For Girls' Generation's 10th year anniversary...

Truthful talking. It's you, it's you.

Girls' Generation's drinker... ♪ It's you, it's you ♪

Write a name.

1, 2, 3!

Let's see.

I see a lot of Yuri.

Oh, come on!

So cool!

Congratulations.

Sunny looks a bit relieved.

- I thought many people would write Sunny. / - Me, too!

Sunny used to be the biggest drinker.

I felt very wronged.

It's not that I was a drinker...

I was young, so my liver was healthy.

I'd drink everything back then.

You weren't always a heavy drinker.

I never acted drunk and always stayed lucid.

Among celebrities, Sunny is known to be a drinker.

She doesn't get drunk.

Celebrities try to outdrink Sunny.

Right?

Heavy drinkers have that pride.

Whenever I went to a work get-together,

I could tell they had expectations of me.

"I wonder how much she can really drink."

That could happen.

On days when I didn't drink much

they'd look like...

(Disappointed)

- Disappointed. / - Such a shame.

I get so disappointed when Sunny doesn't drink.

"Why don't you show us that side of you?"

Your drinking has become legendary.

I felt like the cleanup hitter

going to bat and striking out.

It's like they expected me to hit a home run.

So I tried my best to drink a lot.

I didn't enjoy myself though.

I heard that PSY said this when he first met you.

Yuri can really drink.

She drinks wine until her lips turn black.

You need to drink 2 bottles for that to happen.

She looks like the grim reaper when she's done.

And the next day after drinking with Yuri...

Hyoyeon drinks with Yuri often.

Once I was late meeting up with Yuri.

I never had to take a drink for being late.

Yuri said she'd make me a strong drink

I started to feel dizzy.

I like to mix equal parts soju and beer.

Jeep Wrangler Teraflex 3" Sport S/T3 Suspension w/ Fox Shocks (2007-2017 JK 4-Door) Review & Install - Duration: 8:11.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the TeraFlex

3-inch Sport ST3 Suspension with Fox Shocks fitting over 2007 and up JK.

Today, we're gonna talk through the installation of this kit, which I'm going to give three

out of three wrenches.

This is probably going to be a four-plus hour install.

This lift kit is for those of you looking for a really complete lift kit that's going

to give you great performance on road and off road, but especially in those higher speed

off-road situations.

A lot of rock crawling, low-speed wheeling that we do isn't going to require things like

TeraFlex SpeedBumps or a reservoir-style shock like this kit includes.

So, again this is geared a little bit more toward that higher speed off road, however,

it's still going to work very, very well at low speed, during some crawling and of course

on the road as well.

If you're comparing this kit to other TeraFlex kits, the non-sport TeraFlex kits, some of

those will include adjustable control arms that will include the TeraFlex shocks and

so the Fox shocks, so they are going to have slightly different components and again those

ones aren't going to be geared as much toward the higher speed off road as this kit here

is.

Now, because of the sheer number of components and the quality of components that are included

in this kit, this is going to be one of the more expensive kits that we offer.

However, in my opinion, if you have the budget for it and you're doing the type of wheeling

that this kit is geared toward, this is going to be a good buy.

You're getting very high-quality stuff and you're getting everything you need to make

your Jeep work very, very well.

So, let's get into the components that are included with this kit.

First and foremost, you're going to have your new longer coil springs, and this is where

you're going to get that three inches of lift from.

Of course, you're gonna have all four springs, front and rear, spring retainers, everything

you need, and this is really where your main height is going to come from.

Now this time, you're installing a taller spring, you're also going to need a longer

shock to get you the most out of that suspension, and with this case, you are getting a Fox

performance 2.0 series reservoir shot that has been tuned by TeraFlex for this kit on

your jeep.

So, this is designed to ride very, very comfortably, again, both on road and off road.

Being a reservoir shock, it is, again, geared a little bit more toward that higher speed

off road.

With a shock like this, it's going to be designed not to foam and cavitate like a hydraulic

shock might.

