Staying with the final touches in terms of preparations for the big day.

Joint rehearsals are held.

According to our Lee Ji-won... as today's session is the only one of its kind, the two

sides are extra-focused on making the most of it.

The two Koreas have completed their joint rehearsal for Friday's inter-Korean summit

at the Peace House, on the South Korean side of Panmunjom.

The Blue House announced Wednesday that the joint rehearsal ran from the morning until

two-twenty in the afternoon, without mentioning the exact starting time.

The South's delegation was led by Kim Sang-gyun , deputy director of the National Intelligence

Service,... and the North's by Kim Chang-son , an official from Pyongyang's State Affairs

Commission.

The rehearsal took place behind closed doors,... and Seoul's top office said the two sides

checked all the facilities,... including camera angles, lighting, and the broadcasting system,...

as it's expected that people around the world will watch the two leaders meet, live on television.

Though there were no stand-ins for President Moon Jae-in or Kim Jong-un, the two sides

rehearsed like it was the actual summit and made full use of the only joint rehearsal

before the big day.

They exchanged opinions on specific scenarios and even held the rehearsal at the exact same

time as Friday's summit.

With the inter-Korean summit being held for the first time in over 10 years, the South

Korean government is doing everything it can to make sure that it runs smoothly.

Seoul held its own rehearsal at the summit venue on Tuesday where it examined the path

people will take, the order of events, and even the furniture inside the building.

And it will hold its third and final checkup on Thursday, the eve of the summit.

Thursday's rehearsal will have all six key aides who will accompany President Moon at

the summit present.

They are Chief Secretary Im Jong-seok,...

National Security Adviser Chung Eui-yong,...

National Intelligence Service Chief ( )Suh Hoon,...

Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon,...

Defense Minister Song Young-moo,... and Foreign Affairs Minister Kang Kyung-wha.

The North's delegation who attended the joint rehearsal is to remain in Panmunjom to prepare

for Friday's summit.

S. Korea, U.S. to hold summit in mid May: Blue House - Duration: 1:50.

Seoul's top security advisor made a surprise visit to Washington to meet with his American

counterpart John Bolton.

The two agreed to continue close cooperation and communication to ultimately establish

lasting peace on the Peninsula.

Hwang Hojun shares with us what was discussed.

Ahead of the historic cross-border summit, South Korea and the U.S. agreed to continue

working closely together to ensure their respective summits with North Korea are successful.

The Presidential Office of Cheong Wa Dae announced on Wednesday that Seoul's National Security

Office director Chung Eui-yong met with the newly appointed U.S. National Security Advisor

John Bolton in Washington on Tuesday local time.

Chung's visit to Washington was the second one this month alone.

His meeting with Bolton took about an hour as they exchanged their views on the upcoming

summits and pledged to continue close bilateral cooperation and communication.

"Chung and Bolton agreed that President Moon and President Trump will hold a telephone

conversation immediately after the inter-Korean summit and discuss the summit's outcomes."

And apparently, there will be more than just a phone call; we can expect the leaders of

Seoul and Washington to speak face-to-face soon after.

"Chung and Bolton have also agreed to push for a meeting between the two presidents before

the U.S.-North Korea summit."

President Trump has said his meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will likely

take place in May or early June.

President Moon has said time and again that success at the inter-Korean summit must lead

to a successful summit between Washington and Pyongyang.

That's the way to achieve complete denuclearization and establish lasting peace on the Peninsula.

And the recent talks between the top security advisers of South Korea and the U.S. show

both countries are determined to make that happen.

Preview of 2018 inter-Korean summit agreement - Duration: 2:20.

The agenda for the historic meeting started out vague... but it's becoming more and more

specific as we near the date.

Oh Jung-hee gives us a sneak peak at what could be included in the inter-Korean summit

agreement.

The discussion topics for the leaders of Seoul and Pyongyang are becoming clearer as we near

the summit date.

Back in mid-March, South Korea's summit preparation committee started its work with three major

areas in mind:

"We decided to focus on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, creating a lasting

peace with lower military tensions,... and making a leap forward in inter-Korean relations."

The most attention, of course, is on denuclearization.

The specifics of the actual denuclearization process, however -- such as inspections and

verification -- as well as a guarantee to the North Korean regime of its security in

return,... are things to be discussed at the North's summit with the U.S.

Therefore, it's likely that the two Koreas will reach a comprehensive agreement reaffirming

denuclearization as the goal... and joint efforts to that end.

