'm going to show you how to create the look of huge signs of LED lights

like you see on huge screens in sports arenas.

I created this small image of an RGB light that we'll use to make our LED pattern.

Its link is in my video's description or project files below.

To fit it onto your entire canvas, press Ctrl or Cmd + 0.

To create the pattern from it that we'll use later, go to Edit and "Define Pattern".

When you see this window, just click OK.

Go to File and New.

Make the Width: 1920 pixels...the Height: 1080 pixels...and the Resolution: 300 Pixels per inch.

The Color Mode is RGB and 8 bits per channel.

If the box isn't black, open the "Background Contents" list and click "Black"

or you can click the box and when the Color Picker opens, pick black.

Click "Create" or "Open".

Click the Adjustment layer icon and click "Pattern".

Make the Scale 30%.

Reduce its opacity to 10%.

Open your Horizontal Type Tool and pick a heavy, san-serif font.

I'm using "Franklin Gothic Heavy".

I'll make its size 68 points, but feel free to adjust the amount depending on the font

you use and the amount of characters in your text.

Click the "Center Alignment" icon and if the box isn't white, click it and pick white.

Click on your document and type out your text.

Make sure your line of text is approximately this wide or less.

To center it on your document, open your Move Tool and press Ctrl or Cmd + A to select your canvas.

Click the "Align Horizontal Centers" icon and the "Align Vertical Centers" icon.

Deselect it by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + D. I'd like to point out that the LED light effect

also works with graphics that are pure white.

Just make sure that it doesn't have a background.

Double-click an empty area of the text layer to open its Layer Style window.

Click "Outer Glow".

The Blend Mode is Normal and the Opacity is 50%.

The color white.

The Technique is "Softer, the Spread is 0 and the Size is 50 pixels.

We'll convert the text into a Smart Object, so we can modify it non-destructively and

allow us to replace it with different text or with a white graphic without having to redo the effects.

Click the icon at the upper, right corner of the Layers panel and click "Convert to Smart Object".

Double-click an empty area again to open its Layer Style window.

This time, click "Pattern Overlay".

The Opacity is 100% and the Scale is the same as the background: 30%.

Go to Filter, Blur and "Gaussian Blur".

Blur it 2 pixels.

Go back to Filter, Blur and Motion Blur.

Make the Angle 90 degrees and the Distance 10 pixels.

Go back to Filter one last time and click "Pixelate" and "Mosaic".

Make the Cell Size: 5.

Next, we'll adjust the overall color.

Click the Adjustment Layer icon and click "Color Balance".

For the Midtones, make the Magenta/Green: 10. For the Shadows, make the Magenta/Green also: 10.

For the Highlights, make it: 30.

We'll brighten it by clicking the Adjustment layer icon and clicking "Levels".

Drag the Input Highlight Level to approximately 210.

We'll convert our visible image into a Smart Object, so we can place our LED lights into

a keystoned perspective.

Scroll to the bottom of the Layers panel and Shift-click the bottom layer to make all the layers active.

Then, convert them into one Smart Object.

Zoom out of your document by pressing Ctrl or Cmd and the minus key on your keyboard 4 or 5 times.

Open your Transform Tool by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + T. We want to drag each corner of

the Transform's bounding box to distort the shape of our LED lights.

Go to a corner and press and hold Ctrl or Cmd.

When you see a white arrow, drag out the corner to distort your image.

Go to another corner and repeat the steps.

To make it bigger in your document, go to a corner and when you see a diagonal, double-arrow,

press and hold Alt or Option + Shift as you drag it out.

Feel free to adjust each corner's position until the background fills the entire document.

Then, fit it back on your canvas.

This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

Growing Peach Trees From Seed, 10 Months Old! - Duration: 4:30.

