so guys this is the first plug-in that I use for backup my WordPress website okay

let's install this plug-in click on install now

the best plug-in so now click on activate so guys once you activate the

plug-in scroll down and find the plug-in and click on settings now you see this

page here let's go to the settings tab and here you can see the cloud or remote

storage where you can backup your WordPress website in order to back up on

these clouds you have to make a count on these websites if you want to backup on

Dropbox you have to have a Dropbox account for example if you want to

backup on Google Drive you can select the Google Drive and then you can click

on this link what ? what happen is this okay let's

go back to the settings again we'll go to the settings if you want to back up

on Google Drive then you need to click on here to connect your Google Drive

into this plugin once the plug-in or Google Drive connected then you can go

back to this tab and click on backup now and your backup will be start and

another thing is that you can backup specific part of your website if you want

to backup only plug-in you can uncheck other parts if you backup entire website

you can check everything so this is the first plug-in to backup your WordPress

website let's move on to the next one let's go to the plugins click on add new

let's leave this page now here search for all-in-one WP so guys this is the

another best plug-in that I found over the internet you can see the one milli 1

+ million active installation of this plugin now let's just install this

plugin click on install now ok now click on activate once this plug-in activated

you will see in the left side of the WordPress menu all-in-one WP migration

in order to backup you just simply click on export it will take you to this page

here you can export your entire website as a file FTP or you can backup your

entire website on these clouds some of these clouds are paid and the some of

If you're heading to a game at Nationals Park, I'm going to tell you about my favorite places to eat and drink nearby.

So let's get started... The first place on my list is Justin's Cafe

Justin's has a special place in the hearts of many Nationals fans because, believe it or not,

there was a time, not even that long ago, when the area around the ballpark looked completely different than it does today.

Justin's opened for the 2010 baseball season and for the next three seasons

if you wanted to go out before or after a game, it was Justin's Cafe, because nothing else existed yet.

This is still my favorite place to go before a weeknight game because of their awesome

progressive happy hour. The way that it works is that you can get a craft beer for $3 from 4-6pm,

$4 from 6-7pm and

$5 from 7-8pm, and trust me when I say that a $3 craft beer is a

legitimately awesome deal in DC; and if you want to eat here the pizzas are my favorite thing on the menu.

If you are a craft beer lover then a trip to Bluejacket is almost mandatory on a trip to DC.

Bluejacket is a very cool urban brewery, where beers are brewed

on-site and at any time you can get about 20 of them on tap; and a few special cask ales as well. The beers rotate

seasonally, so if you come here in the beginning of the baseball season

you'll be able to try different things than when you come at the end of the season.

There's also a really nice outdoor patio, and on a game day

you can get a sausage or a hamburger cooked up on the outdoor grill.

Next on my list is Bonchon, a Korean style fried chicken restaurant.

My all-time favorite bar food is wings and beer and Bonchon has both. With all of their chicken dishes you get to choose

spicy, soy garlic, or half-and-half. I personally always go with the spicy. In addition to wings

they've got chicken strips,

chicken drumsticks, and a full menu of Korean dishes that don't even have anything to do with chicken at all; and on gamedays the kitchen

stays open until 11 p.m, which is usually plenty of time for a post-game snack.

There are a lot of options for outdoor drinking near Nationals ballpark, but my personal favorite is the Brig.

It's actually the farthest walk from the ballpark, but it's worth it in my opinion. The brig calls itself

DC's "secret beer garden" because it is the neighborhood's best-kept secret.

It's located just a block north of the 8th Street gate of the Washington Navy Yard.

Hence the nautically themed name. They rotate about 20 beers on tap with a mix of German and American breweries,

including some from DC; and if you do have kids with you

it's worth noting that they do advertise being family-friendly. Now, of all the bars and restaurants located near Nationals Park,

the one that is truly a baseball bar is the Big Stick. When you walk in the door

you'll see their logo of Teddy Roosevelt swinging a sausage like a baseball bat.

And if you haven't yet guessed from the name or the logo, their signature dish is sausage.

There is plenty of Washington Nationals memorabilia on the walls. In the back corner is an

F.P. Santangelo Montreal Expos jersey,

which is relevant because he's currently the color commentator for the Nationals, and can sometimes be seen at places like the Big Stick.

So while it's pretty rare to see an actual player out in the neighborhood,

it's not that uncommon to see coaches, announcers or other staff at a place like this. The last two places

I want to mention haven't even been open for a full baseball season yet,

but their location is really awesome. Due South Dockside and Piccolo are both located right on the riverfront boardwalk.

