[music playing]

(SINGING) I'm what you want, but I'll give

you all the signs.

I know that, took my time.

But I made up my mind.

Oh, baby, you know you make me feel

something that I never had.

You let me know it's real.

Can't nobody make me feel the way that you do.

When you're around me, I can't take my eyes off of you.

I can see your body, love the way that you move.

Telling you you got it, and you know that's the truth.

I feel so alive when I got you right here by my side.

It's cause when I'm with you, you

know everything is all right.

Yeah.

Don't worry, I got you. yeah.

Don't worry, I got you.

Yeah.

Don't worry, I got you.

Happy birthday, brother.

I love you.

Don't worry.

You got it.

I got it, too, so just imagine what we--

what we could be together.

Always wanna get my loving.

Always--

You think we're gonna forget our baby brother?

-What's up, bro? -Happy birthday.

Where's my gift?

Hm? -In the mail.

It's in the mail?

You know I'm good for it.

Hey, it's your night.

All right? -All right.

(SINGING) Anything you need.

Yeah.

You can count on me.

No, don't worry.

Don't worry.

Cause I got you.

Anything you need.

You can call on me.

Yeah. -Hold up.

Yo.

I hold you down like it's nothing

cause I need your loving.

I'd rather have you by my side than the chicks clubbing.

You see them bank rolls?

I spend them on ya.

And I always keep it real, no pretending on ya.

I'm just trying to put you under my arm, and make you wife.

Take you round the world, anywhere you want to sight see.

Salinas trying to change its image - Duration: 3:10.

BIANCA: AARON JUST TO GIVE YOU

, AN IDEA OF THE CHALLENGE AT

HAND, THIS AFTERNOON I PUT THE

QUESTION OUT THERE ON SOCIAL

MEDIA, WHAT DO YOU ASSOCIATE

WITH SALINAS

WE GOT A LOT OF RESPONSES.

MANY PEOPLE REFERENCED JOHN

STEINBECK, FARMING AND THE

RODEO.

WHILE OTHERS TALKED ABOUT THE

SHOOTINGS AND GANG VIOLENCE IN

THE COMMUNITY.

CITY LEADERS WANT THE KIND OF

POSITIVE NOTORIETY THAT SILICON

VALLEY AND NAPA HAVE, AND THEY

SAY THOSE COMMUNITIES HAD TO

START SOMEWHER

>> WHEN TRAVELERS STOP AT THE

CALIFORNIA WELCOME CENTER IN

SALINAS, THE LOCAL GUIDES SA

THROUGH.

THEIR INITIAL REACTION WAS

NOT TO STOP IN SALINAS, BUT ONCE

THEY ARE HERE, THEY ARE

INTERESTED IN THE FOD,

AGRICULTURE ON THE SIDE OF THE

ROAD.

BIANCA: BUT CITY LEADERS WANT

SALINAS TO BECOME A DESTINATION,

SO OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS THE

CITY HAS INVESTED ALMOST HALF A

MILLION DOLLARS IN A NATIONAL

MARKETING CAMPAIGN TO TELL

PEOPLE ABOUT SALINAS WITH A

FOCUS ON THE GROWING AG TECH

INDUSTRY.

>> THIS IS ABOUT AS BUILDING THE

PERCEPTION AND REPUTATION OF

SALINAS.

WHEN YOU'RE LOOKING AT THE LOCAL

AREA, PEOPLE KNOW SALINAS AND

THEY HAVE IDEAS OF WHAT IT IS,

BUT WHEN YOU GO OUTSIDE THE

LOCAL AREA TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE

NEVER HEARD OF IT, THAT IS A

CHANCE TO CREATE THOSE FIRST

IMPRESSIONS.

BIANCA: THIS HAS RESULTED IN

FRONT PAGE STORIES ABOUT SALINAS

ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND NATIONAL

ATTENTION.

>> WE ARE JUST ONE HOUR SOUTH OF

SILICON VALLEY HERE IN SALINAS,

CA.

LOOK HOW GORGEOUS IT IS OUT

HERE.

BIANCA: AS WELL AS THE BRAIN

CHILD OF MARKETING FIRM, THE

FORBES AG TECH SUMMIT.

>> A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, THERE

WERE ONLY COUPLE OF AG TECH

COMPANIES HERE.