The measured in charge that's in this nitrogen shock is there to keep the foaming cavitation

to a minimum, enough foaming cavitation can just cause some shocks fade and you have the

reservoir which allows you to hold even additional fluid to keep that fluid nice and cool, and

again, really be designed for some higher speed wheeling, although these are also going

to work very well at lower speeds also.

You are going to get some control arms with this kit but these are going to fix the length

control.

And they're not going to be the flex arms from TeraFlex that have the hind joints on

one end, they are going be rubber joints all the way around.

So maybe, you would give up a little bit of articulation, but again this is geared more

toward that higher speed, more flat type of off-roading than it is for rock crawling.

You're going to get six control arms with this kit, which is going to be all four in

the rear and the front lower control arms.

The four in the rear is going to set your pinion angle correct, so you're not going

to get new drive line vibrations.

And up front, you're also going to reset your pinion angle but you're going to get some

caster correction as well.

When you lift your jeep to roll the axle or change the caster and when you don't have

the proper caster angle, these tires won't want to self-center, which can give you a

bit of a flabby feel especially when you're going down the highway.

So these control arms that you're going to get in the kit, are going to fix both pinion

and caster in the front and pinion in the back to make sure that all of your angles

are closer to factory and going to work very, very well.

Now, as far as centering the axle left or right underneath the jeep, up front you're

going to get one of TeraFlex's adjustable track bars, which is going to be much, much

stronger than a factory track bar as well as, as it says in the name, it's going to

be adjustable.

So this is going to let you center that axle completely in the front.

Out back, you're going to get a track bar brackets, so you're gonna need your factory

track bar, but this bracket is going to give you a little bit of adjustability, so you

can change your roll center.

This is the beefier style track bar that TeraFlex offers, so this is going to attach to your

axle in a total of three different locations, being a very, very strong connection.

So even though this is a little bit higher up, it can provide a little bit more leverage

you're not going to get any wobble out of this bracket.

And so far, the components that we talked about are components that are included in

a lot of lift kits.

With this kit, you're also going to get sway bar and wings of course, which again, are

something that you get in a lot of lift kits.

But then there are some components that you don't get in every lift kit, and that's going

to be right over here, as the TeraFlex SpeedBump.

Now, what that is designed to do is as your axle is coming up, instead of just coming

in contact with a normal jounce bumper, which is designed to absorb that impact, it can

still be a little jarring, a little bit shocking at speed.

So these SpeedBumps are there to soften that blow even further and really give you a nice

soft landing when you're getting bumps at higher speed.

Now, because of the travel that the suspension has because of the length of the shocks and

the springs and just how everything works together, this kit is also going to include

limiting straps in both the front and the rear, which is going to help limit the down

travel.

So again, when you're going a little bit faster in your off road, the ground drops out from

underneath you.

Instead of the shock having to hold all of the weight of the axle falling, I have limiting

strap which is going to help save the shocks from that damage.

As far as this install goes, again I'm gonna give it three out of three wrenches.

This is something that's going to probably take you four hours or more.

There is some drilling, some modification that you'll need to do to your Jeep to get

this kit installed properly.

You're gonna need a lot of tools, probably empty the whole tool box, but the main steps

of the install are going to be pretty similar to a lot of other kits out there.

So the first step is, of course, supporting the jeep by the frame, jacking it up.

You're going to remove or loosen anything that's keeping the axles from completely drooping.

So you're gonna have to go ahead and loosen up your brake line brackets, your sway bar,

and lengths and your shocks.

Go ahead and let the axle completely droop down, remove the springs, puff in your new

springs, your new shocks, your new track bars, control arms while there's no load on the

axles.

That's a really good time to install control arms.

While everything is out of the way, you can install the speed bumps, the limiting straps,

do your drilling.

All and all, like I said, fairly standard steps and a fairly standard order, but there

are going to be a few additional steps because of the additional components that are included

in this kit that you don't have to do with some of the lift kits, which will add to the

level of difficulty.

