While a lot of people, in fact most people who've been following what happened at the
White House Correspondents' Dinner this past Saturday evening have been talking about it
in terms of Sarah Huckabee Sanders, let's not forget that Kellyanne Conway was in the
crowd and she also got a very good ribbing from comedian Michelle Wolf.
Take a look not only at what Michelle Wolf had to say about Kellyanne, but what Michelle
Wolf had to say to the members of the media who keep putting her on the air and then watch
Kellyanne Conway's response.
Here's the clip.
You guys got to stop putting Kellyanne on your shows.
All she does is lie.
If you don't give her a platform, she has nowhere to lie.
It's like that old saying.
If a tree falls in the woods, how do we get Kellyanne under that tree?
I'm not suggesting she gets hurt, just stuck.
Stuck under a tree.
Incidentally a tree falls in the woods is Scott Pruitt's definition of porn.
Yeah, we all have our kinks.
I don't think I even need to say this because you just saw it.
But Kellyanne Conway was super pissed right there.
Her face just ... That is a level of anger that I don't think I've ever seen from Kellyanne
Conway and here is the sad, sick truth.
She absolutely deserved every bit of that.
Kellyanne Conway, much like Sarah Huckabee Sanders, her job is to go out there as often
as possible and lie to the American public, paint a happy face on this administration
and convince us that it's not a raging dumpster fire that we can all clearly see happening
behind her.
She sits there with a straight face and invents things that we can easily verify never happen
like the Bowling Green massacre, and she has the audacity to sit there and act like she's
pissed off because she gets called out for it.
But again that's not even the main part here.
The main part is that Michelle Wolf is 100% correct.
These media outlets that continue to put Kellyanne Conway on the air know exactly what they're
getting when they put her on.
They know she's going to lie about everything.
They know she's going to dodge any important questions, never tell the truth, never give
us any insight on what's actually happening in the White House and it's going to kill
in ratings.
That's why Kellyanne Conway gets to continue to go on TV and spread these lies because
these people understand, the people who run the networks know that she's good for business.
They'll put the clip online and get a million or two views in an hour because everybody
wants to tune in and see the dumpster fire that is Kellyanne Conway going out there as
often as possible saying some of the dumbest things that we have ever heard from an administration
at least in my lifetime.
Michelle Wolf is right.
If we want to get past this, we need to stop allowing these people to lie to us.
We need to stop inviting these people on cable news programs so that they can lie to us just
because they want the ratings.
That is not good for journalism.
It's harmful to journalism.
But more importantly, it's harmful to the education of the American public.
But Kellyanne Conway is always happy to go out there and dumb down this country for a
few minutes at least once a week.

Is The FBI Watching Us? - Duration: 5:14.
Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.
There has recently been a meme circulating, telling of how FBI agents are out there, monitoring
us through various means.
Some will jokingly claim to have received a text from the FBI offering homework help,
or else warning them against activities that may be illegal.
But is this just a harmless meme, or is the FBI really spying on innocent citizens?
Let's find out.