NOW THEY HAVE 31 COMPANIES

LOCATED INSIDE OF IT.

A BIG CHUNK CAME IN AFTER THE

LAST SUMMIT.

BIANCA: FOR A CITY, SCARRED BY

GANG VIOLENCE, THESE INVESTMENTS

ARE ABOUT A RENAISSANCE FOR

SALINAS.

>> MY CONCERN IS WHEN THEY ASK

YOU ABOUT THE VIOLENCE, HOW DO

YOU RESPOND TO IT?

>> IF THEY A ABOUT OUR

CHALLENGES, WE ARE HONEST.

WE DON'T PRETEND IT DOESN'T

EXIST.

WE ARE WORKING ON IT AND, YOU

KNOW WHAT'S, CREATING PROSPERITY

IN THE LONG-TERM IS A WAY TO

DEAL WITH IT READ BIANC I

CHECKED IN WITH THE MONTEREY

COUNTY AND TORRE HIM -- FOR HI

HIM -- TOURISM AREA BECAUSE I

WANTED TO KNOW IF THIS

INVESTMENT IS PAYING OFF FOR THE

COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE, IF IT IS

ACTUALLY BRINGING PEOPLE HERE.

SO I CHECKED IN WITH THE

MONTEREY COUNTY CONVENTION AND

TOURISM BUREAU.

IN THE LAST QUARTER THEY SAW A

SEVEN% INCREASE IN TOURISM IN

SALINAS

AND THE AG TECH SUMMIT ALONE

GENERATES $700,000 IN ECONOMIC

IMPACT.

metro woman who chose to have an

abortion.

STECKMAN 5:00:33 THE BABY HAD A

CONDITION WHERE THE LUNGS WOULD

NOT DEVELOP. SO IF THAT BABY HAD

BEEN BORN, IT COULDN'T BREATHE

AND THE PARENTS WOULD LITERALLY

WATCH IT SUFFOCATE.

That woman was 21-weeks

pregnant. Steckman says under

this bill she would have been

forced to have the baby.

Democrats say the bill is a set

back for Iowa. 5:03:42 IF

SOMEONE NEEDS AN ABORTION OR

THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY'LL GO

SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY'LL FIND

SOMEONE TO HELP THEM. THAT'S NOT

WHAT WE WANT, WE WANT IT SAFE WE

WANT A DOCTOR THERE, WE WANT HER

This bill requires a woman wait

72 hours before getting an

abortion and is required to get

an ultrasound that shows the

unborn child's age.

CNN 10 April 6, 2017 - English Subtitle - Duration: 10:01.

China, North Korea and the U.S. are the three nations directly involved in our first story on CNN 10.

I'm Carl Azuz. Thank you for watching.

A meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping is scheduled

for today and tomorrow at President Trump's resort in Florida. With that meeting coming up

North Korea launched a missile into the sea on Wednesday. The test didn't go well.

A U.S. official described it as a spectacular failure.

But analysts say the launch was designed to be an insult to President Trump and Xi.

They also say that if America wants to put more pressure on North Korea to stop

its nuclear program, it will need China's help,

something Mr. Trump recently echoed in an interview with "The Financial Times"

when he said China has great influence over North Korea and that he hoped China would help

that country is North Korea's only major ally.

More than 80 percent of North Korea's trade is conducted with China.

What happens if China doesn't help put more pressure on its neighbor?

President Trump says the U.S. could act on its own

His administration says all options are on the table when dealing with North Korea.

What could some of those options look like?

President Trump says he's willing to go it alone to stop North Korea's nuclear weapons program.

But he's facing regime that he has challenged U.S. administrations on this issue for a quarter century

Experts argue he has three basic strategies for confronting Pyongyang starting with negotiations.

Would you speak to the leader of North Korea? I said, absolutely. Why not? Why not?

Previous U.S. administrations have negotiated directly with North Korea, and in the past

Pyongyang has made some concessions in exchange for big financial aid.

But experts say Pyongyang used its existing nuclear weapons as the ultimate insurance policy,

protecting North Korea from the threat of possible military strikes.

They are not going to give up a single nuclear weapon,

a single warhead as they have already produced,

and no amount of negotiation is going to change that.

A second option: sanctions. The U.S. already has many sanctions in place to economically isolate North Korea.

