Middle-earth: Shadow of War Microtransactions "Market" System Detailed Final - Duration: 1:40.

This is Mack, for Pixel Enemy, here to talk about the microtransactions that will be available

in the upcoming Middle-earth: Shadow of War.

The game is set to launch on October 10th, and along with the $60 entrance fee to the

main game, players will also be able to purchase Gold.

The pricing hasn't been revealed yet, and it should be noted that Gold can also be earned

in-game, albeit rather slowly we presume.

Head over to the in-game "Market, " and you can spend Gold on Loot Chests, which net

you weapons, armor and sometimes XP buffs for main character Talion; War Chests, that

provide Orcs for your army of followers; and Boosts, which help Talion level up faster.

In addition to Gold, there's a second currency called Mirian.

This can't be bought with real money and must be earned in-game by defeating powerful

orcs or finding stashes of treasure.

Mirian can be used to purchase Loot and War Chests.

The developer has stressed that those who buy Gold will have no advantage over other

players.

It merely speeds up the process of acquiring items that you can also get by just playing.

They've also said that Gold cannot be used to purchase any unique items.

So, again, *everything* in the game should be accessible to all players; Gold simply

speeds things up.

If microtransactions are to be a thing in Shadow of War, then I'm okay with this method

of implementation.

So long as Gold-exclusive items don't make a post-release appearance, once all the stellar

reviews are in, then I have no qualms with this.

But that's just me.

What do you make of the Shadow of War "Market"?

Is this microtransactions done right?

Or are you not a fan?

Leo and Tig - All Episodes compilation (1-3) - New animated movie 2017 - Kedoo ToonsTV - Duration: 31:57.

Showing us on a new adventure,

We have friends to help you out.

Tig and Leo will be the two.

Show you all the sights around!

In the home of these brave heroes

Woods are dense and beautiful.

Mountains rise to be the tallest.

Rivers turn to waterfalls.

TIG AND LEO

SKIN OF THE SUN

Okay, Mom! I'll go now.

Leo! Don't be too late!

All right, Mom!

Hey you, chubster!

Can't find a better place to sit?!

He's a striped woolsack!

Ah! Let them be!

Mapa Pandiga is waiting for us!

Wow, Tig! Let's go!

Let's see who's faster!

Ha, have you learned how to run?

I'm gonna wait for you over there!

What's wrong?

Uh-oh.... It's so high!

Tig! Come on! What's the problem?

Seriously, not again, man!

Look! I can leap there

and back!

Just jump! We're gonna be late!

The striped one is afraid of heights again!

Let's take a roundabout.

We'll have plenty of time.

Oh, of course!

A roundabout!

Much faster!

We'll be there by night!

Wow! Awesome!

Ha! Ha! Ha!

They'll be late again!

Well, well…

Where is it?

Okay...

Ah-huh! Here it is!

I found it.

All right, kids.

When my grandfather

was a bear cub,

a tiger lived in the giant forest

full of trees, beautiful lakes and formidable peaks.

The taiga.

He was weak and chicken-hearted,

so nobody was afraid of him.

Once a severe drought came.

The Tiger thought,

"Oh, the Sun must be

the strongest animal in the world!

I wish I'd become this strong!"

So the Tiger decided to lay paws

on the Skin of the Sun.

But the Skin was guarded

by a fierce bear!

Ma-a-a-apa Pandiga,

was he as fierce as you are?

No-no!

A sabre-toothed bear!

He resides

in his big black cave

and protects the way of the Stone Claw,

the place

where the Sun is nesting!

So the Tiger sneaked

past the Sabre-toothed Bear

while he was asleep

and put on the Skin of the Sun.

The Tiger became

the most fearless animal in the forest.

All the animals in the taiga

bowed their heads to him!

It was on Equilibrium day

when night is equal to day.

I want to get this skin too.

Tig! I know where the Stone Claw is!

I saw the Sun setting down there!

And today is Equilibrium day!

– Hurry up! – The Skin of the Sun!

Thank you, Mapa Pandiga!

I have to get this skin!

Leo?

What do you think?

Was it for real?