The same goes for establishing peace on the Korean Peninsula.

South Korea's presidential office is looking into the possibility of turning the 1953 armistice

agreement into a formal peace treaty.

But this is something that would need the assent of the other parties to the conflict,

such as the U.S. and China.

The two Koreas by themselves can only state... that their own military hostilities are over.

But there could be some specific measures that would lower military tensions.

Currently being discussed... is getting rid of heavy weapons and guard posts at the demilitarized

zone.

The fact that the two Koreas have stopped their propaganda broadcasts at the border

this week... raises the possibility that the DMZ could become "truly" demilitarized.

Inter-Korean economic cooperation is not expected to be dealt with at the summit.

That's because things like the inter-Korean industrial complex at Kaesong... and South

Korean tours to North Korea's Mount Kumkang are tied in with international sanctions.

Instead, the leaders are to touch upon making their summits a regular event... or holding

a reunion for separated families.

How does China view upcoming inter-Korean summit? - Duration: 3:05.

We now zoom in on the varying perspectives from the major players in the region with

regards to the inter-Korean summit.

Our Shin-semin turns the spotlight to China,... Pyongyang's long-time ally,... to get a clearer

idea of its expectations.

North Korea and China have a long history together.

They share a border, and have long been business partners.

Beijing has supported North Korea even when the rest of the international community had

turned its back on Pyongyang.

However, their close relationship had appeared to weaken,... as Beijing joined hands with

the international community to squeeze Pyongyang with economic and diplomatic sanctions.

But then, a dramatic shift in tone.

"The North Korean leader's first foreign trip since taking power, was here,… to Beijing,

meeting with China's Xi Jinping.

During their encounter, Kim reportedly said he was "committed to denuclearization"

and agreed to resume the long-stalled six-party talks,… last held some decade ago.

And watchers here say the diplomatic thaw could bring about genuinely positive results."

One of those results is an expanded role for Beijing.

"The North Korean leader's surprise trip patched things up with China.

We know that Kim had briefed the Chinese President of his plan and that gesture earned the North

Korean regime the full support of China when dealing with other countries."

"With better relations between the two sides, China will be able to play a bigger role in

helping and guiding North Korea to the path of ultimate denuclearization.

What China wants is to avoid a war in the region,... something both South and North

Korea want,... as much as the international community."

And as to what needs to be done to keep up this improved sentiment in the region,...

and eventually lead to the ultimate goal of denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula, some

experts say that neighboring countries should play a bigger role.

"Both China and South Korea should proactively handle the situation.

In order to make sure North Korea doesn't revert back to its reclusive regime, countries

in the region should also prove to the North their willingness to make this work.

And South Korea reducing its joint military drills with the U.S. can be seen as one way

of doing this."

There seems to be a more amicable atmosphere in the region in the final build up to the

summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in.

The North's Kim Jong-un made an unprecedented, humanitarian move this week,... visiting the

Chinese tourists who were injured in a traffic accident in North Korea, while also sending

"deep condolences" to those bereaved.

And the challenge for now,... at least,... is keeping the momentum going,... toward the

end goal of lasting peace on a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula.

Use This Automated Seller Questionnaire To Qualify Your Deals - Duration: 8:09.

Hey, it's Joe Crump.

I'm going to show you how to use the Automarketer Lead Questionnaire to qualify and question

your deals.

You can actually use it as a script and type in the information as you go.

It's really exciting.

I'm going to show it to you on the Automarketer now.

I want to show you how to use an automated seller questionnaire that you can use to create

a shortcut when you're talking to your sellers to get better at it and to have credibility

and make sure you get the information that you need.

Right now we're in the Lead Management section of the Automarketer and this is the Lead Dashboard.

And you know, if you're making calls to these people, here's one that says, "Give

me a call," and let's say that I want to, I'm talking to them and I want to add

a property to what they've got.

So I can click on Add Property, because I know that they've got one to sell.

And I'll put, let's just put Test here.

And it's going to open up the Lead Questionnaire.

This Lead Questionnaire has a lot of information in it.

The thing I'm going to focus on here is the Lead Contact Information.

You kind of plug it in while you're doing it.

You an put their address in and if I just put in the address and the Zip Code and click

Verify it'll find that property, it'll find it on Google Maps and then it'll open

up a bunch of options for you to work with that are pretty cool and make it easy for

you to talk to these people while you're in this questionnaire.