So, this kit isn't the most expensive lift kit that we offer, it's not even the most

expensive lift kit that TeraFlex offers, but it is going to be a little pricier than some

others because of the sheer number of components that are included and the quality of the components.

These Fox performance 2.0 reservoir shots, by themselves, are going to be very expensive.

And then you start adding all of the other components that are included here and the

price does add up quickly.

So, I think for a kit that includes everything that has the shocks tuned for the springs

and the weight of the vehicle that's really very, very well put together, I don't think

this kit is overpriced.

However, this is a kit that's designed for a very specific type of off-roading and you

are gonna have to have a higher budget for it, so it's not for everybody.

If you are looking to do a little bit of a higher speed style off-roading, you're not

looking at doing that really low-speed rock crawling and you have the budget for it, I

think this is a very well than the other kit.

So, that's my review of the Teraflex 3-inch Sport ST3 Suspension with shocks fitting over

2007 and up JK.

ARRESTED: Top Democrat Taken Away In Handcuffs | Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:27.

The issues faced by the citizens of Illinois are going overlooked while one of their top

Democrats is arrested on unrelated matters.

US Representative Luis Gutiérrez (D-IL), was arrested by US Park Police, while protesting

outside of the White House, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

Arrests were made on 30 other protesters alongside him.

They had gathered to acknowledge the fifth anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood

Arrivals Program (DACA), a key piece of Obama administration legislation, and protested

in defense of it.

Moments before he was arrested, Gutiérrez told reporters, "The same values that I

inculcated in my daughters, that my wife and I raised them, [Dreamers] are an example and

exemplify them.

Their dreams are just like my kids' dreams."

Unless President Trump ends the program, 10 states intend to bring suit against the government

over DACA.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was among the state attorney generals in this coalition,

Fox News reports.

Paxton argued in a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions that the program allows undocumented

immigrants to claim work authorization and lawful presence, although the program was

never even authorized by Congress.

The coalition is not calling for those roughly one million already covered by DACA to lose

their permits, just for the program to be phased out in the future.

This same coalition of states was successful in having a similar Obama-era memo, Deferred

Action for Parents of Americans (DAPA), struck down in court.

For his part, Rep. Gutiérrez seems unaware of the counter-arguments to the DACA program.

Perhaps intentionally, he misleads the public on the reasoning against the program, arguing

the government wants to stop handing out DACA benefits for "for no good reason."

Gutiérrez has been arrested multiple times while protesting for various undocumented

immigrant programs and legislation.

According to the NBC Chicago 5, Gutiérrez was once even briefly handcuffed for refusing

to leave his meeting with ICE officials, saying he would not leave until he got the answers

he was looking for.

Gutiérrez also tried to intervene in specific undocumented immigrants' cases, asking that

their order for deportation be deferred.

Gutiérrez believes those around him should get special treatment in other ways, including

his wife, who he has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars from his own campaign funds.

He has paid his daughters smaller amounts from those same funds.

Judging by his twitter feed and constant undocumented immigrant activism, most of the work Gutiérrez

does for his Illinois constituents is to shame them into supporting his goals of giving American

citizenship to unlawful immigrants.

He continually refuses to acknowledge that these individuals have committed a criminal

act by crossing the border illegally.

It's possible Gutiérrez is only involved in politics to push forth a single, personal

issue, rather than to address the many real problems facing the State of Illinois.

No doubt the man will continue to be arrested on the public dime, all while ignoring the

rising crime affecting Illinois, choosing instead to harbor and support undocumented

immigrants and the violent criminals in their ranks.

Simply put, Gutiérrez is not representing all of the people in his congressional district.

what do you think about this?

TDRS Continuing the Fleet - Duration: 2:35.

Music

Thirty years ago, NASA launched into a new era of high bandwidth, continuous

space communication with the tracking and data relay satellite, TDRS.

