Hello Friends

Today we are gonna make Cheesy Macaroni

For This We Need

Mozzarella Cheese for Topping

I have taken 1 chicken breast and cut into cubes

Sliced Olives for Topping

Salt & Pepper as like

Start with preparation of chicken

then we'll make it's sauce

I have added almost 2 Tablespoon of Oil in Pan

And Crushed or Chopped Ginger, It's up to you

And fry for some time

Until it start changing color but don't make darker

Once it's done, then add chicken

Mix while cooking

Once it's changing color and turn into white color

then add red crushed chilies

BBQ sauce

It'll enhance the flavor

Mix it while cooking

Salt to taste

I am adding half teaspoon

but you can add according to your taste

then we'll add 2-3 tablespoon water

And mix it

Now we'll cover it

and our chicken will be ready within 2-3 minutes

I am cooking on low to medium heat

and we'll cover it

Friends our chicken is ready

Keep it aside

and let's prepare sauce

We'll take a pan

add butter in it until it melt completely

Once butter melt completely then we'll add

maida flour in it

almost 2-3 tablespoon

Here you can adjust

quantity of milk according to your taste

If you like thick or glossy

You can adjust according to your taste

I am adding 1-1/2 Cup Milk in it

Because we'll bake this as well so It'll be thick after that

Mix it while adding milk

Add oregano

garlic powder

After this we'll add Cheddar Cheese

Mix while adding

Then cream

Our Macaroni will very delicious and creamy

Kids love this

Mix it while pressing cheese

It will mix properly

Add salt to taste

Black Pepper Powder as well

We'll add just a little

Otherwise it will chagne color of Macaroni

You can add almost 1/2 teaspoon and mix it

Friends our creamy sauce is ready

Add Macaroni in it

Again you can adjust the thickness according to you taste

Mix it

It's ready now add chicken

Mix it

It's ready now turn of the stove

We'll take a baking tray

and add Macaroni in it

Adjust it properly

Now starting topping with Mozzarella

You can add as you like

I'm adding half cup

Just to look good

Because we have already added cheese & cream inside

Topping With

Sliced Olives & Jalapeno

You can add Mushroom if you want!

or Onion

Totally up to you

Little Oregano

It's ready now we'll bake it

Bake at 190 Degree C

for almost 8-10 minutes

so our cheese melt properly