And then you can start moving down on the page and asking them other information, how

much do you want for it?

What's the monthly payment?

What's the down payment?

How much do you think it's worth?

And while you're talking to them you can also click on Google Maps and it'll show

that property.

It'll pull up that property that I just typed in and I can see a picture of the property

and that makes me a little bit more competent when I'm talking to them, especially if

I'm doing this remotely.

And I can look up and down the street and I get a feel for the market in the area that

it's in.

Or I can see it, you know, on the map as well.

I can also pull it up on Zillow and it's going to pull up that property on Zillow.

It's going to give me the value, it's going to give me the estimate, the Zestimate,

and the rent Zestimate.

And it'll give me an idea of how big the property is and the square footage.

Any information that Zillow may have about the property, the lot, the size, the value,

what it's based on, the tax, the price history, these types of things.

I'm going to have all this information from Zillow.

And when I'm talking to them I can see where it's at on the map so I can scroll back

here and I can see what side of town it's on, what else is available around it – Zillow's

a wonderful resource and that's why we tapped into it so that you can have it while you're

talking to these people in this conversation.

I also tapped into Rent-o-Meter.

This one you have to actually type in the address again.

It won't let us do an API.

But it'll tell us if you're, if you put that information in and put the rent that

they want and the bedrooms and baths that they've got, it'll tell you if you're

in the ballpark on the reasonableness of the rent that you want to charge for it.

And that way, while you're talking to them, if they say, "Well, I want $1,500 for it,"

and you type in to Rent-o-Meter or you look in Zillow and it says that the rent is less

than that, then you might ask them, "Well, how'd you come up with that value?

That seems a little bit high for that market.

Why do you think it's worth a little bit more than what the other properties are going

for?"

And you can get that information while you're talking to them.

And you know, as you're going through this, if you have all this information, if you ask

them these questions, or, if you have a telemarketer ask these questions for you, then you're

going to know whether or not they're going to be good deals for you and whether they're

going to make sense for you to do this stuff.

There's also a little button here called "Selling Options."

And if I open this thing it shows all the different options that sellers have and the

pros and cons of all of these options.

Not all these options are working with us.

They could continue to sell it for say by owner, but here are the reasons why and why

not.

And if you click on this button it'll open up the pros and the cons and the analysis

of what it means to work for sale by owner and if they don't want to do, you know,

if they're going to continue that, they could sell it with an agent.

And here are the pros and cons and the expenses of selling it with an agent, and the analysis

of doing it that way.

You can also tell them, "You can do it at fire sale prices."

You can buy it for cash or you could do a wholesale deal on it, and you can give the

pros and cons on that, or short sales, or subject to, or land contract or lease option.

All these things are their options.

And what we're trying to do as investors, we're trying to figure out what's the

best option for them?

Rather than thinking about ourselves and what we're trying to accomplish, think about

them and what they're trying to accomplish.

Because the trust level will go way up if you actually do something that solves their

problem.

They're going to love you for it and they're going to be more likely to work with you because

of it.

Now, I find that the options that we're giving them are usually better than their

other options.

It's certainly a lot cheaper than going with a realtor.

And it's a lot more effective than being a for sale by owner where 85% to 95% of for

sale by owners don't succeed, which is, by the way, why we're going after for sale

by owners.

Because we know that they're not going to sell it this way.

They're going to have to find another option and they very fact that they're selling

it for sale by owner kind of gives us an idea that they don't really have a clue on how

to go about this process.

So that's why we use this and that's why we use this form.

And of course you can put all this information, the house information, in here as well and

once you have this information in here and save it, now it's in your database so when

it's time to put that information on your listing site, your clone site, you can actually

go to your inventory and you'll find this information, this property information, and

you want to save it before you leave obviously.

And let's say you find a property here and I can actually by clicking this eyeball, it'll

put it on my listing site or take it off my listing site.

And let me show you what that looks like real quick.

So it'll show up on your property listing site.

And this is a sandbox thing, obviously you wouldn't put "here's the title" but,

there's that property.

And the other nice thing about these, while I'm here and talking about my listing sites,

you can also have properties that are not your properties, that are other people in

the data feed system.

And you can have them, you can put them on your site so it looks like you're doing

more business than maybe you are.

It looks like you're actually in business instead of having an empty site because you've

got no properties, or maybe on lonely property on there.