Today, NASA's continuing this legacy by launching the next generation of

satellites. At Cape Canaveral, the TDRS spacecraft sits atop an

Atlas V rocket, ready for launch. (Three, two, one and liftoff of the Atlas V

rocket carrying the next generation in tracking and data relay satellites.)

After a four-minute burn, the Atlas V main engine separates from the Centaur engine

and drops back to Earth. Shortly after separation of the main engine, the

protective shield that covers the payload, called the fairing, separates to

reveal the TDRS spacecraft. After boosting the spacecraft to

geosynchronous transfer orbit, the TDRS spacecraft separates from the

Centaur engine. Shortly after the separation, the two folded, single axis

antennae reflectors are released to take their natural parabolic shape.

With a series of engine firings, the TDRS on board rocket guides the

spacecraft to its final location in geosynchronous orbit. Once arriving at

this orbit, the spacecraft starts its deployment sequence by unfolding the

first solar array. Next, the two single access antennas are deployed and locked

into position. These antennas are designed to track and communicate with

low Earth orbit satellites. After the single access antennas are secured into

place, the second solar array starts to unfold

and the SGL and Omni antennas are deployed.

Once TDRS completes this deployment sequence, it's now ready for testing and

calibration before being placed into service.

With this addition of TDRS-M, NASA has assured the future of continuous

space to ground communication.

Shoulder Tendonitis Stretches for Pain Relief - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 13:14.

Hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm going to show you some stretches for

shoulder tendinitis. If you're looking for some exercises, make sure you click

the link up here. So since shoulder tendinitis is a very

general term, I'm going to show you some general stretches, so let's get started.

So the first stretch or slash exercises a

little combination of both, are going to be your pendulum exercises. Pendulums are

my favorite because it really helps to open up that shoulder it loosens up

those muscles in those tendons and it really just kind of works it out so if

you have a lot of pain in the shoulder, I always say start off with the pendulums

because that's going to help loosen everything up. I'm going to show you

first without a weight and then if you don't have any precautions or

contraindications of your shoulder, then I'm going to show you how to do it with

a weight because the weight kind of helps open up that joint just a little

bit more, so use a chair or a countertop something sturdy that you can hold onto

because you're going to lean over a little bit. Make sure that you're getting

in a good position and if it's really hurting,

try not to actively move your shoulder. You're going to use your body to move

your shoulder, but again if you don't have any precautions or contraindications

or like surgery type stuff, you can move your arm a little bit, but it

really makes it more relaxed if you can just move your body to make your arm

move, so hold on with the good side and then the side that you want to work or

the one that's hurt, just let it hang straight down. Get your body in a nice

comfortable position, feet spread out and what you're going to do is try and make

a circle with your arm but use your body to do it, so the arm should really just

hang there and relax and then you're moving your whole body to make that arm

move, so again just having it pretty relaxed so it doesn't have to be big

circles, you're really just trying to get that movement in there, it's hanging down

opening up that joint and getting those muscles to relax, so you want to about

10 one way and then reverse it and do 10 the other way. So even though I don't

have problems with this shoulder right now, probably will later, it feels really

good even with a good shoulder just hanging down loosening it

a little bit, so if you have an injury or some irritation going on, this is a

really good way to get some of that out of there.

The next one is just going to be a side to side movement, so you're going to kind

of stay in the same position and this time just sway side to side to let that

arm swing back and forth, so again you see it doesn't have to be big movements,

you don't have to have your arm swinging like this, but just going back and forth

to really get it nice and loosened up, and then the last one is a front to back

movement, so put the foot forward on the opposite side so you have room to swing

a little bit, and again just let it hang down and then lean front to back to have

