Arsene Wenger claimed yesterday he is quitting Arsenal to stop their image being trashed

by warring fans.

The Frenchman said supporters fighting over his future had damaged the Gunners' reputation

around the world as a club with values.

Fans have been split over Wenger's future in recent years with growing numbers demanding

he goes, sparking regular fights last season.

"I am not resentful with the fans," said Wenger who announced on Friday he will step

down in the summer after 22 years in charge.

"I just feel that if my personality is in the way of what I think our club is, for me

that is more important than me staying.

"I was not tired.

But I believe this club is respected all over the world, much more than in England.

"Our fans did not give the image of unity at the club I want all over the world.

That was hurtful.

"We can speak and speak and speak but sport is about winning and losing and you have to

accept you will lose games, even when I am not here any more.

"But it is as well about something bigger than just winning or losing and for me that

was always a worry - how the club was perceived worldwide.

"For kids playing in Africa, China and America and the dreams it can create for young children

who want to play football and all our clubs have a responsibility for that.

"If you travel with us – and I travel a lot – this club is respected all over

the world, and that is down to work and the way we play football, the way we behave and

the way we treat people.

"I want that to go on and be respected and give the image I think is right, even if there

is a lot of money in the game.

Wenger, who also confirmed he will not have any input into picking his successor, also

joked about the huge reaction to his shock announcement.

"I don't need to die any more - I know what people will say about me," he said.

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 Unboxing and First Impressions - The Redmi Killer - Duration: 7:33.

Hey this is sreehari from mr. phone and today we have the us who's zenfone max pro in

this video we are going to do an unboxing and a first look at Asus latest

budget offering this has a lot of exciting features inside and I'm very

excited to go into the unboxing session so let's get to it

before we start the unboxing subscribe to the channel if you haven't already

and also click that Bell I can so that you will notify for all these videos

that we put out let's begin the unboxing of these N phone max pro so first of all

we take this out of the box let's take the cover out so let's put this aside

and here we get a box that says v-love photo this might be indicating the dual

camera set up on the SOC and phone max pro and inside we get a sim tool so here

is the sim tool that we get inside and we get a few leaflet so this is the IMEI

information we have the warranty information and there's a user guide

inside all the standard stuff this is also a pre-production unit so the

unboxing experience might be a little different on the retail unit there might

also be a case inside this one doesn't have it now let's take the uh Suzanne

phone max pro phone out of the box it is covered in a very sweet looking plastic

matte plastic and here is the phone so as you can see we have the Essos zenfone

max pro in a dark blue color let me turn it on and keep it aside while we take a

look at what else we get inside the box first of all we come across a USB micro

USB cable so here is a cable let me take it out of this plastic so here is a

white standard micro USB cable from a SUSE it has your sous branding it looks

like a standard micro USB cable let's keep this aside and we also get a power

brick now this power brick looks really comparatives probably one of the most

compact power bricks have seen earlier it has the Asus brand

at the back it's a 5 volt 2 amp charger switch not a fast charger per se it is

faster than standard phones but it's not certainly a fast charger yes this is all

we get inside the box as I told you earlier this is a pre-production unit so

the unboxing experience is very minimal here and the unboxing experience on a

retail unit that you buy might be slightly different but yes this is

essentially all the things that we get inside the box now let's take a look at

the Usos n phone max pro on first look the device looks really premium it felt

cold when I took it out of the box because of the metal build and it also

feels really sturdy the back is a 90 percent metal with the frame being made

out of a specially coated plastic the design looks really smart and while it

looks very unassuming I am very happy with how it looks it has a very curvy

design and is a bit on the thicker side which makes it not the most comfortable

phone to hold at the back sits the very comfortably placed fingerprint scanner

along with the isuzu go and a dual camera setup coming to the front we have

a gorgeous LCD full HD plus display now this display also comes at the new

trendy to is to 1 or 18 by 9 aspect ratio the display quality has really

stunned me it's bright its sharp and also surprisingly very color accurate

now that might not be a good thing for everybody

color accuracy also means that the display might not be the most vibrant

display out there now I've seen many reviewers and tech enthusiasts place

color accuracy and color accurate displays but those are not for me I like

very punchy and vibrant displays which might also be one of the reasons I like

the Samsung displays the Samsung Super AMOLED displays a lot well this one

isn't certainly desaturated but yes it has more muted accurate colors now

coming to the software I am very excited about this part because the Asus zenfone

