Renowned bag designer, Jas M.B, has invited the ladies to his shop for an interview challenge.

Nice to meet you.

Jas. Hello. Esther. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you.

Welcome. My name is Jas, Jas M.B. We basically design a manufacture bags.

Basically we're going to give you a task. I'll give you my press releases.

You take the press releases away and see how you guys collecting interview with designers.

So basically, you have 20 minutes to prepare for interview and all of you have 5 minutes to interview myself and as a presenter,

we'll see how flexible you are, what questions you throw at the designers.

It's about presenter and designer, basically. So let's see what you guys are made of.

So we all went off and like really read through all our notes,

try to cramming as much information as we could and remember like different segments about him,

what we felt would be relevant to the throw his questions.

How are you?

Nice to meet you. And you too.

I was really nervous. I'm not quite sure why I was so nervous, quite looking back now,

but I think it's because I wasn't expecting that at all as usual.

I've got couple of questions to ask you.

Okay.

Why do you think it's so important to inspire new designers in their collections?

Everybody is talented. Sometimes it's so hidden behind all sorts of façades that we have.

Yeah.

If we can inspire someone, bring the talent out and they'll go miles further

He revealed a mini challenge to us. And the mini challenge was to interview him. At the moment it's not high in my agenda.

You know, you've had a hugely successful career and Jas M.B. has been in the work for, has been around for 10 years.

Yes. Where did it all begin

Well initially just from Ilford. That's originally where we make everything and we did a show in Paris and Paris is the place that took us internationally, basically.

I feel like this what I meant to be doing. I feel like, I'm in my forte.

Now you've got two daughters to the USA.

Yes.

Are they fond of bags? Do they missing a talk or they be at problem?

They're in with all the bags all the time and they have a little moment when they come in several like,

"Can I have this one made in a certain color or can I have that one?" But

they're not crazy about it, but they've got fair selection of

bags. Like do something new of that.

That's right, yeah. And then we got the first dip.

I remember when I was doing it. It was a complete oblivion. I don't know what's going to happen and I don't like it.

See this is why I'm interested because a lot of the big designers back in the day made stuff

so well and so strong that people still have it today.

That's right.

Is there a danger in making something so good?

Well, once people know the quality of our product, they want some more of it.

It doesn't mean that because it doesn't break they won't move on to another of that.

And they tell their friends

Exactly, yeah.

A little bit of a feedback. Yeah.

I think more about inspiration.

Okay.

And then maybe what the store is selling too and how broad is their coverage around the world.

Yeah.

Maybe a little bit more about their childhood because we are the man, we have, of course, a boy inside us.

She had a little bit of a plus where she found out about my daughters, actually,

which give you few more questions to fire off.

Yeah, it could've been a little bit longer but inspiration and where the moods come from,

where the ideas come from that's generally more quite important for designer.

So the next designer that you interview, just make sure that you talk to him about inspiration coz inspiration is where it's all driven from

The heart of the designer is the inspiration. That's right, exactly. Inspiration, yeah

But going forward you're going to be thrown out, cats amongst the dogs, basically.

You're going to go out at Vogue Fashion Night Out.

but let's see how good you guys at talking your way through it. And you'll be given an hour to go out and see which designers you can interview

and what you can come up with, basically. This is a warm up for London Fashion Week and a day after, there will only be two of you left.

Up next the action escalates when the girls hit the streets during London fashion night out.

I can taste it. It's almost there.

I got to see the end of Judy's presenting where she had a snake around her neck. Oh my god!

Our contestants will have to battle the crowd to survive their next challenge. One of the biggest Vogue events of the year.

Jas gave us our challenge. It was to go to Vogue's Fashion Night Out and

we have to go show Fashion One viewers a teaser of the event.

Excuse me, Sir. my name is Judy. I'm from Fashion One.

Hi, Judy.

I just think that you're, the animals that are cracking around here are very, very fashionable.

I got to see the end of Judy's presenting which was really impressive. She had a snake around her neck.

Does he bites? No, he's very friendly.

Okay, so what do I do? Just tilt your head

Oh my gosh! Can he sense that I hate him. No.

Coz, oh, oh my gosh!

No,…Oh my god he's locking my shoulder. I think he's trying to kill me.

Okay, hand over here. Okay, do I have to touch him?

Yeah. Okay.

I hate him.

I just had the snake around my neck and he started talking to somebody else.

And it started moving like that and I couldn't control it. I did not like us.

But it was cool. It's a nice experience.

I'm on to the bite and actually she isn't that bad. Oh, he's moving his head.

Oh! Please take it off me.

I don't know how I'm going to talk with a snake. I just don't know.