All the things that Pandiga told us about.

Sure!

You heard it, man!

I wish I'd become

the bravest tiger in the whole forest.

How long do you think we've been running for?

Huh? What was that?

Hey, Tig!

We're gonna get the Skin of the Sun for you,

and you'll become the bravest one on earth!

Tig!

Tig, what is it now?!

You just have to walk on this very huge,

very wide log!

Come on! Come on!

That's right!

Good job!

Don't look down!

Just look at me!

That's it…

Okay…

Tig, hold on!

Leo! Leo!

Hold on!

Leo!

Guys, follow me!

We gotta get there first, before the Sun sets!

Leo, are you okay?

We've surfaced!

Where are we?

Well, we are...

It seems that...

We're lost!

We are?

Where should we go now?

Back home? Up the river?

Oh, no!

We're never gonna make it with this rate.

Okay... It's not the way!

And here... is not the way either!

Where is it, huh?!

Aha! Look over there!

What did Mapa Pandiga tell us?

"Come and put your paw

on the Sun Tree in the evening.

And the way will be enlightened!

Run along towards the sunset!"

Leo, look!

Whoa!

I always knew the stories were true.

Tig! Stop talking!

Let's run!

The cave of the Sabre-toothed Bear!

We can't go further!

Hm... How can we climb this mountain?

Hey, guys! Over there!

All right, fellas!

Everybody, climb up this tree!

On me!

Sun is gonna set soon.

Faster, faster!

Run, Tig!

We gotta get there before the Sun goes down!

Leo, I think we'd better go back.

– Come on, Tig! – Forget it!

Stupid skin...

Maybe, it doesn't even exist!

No skin? What are you talking about?!

It must be there!

Mapa said to catch the Sun before it goes down.

So run! Come on! Come on!

We are almost there!

The rock is so close.

Oh wow! Look at this!

We are so high!

– Is this the place? – Shh! Keep quiet!

This is the cave of the Sabre-toothed Bear!

Whose cave?! You mean the Sabre-toothed..?

No, thanks. I'll pass.

Me neither. Look there!

The Stone Claw! Let's go!

Leo! Careful!

You know what?

You better go on your own!

Wait there! I'll bring this skin!

The Skin of the Sun!

I'll be the mightiest

in the whole forest!

Come on! Go down now!

What was that noise?!

Aah! The spotted one!

What are you doing here? What do you want?

The skin is mine!

– Buzz off while you can! – No way!

I'm here to get it!

And I won't leave without it.

What? You won't leave?

Well, we're gonna help ya!

Leo?!

I'm coming!

– Tig! – Hold on, Leo!

– Leo! I can't! – Tig! Hurry up!

I'm losing grip!

I can't do it!

I'm sorry, Leo!

Tig!!!!

He left you! Ha-ha-ha!

Ha-ha-ha!

Who's that?

That's...

The Sabre-toothed Bear!

He's awake!

Let's move!

Got you!

– That was tough! – Tig! Is it you?

Where's the..? What's the name...

– The Sabre-toothed Bear? – I don't know!

I was too busy running away.

I didn't notice any sabre-toothed bears!

You know, Tig,

you don't need no Skin!

You are the bravest tiger in the world!

Whoa!...

Sounds like the Sabre-toothed Bear.

Haha! Keep cool! That's my mom!

That's your mom?!

Quite a mom you have!

Uh-oh! That must be the Sabre-toothed Bear!

No-no! That one's my mom!

We better get home!

And fast!

Everybody has a skin,

but to make it glow like the sun

you need to find your path!

Ready! Set! Rotate!- Part 1 - Duration: 10:07.

Hello everyone! I'm Shametria Routt Banks, The Routty Math Teacher, and this is the

first video in my Ready! Set! Rotate!- Five Days to Ready-Made Stations video series

I know there are many teachers who are ready to use stations in the classroom

but are just too busy to get started or don't know how to get started using

stations in the classroom. I designed this video series for you. Through this

series, I'll be sharing my tips, strategies, and techniques for creating

ready-made stations for the first few weeks or first few units of your school

year. I've created five action items for you to do in five days that will have

your first set of stations ready, set, go for the new school year. Each day this

week, I will post a new video with a new action item and with that let's jump right in.

