we're on Dasher road.
I'll take a little climb up here.

Hi! I'm Sharon Jurd and welcome to my Biz Blitz video.
Today, I want to ask you a question, do you have a business or do you have a job?
And what I mean by that is I see a lot of people go into business and they've really just bought themselves a job.
They are not running it like a business, they are not acting like a CEO, they are not acting like a general manager. They are acting like an employee.
I want to discuss some things with you today about really identifying what you have, is it a business or is it a job?
Firstly, if it's a business, you are investing in yourself and your business. And I don't mean truckloads of money.
I know how to start a business with zilch money, we can all do that. What I'm talking about is time or energy.
There are three things you can invest into your business: there's time, energy and money,
and we normally don't have any money, so let's look at your time and your energy.
Make sure that you are investing in the growth of your business through those two mediums.
The second point I want to talk to you about today is make sure you're working on your business and not just in it.
People are very good at what they do and they decide to go out and do it on their own
and whatever genre or industry you are in, you tend to work in it and do it but never work on the business.
You have to allocate time in your week to make sure that you are that manager, you are that CEO and work on your business.
And thirdly, hire, engage and delegate. Work your butt off in those early days.
I know when you start sometimes it's just you and you've got all these hats going on
but work your little butt off and get to a point very quickly where you can delegate work out that you one,
don't like doing or are very bad at doing and you waste a lot of time doing.
Where you have to invest money back into your business is delegating those roles so you can do more of what you are good at.
So there are my three things today. Firstly, invest in yourself and your business with time, energy or money.
Secondly, work on your business not just in it. And thirdly, hire, engage and delegate.
As soon as you've got a couple of bucks in the bank, you use that to delegate those roles out
and you'll see that now you'll have a business that's growing and not just having a job.

How To Compress Large Video Files Without Losing Quality [Hindi] - Duration: 10:58.
hello friends, i'm Himanshu and welcome to my channel Techno Bite
we have many useful videos which we have to delete to its file size.
due to lack of hard disk drive capacity we cannot save such files.
For Example: there is this documentary which has very useful information but its file size is 1 GB.
we would love to save such files but have to delete it due to its file size.
Even youtubers face problems uploading videos due to file size of videos. and there viewers faces problems too in loading such videos.
What we can do? Compress, Right!
there are many problem in compressing too. we have to compromise with many things like: resolution, cropping or it quality will get so down.
so, today in this video i will show you how to compress large video files upto 95% without losing quality.

let start tutorial
firstly, we have to download one software.
google search "Download Handbrake".yes, the software is handbrake.
i have already provided this link in description, so you don't need to search it.
this software is available for 3 OS i.e. Mac OS, Windows and Linux.
This software is only for 64Bit OS, so unfortunately this software will not run on Windows XP as its 32Bit OS.
if you are using windows xp or 32Bit OS and want to run this software. you can click on "old releases".
older versions are available for 32Bit OS.
due to massive crash in 32Bit OS Versions, They decided to Release it only for 64Bit OS.
click on download and download handbrake on your computer/laptop.
i have already downloaded and installed.so, let me show you starting it.
you can install it by clicking next-next.
this is its front page interface. there is "open source","start encode","add to queue","show queue","Preview" and "activity log".
i'll explain you later.
let provide source to this software i.e. the video which we want to compress.
lets see the properties of the video which we want to compress.
our video is of 63.8 Mb.
to see more details, lets open it.
you can see more details here...
the video is of 28 seconds and the file size is 63.8 Mb. Which is too much.
destination: where will we save our output video file.
now click on browse, select folder where you want to save file, give appropriate name and click save. i am saving as demo.
move on to presets, you will find many presets available.
presets means, in built settings for specific devices. example: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android or Windows Phone and many other devices.
you can select one if you are compressing for specific device.
i will select normal for this tutorial.
because i have to create my own settings.
after selecting normal, move on to output settings.
we can convert our video to 2 formats: MP4 or MKV. i will go for MP4.
there is one more option "web optimized.
if you wan to upload video to youtube or other websites, select this option as this will compress your video maintaining good quality.
compression will be according to web i.e. highly compressed.
mark "web optimized" and move to "picture" tab.
you can see cropping...
cropping means to compress video, your video will be cut from sides.
if you see any other digits other then zero, select custom and change it to "0". every digit should be "0". so that video will be of full size....
otherwise video will be cropped if its other then "0"
i will recommend, just select custom every time and change everything to "0"
in resolution we will not change anything to keep it same as our source file.
lets move to video tab.
in video codec select "H.264"
lets see quality option
quality options plays very important role in compression.
if you shift bar to lower quality, you will get best compression level but not get good quality video.
and if you shift bar to this side, you will get superb quality but compression level will very less.
so should keep it 20 which is standard and recommended.
still, you can check out yourself changing this settings.
moving on to optimize video options. in that there is option of encoder preset. i keep very fast here, you can change it to anything you like.
you can do experiments and check out the results.
lets go to audio tab.
select audio and change bitrate to 128kbps.
so that we will get good and compressed sound.
if you keep it more. compression will be less and memory will be more.
i will recommend 128kbps, again you can change it to anything.
other tabs are not that important.
that's it with settings, after this click on preview
preview is important as imagine if you are compressing 1 GB file without preview...
after compression we came to know that its not compressed properly or quality is too much down. time will be wasted....
i will recommend always check the preview before compressing a video. lets check our preview.
in preview you can select how much seconds preview you want to see. select 10 seconds.
click live preview
here is the preview.
lets compare with original file.
you can see the quality of compressed video is almost same as original file.
so we are satisfied with preview.
if you are satisfied with preview, click "start encode"
you can see progress in progress bar.
so, finally our video is compressed.
lets see the properties of both the files: compressed and original.
original video size 63.8 mb compressed video size 14.3 mb
you we compress 63.8 MB Video file to 14.3 MB Video File without losing quality.
one more thing i would like to mention you guys...
if you found this settings perfect for every video...
you can click on add and save it as another preset.
like, i am saving this settings as youtube.
whenever you want to compress any video to upload on youtube. just select this preset and click preview and start encode.