It's Vogue's Fashion Night Out and I am joined by one of London's most innovative emerging talent,

Corrie Nielsen. Corrie, thank you so much for chatting to me.

It's my pleasure, my pleasure.

How have you found yourself as fashion designer in London?

Something that I've always wanted to come back here. This is where my roots are from.

And we saw that in your autumn-winter collection this year the tartans from your great grandfather.

That's right, that's right. Yeah.

My great, great, great, grand dad, Jonas Burns, Scottish, Immigrated to US.

So I thought I would use a bit of family history. Not just family history but also an interest, the great interest.

and what better time to this than now. Vogue has setup London's Fashion's Big Night Out.

Hello! I'm Esther Sheppard and welcome to Fashion One. Now I'm here at Vogue's Fashion's Big Night Out.

This is a celebration of design and creativity. London, London's Big Fashion Night Out.

Now, we're going to take you on a little journey. I'm going to go to Anthropology,

speak to some people and we'll see you back here.

Getting the name of something like Vogue's Fashion Night Out, getting that wrong is like a

cardinal sin.

When I got to Old Bond Street it was just alive. It was so exciting. There were so many people.

It looks so beautiful. I have to try and get myself into a shop. And I went to Matthew Williamson. When the bouncer,

I said, "Hi, I'm Stefanie. I'm from Fashion One." And he's like, "Yeah okay come on in." I was like, "Oh, we're going in."

I got to see firsthand Stefanie's task. And I was like, "Oh! Am I physically sick? I can't watch this. This is going too well."

What do you both think of Vogue's London Fashion Night Out? I mean it's such an iconic night.

It's now celebrated all over the world. What do you think it encompasses and celebrates?

Everyone for those British designers, English designers and

I think London is one of the best cities in the world and has to show and celebrate.

What made you decide to come at Matthew Williamson's night out, of all the stores, what entice you here?

Yes, I really like Matthew and I think he's amazing. Who wouldn't like to be here?

Everyone who loves fashion would like to be here.

And then like a shining halo of light, it was like Matthew Williamson is in the corner.

I'm really good. This is looking absolutely incredible.

What do you think that tonight encompasses because it such a special night

Well, tonight is I think the 4th anniversary of Fashion Night Out. It's really like a feeling for me of a carnival or a festival.

It's also more to shopping night. It's more about a community of really fun. People that are really into fashion whether they're 20 or 60.

It's just like this can't be happening she got Matthew Williamson.

Obviously if it's a designer evening you go on to your design, you go like that cheap.

I've handed everything like Matthew Williamson, Charlotte Olympia, Rosie Olivia, Corrie Nielsen.

No, it's not going to happen. Elliot Rose and she's line up, I love this.

I was thinking, "Come on get some really interesting footage.

What's going to be entertaining? What's going to be interesting to watch?" I just had that in my head.

I kept looking and noticing Stefanie, Stefanie set the bar up here,

Stefanie really set the standard for the night. I potentially screwed, I was just like, "oh!"

So into the right.

The Box Boutique is up. Basically, owned by me and my two sisters. And we gathered a few amazing designers together onto this one roof.

Have a look at Ruthie Davis. She has some amazing shoes over there. We had some of these really nice joggers,

which was featured in Vogue. And she's also the designer behind this lovely pumps.

There we had the designer of the actual store telling us what's hot, what's at the top and what her favorite is.

The décor, the design, the ball has this place is happening.

It really is the ultimate shoe store and I felt so inspired and I'm in love with this one's here.

I am excited about Fashion Week. You can't believe it. This time for me, I will be actually watching it rather than participating.

It's always more exciting and I can't wait for it.

Hi girls! Welcome back to the Church of Fashion. I'm a fashion writer and presenter, Antonia O'Brien. This is fashion creative,

Nik Thakkar. The brilliant Norwegian fashion designer, Fam Irvoll. And today our guest judge is bag designer, Jas M.B.

Welcome, Welcome to the panel. So this week was a really exciting big challenge for all of you.

It was to cover London's Vogue Fashion Night Out from the streets, in all the bars, from the shops and from the parties, obviously Fashion One.

So we would of course like to know how you found it.

Stefanie, how was Fashion Night Out for you?

It was so much fun. We walked down the streets and the amount of people was there was such a buzzed.

It was so exciting. Got to manage to block my way to meeting Matthew Williamson,

have a chitchat, which was absolutely brilliant and I just love the whole experience. It was so much fun. It was great.

Esther, how was your Fashion's Night Out?

Yeah, it was really good. I had a chat with and actually lead myself to Henry Holland

and I look all the way down. And he was kind of good but I didn't write my destination yet.