But a further step might be to punish companies that do business with North Korea

particularly those in China, North Korea's largest trading partner.

So, past policies have not worked actually because China is not completely participating

actually because the North Korean state is designed in a way that basically makes

the government quite oblivious to the demands of the population.

The final option would be a military strike. Targets could include the North Korean leadership

or their nuclear weapons or ballistic missile facilities. But a former top U.S. official

warned the consequences for a key U.S. ally could then be devastating

It's quite possible that they would as a consequence of that launch, an attempted invasion of South Korea

This is a war that would have an intensity of violence associated

with it that we haven't seen since the last Korean War.

There is one possible ray of hope: neither the U.S. nor China, the two biggest superpowers in the region,

want to see a nuclear-armed North Korea. If they can work together,

then perhaps they can find a way to deal with the hermit kingdom and its weapons of mass destruction.

Ivan Watson, CNN, Seoul.

One challenge ahead of President Trump and Xi is their disagreement over how to pressure North Korea,

and they'll have more than that to talk about. They're the leaders of the two largest economies on the planet

Their nations are both regional powerhouses.

Will two nations that are an ocean apart be able to find common ground?

The United States and China, perhaps the most consequential relationship in the world today

But if that's the case, then what's at stake?

Let's start with the standoff on the Korean Peninsula. Both China and the United States agree that North Korea's

nuclear weapons program is bad news. They disagree on how best to stop it.

The U.S. thinks China should use its economic leverage to force North Korea to halt its testing program.

China says the only way to solve the problem is if the U.S. directly negotiates with the regime.

It's a situation where tens of millions of lives are at stake, how will China and the U.S. can work together is key to solving the crisis.

Next, consider the Chinese and American economies, combined worth about 40 percent of global GDP

They are inextricably linked, with hundreds of billions of dollars in goods traded each year.

But any barriers to that trade would mean that both economies would suffer.

That in turn would hurt the global economy overall.

Finally, let's turn to the South China Sea. Over the last few years, China has aggressively built up artificial islands,

xtending its military capability far beyond its own borders. In response,

the U.S. has sent warships near Chinese claimed territory. So, will China continue its expansion?

Does the U.S. draw a red line in response? The answers will help shape the future of a volatile region.

Ten-second trivia: What is the second-largest planet in our solar system? Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune or Earth?

Though scientists say Saturn's mass is 95 times that of earth, it's still smaller than Jupiter, making Saturn the second largest planet in our solar system.

And the mission to the ringed planet is coming to an end. We're reporting on Cassini's final assignment

The spacecraft has been out of this world for almost 20 years and its mission formally ends in September

It got off the ground in 1997 and it took Cassini seven years to reach the region of the mysterious planet

The mission's total cost has been about $3.26 billion with the U.S. funding almost 80 percent of that.

which is named Titan. Scientists were able to study the moon and find a few similarities it has to Earth, though Titan is much colder.

Cassini doesn't have much fuel left but it's not going to quietly fade away.

The last assignment it has will be to perform 22 dives in between Saturn and its rings

It will be going very fast, 70,000 miles per hour, through a gap that measures about 1,200 miles wide.

That speed, a grain of sand could cripple Cassini. So, let's hope it doesn't hit that or anything bigger.

It sounds fine. What's the value in this? Scientists hope it will help them learn about where

Saturn's ring came from and what the planet's interior is like. Cassini will be closer to Saturn that ever before.

In fact, on its final orbit, Cassini will be crashed right into the planet.

Unlike the cat in the hat, I cannot read with my eyes shut. But the National Institutes of Health says through his wacky

and subliminally educational books, Dr. Seuss improved children's health. He helped them develop literacy skills.

That's not the only healthy effect of reading.

When you think about reading, just the idea of being able to focus on something in particular that's not a big screen,

not a device, can really be a benefit. There have been studies that have shown that it can help

reduce your stress levels, help improve your attention levels, and possibly be overall good for

your mental functions. You can reduce your rates of cognitive decline by up to 32 percent.

This is significant. It's fascinating to see how the brain responds even if the body is sitting still looking at those pages.

So, for example, if there's a scene that you're reading that's a very active scene

The areas of your brain that are called the motor cortex that were responsible for movement

they may start to light up. If it's a particularly stimulating part of the book that you're reading,

your sensory cortex, which actually allows you to see, that may start to light up.