hey everyone its Rob the Backyard Gardenerr here and it's time for a

peach tree grown from seed update you'll recall in the last video about a month

ago they hit nine months old in this video they're now ten months old they're

actually ten months and ten days eleven days old but anyway I wanted to give you

an update on how they're doing you recall that in the last one I said that

I wanted to remove the larger one from the pot and get him transplanted into

the ground well I've done that this video as well as you recall that the

little one the runt I coined it was eating away at by some kind of path

either rabbit or rats and he wasn't doing good so I brought him indoors I've

been trying to care him back to life but he's not doing too well so I won't be

updating you on him this video I apologize for that but there's nothing

to see and we'll go ahead and show you how the other one is doing the one I

transplanted into the ground let's go take a look at the piece trees grown

from seed so it's hard to believe this peach tree that I started from seed on

October 2nd 2016 is really only ten months and 11 days old I can't get over

the sheer size of it what I've seen online a lot of the peace treaty started

the seeds are a little bit shorter than traditional peach trees as you know I've

got a harvester peach tree right here obviously a lot taller and then I have a

lowering peach and he's been here for two years and this guy is a monster then

I got a handful of peaches off him this year so I was pretty happy about that

but the point I'm trying to make is this peach tree right here ten months old I

can't get over a the size of this trunk this truck is at least twice as thick

around maybe one that time sticking around as my thumb and even though he's

short in height he's so girthy and look at the foliage

on this guy now you were calling the last video at the nine-month mark he was

still in the pot that's over there and I told you I wanted to put him in this

spot here which is where the rut was but this one is doing fantastic really I

can't believe 10 months old and just the volume of foliage he has on him

now with peach trees like I said before you want an open center here and I've

got some branches that are starting to cross over but because I just

transplanted them and because he's still a young fruit tree I don't want to

heavily prune this guy I want him to use the energy he's gaining from all this

foliage to continue to send down roots now I didn't show me transplanting him

but what I have done was I took a pole that was about twice as big as his root

ball around and deep and I filled it on the bottom with a good mixture of

compost perlite and just regular potting mix and then I dropped him in there I

put a little more sole on the top and then I pounded up some of this Texas

clay that I dug out of the hole all around him just to give him a good water

basin so he can continue to get the water that he needs especially since

it's you know it's late summer but it's still summer here so the plant needs to

keep you guys updated on this bad boy every month maybe in the winter it'll be

less frequent but when he hits his one-year mark for sure I'll show you

where he's at and probably come winter I'll give him a proper fitting out of

the middle get rid of any cross branches that are growing into other branches and

if any luck in the next few years maybe we'll get some peaches off it

so that you have it everyone there's my peach tree from seed update officially

over ten months old now doing fantastic the runt not so good hopefully he

recovers but I'm not too optimistic after what he looks like right now again

I'm sorry about updating him on this video but there's really nothing to see

he's got no foliage on him and he's not looking too good if you're enjoying the

series please give it a thumbs up and as always thanks for watching

Jeep Wrangler Flowmaster Force II Cat-Back System (1997-1999 TJ) Sound Clip & Install - Duration: 5:47.

The Flowmaster Force II Cat-Back exhaust system is for those of you that have a '97 to '99

TJ and are looking for a lower and louder exhaust note from your Wrangler.

It's either gonna work with either your 4.0 or your 2.5-liter engine and it is going to

replace, as it says, everything from the catalytic converter back, including the muffler and

the tailpipe.

This is a very simple one-out-of-three wrench installation.

All you're gonna need are some traditional hand tools, about an hour's time to get this

installed, very, very simple.

Now, anytime you let your engine breathe better in or out, you can expect a little bit of

horsepower and torque gains, but that's not the main reason to install cat-back system

like this.

Like I said, this is really gonna give you that sound and that volume that you're after

from an aftermarket exhaust.

That, coupled with the fact that even your newest '99 TJ may have some rust, may have

a rusted-out exhaust system, this is going to make a really nice replacement without

just going factory, getting a little bit of an upgrade to a better sound and also a higher

quality material.

Because this is a stainless material, because this is 409 stainless, this is going to be,

you know, a little bit more expensive than an aluminized system would be.

However, this isn't going to be as much as 304 stainless and it's not going to be as

much as that top of the top premium system on the market.

So, you have a nice balance of both quality and cost.

While this does replace everything from the catalytic converter back, you're not going

to get something that's ultrashort like a rock crawler style system.

You're not getting a dumper for the axle.

This is going to be a factory-style tubed system.

However, the additional volume and sit...and lower exhaust note that you're getting is

going to be coming from this muffler here, which is going to be a little bit different

in the way it's baffled than your factory system would have been.

All in all, this is a well-built system.

As I said before, 409 stainless, not quite as high a quality as 304, you're still gonna

get a little bit of surface rust on this system, but it's not going to rust out nearly as easily

as an aluminized system would.

This is a very simple one-out-of-three wrench installation.

All you're gonna need are some traditional hand tools, about an hour's time to get this

installed, very, very simple.

The only thing that will make this difficult for you is rust.

If you've worked on exhaust systems before, you know, they like to get rusty.

And if you still have the factory system on your '97 to '99, chances are there's a good

bit of rust on there, and that might slow things down a bit.

So, spray all of your clamps, hangers, nuts and bolts, everything with good penetrating

oil well before you get started ,and it will make it easier to get everything disassembled.

Now, the first step is going to be removing the tailpipe from your muffler, and then your

muffler from your catalytic converter, getting your whole old system out of the way.

Now, if you have the factory-height TJ, it is going to be a little bit difficult to fish

this over actual pipe out from between the gas tank, the axle, the bottom of the tub.

You may have to finagle things a little bit.

If you're not going to be reusing that old system, don't be afraid to take a hacksaw

or Sawzall, just cut it, break here right at the top of that loop, make it a lot easier

to get everything out of the way.