They're located right under the Yards Park Bridge,

which you might remember if you watched my Instagram video. Because the Yards Park is such a cool place to hang out,

I think that these are gonna be great additions for daytime ballgames.

I just want to say that the area around Nationals ballpark has come a long

way since it was Justin's Cafe or bust; and it's still developing at a breakneck speed.

There are a lot of great places and the one I've mentioned are just my personal favorites,

Yes, so whit the new product lines that we have, we have, we did refresh our thermal

solutions so the way that we're win it is... we have upgraded,

we have upgraded the fan so before it was 4 volts right now is 12 volts, right?

so right now you have higher Peaks and you got, you got more hot power going to

your fan and also we have...we actually do have a renew design

in terms of the heat pipes and and the layout of a thermal solution

inside and other than that, you know something on the side to to prolong the

the products life. We now have, bring our patented task release

architecture of fans from other products and tell two more product lines,

including the brand new STRIX. So, yes, we do have a new thermal designs to

take on various different loadings and various different scenarios.

For the GPU we have covered a fairly wide range of GPUs and in our product

line so we have something that ranges from GTX 1080 to GTX 1050 and we also

have alternative lines that uses the max-q architecture. So I think we're

cover a good range of the the graphics power depending on, you know, different I

won't say budget because we are not designed based on budget but these based

on scenarios. So if you want thing one, we have powerful things one and

mainstream thing one if you want, if you're ok with the traditional sizes we have

super powerful one and we also have a little more measures ones. So in terms of

GPU I think we covered a good range for different types of demand and with some

CPUs. I think, right now, we have a very good coverage in the high-end CPUs

including when we were one of the first partners of Intel in 99. So

especially I mean that's the core essence of ROG, right. Getting the best

of our the industry and squeeze the most out of it, right. So

we have that in some segments. We are trying to see if we should

offer a more mainstream solutions but for ROG, I think we're still mostly going

to cap it at a higher end of the CPU but we do have at the product line with in

ASUS. So, the ASUS stuff gaming. So this serves a different type of target

audiences where their demand are a little different than you know what you

would have imagined the ROG user. So in that respect, we would have a core i5

that would be you know adequate for whatever their

demand is to pair with a pretty good GPU. So yes, we have these all different

mixtures in the product offered.

These kind of products is to fit into the demand of user they want to play

their gaming PC into their living room, enjoining the

immersive gaming environment, okay? For example, you know, traditionally

people may play with 27 inch or 32 inch. Thereby, that kind of a bigger size

as screen is good but how about the racing games, right? So you definitely want to see

different roads, right? The curve, the u-turn, right? This kind of, this is that.

So thereby, the bigger size will give you the wider a view angle yeah. So we do

think when people like to enjoy this kind of environment, they do need

the bigger screen size.

We haven't had the specific number yet

but, oh wait, yeah actually I remember yeah actually it's like 20 degrees

Celsius yeah compare was if there is no fan the

standard AIO cooling yeah. Because, you know, this is the same issues that we

happened years ago and we thought when we want to overclock the X 299 to CPU

but we found actually the CPU the overclocking is limited by the VRM.

That's why we thought if we add a fan on it then you probably can take

the heat away. So yes, 20 degrees Celsius

The new product line actually we have two cools and the first one we call it Ryujin

and Riujin there is a water cooling

and plus a fan and there's a

this there's actually the fan just blow down to the VRM and also to the M2

SSD area, the Northbridge area. So which is very very helpful, is not

only improve the CPU overclocking but also the SSD performance and we have

another one is called Ryuo and Ryuo actually there's no embedded fan here

but we feature there's a whole OLED panel on the top so which is very interesting.

Actually you can display many system information on it, talking about if your

CPU temperature, your motherboard information. Actually there is a

proprietary software so we can using this OLED panel to display the

overall system information. So yeah this is others cannot do.

Okay we are the newcomer of this power supply business I have to

be honest the very first power supply we did not

started from zero but we study and cowork with many different current power

supplier players to build this powerful power supplies and also based on our

very experience many experienced our motherboards CPUs, graphic cards, GPUs. We

know them very well so that is why we decided to step in this industry. One of

the reason was because long time ago the GPUs and CPUs they were running at a

constant clock so the drain were very stable but nowadays NVIDIA and AMD has

their boost clock and Intel also have their boost technology so the GPU and

CPU now throws at a very very fast speed so now you do not just need a big power

supply with 800 watt or 1200 Watts. You will also need a fast power supply to

reply, to respond to the very dynamic throws and that is the reason why we

decided to step in.

The one that we're demonstrating right now are a 1200 watts and we will

have a 850 watt very soon.