that arm just kind of swing back and forth, so again that's just a nice way to

kind of loosen it up and let everything hang and relax especially if those

muscles are tightening kind of spasmed out a little bit, so if you try those

this feel really good, don't have any problems with them, then you can take a

little weight to add on. This is just a soup vegetable ca. It's about one pound,

you don't really need a whole lot more than that,

but just enough to get some weight on there to open up that joint a little bit

more, so you're just going to do all the same movements with the weight. You can

again actively move your shoulder a little bit, but you really want the body

to do most the work, so hanging it down swing it around in those circles,

10 one way, reverse it 10 the other way, then you can do the side-to-side

motion really just letting it hang and loosen up, and then putting that opposite

foot forward and then just kind of swinging back and forth. Another great

way to stretch out your shoulder is to use the wall and do wall slides, so wall

sides are great because the wall kind of helps support your arms, so it's not just

lifting it up and you have to use all your muscles. The wall kind of helps

support it, so you don't have to do all the work, the wall helps you do the work,

so what you want to do is make sure that again your thumb is in an outward

position, some people slide it like this, which is okay, but again that puts your

shoulder in a little bit of an impingement. So with a thumb out, that's better. You

might have to start a little bit lower if your

shoulder's really bothering you, but just let that wall support your arm and just

slide it up as far as you comfortably can, hold it for about three to five

seconds, once you get it into a nice big stretch, come back down, do that about ten

times. If you can, go a little bit here and then not quite all the way up, then

you can try leaning forward a little bit and that will give it a little bit more

of a stretch as well. What's also great with the wall is then you can turn your

body a little bit, so this would be the flexion position, if I turn just a little

bit now I'm doing that scaption position going up and down, and if then if I turn

all the way out, then I'm doing that abduction, so it's a great way to get the

stretch in all of those directions in using the wall to support it a little

bit. Some people like to do what we call finger walking where you're just taking

your fingers and climbing up the wall, some of my patients have found that

that's more comfortable for them than sliding, so you can try both

ways and see what works best for you. Now we're going to do a chest stretch.

I like chest stretches in the corner because it does a really good job of

giving you stretches in all different directions to get that those pecs and

just help open up the chest and really stretch the shoulder as well, so get it

get a corner that's got a lot of space, doesn't have a lot of clutter in it, and

what you're going to do is just put one foot kind of in towards the corner, it

doesn't matter which foot it is, and then you're going to put one hand on each

side. If your shoulder's really sore, you might have to start down low, but once

you go higher you're stretching the chest just a little bit differently, so I

always kind of suggest to people start off low, do one stretch for thirty

seconds, then the next one go a little bit higher, then the next one go a little

bit higher if you can because some people like it here a little bit better,

and some people like it up here a little bit better, they get a stretch a little

bit differently and it's really just personal preference. So putting the foot

in the corner, hand on each side of the corner, and then just lean into that

corner, holding it for thirty seconds, after that if you can comfortably with

your hands slide them up just a little bit, stretch

and hold that for 30 seconds, and then for the third one if you can go even

higher, then see how my elbows get a little bit straighter and it's just a

different stretch on the chest, so try all those directions and see which one

works best for you. So the next stretch is we call this passive range of motion,

active assisted range of motion. I like it as a stretch because it really helps

kind of get movement in that shoulder. You can use, this is just a PVC pipe, you

can use a broomstick, if you have a cane you can use a cane, but you just want

something that's kind of like a stick that will help assist the arm to go up,

so you don't have to actively take it up which might still hurt with that

tendonitis, but you can use something to take it up so it doesn't have to do all

the work, but you're still stretching it into a position that might not be able

to go to on its own yet, so what you want to do is the the stick and the good side

is doing all the work, so if my left side is the one that's injured my right side

is really going to be moving the stick, and the other side's just going to go

for a ride. If you have something that has a hook like a cane or if you just

make it with a PVC pipe, I like having the thumb in an upwards position like

this because that opens up that shoulder, that doesn't impinge it as much or put

as much pressure on it, but if you just have a regular stick holding it this way

is okay, but again I prefer this way with the thumb up because that really just is

going to make it more comfortable and you probably can push it a little bit

further, but again it's just hanging on going for the ride, so it's not really

moving. It might be it might help a little bit, but the goal is to get the

stick to do all the movement, and so then you're just going to kind of bring it up

