fried beef/lamb kebab stuffed with vegetables unique restaurant style kebob recipe - Duration: 4:51.

400 g beef mince meat

you can use lamb meat as well

put it in the chopper

garlic clove 6 small size

crush it

ginger 2 inch piece cut it into small pieces

put garlic and ginger in the chopper

2 medium size green chili

1 medium size onion chop them and put chili and onion in the chopper as well

add 1 tea spoon red chili powder

1 table spoon cumin seeds powder

salt to taste

1/2 tea spoon crushed red chili

1 egg first beat it then add it in the chopper

chop them well till all ingredients mix altogether

dish out in a bowl when done

2 table spoon coriander leaves and mint leaves cut them and add in the mixture

cut 1 boiled carrot and 1 boiled potato in fries shape

make kebab shape out the mixture and put 1 piece of potato in iit

cover it and make it in a kebab shape

now do same thing with the carrot

just like this make all beef kebabs stuffed with potato and carrot

you can put 1 or two pieces or both as you like to eat

mean while ready oil for frying

now put these kebobs in the oil at medium flame

you also can shallow fry but best to deep fry it

ready platter for serving

fry kebabs till golden color

it will take 4 to 5 minutes

dish out in a serving plate

3.Push-ups

Get into a high plank position.

Shift your center of gravity to your arms.

Lower your body, bending your arms at the elbows.

Return to the initial position.

4.Bow pose

Lie on your stomach.

Pull your arms forward.

Bend your back, lifting your head, arms, and legs up at the same time.

Grab your ankles.

Inhale deeply.

Stay in this position for a few seconds.

With an exhalation, relax the muscles, and return to the initial position.

5.Superman

Lie on your stomach, stretching your arms and legs.

Raise both legs and arms at the same time, bending your back.

Stay in this position for a few seconds.

Return to the initial position.

6.Upper back lifts on stability ball

Lie down on the ball on your belly.

Fix your legs shoulder-width on the floor.

Place your hands on the back of your head.

Raise and lower your shoulders and upper back while keeping your neck straight.

7.Bridge

This exercise is extremely effective for the back, but it may be dangerous to do it without

preparation.

Start trying to perform the bridge only a couple of weeks after regular workouts with

the previous exercises.

Lie on your back with your legs bent at the knees.

Press your palms to the floor above your head.

Start gently lifting your hips and then your shoulders up, bending your back.

Hold at the highest point for a few seconds.

Try to return to the initial position by gently lowering your back to the floor.