Our first action item is pretty simple. We're just going to create a plan for

our first grading period or for your first few units of the school year so

you'll decide which way you'd like to go whether you want to use maybe the first

six weeks or just decide on the first few weeks to plan. I'm actually going to

plan the first three units of a fifth grade scope and sequence. That's how

I'm going to model this for you, but you do what works best for you and the time

that you have available. For my plan I'm actually going to use Google Calendar

and I'm super excited to be able to share this with you. I know that there

are many school districts that are really using Google tools and the G

Suite as they're calling it to take care of a lot of day-to-day business that

teachers have to do, so I thought it would be fun

to demonstrate for you how you can use a Google Calendar to plan out your math

units and to plan out your stations for the first few weeks or first few units

of the year. I want to reiterate that this is a five-step process that we're

using for these first few units, but when you're ready for the next set you just

repeat the process all over again. This would be something great to do with

your team or to get your team involved and so maybe everybody gets a little

chunk and does this five-day process with a different set of units through

the entire year so you get everything planned out early on-- how exciting is

that. We're going to get started with our

calendar here. You can see that I have already inserted the holidays

and special days of the year. First, you can see that I've marked the first

day of school as August the 28th and then I've already marked Labor Day just

so I know when I'm planning that I'm not going to plan any stations for those

days. Now, the first day of school isn't a holiday, but there's not many

instructional activities that will take place that day so certainly I'm not

going to be doing any station activities on that day. So, I've just gone through

September and October marking those special days. Now you'll also notice that

I have marked on the four days after the first day of school to teach

expectations and so that's something that's going to be super important and I

know many many teachers will be using that time to teach expectations either

campus-wide expectations or your own classroom expectations and I just want

to give you a little tidbit of something that I like to do. I teach some

of my math expectations during that time. There have been years where I've had

to teach campus-wide expectations and they were sometimes a

little lengthy and not always the most engaging material to go through so I

would insert things like games or problem-solving and through those

activities I would also

to expectations. So I kind of map out, all of the expectations I need to teach and

I start inserting them during that time so that the next week

when we really get into you our curriculum

I have already taught some of those essential expectations

I will even demo a very short station rotation during that time as well and I

typically do that with just two stations so that I can monitor the students

pretty closely and I teach and review station expectations during that two-

station rotation. So that's what I do during those four days. So we'll jump

right into the next week. So we will start on September the 5th. That will be

my first day of instruction and I'm going to use my calendar to mark off

these four days of the week and I'm actually going to put here unit 1 and

the first unit on this Common Core scope and sequence that I'm using to

demonstrate these steps to creating your stations is understanding volume and

this is actually a 10 day unit so I want to make sure I count the 10 days but I'm

also going to copy this so I don't have to keep typing it in. I can just copy and

paste and I'm going to mark this in red. I like to use different colors so that

they stand out on the calendar. And then grab the next five days that will give

me a total of nine and again I'm going to grab the red and then this is going

to end on September the 18. And then that will be my last day for the unit. So if I

look back I can see all 10 days of that understanding volume unit now beginning

on September the 19th I'm going to start unit 2. So I've got 4 days here and this

unit is multiplication and division strategies. Again, I'm going to

copy that. That will make it easier for me later. I'm going to grab orange this

time as my color. And there's the first four days of a 12 day unit. So here's the

next five days of that unit-- same thing.

So I've got nine total days and I need three more which will be in October,

these first three days here. Okay, so that's the end of unit 2. Now we will

move on to unit 3 and that's going to start here on October the 5th and this

unit is add and subtract fractions. I'm going to copy that and again, I'm

going to choose a color. This time I'll choose yellow. You can see that I like

rainbow colors. So that's the first two days of this 12 day unit and then here's

four more days and then five days. So we now have eleven days altogether and the

last day of this unit will be on October 23rd. And, of course I know that that

things don't always stay this way sometimes we need more time for a unit

or sometimes we actually finish a unit a little sooner and I know that those

things do occur but I just want to have a general guideline and a map of where

I'm going so that I know how to plan my stations. And with that, that's really it.