Now, the ones that'll show up in the data feed will show up as sold, so you won't

get bothered about them, but your properties will show up like this.

And of course, you can open this up and get more information about the property as well.

And you can put in videos here and you can put all the information about these properties.

And if the forms were filled out properly, more information would be here.

So all of the information that is in the questionnaire that's applicable to this particular property

and that we want to see on the listing site will be, can be saved here and then transferred

over to the listing site so you don't have to keep entering it into a new system.

You can use the same information over again.

Pretty cool.

I hope you like it.

Blue House reveals inter-Korean summit dinner menu - Duration: 1:58.

The nation's top office gave a sneak peek at what's served durnig the dinner following

Friday's inter-Korean summit.

We're learning that President Moon Jae-in requested dishes that best reflect the importance

of the occasion.

Kim Hyo-sun outlines the menu for us.

The Blue House has unveiled the dishes that will be served to President Moon Jae-in and

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on Friday evening.

North Korea's signature dish, Pyongyang-style naengmyun, or cold noodles, is one of the

feature items on the menu.

President Moon suggested to serve cold noodles from Okryugwan, a famous restaurant in the

North Korean capital,... and the North said yes.

"North Korea will bring the head chef from Okryugwan to Panmunjom on April 27th to serve

the cold noodles.

They also plan to bring along a noodle-making machine."

With this, the diners will be able to enjoy freshly made noodles.

According to the Blue House spokesperson, the menu reflects the efforts of those who

contributed to the peace and unification of the two Koreas.

Rice from paddies near Bongha Village,... the hometown of former President Roh Moo-hyun

will be served,... along with Pyeonsu, or dumplings, with croaker and sea cucumber sourced

from Gageodo, former President Kim Dae-jung's hometown.

President Moon and Kim Jong-un will also enjoy beef from Seosan ranch in Chungcheongnam-do

Province,... where the founder of Hyundai Group kept cattle.

Cold octopus salad sourced from the seaside town of Tongyeong, the hometown of late composer

Yoon Yi-sang will also be served.

Roasted fish,... a famous local dish from Busan,... where President Moon spent most

of his childhood will also be introduced.

In addition, Korean-style Swiss fried potato will be served,... in a nod to Kim Jong-un's

younger days spent in Switzerland.

Munbaeju, a type of liquor which originated in the North but is made in the South now,...

will also be served at the dinner.

Peace House renovated ahead of inter-Korean summit - Duration: 2:21.

As we have been doing all week, our starting point is the preparations for the hotly anticipated

inter-Korean event.

The venue for the talks -- the Peace House in Panmunjom has undergone a grand renovation.

One proof of the detailed makeover: even the width of the new circular table is a symbolic

2-thousand-18 milimeters, representing this historic year.

Cha Sang-mi has our top story.

The Peace House, in the truce village of Panmunjom, -- the venue of the inter-Korean summit -- got

a facelift ahead of the talks.

Seoul's top office says even the smallest details in the room portray the concept of

the summit's slogan, "Peace, a new start".

And the change is clear from the entrance -- South Korean President Moon Jae-in and

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un are to walk in together through a single main gate, where

there had been two different doors in the past.

The table, where the talks will take place, was designed so it appears as though the legs

will unite.

The Blue House said they wanted a friendly circular table design, rather than a square

table, and that the table will allow the two Koreas to have close talks by reducing the

psychological distance between the two sides.

The chairs produced for the two leaders are designed based on traditional Korean furniture,

with a map of the Korean Peninsula carved into the back of the chairs.

"At the entrance of the Peace House, there is a painting of Bukhan Mountain.

It invites the North Korean leader to a famous mountain in South Korea, named North Korean

mountain even though it is in the South."

And the painting in the room, artist Shin Jang-sik's depiction of Mount Geumgang in

the North Korean part of Gangwon-do Province, also has meaning.

The top office said Mount Geumgang is a place all Koreans want to visit again.

The mountain has been shut since 2008, but it represents reconciliation and cooperation

between the two Koreas.

Finally, the interior design of the room is in a traditional Korean style with a bamboo

floor.

No nails or adhesive were used and Korean traditional windows were installed to portray

a deep trust between South and North Korea.

And the blue carpet, the same color as the design on the unification flag, symbolises

what this summit is all about--- a new start for peace on the Korean Peninsula.

Cha Sang-mi, Panmunjom Press Pool.
