Find an event you like or have heard about
You can't really register for an event that's over, so pay attention to the dates!
Sometimes, the event has a registration link.
Copy the link, and open it in a new tab (right mouse click)
See that highlighted portion? Click it.
Make sure you are signed in to your main email account that's synced to your phone!
If everything looks good, click 'Save'!
And voila! The event is now synced to your google calendar.
Open the tab earlier that had the registration link to access our Eventbrite event page.
If you come to this page, it means the event is over and you can't register.

So, Today! tadaa I've bought 10 packs of "Peyangu's" Lard yakisoba
hey wait a minute... since I'm staring at such a small screen...
all this white and black packaging looks like one jumbled up hot mess
well anyways... Peyangu makes all sorts of products. everytime they come out with something new I give
them a try .... wonder how they'll be this time around?
since this new product is a lard based yakisoba I was thinking I might kind of like this one
is it a saucy sort of yakisoba or is it more of a salt style of yakisoba?
I wonder... alrighty lets get cookin
tadaa I've boiled up the noodles and the toppings and to this we'll add the sauce which I warmed up
normally you'd warm it by leaving it on the lid while the noodles soak but since I'm making so much
at once I just poured hot water over it all at once .... so what kind of sauce will we see today?
ahh its sort of transparent.... its got that lard sort of color to it
tadaa the dish is complete you can really smell the lard
the aroma reminds me of a tonkotsu style ramen its got onion bamboo shoots and naruto fish cakes
ITADAKIMASU
its a light brown in color
MMM delish
its sort of like an 'abura soba' oily noodle when I think of abura soba I think of thick noodles but
this is like a thin noodle version of an 'abura soba' dish
the flavors are nice and strong a very soy sauce and "tonkotsu" pork based 'abura soba' flavor
the flavors are so strong and kind of salty I really like the taste of this
this sauce would totally go nicely on top of some rice and having the onion and bamboo shoots on here is a nice touch
this would also be great with flavored eggs and other toppings
the mouthfeel of the bamboo shoots is very nice as well its soaks up the lard sauce and is so delish
and about the naruto fish cakes.... they feel a bit absent from this dish

peiangu's yakisoba with lard sauce were so delish it was nice and oily with a nice salty flavor
the flavors were so strong and I liked ti if you're one of those who likes oily foods you'll
definitely like these yakisoba these were so tasty won't you all give them a try?

One day a long time ago
an old Miller and his Son
were on their way to market
with an Ass which they hoped to sell.
They drove him very slowly
for they thought they would have a better chance to sell him
if they kept him in good condition.
As they walked along the highway
some travelers laughed loudly at them.
"What foolishness" cried one
"to walk when they might as well ride the donkey!
The Miller did not like to be laughed at
so he told his son to climb up and ride.
They had gone a little farther along the road
when three merchants passed by.
"Oho what have we here?"
they said to the boy.
"Respect old age young man!
Get down
and let the old man ride."
Though the Miller was not tired
he made the boy get down and climbed up himself to ride
just to please the Merchants.
At the next turnstile
they overtook some women
carrying market baskets loaded with vegetables
and other things to sell.
"Look at the old fool"
exclaimed one of them.
"Perched on the Ass
while that poor boy has to walk."
The Miller felt a bit vexed
but to be agreeable
he told the Boy to climb up behind him.
They had no sooner
started out again
than a loud shout
went up from another company of people on the road.
"What a crime" cried one
"to load up a poor dumb beast like that!
They look more able to carry the poor creature
than he to carry them."
"They must be on their way
to sell the poor thing's hide"
said another.
The Miller and his Son quickly scrambled down
and a short time later
the market place was thrown into an uproar
as the two came along
carrying the Donkey slung from a pole.
A great crowd of people
ran out to get a closer look at the strange sight.
The Ass did not dislike being carried
but so many people came up to point at him
and laugh and shout
that he began to kick and bray
and then
just as they were crossing a bridge
the ropes that held him gave way
and down he tumbled into the river.
The poor Miller now set out sadly for home.
By trying to please everybody
he had pleased nobody
and lost his Ass besides.