So if we look back we've already mapped out the special days and

holidays during those first few units of the school year. We've also mapped out

this time where we'll be teaching expectations and then we've mapped out our first

three units. Okay so here are your next steps to complete today's action item

which is to take your scope and sequence and plan out your first few weeks or

your first few units of the school year and then post a comment on my Facebook

page to let me know how the activity went, how that action item was for you.

Then, I'd also like for you to head on over to therouttymathteacher.com to

get a free copy of my Getting Started with Math Stations: Math Station Basics

eBook. Thank you so much for joining me today.

I look forward to seeing you tomorrow for our next action item. Bye!

8 Cheap Beauty Remedies That Every Girl Needs To Know 1. Toothpaste for acne Apply a small amount of white toothpaste to the affected area before bedtime and rinse it the next morning. Repeat daily for a few days until your skin is free of acne. Aloe vera gel is also effective for mild to moderate acne. Simply extract the gel from a sheet of aloe vera and apply it to the affected area, 2 to 3 times a day. The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of aloe vera help kill the bacteria that cause acne as well as reduce inflammation. 2. Sugar Scrub for Cracked Lips Make a lip scrub with 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix well and use it to wipe the lips gently for a couple of minutes, once a week. This will help remove dead skin cells and leave you with scaly lips. To keep your lips moisturized, you can even massage your lips with warm olive oil or coconut oil once or twice a day. 3. Baking Soda for yellow teeth Simply mix ¼ teaspoon of baking soda with a small amount of pea size of your toothpaste. Gently brush your teeth with it, once a week. The abrasive nature of baking soda will help polish the surface of your teeth and remove stains. Be sure not to eat or drink anything after using this remedy. Another good option is to rub the fresh orange peel (the inner portion) over your teeth every night before going to bed for a week. There are bleach compounds in the peel that can reduce the yellow tint on your teeth. 4. Cold spoon for swollen eyes Put a few spoons of metal in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until completely refrigerated. Hold the top of the cold spoon against puffy eyes for 1 minute. Replace the hot spoon with another cold spoon. The cold temperature will help tighten the skin around your eyes and relax the blood vessels, thus helping to get rid of swollen eyes. 5. Sugar wax for unwanted facial hair Mix 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon water. Heat the mixture in a microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until it turns brown. Let cool. Using a spatula, apply it in areas where you want to remove hair. Place a strip of fabric over the mixture and smooth it out in the direction of hair growth. After a few seconds, tear in the opposite direction of hair growth. Repeat if necessary. 6. Egg whites for oily skin An egg white is one of the most effective and inexpensive remedies for oily skin. It helps to absorb excess oil and also tonnes greasy skin. Beat 1 egg white and apply on the skin. Let it dry, then wash with warm water. Follow this remedy twice a week. Optionally, you can mix the medium lemon juice in the beaten egg white before applying it to your face. Another simple remedy is to rub half a tomato on your skin. Wait 15 minutes for the tomato juice to do its job, then rinse with cold water. Use this remedy 2 or 3 times a week. The natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help to absorb excess oil. 7. Coconut oil for extremely dry skin Applying a little extra virgin coconut oil on the skin daily after taking a bath is very beneficial for extremely dry skin. Applying the oil especially after a bath when your skin is somewhat moist helps to block moisture. Another good natural moisturizer for dry skin is honey. Helps block moisture to reduce dryness and keep skin soft and supple. Before taking a shower, rub the honey all over your body, wait 10 minutes and then take your shower. Repeat once a day. 8. Baking Soda for Blackheads One of the best and cheapest remedies for pimples is baking soda. Make a paste of baking soda with a little water. Apply to the affected area, leave it on for a few seconds and then rinse it off. Use this remedy once or twice a week. Oatmeal eating for breakfast can also help. Prepare a face packet with 2 tablespoons of oats, 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt and a little lemon juice. Apply on your face, wait 5 minutes and then rub the paste with wet hands. Then rinse with warm water. Repeat once or twice a week.
