When you've put your heart and soul into

building a product and putting something

out there into the world for the first time,

it's hard when you realize you have to

take it in a different direction.

And I think sometimes what happens

is there's all these stories out there

of the lone founder who goes off to the mountain

and comes up with the perfect product the first time,

and the reality is that never happens.

The actual creation of a new product is messy,

it has lots of people, it has people kind of

giving you little indicators and signals for what they want,

but then also other people telling you very clearly what they don't want

And putting all of those pieces together

I think about it less as being a prophet and much more about being a detective.

Jeep Wrangler Rugged Ridge Door Handle Inserts (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 3:40.

These are for those of you that are looking to change up the look of your Jeep.

This is, of course, not going to be a functional part, so if you like the look, you like the

style that these provide, you want to set your Jeep apart from other ones on the market,

this is going to be a good mod for you.

These are going to be appropriately priced for an aesthetic mod.

I don't personally like to spend a ton of money on things that aren't functional, but

I do think that these are appropriately priced for the added style that you get.

These inserts are made of a lightweight cast aluminum and they do have that tread pattern

with the black contrast in there, giving you a really bold look.

There are a couple of other types of inserts on the market that will attach with screws,

these ones attach with the 3M adhesive.

So if you like the fact that this is a very easy install, that this doesn't require any

major or permanent modifications of drilling holes in your door handles, this is gonna

be the way to go versus some of the other ones on the market.

With this kit, you are going to get either three or five inserts.

Three for your two-door, five for your four-door, and so that is going to include one for your

rear tailgate handle as well, so everything's gonna match.

The install for these is gonna be a very simple one out of three wrench installation.

You should be able to get this done in about a half an hour or even less.

Now, anytime you're using 3M adhesive to stick anything onto your vehicle, the most important

thing is that that surface is nice and clean.

Especially something like a door handle that can have a lot of grease and oils from your

hands on it.

You want to make sure you clean that with a good alcohol-based cleaner before you get

started.

This kit does come with a primer which is an adhesion promoter to ensure that that 3M

that comes pre-applied on the back of these is going to do a really nice job of sticking.

So, add a little bit of the primer onto the surface, peel off the backing, make sure you

have it nice and squared and centered exactly where you want it before you press it on,

because with that primer once this makes contact with the door handle it is going to be difficult

to pull it off.

Once you have it set in place, just give it a couple of pushes, make sure that it's gonna

be stuck.

Now when you are working with this 3M, it's a good idea to do the installation when the

temperatures are moderate, around 70 degrees Fahrenheit or so.

If you try and do this when it's very, very cold out, even if you clean things and use

the adhesion promoter, you may have some problems with the 3M making good adhesion.

So do it when the temperatures are moderate, make sure you clean the door handles, use

the primer that comes in the kit, and these are gonna stay put where you install them

as long as you want them there.

These are gonna come in right around $50 for the set of 3 for your 2-door.

Closer to $75 for a set of 5 for your 4-door, and as I said before, I do think that that's

a pretty fair price.

That $50 to $70 range is where I like to stay for pieces that are non-functional that are

just for the style.

As I mentioned before, you can get these from some other companies out there.

For instance, Drake Offroad also makes a set of these.

They're gonna be a similar price, however, Drake's are gonna use screws to be held in,

where these use the adhesive.

If you don't wanna drill into your door handles, obviously, this is the way to go.

If you are of the mindset that the screws are gonna hold better and you're okay making

those holes, the Drake is certainly going to be an option.

So if you're looking for something to make the outside of your Jeep pop, you wanna make

it a little bit different, you wanna make those door handles stand out a little bit

more, a set of inserts like these ones are gonna be a really nice option.

This is going to install a little bit easier and without drilling as compared to some of

the other brands out there, and in my opinion, they are affordably priced.

Jurgen Klopp describes Hoffenheim as "real challenge" in Champions League

Jurgen Klopp has addressed Liverpool's draw against Hoffenheim in their Champions League play-off, saying it is "for sure not an easy game.

The Reds will take on Julian Nagelsmann's side over two legs this month, as they push for a place in the group stage of Europe's top-tier tournament.

With the first clash set to take place at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena on August 15, and the return leg at Anfield on August 23, there are less than two weeks to prepare.

But in Klopp they have a manager experienced against Bundesliga sides, and the 50-year-old is looking forward to another meeting with 1899. Actually, it was exactly what I expected when I had a look," he told LiverpoolFC.com.

"If there's a choice we always seem to take the German team! Sorry!.

"It was clear from the first moment when we knew who we could face that there would be no easy game. It's Hoffenheim and that's for sure not an easy game.

"But we should always not forget what they thought in the moment they saw the draw—it's not the best thing they could get. "I'm completely fine with it, happy to know and now we can start preparing.

"[They are a] strong side, how everybody can imagine. When you are fourth in Germany you are a strong side.".

During his time with Mainz 05 and Borussia Dortmund, Klopp won six, drew six and lost five of his 17 encounters with Hoffenheim.

But having left Dortmund before Nagelsmann's appointment in 2015, he is aware they will be a different prospect this time around.

Nagelsmann has presided over a forced overhaul of his ranks this summer, but Klopp believes the two games will be a "real challenge," as he pits himself against his youthful counterpart.

"It's a very interesting club. They have a lot of really good young players," he continued. "They lost two of them—[Sebastian] Rudy and [Niklas] Sule to Bayern—and had a little change.