Now get ready, it's time to ask the question: Is the FBI Watching Us?
Of course, the FBI being an American organization, that studies domestic threats, this video
will focus on citizens of the United States.
So for the purposes of this video, "Us" will largely refer to American citizens.
Even though I'm Canadian.
Eh.
First of all, we should probably discuss what it is the FBI does.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is in charge of dealing threats to the United States
from within the country.
It employs both human intelligence gathering, or HUMINT, and Open-Source Intelligence gathering,
or OSINT with great success.
However, there are a number of covert methods used to obtain certain pieces of information,
and some claim that one of these methods is watching people through webcams.
So, is there an FBI agent watching everyone in the United States?
Of course not.
There simply wouldn't be the man power to keep tabs on hundreds of millions of citizens.
But even if it was logistically possible, it still wouldn't be a good idea.
The FBI cannot legally spy on citizens unless they have a warrant to do so, and they sometimes
get in hot water when they do watch someone without cause.
The FBI was recently under fire for the potentially illegal surveillance of Trump staffers, and
has had a good deal of trouble despite rather little evidence of wrongdoing.
If this much trouble comes of possibly watching a select few individuals without good reason,
then watching the American people would be all but a death sentence to them.
No amount of information about innocent civilians is worth dismantling everything the FBI and
government have worked towards over the years, making it rather unlikely that they would
risk so much for so little potential reward.
Of course, if there is reasonable cause to suspect someone of wrongdoing, then a warrant
can be issued, and they can be put under surveillance.
And yes, the FBI has been known to use remote administration tools, or RATs, to spy on those
suspected of serious crimes.
This is colloquially known as "ratting", and is reportedly used rather sparingly, due to
the potential risk of accidentally gaining information about innocent people.
The fact that the FBI sometimes elects not to spy on a suspect through their webcam for
fear of accidentally spying on an innocent person indicates that they don't intend
to spy on innocent civilians.
However, something important to note is that much of the information about FBI methods
comes from the FBI itself, so if they were engaging in illegal activities, they would
likely say very much the same thing.
But in this case, there seems to be little reason to be sceptical.
However, just because there's no evidence that the FBI is actively watching innocent
citizens, that doesn't mean there isn't anyone watching.
For years, hackers have taken to finding their way into other computers, so that they can
use the webcam and observe the user without their knowledge.
This often results in blackmail, using nude or incriminating images to force money out
of the person being spied on.
And as with most of these technology issues, there's a Black Mirror episode about it.
While this is relatively rare, some prudence can be useful.
Simply putting tape over your laptop webcam, or moving or disconnecting an external webcam,
can prevent them from watching you.
There is also some evidence that our phones do listen to us, even if this is not an effort
made by the FBI.
Many have reported discussing something, then later seeing advertisements for it on their
phone or computer.
For example, you might be talking about how you're looking to buy a bike, then soon
after you receive advertisements for bicycles.
Many believe this to be proof that our devices are recording and transmitting our conversations,
and selling them to advertising companies to make a buck.
This could well be the case, but it could simply be an instance of the Baader-Meinhof
phenomenon, where you notice something more when it's fresh in your mind, whether it's
a newly-learned word, or, in this case, a bike for sale.
However, the large number of such reports seem to indicate that something more sinister
could be afoot.
It should be noted that the FBI does engage in limited surveillance of phone records.
However, they abide by the policy of the Department of Justice, and reportedly do not collect
content.
This means that emails, texts, and images stored on the phone can't be used or collected,
but calls and texts being made can be intercepted, and location can be ascertained.
This, however, is not nearly as intrusive as someone watching you through your webcam.
And now we return to our question: Is the FBI Watching Us?
Well, yes and no.
The FBI is certainly keeping an eye out and monitoring those suspected of criminal activity,
and they do remotely access their webcams to gather information from time to time.
However, this is used sparingly, and if the FBI tried to watch every citizen of the United
States through their webcam, it would be both incredibly illegal, and logistically difficult.
It's possible that advances in AI could make this a more feasible option, greatly
reducing the required man-power.
However, this would still be a huge risk for relatively little reward, and would run contrary
to the claim that there are agents assigned to certain people.
As it stands, there simply isn't conclusive evidence that the FBI is watching us, so this
meme seems to be, as suspected, nothing but a joke.

and put this to the test.
So what's inside the box?
Well, we're going to actually open the box
right now to find out what's inside the box.
I love it when Kickstarter projects actually
come to life and they actually arrive because
sometimes there are Kickstarter projects
that don't actually come to fruition,
so inside here we have a little cable holder over there.
This is meant to hold wires in place.
You've got the manual right there.
You've got a micro USB charging cable, which we're
going to unravel right now and here's the actual
charging pad itself, so this is the black model.
It comes in various models, black and white.
So this is the interesting element of this.
What they don't tell you or at least
if you don't pay attention, is that you need to use
your own Apple watch charger, so you can pop this open here,
like this, the little case here on the bottom
and you ravel your own Apple Watch charger into it yourself.
So there's a little notepad here that gives you
a couple of ideas on how to actually wind the cable.
It shows you that if you have the point three meter

Okay, it's wrapped around once and then it says
we should be able to wrap it around a second time
and it does let us wrap it around a second time,
so depending on the size cable you have, you're going
to want to pay attention to the instructions,
unlike what I did, so I wrapped it around a second time
and then the second time, it grooves right here
and the USB cable sits very nicely over there.
Then we'll close the back door, so to speak over here.
Close the back door and there we have our
Qi Wireless Charging Pad, made for the Apple Watch
and the iPhone 10.
It evens comes with a little rubber pad
here that you can see.
This rubber pad will stick to the bottom of the pad
here itself, where the Apple Watch charger is
and this hold it in place, so you don't have to worry
about it not sitting properly for your watch.
So once we have the pad here, we're going to take