So his works are a fine like intimately. He gave me a little bit of hope and that's a good start.

Judy, how did you think yours went?

I loved it. I had a great night. I got to interview Corrie Nielsen, which was amazing for me because

I love her and I love her stuff. So it was really good for me.

I had really fun doing it and I had a snake around my neck. And oh I got snapped by Vogue photographer, which is online.

So that's made my life and I'm happy now.

So yeah it's great I loved it.

Rebecca, how was your Fashion's Night Out?

I feel like it was a mixed bag, really. And so, I went and I researched it and like write and we discuss it,

organize it and as it went on it got later and later. It was harder and actually got to talk to Matthew Williamson but it wasn't my hour.

Thanks girls. Also every week the judges and the guest judge always really like to hear how it's been for you.

Now what we would also like to know, it's a tricky question, but we'll be asking each of you. Who would you like to choose,

from the other three girls, to take with you to London Fashion Week.

Stefanie, let's start with you. Who would you take to London Fashion Week?

Oh my god. I'll take Rebecca coz I know it's her dream to go and she said so many times she want there. So I want her to come.

Esther, same question for you. Who out of the three girls would you take to London Fashion Week with you?

Who would I take to London Fashion Week? It's a very hard question.

I think I would also take Rebecca. I feel we found some nice thing of each other.

Judy, who would you take to Fashion Week and why?

I would take Stefanie because I think that she would cover pretty well. I think she would do a great job.

And I think that's always the situation where we work to be on covering together.

I know we're quite similar but I think that we could really make that work well. I like to work with Stef.

Rebecca, who would you take to Fashion Week with you?

I also choose Stefanie purely because coz I got to see her perform the Vogue Fashion Night Out is so fast and had took her

way into places, had charisma, she had natural flair with people and it was I did like, "oh my gosh it's slipping away from me."

That I saw what a fantastic presenter she was and how it just took her and I think she looks brilliant on cover to delivery.

I couldn't vote into whole performance of the night. I take Stefanie coz I know she perform for Fashion One, very good girl.

Thank you girls. I so admire how much you all support each other. I mean this is getting comfort now and I love that.

You all got each other's back, which is pretty cool. Thank you very much girls. The judges are now going to deliberate.

It's the pronouncement week and I really love these four girls.

What do you ever think of Stefanie's work at Fashion's Night Out?

I thought she did a quite good job, actually.

I love watching her and that Matthew Williamson thing. I know!

Incredible. And he looks very engaged with her.

And she got him to say that he loves Fashion One, which is essentially

perfect TV for the channel. She looked great. She was really eloquent,

I mean, I couldn't throw her.

Jas, how was Esther during your 1 on 1 with her?

Again, actually she was quite…questions are very, very short. And she didn't really have that many questions.

I think she needed to read up a little bit more.

I want someone for this job who's got a natural instinct for fashion. Who's like…who doesn't need to learn

about fashion to do this job and needs to be someone who

already knows the industry or who know how it works.

So, Judy, the tall leggy blonde.

She's hot!

The fact that she pulled out a Britney Spears snake in the middle of fashion week is really like I love her.

She's amazing. Like that snake eww moment. Incredible.

Well I think Judy's really good at it. She's very good of making the most of every situation,

whether she's throwing in a quick fire round or you know, lot's of random questions but you know what

I get the feeling the people she is talking to really don't know what's coming next and for that I do think she's very good

But she is a really good presenter. She is basically what we are looking for.

So last we have rebecca. But not the least.

Out of four of them, Rebecca I think intellectually, I think she's quite strong.

She's got the strongest knowledge base out all of the girls.

She's very intelligent. Yeah.

A natural interest, I think with her.

She could've found better people to interview. Yeah I agree with you. So guys are we clear?

Yes. Yeah.

This week, will they ever perform?

Very well done. You got an interview with Matthew Williamson and got him engaged, he looked interested.

I think you did a very good job. Something I would like to say is, you need to keep your questions concise

and snappy because if the interviewee is busy, they're on a party, they've got attention everywhere then you need to make sure you keep their attention.

I wasn't that captivated by you. Previous weeks I've been more impressed.

I felt this week was a bit flat which at this stage of the competition isn't working in your favor.

My biggest concern, I guess and it has been a concern for the duration

I came here with not lot of fashion knowledge, If I'm honest, and I feel like I've learned so much through

research but also through the other girls and through the people around me. And I think that's really

important. So it's been a massive learning curve for me and I am delighted to have made it this far.

So that leaves us with two girls. One of you will be leaving the competition. And one of you will be going to London Fashion Week.