If you have a lift, it'll probably be a little bit easier anyway.

Now, if you have a lift kit on your TJ, or even if you don't to make it a little bit

easier to fish your new system into place, you can jack up the Jeep by the bumper or

by the frame, letting the axle sag a little bit, giving you a little bit more clearance

to push everything into place.

Now, with the installation of the new system, you're going to start by hanging your new

muffler onto the catalytic converter, pushing the tailpipe into place, your axle pipe and

tailpipe all as one here into place and attaching it to the other side of the muffler, using

the included clamps to get everything taken down, this is going to attach to your factory

exhaust hangers, making the install very, very simple.

This cat-back's gonna run you $450, and that is pretty much the middle of the road for

a stainless system.

304 stainless is going to be more expensive, aluminized is just going to be a little bit

less.

With a Flowmaster exhaust system, you're getting something that, you know, a lot of R&D went

into.

You're getting something that is a well-built system that's made of some pretty high-quality

materials.

And when you look at the rest of the category, if you want a high-quality cat-back, this

is just what these cost.

If you want a premium system, you have a higher budget, those are out there as well.

And you can get a bargain system that's going to be made out at low-grade materials, but

you're not going to get the same quality or the same sound.

So, if you're looking for some more sound and a high-quality cat-back, I definitely

recommend taking a look at this Flowmaster Force II Cat-Back for your TJ, that you can

find right here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler Rugged Ridge Standard Front Bucket High-Back Seat (1987-2002 YJ, TJ) Review & Install - Duration: 4:16.

This seat is for those of you who have a worn out, ripped, torn, dirty, just an old seat

in your Wrangler, and you want to be able to swap it out for a new seat that's going

to drastically change the look of your interior.

Whether it is the foam that's worn out, the actual cover, or maybe it's even the metal

springs.

A new seat is going to not only feel a lot better when you're sitting in it, but as I

said, really transform the look of your Jeep.

This seat here is going to be a fairly standard, simple seat.

It's not going to recline, it doesn't have a ton of bolstering for off-road, it's not

a suspension seat, it doesn't have cutouts for five-point harnesses.

This is going to be much more a basic seat, however it's also going to be a lot more price

and budget friendly than some of those seats that have those features.

So if you're looking for a more basic seat that's going to save you some money, this

is an excellent option.

However, if you do want some of those additional features, there are seats from Rugged Ridge

that have those features, that of course are gonna be a little bit more expensive, and

also from some other brands like Corbeau.

These seats are available in a few different colors, of course I have the grey here with

me today.

These are also available in black vinyl and black denim, blue, nutmeg spice, and tan,

so you can get the right seat for your interior.

These are going to install into your Jeep very easily, this is a one out of three wrench

install, and it shouldn't take you more than an hour to get one seat installed in your

Jeep.

Now, if you have an earlier YJ, you are going to be able to bolt these right in.

However, if you do have a TJ, you are going to need an adapter bracket.

But we'll talk more about the install in just a second.

As I said, this is a fairly standard seat.

It's going to have a steel tube frame that is black powder coated, and it's going to

have the foam installed on top of the springs and covered in your choice of a few different

colors.

This seat does come in two different pieces with the hardware to bolt it together.

And as I said if you have a YJ, this is actually gonna bolt right into your Jeep, the install's

very, very straight forward.

If you do have a '97 to '02 TJ, you are going to need to purchase a separate adapter for

your seat, but that's nothing new.

With most of the seats you're going to get to bolt into your TJ, you are going to have

to purchase an adapter.

Like I said the seat does not recline, but it will utilize your factory sliders, so you

will still be able to slide it forward.

It is going to make it a little more difficult to get in and out of the backseats because

it's not going to tumble forward, but again you still will have that factory slide.

So like I said, install is a simple one out of three wrenches, this will take about an

hour to install per seat.

Again, if you have an older YJ, you can simply unbolt your factory seat and bolt this into

place.

The install's very, very straightforward.

If you have a '97 to '02 TJ, you are going to have to do a little bit more work, you're

going to unbolt your factory seat including the slider and the riser.

You're going to replace the riser mechanism from your factory seat with the adapter that

goes with this seat, then bolt the seat to the adapter to the factory slider, and put

the whole assembly back in the Jeep using that factory hardware.

Again, very simple install to do, anybody can really do this in their driveway in about

an hour with some traditional hand tools.

Like I said in the beginning, this is a very basic seat and it also has the price that

goes along with it.

These seats come in at right around $165.

Even a very similar seat that has a recliner, is going to be $50 to $60 more per seat than

this one is.

So if that's what you're looking for, a simple seat that is budget friendly, I think that

this is going to be a good option for you.

This is one of the least expensive seats that we offer.

So that's my review of the Rugged Ridge Standard Front Bucket Seat, fitting all 1987 to 2002

Wrangler, that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.