Liberal-run Los Angeles has a serious crisis on their hands.
The city is overrun with homeless people.
Their new solution won't tackle the problem, but it will cost residents millions.
People who live outside California might not know what's going on.
They're also much happier than the poor souls who live in the once Golden State.
Thanks to the state's Democratic majority, it's been run into the ground.
This is also true of California's many large cities.
From San Francisco to San Diego, California's greatest cities are collapsing.
Taxes are sky high.
Businesses (and with them jobs) are shutting down.
A thriving drug trade ensures countless citizens are left addicted and penniless.
What do their leaders do?
They spend money for obvious slush funds for useless projects, like Gov. Jerry Brown's
high-speed rail.
Perhaps the city that's suffered the most is Los Angeles.
The City of Angels is hardly considered a shining jewel among American cities, but it's
certainly seen better days.
The town which is known for Hollywood and super elite liberals is facing the worst homeless
crisis it's ever seen.
The streets are flooded with homeless people.
Thanks to poor leadership, shrinking jobs, and growing drug addiction, things won't
improve anytime soon.
But that's okay, Los Angeles brain-dead leadership has the solution: showers in the
train stations.
No, I'm not making that up.
As the homeless population continues to grow in Los Angeles, the agency that operates public
transportation in the county is considering putting showers, in or near some of its train
stations in an effort to promote hygiene.
Metro's Board of Directors unanimously approved a motion on Thursday following a four-month
study to examine a pilot hygiene and mobile shower program, which would also examine incorporating
public restrooms at all new rail stations on the system.
"I hope that when we look at this, it's a first start, it's about a humanitarian
issue in my opinion because we do have a very diverse population that uses our rail and
bus services and our hubs," Metro Director and Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis
told board members.

Wow, where do I even begin?
The city is falling apart; more and more people are put out on the streets.
All the city's leaders can think about is hygiene.
How appropriately Los Angeles of them.
Just got to keep up appearances, right?
So what if the person next to me on the train is a raving lunatic, ready to stab me?
He smells good!
Notice how Solis dressed up the problem by calling Los Angeles population "diverse."
That's code for filthy homeless drug addicts.
You know, if the city keeps going the way it is, more people will be on the streets.
It's not really "diverse" when everyone's homeless.
Instead of confronting what's leading to this epidemic, they are slapping a Band-Aid
on the situation.
How are showers in the stations going to help get these people off the streets?
Sure, some of the homeless you cannot help.
But many simply need rehabilitation and a chance at a job.
Others are sick and need medical care.
They're not going to get help if you ignore the real problem.
These leaders are under the delusion that the homeless will actually use the showers.
They are forgetting the fact that you can't force someone to clean themselves up.
And if they do then what?
THEY STILL LIVE ON THE STREETS.
I think these city leaders need to reevaluate their priorities.
And LA citizens should reconsider voting for them.
"I'm not merely saying that everyone deserves a shower.
I mean, you can't force someone to do that, but I think once service is provide, sanitation
services, that actually provides more safety and dignity not just for the person that's
impacted, but also for, potentially, people who pass them and walk onto our rail system
and our buses," Metro Director and Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis said.

Am in the Twilight Zone?
What is she talking about?
So, you're going to spend potentially millions on showers in train stations, just to give
the homeless "dignity"?
Um, I think not being homeless anymore is a better path to dignity.
And safety?
You know what doesn't make me feel safe?
Knowing that strange people are getting naked and taking showers a few feet from the train
the train I take every day to get to work.
But instead of this basic common sense, Los Angeles leaders double down on the whole dignity
thing.
Los Angeles City Councilman Mike Bonin said the program could be "fundamentally transformative",
and "restore dignity" for the homeless population to be able to take a shower to
use a bathroom "other than an alleyway or behind a bush."

This is a real SMH moment.
Instead of finding ways to get these people off the streets, Los Angeles is poised to
spend millions on showers.
All I can say is, to every patriot, get out of Los Angeles while you can.