There have been some interesting studies showing that you don't actually have to read a book

I recommend this one by the way. You could actually hear books. You could listen to an audio book for example,

and that can have some of the same beneficial effects that we're talking about.

So, just keep in mind, the more you read, the more you know, the more you learn, the further you'll go.

That was a different doctor, Dr. Seuss. But regardless, it will help you live to a hundred.

For "10 Out of 10", it's a little closer to Earth than Saturn. What engineer wouldn't want to test this out?

It's a zip line, but not for every tourist, more for space tourist.

If something were to go wrong on the launch pad, when future astronaut crews are preparing to blast off on a rocket,

this EES, the Emergency Egress System, at Cape Canaveral, Florida,

could help them get away in a fun way. It covers a quarter mile in 30 seconds.

Of course, they probably prefer to be zipping off to space, but if you're down to the wire and you got to stay grounded,

this is one advantage of having cable. As long as the zip lines are open, it's a pretty egressive way to get from A to B.

I'm Carl Azuz and we reach the end of the line on CNN 10. Hope to see you tomorrow.

Dehydration Treatment ❤ How to Treat Dehydration - Duration: 4:14.

Dehydration Treatment ? How to Treat Dehydration

Adequate water is essential for health and vitality.

Dehydration happens when you do not replace the water in your body that is lost throughout

the day.

Dehydration can be caused by exercise, illness, or simply not drinking enough water.

Understanding the signs and knowing how to react are essential for good health and recovery.

You can usually treat mild to moderate dehydration on your own; however, if you have severe dehydration

you should seek immediate medical attention.

1 Use an oral rehydration solution.

This is the preferred treatment recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics for

mild to moderate dehydration.

Plan to restore your childs fluid levels over the course of three to four hours.

Use a commercial electrolyte solution such as Pedialyte.

These solutions have sugar and salt electrolytes to help prevent low blood sugar.

It is possible to make your own rehydration solutions, but due to the possibility of error,

it is generally safer to use commercial solutions.

Give your child 12 teaspoons (510 ml) of the solution every few minutes.

You can use a spoon or an oral syringe (does not contain a needle).Start off slow; too

much fluid at once can cause nausea or vomiting.

If your child vomits, wait 30 minutes before starting again.

2 Avoid other fluids.

If your child is dehydrated, he will probably need to have the electrolyte balance in the

bloodstream restored.

Sodas and juices may cause hyponatremia, or low blood sodium, in children.

Plain water also does not contain enough electrolytes to replenish your childs body because children

have a much faster electrolyte turnover than adults..

Sodas may also contain caffeine, which is a diuretic and can further dehydrate the child.

Juices may have too much sugar and can make dehydration worse in young children.

This is also true for sports drinks such as Gatorade.

Sports drinks can be diluted with water mix one part water with one part Gatorade..

Other fluids to avoid include milk, clear broths, tea, ginger ale, and Jell-O..

3 Drink water and clear liquids in small amounts.

Water is usually enough to rehydrate adults.

Other options include clear broth, popsicles, Jell-O, and sports drinks that contain electrolytes.

Go slow; drinking too much too fast may cause vomiting..

Try ice chips.

They dissolve slowly and the cooling effect can be helpful for overheated people..

If the dehydration is the result of prolonged physical activity, consume a sports drink

that contains electrolytes..

4 Avoid some fluids.

When youre dehydrated, avoid caffeine and alcohol.

These have dehydrating effects on the body.

Beverages such as coffee, caffeinated tea, and soda should not be taken while dehydrated.

You should also avoid fruit juices, as the sugar can have a dehydrating effect by increasing

urination..

5 Eat foods with a high water content.

If you are not nauseated, try eating some fruits and vegetables with a high water content..

Watermelon, cantaloupe, grapefruit, oranges, and strawberries are very high in water content.

Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, celery, cucumbers, eggplant, lettuce, sweet peppers, radishes,

spinach, zucchini, and tomatoes have very high water content.

Avoid dairy if you have diarrhea or nausea along with dehydration.

It can make these symptoms worse..

6 Continue hydrating.

Continue to rehydrate and rest over the next 24 hours.

Drink plenty of fluids.

Do not stop drinking simply because you dont feel thirsty anymore.

It can take several days to completely replace lost fluids..

Shoulder Pain Treatment ❤ How to Stop Shoulder Pains - Duration: 5:25.