"[They have] a very young manager, just 30 years old, a very talented man. That's a real challenge but I'm looking forward to it. "First we'll play Watford but at the same time we'll start preparing for Hoffenheim and it's really exciting.

As Klopp suggests, Liverpool still need to focus on their Premier League opener away to Watford on August 12, as they look to build on last season's fourth-placed finish.

But in Hoffenheim, the Reds have been drawn formidable opposition, and Klopp will ensure his side are reminded of that.

Liverpool draw Hoffenheim in Champions League play-offs

Liverpool will face Bundesliga side Hoffenheim in their Champions League play-off clash, after a draw held in Nyon on Friday morning.

The Reds are set to take on Julian Nagelsmann's Hoffenheim in a two-legged tie later this month, with the first leg to be held on August 15/16 and the second on August 22/23.

An aggregate victory over both legs will ensure progress to the group stage of this season Champions League, after finishing fourth in the Premier League in 2016/17.

The first leg is set to take place at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena, before a clash at Anfield to decide the two clubs' European fate.

Liverpool are yet to meet Hoffenheim in their 125-year history, but the play-off will provide Roberto Firmino with a reunion with his old side, having left for Anfield in 2015.

Liverpool were drawn against German side Hoffenheim on Friday morning, arguably the toughest opponent they could have faced in the Champions League play off.

The Reds were drawn to play away from home in the first leg, with the return leg back at Anfield a week later.

The dates for those two games have now been confirmed as Tuesday, August 15 (Rhein-Neckar-Arena) and Wednesday, August 23 (Anfield).

The first leg takes place three days after the opening Premier League game at Watford, with the opening home game against Crystal Palace in between the two ties.

12: Watford (A) 15: Hoffenheim (A) 19: C Palace (H) 23: Hoffenheim (H) 27: Arsenal (H). Should Liverpool progress, the draw for the group stages takes place on Thursday 24 August. Liverpool would be a third seed in the group.

Should they lose the play-off, the Europa League draw takes place on Friday 25 August.

useful tools to better your understanding of Amazon and get the most

information you can before launching your own product so without further ado

we're just going to jump into this alright guys so number one I have for

you this won't fit say how much inventory a seller has instead of having

to do the $9.99 card trick this tool is going to give you the information that

you are looking for a lot easier so it's called stock stats so Amazon inventory

level so you added to chrome it will pop up gear just click on it when you're on

the product page and it'll tell you how much inventory the seller has easy peasy

wonderful great tool to have i 100% recommend it if you are thinking about

doing the 99 man card trick this will help you out a lot basically let you spy

on your competitors inventory levels alright guys so the second tool will

have to you right here is called keifa this one lets you check the traps with

BSR and the price history for a listing so price is just like if the seller has

changed the price maybe increase or decrease will kind of give you a trend

if the trend is only decreasing it means that people are probably dragging the

product down the price down and that's not what you're looking for on the BSR

is the best seller ranks basically the ranking of that product on Amazon so

keeping track of is good it shows you if the products doing better or worse kind

of like it's kind of like camel camel camel what we look at with the BSR and

the price um bs are basically if you notice a trend sometimes the product

might be seasonal if it's um if you see that spikes up during like maybe it's

the top 100 of toys and games during summer but then it dies off and then

next summer it'll come back up and it dies off basically or not going to make

me sell the diet dies off period so I'm not really something you want a good

example of this would be the solar eclipse glasses

fantastic product great numbers right now if you got in on time you'll be

making a ton of money but the problem is the solar eclipse is on August 21st and

after that you're stuck with whatever image where you have there's no one's

going to buy inventory for solar eclipse it's going to happen in a decade right

so kind of keep that in mind this will help you get again these tools are just

to maximize the information you have so this is always a good one to have in

your arsenal the third one would be the FBA fees calculators so this is

important because oops so this one's important because your hold on let it

load alright because the FBA fees are you don't really know it's very based on

the size and the weight and all that is the item on so the FASB calculator will

just kind of take a listing for you tell you how much weight it has because it

like you put the way in the description so it will just find that information

and calculate the FBA fees for you that way it will just be given to you you

don't have to overthink it and you'll know how much you're going to be paying

so you can prepare if you have the same product or very similar product you'll

know how much you're going to have to pay for FBA fees to calculate your

profit margin this is perfect to have I use this one a lot actually so yeah you

can see it up here on my toolbar I really really like it the fourth one so

again this one just shows you the best seller rank of each listing from the

search page so this one you don't even have to enter the product listing pay

the product page you just have to go to the page one of Amazon for that keyword

and this one click on it and this was going to use the best seller rank of all

of them great again great information to know sometimes you'll have one rank like

300,000 in the top page which is because you probably bought a lot of reviews and

purchases and the launch of the product and so it's not going to be sustainable

so you just want to make sure that you can get into that ranking it's state of

that rank is what you want so this is always good to know good information to

have it never hurts to use I don't personally have this one

right now but I have used it before and if you guys are interested in it a 100%

recommend this one is one that I also have downloaded you can see it this one

is this one here this one is camel camel camel or addict analyzer catalyzers does

basically what camel camel camel does but in the in an extension forms you

don't have to go onto the website do it for you you just open the listing you

want and click on the extension it will open up the graph or the price and the

ranking like in the history of the price and the history of the ranking again

very good information to have I 100% back this one up to I use this

one I use these two the most you'll see right here I use these two the most so I

keep them here the other one I've used before but you leave them just so I

don't have like a huge row of extensions so yeah that's going to be all this was