White House officials are saying the administration expects John McCain to step down from the
U.S. Senate in 'the coming weeks."
A replacement is being negotiated now," a White House insider said.
True Pundit reported on March 8 that McCain would be stepping down from the U.S. Senate,
an exclusive that sent his wife Cindy over the edge.
She claimed McCain was healthy, recovering from his cancer treatments and would return
to the Beltway.
She referred to True Pundit as "crackpots."
That was nearly two months ago and still, no sign of McCain in Washington, D.C.
He has not been to work since Dec. 17, 2017.
Per the "crackpot" report in early March:
Sen. John McCain is not expected to return the Washington D.C. politics, according to
several sources who are closely monitoring his health and medical treatments at his ranch
in Arizona.
In fact, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee is already in the process of selecting
a candidate to run for McCain's senate seat in a special election after McCain's expected
retirement from the Senate, sources said.
Candidates were contacted this week in fact as Democrats jockey to find new blood to oppose
the GOP-held seat in Arizona.
"At this point, we are coming to terms that McCain is done here (in the Senate)," one
Senate insider on the Hill said Wednesday.
"Preparations are underway to deal with this."
Democrats plan to tap Mark Kelly, the husband of former Rep. Gabby Giffords, for the race,
according to beltway insiders.
Sources said Kelly was contacted this week with the proposal.
Just weeks ago, a White House official said McCain — known for his anti-Trump leaks
to the media and his connection to the bogus Trump dossier — was refusing to step down
from the Senate despite his reported stage IV brain cancer diagnosis and treatments.
Now, sources said, the GOP and Democrats are prepping for a likely special election for
his Arizona senate seat.
First, however, if McCain were to retire, the governor of Arizona would appoint an interim
Republican to fill McCain's seat before a special election.
That would give the GOP another vote in the Senate as McCain has been absent since Christmas.

John McCain may never cast another vote in the U.S. Senate.
But he plans to stay in Arizona and the U.S. Senate, according to a high-level White House
source, regardless of GOP-backed pressure for him to retire from the Senate.
Met with D.C. heavyweight source today very plugged in who said McCain refuses to step
aside even though he's dying and won't last the year.

Anyone else would retire from the Senate and allow Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey appoint a new
GOP replacement.
Not McCain.
John McCain is a pretty good runner for a guy with a boot on his leg.
Or legs.
He switches the boot to different feet, all while recovering from an alleged "Achilles
tear."
Another lie in a career-long list of lies, half-truths and manipulations stretching the
truth from Washington D.C. to Arizona to Vietnam and back again.
Several times.
So it was of little surprise that when the bogus Trump dossier reached a fever pitch
of debate and finger pointing on Tuesday, McCain was nowhere to be found.
Missing In Action.
Again.
Is McCain even in D.C?
No.
Sources report he is still at his $15 million mountain-top compound in Arizona.
Is he under treatment for his Stage IV cancer treatment.
No one is saying.
Like always with everything McCain, it's hard to believe what is true and what is polished
hype to make him appear to be a hero.
But this was predicted in December and even before.
True Pundit reported McCain would not return to D.C. if the dossier scandal stayed hot.
it has.
And McCain is not in the Beltway.

This is not the fist time McCain has sought medical treatment after his role in recent
anti-Trump scandals have heated up.
It is hard to tell if McCain's health is genuinely declining or not because he has
played that card often to slip and slide out of answering questions for his role in Fusion
GPS' bogus Trump dossier.
Emergency surgery.
Late stage cancer diagnosis.
Bad Achilles.
Boot on the wrong foot.
The wheelchair.
Now the hospital.
McCain could in fact need all these medical devices and treatments.
Or they could be props.
Historically, McCain has been proven to simply lie.
So it is hard for many to trust what he claims.
A few weeks ago when McCain had vanished due to health reasons — again avoiding questions
about the Trump dossier — he turned up in Italy slamming President Donald Trump.
What is a guy with advanced brain cancer doing on a weekend junket to Italy if he is supposed
to be treating his disease?
That is the problem with folks who use illness for political gain: You never can tell if
they are truly sick and if you criticize them for play acting when they are sick, then you
can be easily labeled as insensitive.
A guy like McCain is savvy enough to exploit such grey area.