max Pro runs clean stock Android now I know this might be unbelievable but yes

Asus has dropped the Zen UI skin in favor of stock Android audio on this n

phone max pro the UI is clean it also comes with the stock launcher a Google

screen on the left and all of Google's naked Android goodness there are a few

send phone settings inside but that's close to nothing and the

means that the zenfone max Pro will be one of the easiest devices to upgrade

when a newer Android version comes out now coming to the next exciting part of

the zenfone max Pro it has a Snapdragon 636 chip sat inside which is a beast

now the 6:36 comes with a cryo 260 architecture inside now this cryo core

is usually found in Qualcomm's flagship processes like the Snapdragon 820 the

835 the 845 this is also the exact same chip said that sits inside the redmi

note 5 pro which might be crazy if you think because the redmi note i pro runs

with the 636 and a heavy MIUI skin on top and if it runs so well

just imagine how well this is going to run on the zenfone max pro which has

clean lean stock android running inside i'm also very excited to be testing this

what you think now finally coming to the back we have a 13 megapixel camera with

a secondary sensor so yes we have a dual camera setup from Asus oh there's also

an 8 megapixel camera on the front I have not used the camera yet so I can't

now the max part in the name comes because of the huge 5000 mAh battery

that sits inside this beast the battery on paper should last for very long with

just the full HD plus resolution but I'll give you my full thoughts when I

review for this now in conclusion the Oh Suzanne phone maxpro looks like an

unbelievably feature-packed device stock Android a beast of a processor a premium

N. Korea's 'nuclear freeze' pledge seen as sign of sincerity - Duration: 2:05.

So North Korea's latest announcement to end its nuclear weapons development....have caught

many by surprise.... and local experts are saying that this is a good sign.... and that

the regime seems sincere... approaching its upcoming summit talks with South Korea and

the U.S.

Although it hasn't clearly come out and said it will denuclearize... experts say, it could

at least mean a nuclear freeze.

Our Oh Jung-hee has more.

After Friday's meeting of North Korea's main policymaking body, the regime announced...

that it will not conduct additional nuclear and missile tests... and will shut down its

Punggyeri nuclear test site.

It also said it won't use or transfer its nuclear weapons or technology to other countries...

unless the regime is threatened.

So far, that amounts to a nuclear freeze... but not the complete abandonment of its nuclear

weapons.

"It seems the North may have decided that the nuclear weapons it has now... are something

to be negotiated on later."

Nonetheless, the North's announcement is seen as an important first step towards denuclearization...

in that its a departure from its past behavior.

In 2008, Pyongyang destroyed a cooling tower for a nuclear reactor in Yongbyon... in return

for the U.S. removing North Korea from its list of state sponsors of terrorism.

But this time, it decided to deactivate its nuclear test site without any predetermined

reward.

Also, it attached no conditions to the moratorium on nuclear and missile tests,... unlike in

early March... when the North said it wouldn't carry out provocations (quote) "so long as

talks continue."

The recent announcement works in two ways for North Korea.

It's the first time the North has officially notified its people of an end to its nuclear

development,... justifying that move by claiming that its capabilities are complete.

But at the same time, the announcement sends a signal to the outside world... that it's

willing to negotiate on denuclearizing,... something that could work to its advantage

in the upcoming summits.

Shingles Vaccine NHS | How To Prevent Shingles | Shingles Virus Information Causes & Symptoms (2018) - Duration: 5:09.

I'm really excited to show you this week's video I've teamed up with Public Health England

and we timed it to be released on European immunisation week

our goal for this video is to help explain to everyone the importance of the

shingles vaccine and hopefully increase its uptake amongst the elderly because

as we age were at higher risk of getting shingles and after the age of 70 were at

even higher risk of serious complications so without further ado let's begin the video

shingles is an interesting one it's caused by a virus called

varicella-zoster or herpes zoster but you don't actually catch it so

varicella-zoster is the virus that gives us chickenpox and when we recover from it

it lives in the nerve roots next to the

spine at this point it's dormant so it's symptomless and you don't know

you have it now many years later without any exposure to the virus it can

suddenly become active and cause the symptoms of shingles so you can't quite

catch shingles but if you have shingles you can give someone chickenpox

who's never been exposed to the virus and I hope that made sense "makes perfect sense to me"

shingles normally affects one side of the body and it stops dead in the middle

it's usually around your chest, tummy or upper face it often starts with

feeling generally unwell or having pain for two to three days you then get a red

rash followed by blisters which scab over after about two to three weeks the

pain usually lasts about two to four weeks but some people get a really nasty

nerve pain which we call postherpetic neuralgia or PHN for short and PHN

effects one in five people who are over 60 and this pain can last for months or

even years after the rash has completely disappeared there are other

complications associated with shingles so it can cause skin infections it can

cause inflammation of the front of the eye which can cause a loss of vision and

it can also cause weakness of the muscle which is supplied by the affected nerve

if there's one thing that pharmacists love more than medicines its scientific

studies and the data on the shingles vaccine is actually really good so I'm

gonna give you a quick breakdown and I'm gonna write it down for more impact but bear with me

okay, so since the vaccine was introduced in 2013 it's estimated

that it was 62% effective against shingles and also between 70-88%

effective against PHN now that's amazing because PHN is

probably the most common thing I hear patients complain about who have had

shingles and here's my last fact which I won't bother writing down between 2013

to 2016 GP visits for shingles and PHN fell by 35-55%

respectively in those aged seventy years old

the good news is that the shingles vaccine has a very good safety record and it only actually needs