this way far as you comfortably can. If you can only bring it to here, that's fine, and

then come back down, so just a little pause while you're there maybe three

seconds or so, you don't have to hold it for that thirty seconds this is really

just trying to push that range of motion a little bit, so bringing it up with that

other arm, this one's just kind of going for the

ride, and then start off without 10 to 15 of those. Then the next one is going to

be abduction going out on the side, again the thumb placement

is a little bit important because it's going to open up that shoulder, but if

you are uncomfortable doing it that way, you can hold it this way,

but I don't like that because that kind of impinges the shoulder a little bit. If

you have just a straight stick, hold it where the thumb is going outwards like

this, so this time you're just going to push it out this way, if you have that

little hook again you can hold it kind of like this and just let it go upwards

like that, that is a little bit easier for people because then you're just kind

of really pushing up, you don't even have to hold on, but if you have the thumb in

that outwards position going this way, when the thumb eventually comes upwards

that's going to be that open position, so really just you know pulling pushing it

as far as you comfortably can. You can go up higher, that's great, if you can't this

abduction movement is a little tough on the shoulder, so you might only be able

to get to right here, and again then just hold it for about three maybe even five

seconds in that position, and then come back down, and then the last one I'm

going to show you with the stick is doing external rotation, and so the

external rotation is taking it out this way, and so you want to keep your elbow

by your side. If you feel like you're pushing and your elbow's coming out, roll

up a little towel, squeeze it in there so you know if the towel drops then your

elbow is coming out, and so sometimes that helps keep that elbow nice and

close to your side. Same thing if you have that hook, hold it this way where

the thumb is in the upward position, if you don't you can do it this way it just

might be a little bit tighter on the shoulder, so it is just the pointy side

like this, you can do it this way going out because it's kind of sitting in this

position, and it doesn't have to hold it up this way, so you can do it this way

even if you don't have that little hook here, but I really like that so keeping

the elbow as close to your side as you can, thumb in that upwards position, and

then you're just using that other side to push out as far as you comfortably

can, and again this is a lot of motion this is normal motion, so you might only

be able to get to here, that's okay. When I had my shoulder surgery, and I was

working on, it I started out and I was just getting here, but eventually I was able

to stretch it out a little bit more, and pausing a little bit at that end motion,

coming back in. Stretching the shoulder out is sometimes a little painful, so

don't push through the pain. You want stretches to always be that good hurt, so

it's, you know, it kind of has a hurting feeling, but it's a stretchy feeling, it's

not just pain, so the stretching I'm going to show you is for the internal

rotation of the shoulder, and that's when you're taking your hand back behind you,

if you've got to itch your back, or if you're washing your back, or for the

ladies if you're trying to clasp a bra. So this is a pretty important movement,

and when you have tendonitis in the shoulder, it's one of those that is the

first thing you lose and the last thing to come back, so an easy way to stretch

that out is just take like a belt or a strap, something tight, you can use a dog

leash if you want to, but you want to be firm so you don't want to be a resistive

band because that's going to give a little bit. With the stretch you really

want it to be something tight that doesn't give, so if you're stretching

your left hand, you want to hold it in your right hand, and just kind of put it

behind you like this so it's hanging down, and you can grab onto it. Now if

your shoulder hurts you might have to grab down here, you might not be able to

grab it up here yet, and that's okay, you just grab it wherever you can, and then

use the other hand just to pull upwards, taking that that arm up as far as you

can, your hand up as far as you can on your back, and this one since it's a

stretch, you're going to try and hold it for 30 seconds. So you don't want to go

so high where you're just uncomfortable and in pain the whole time because you

have to hold it for that 30 seconds, so really make sure that you're just going

till it's tight but tolerable. Hold it for 30 seconds, relax it, give it a little

break, and do that three times. So those were your stretches for

shoulder tendonitis, remember if you want some exercises make sure you click on