"You train all your life – for years – for these types of games and these chances.
Everything I have done so far is to prepare me for a game like Wednesday.".
The England Under-21 international, who has a chance of making Gareth Southgate's senior squad for this summer's World Cup, admits his ordeal at Old Trafford was a significant moment in his season.
"A tough game, a tough day.
One of those you learn from," he added.
"The mistakes I made that day I learned from to make sure it does not happen again.
"I have tried to bounce back from them and prove myself with good performances from that day.
If Alexander-Arnold, who grew up within walking distance of Liverpool's Melwood training ground, is feeling the pressure he does a good job of hiding it and has taken great encouragement from messages on social media.

That was quite funny.

IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST GRACIOUS THE MOST MERCIFUL
1 - Alif, Lam, Meem.
2 - These are verses of the wise Book,
3 - As guidance and mercy for the doers of good
4 - Who establish prayer and give zakah, and they, of the Hereafter, are certain [in faith].
5 - Those are on [right] guidance from their Lord, and it is those who are the successful.
6 - And of the people is he who buys the amusement of speech to mislead [others] from the way of Allah without knowledge and who takes it in ridicule. Those will have a humiliating punishment.
7 - And when our verses are recited to him, he turns away arrogantly as if he had not heard them, as if there was in his ears deafness. So give him tidings of a painful punishment.
8 - Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds - for them are the Gardens of Pleasure.
9 - Wherein they abide eternally; [it is] the promise of Allah [which is] truth. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
10 - He created the heavens without pillars that you see and has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with you, and dispersed therein from every creature. And We sent down rain from the sky and made grow therein [plants] of every noble kind.
11 - This is the creation of Allah . So show Me what those other than Him have created. Rather, the wrongdoers are in clear error.
12 - And We had certainly given Luqman wisdom [and said], "Be grateful to Allah ." And whoever is grateful is grateful for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever denies [His favor] - then indeed, Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy.
13 - And [mention, O Muhammad], when Luqman said to his son while he was instructing him, "O my son, do not associate [anything] with Allah . Indeed, association [with him] is great injustice."
14 - And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination.
15 - But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness and follow the way of those who turn back to Me [in repentance]. Then to Me will be your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.
16 - [And Luqman said], "O my son, indeed if wrong should be the weight of a mustard seed and should be within a rock or [anywhere] in the heavens or in the earth, Allah will bring it forth. Indeed, Allah is Subtle and Acquainted.
17 - O my son, establish prayer, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, [all] that is of the matters [requiring] determination.
18 - And do not turn your cheek [in contempt] toward people and do not walk through the earth exultantly. Indeed, Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful.
19 - And be moderate in your pace and lower your voice; indeed, the most disagreeable of sounds is the voice of donkeys."
20 - Do you not see that Allah has made subject to you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth and amply bestowed upon you His favors, [both] apparent and unapparent? But of the people is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge or guidance or an enlightening Book [from Him].
21 - And when it is said to them, "Follow what Allah has revealed," they say, "Rather, we will follow that upon which we found our fathers." Even if Satan was inviting them to the punishment of the Blaze?
22 - And whoever submits his face to Allah while he is a doer of good - then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold. And to Allah will be the outcome of [all] matters.
23 - And whoever has disbelieved - let not his disbelief grieve you. To Us is their return, and We will inform them of what they did. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts.
24 - We grant them enjoyment for a little; then We will force them to a massive punishment.
25 - And if you asked them, "Who created the heavens and earth?" they would surely say, " Allah ." Say, "[All] praise is [due] to Allah "; but most of them do not know.
26 - To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth. Indeed, Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.
27 - And if whatever trees upon the earth were pens and the sea [was ink], replenished thereafter by seven [more] seas, the words of Allah would not be exhausted. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
28 - Your creation and your resurrection will not be but as that of a single soul. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.
29 - Do you not see that Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term, and that Allah, with whatever you do, is Acquainted?
30 - That is because Allah is the Truth, and that what they call upon other than Him is falsehood, and because Allah is the Most High, the Grand.
31 - Do you not see that ships sail through the sea by the favor of Allah that He may show you of His signs? Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful.
32 - And when waves come over them like canopies, they supplicate Allah, sincere to Him in religion. But when He delivers them to the land, there are [some] of them who are moderate [in faith]. And none rejects Our signs except everyone treacherous and ungrateful.
33 - O mankind, fear your Lord and fear a Day when no father will avail his son, nor will a son avail his father at all. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth, so let not the worldly life delude you and be not deceived about Allah by the Deceiver.
34 - Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs. And no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul perceives in what land it will die. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.