to be done once at any time of the year now if you're 70 or 78 years old then

you're eligible for the free NHS shingles vaccine but if you missed it

and you're under 80 then fear not because you may still be able to have it done

please pause the video on this chart which shows who is eligible for

the free NHS shingles vaccine between the 1st of April 2018 to the 31st of March 2019

but despite such positive results the uptake of the vaccine has

actually reduced since the start of the program the uptake has reduced by 13% in

those aged 70 years and by 8.4% in those aged 78 years since

2014 and the final bit of bad news is that over 50,000 cases of shingles

happen in England and Wales each year in those aged 70 and above and

approximately 50 cases are fatal

I encourage everyone who is eligible to

contact their GP practice and get the shingles vaccine whilst you can because

it's the best way to avoid the disease and avoid

long-term complications that can develop from it and if you have any friends or

family who are 70 or over then please help spread the word share this video to

them show them this video or even inform them about this video so they can

What's an Investor Pitch Deck? FAQ #5 Video #AndrewTollinton - Duration: 6:49.

That's it you have it your big idea you have a solution to all the world's

problems and indeed if not all of the world's the big fat one that you're

facing, that is that you're poor and this idea could make you rich! You talk to

everyone you can find, you talk to your parents, you talk to

children, you talk to your brothers and sisters, you talk to aunties, neighbours,

people on the streets, bus drivers, receptionists and, eventually you come

across somebody who not only looks rich they are rich! And they'll listen to you

and maybe even then invest in you. And then at the end of your conversation

they say to you 'ping me over your pitch deck' and you say 'fine, yeah sure I'll do

that tomorrow' and you leave and, you think to yourself 'what's a pitch deck?!!'

What is a pitch deck? The mythical pitch deck, I haven't a clue, if you Google

pitch deck on the internet you will find lots of different definitions I tend to

ignore them all and I've come up with my own three rules around pitch decks and

how to use them. Investors need different levels of information depending on where

they are with their journey with you and that defines what you send and what you

use when you speak to investors. You have three levels of information that you

need, the least amount of detail is the information you put on slides that you

present to investors, ideally these slides just contain images and you speak

to the audience of investors and the images supports your pitch, then if an

investor says to you ping me over your pitch deck you need to send that

investor slides but, of course those slides that you present with are

accompanied with your narrative. So what do you need to do? You need to take those

same set of slides, perhaps make some more slides and start to write a

narrative along with the slides - take a typical slide, halve it, on the left hand

side have your narrative - the words - in big font and not too many words

describing the proposition that you have and have images supporting your

proposition, have say twelve slides. In something like a pitch deck where

perhaps in a pitch deck where you're presenting your pitch live, you would

have only five slides, so you'll see that the email that you send over to a

prospective investor will have more information in there but that

information also needs to be a kind of information that will pull the

individual through to the very final slide. If you send an investor a set of

slides which has 50 slides in total the likelihood is that investor's heart will

sink - they receive countless proposals - they want something that's easy to

understand and that says to them 'do I want to take this discussion further?' If

you meet an investor at a networking do and they say to you ping me over some

slides what they're really saying is I'm not going to give you the opportunity to

pitch to me but send me over something so that I can assess whether or not it's

worthwhile me spending the time listening to you pitch to me. That's

really the communication that they're making. So let's say then that you

have live pitched and or you have sent them over your pitch deck, what then more

information do we need we need? Something which is full of facts and figures full

of information and that's what's called an information memorandum. An information

memorandum is something which the investor will see as a marketing ploy

but at the same time you need to write it as though it has all the salient

facts in there, all the risks, all of the downsides, do not hide anything. A really

good way of describing an information memorandum is it's like your company's

C/V, do not lie when you promote it, when you send out your proposed information

memorandum and when you have your information memorandum one of the

advantages is that you can send that same document out to multiple investors

and the fact that you've done that means that they've all received the same level

of information. Whereas in actual fact of course when you come to pitch to

investors each time you live pitch your pitch is going to slightly adjust but

with your information memorandum that has everything in it. With the

information memorandum make sure that in there you have salient information such

as how much money you want for what levels of equity. I have put together

information memorandums in the past and they have gone in levels of detail

from 50 pages to 250 pages, that's how much information you could be possibly

putting into an information memorandum. Now a good trick that investors will

use on you is to tell how sophisticated you are and how far down the journey of

investment you are is they will say to you send me over your information

memorandum and if you haven't got one you're in a bit of trouble. So one of the

best things you can do is when you start pitching your idea start in parallel

put together an information memorandum anticipating the investors

request for that document. In conclusion I don't really know what a

pitch deck is what I do know is there are three things that you'll be looking

to send over to an investor. Set of slides that you pitch to live,

Those slides that have a narrative in there and finally an information

memorandum which is like your company's CV. Have all of those three things in

mind when you speak to an investor and be sure you send him or her the right thing.