Shoulder Pain Treatment ? How to Stop Shoulder Pains

Shoulder pain is relatively common and has a variety of causes, ranging from a simple

muscle pull to a dislocated joint.

The reason why the shoulder is so susceptible to injury is that it has the most range of

motion of any joint in the body.Furthermore, shoulder pain sometimes originates from other

areas of the body such as the neck, mid back or even the heart.

In most cases, using common sense and following some simple home remedies will be enough to

stop your shoulder pain, but in some cases, treatment from a health professional is necessary.

1 Rest your shoulder.

Often, but not always, the root cause of shoulder pain is simple overexertion lifting things

that are too heavy or lifting lighter loads too often.

Stop the aggravating activity for at least a few days.

If your problem is work related, then if possible, talk to your boss about switching to a different

activity.

If the shoulder pain is exercise related, then you may be working out too aggressively

or with bad form consult with a personal trainer.

Excessive bed rest is not a good idea for any type of musculoskeletal injury because

some movement is needed to stimulate blood flow and healing.

As such, some rest is good, but complete inactivity is counterproductive.

Reconsider your sleeping environment.

Mattresses that are too soft or pillows that are too thick may contribute to shoulder pain.

Sleeping on your back for a few days or weeks may be needed so as to not aggravate your

shoulder.

Shoulder joint pain frequently worsens at night while in bed..

2 Ice your shoulder.

The application of ice is an effective treatment for essentially all acute injuries including

shoulder strains and sprains because it constricts blood vessels (reducing blood flow)

and numbs nerve fibers.]

Cold therapy should be applied to the most tender part of your shoulder in order to reduce

the swelling and pain.

Apply ice for 10-15 minutes every hour, then reduce the frequency as the pain and swelling

subside in your shoulder.

Compressing the ice against your shoulder with a bandage or elastic support will also

help control the inflammation.

Always wrap ice or frozen gel packs in a thin towel in order to prevent frostbite on your

skin.

3 Take over-the-counter drugs.

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen, naproxen or aspirin can

be short-term solutions to help you deal with pain or inflammation in your shoulder they

can be found in every pharmacy and grocery store.

Keep in mind that these medications can be hard on your stomach, kidneys and liver, so

it's best not to use them for more than 2 weeks at a stretch and to take them with food..

Talk to your doctor about your medical problems you have and any medications that you take

before taking these medications.

Follow the instructions on the package or your doctor's instructions on dosing.

Alternatively, you can try over-the-counter analgesics such as acetaminophen (Tylenol

and Paracetamol) or muscle relaxants (such as cyclobenzaprine) for your shoulder pain,

but never take them concurrently with NSAIDs.

4 Do some light shoulder stretches.

If your shoulder pain is primarily achy in nature and doesn't involve sharp, stabbing

or shooting pain with movement or a dislocation, then likely you're experiencing a muscle strain.

Mild muscle strains respond well to some light stretching because it relieves muscle tension,

promotes blood flow and improves flexibility..In general, hold stretches (without bouncing)

for about 30 seconds and do them 3x daily until the discomfort fades away.

Trying to protect your sore shoulder by not moving it or putting it in a sling may increase

the risk of adhesive capsulitis or "frozen shoulder," which is characterized by scar

tissue, chronic stiffness and reduced range of motion.

While standing or sitting, reach around the front of your body and grab the opposite elbow.

Gently pull on the back of the elbow until you feel a stretch in the corresponding shoulder.

While standing or sitting, reach behind your back towards your shoulder blade and interlock

with your other hand (diagram above).

Slowly pull on the hand with the sore shoulder until you feel a good stretch.

5 Build shoulder strength.

If your shoulder pain is caused by overexertion (especially while on the job), you may benefit

from strength-building exercises, assuming you perform them safely and correctly..When

your initial pain subsides, try to introduce low-intensity, low-impact shoulder strengthening

exercises to your routine.

Stronger muscles such as the deltoids and rotator cuff are more able to handle the strain

and exertion that can lead to shoulder pain, decreasing the likelihood that it will return.

Work with a personal trainer or physical therapist to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.

Make sure your shoulder muscles are warmed up before exercising them.

Taking a warm shower or applying moist heat or doing simple calisthenics before weight

training is recommended because your shoulder muscles will be more pliable.
