Recently, AMain Hobbies brought in the entire line of

MST crawlers. MST has crawlers that are

available as kits or ready-to-runs.

They've got a truck that's on par with

1.9" trail rigs and then also the smaller

line, this is the CMX, it's more like a

1.5" rig. They're really nice though;

I said, we brought in all of the crawlers

along with all of the parts.

This is a very nice premium kit - The Factory Edition.

Now size-wise, this is on par with the Blade 180 CFX,

but the Factory Edition is going to include all of the

aluminum and carbon fiber upgrades

right out of the box; it's a really nice premium kit.

1 cup semolina

1 cup curd

1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon salt

A pinch of asafoetida

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1-2 finely chopped green chilies

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

For topping

1 cup thick curd

2 tablespoons green chutney

2 tablespoons tamarind sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon black salt

1 teaspoon roasted cumin

1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

Oil to fry

semolina

curd

cumin seeds

asafoetida

salt

green chilies

ginger

mix well

set aside for 10 mins

after 10 mins

baking soda

mix well

mixture is ready

heat oil on high flame

to make vadas take a bowl and cover it with a plastic sheet like this

water

deep fry till golden brown

take it out on a paper towel

put the vadas in water and set aside for about 5 mins

add sugar in thick yogurt and mix well

after 5 mins

squeeze the vadas and take them out on a plate

when serving

thick yogurt

black salt

roasted cumin

red chili powder

tamarind sauce

green chutney

thick yogurt

semolina dahi bhalle is ready to serve
