Youtube daily Aug 14 2017

In the beginning, the main statement is...

Mopar or No Car!

May peace be upon you!

Continuing our program Mopar from A to Z

Today we're at Dubai Autodrome

To attend Mopar Technical Contest 2016

A challenge among the experts of the dealerships

The challenge will be among the dealerships in Gulf, Jordan, and Lebanon

We can say in the Middle East

16 experts will undertake a number of tests

We will take a tour together to tell you about these tests

To determine who is the best expert technician among all these dealerships in our region

Let's see get started and see the tests

Let's go!

Mopar from A to Z

A quick FYI

This is the first time the event is organized regionally

It's usually held locally

The dealer holds a test challenge for the engineers and technicians in the dealership

and announces the winner

So, hopefully this will develop the dealerships expertise in the region

for better customer satisfaction

Today's Challenge has commenced

16 contestants will live the experience today

Tomorrow only 8 will remain

As we can see the test has started And the contestants have started

All the cars here have technical errors

The experts deliberately implanted them

As if you were a customer with "Check Engine" light on

and you have a problem in the car

This expert technician in the dealership should be act professionally

without the need to guess what's wrong with the car

He should know what's wrong in the shortest time possible

and fix it as quick as possible

without advising to change random parts

without guessing!

in local garages, this might be a common practice

but in professional dealerships they follow a scientific method

without any mistakes

they diagnose and fix the problem easily

you only need to change the broken part

As we can see,

The test includes a variety of cars not just one model

There are Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Cherokee, and even a Dodge Charger in the back

A lot of failures and faults are in the cars

We'll take a tour and see how the contestant are solving the problems

For this test, they have only 45 minutes

To fix the fault implanted

The majority of the problems in the cars here are electrical, not mechanical

Because electric failures are always more serious and they're difficult to fix

unless you're really professional and expert on these stuff

Until now, no one has finished fixing the problem yet

The failures are very complicated

Wrangler's failure is in the steering wheel

When the car is turned on there is a mild vibration on the steering wheel

So he must fix this problem

Dodge Chargers' failure is in the front windows They don't open or close

He must fix this problem

Jeep Cherokee's failure is in the infotainment system

and in the rear park sensors system when you reverse it doesn't warn you

The green lines are also missing the ones that help you park perfectly

So they have to fix this problem as quick as possible

The idea of the evaluation, even if the technician doesn't finish in 45 minutes

The main idea is that he has a certain procedure approved by the company

and he studies this procedure

The judges can evaluate his work when the time is finished

How he worked Did he follow the right steps 100% or not ?

Even if he fixed the problem without following the right steps

This is considered wrong

There are certain steps he must follow in the right order

To fix the problem

This is a standard procedure set by the professional experts in the company

I spoke to the experts and judges from America and Britain

The problem in the car is very complicated it can't be fixed easily

He will have a hard time fixing it

If he is really professional, he will fix it

If not …. He will not be able to fix it

We don't want to get too close to the contestants Because this is an official test

We don't want them say they didn't pass because Suhaib was too close

So let's leave them take the test We wish they pass and not fail!

Study hard guys!

As we can see a part of the contest is a written exam

The exam is long and complicated it's 45 minutes long

To make sure that they understand the concept of car repair 100%

But there is a Dodge Challenger Hellcat here

To inspire them, and encourage them to pass

Welcome to this event which took 4 years of preparation

to improve the skills of the mechanics in the Middle East

so that they can represent Mopar in such contest

We're keen to improve the skills of all mechanics in the Middle East

In order to achieve the level of customer satisfaction that we seek at Mopar

In fact, we at Mopar Middle East have two strategic goals;

The first is to expand Mopar operations

The second is to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

through out the Middle East and not only in UAE

The first strategy regarding expansion

expanding the warehouse in Jebel Ali we will add another 9,000 square meter to its area

to reach a total area of about 30,000 square meter

in order to provide spare parts service to the whole Middle East,

Jordan and Lebanon

This is the first step of expansion

Secondly, there will be an expansion in spare parts shops

to serve the customers in the industrial areas, and even in the main areas

The purpose is to expand sales and build Mopar brand image in the Middle East

This is a first step, to improve the technicians experience and skillfulness

So that they can repair the car from the first time

This is one of our primary goals

The second thing is customers loyalty

And this is a long term strategy It can't happen in 1 or 2 years

We've been working on it for 3 years now

The five-year plan will end in 2018

a next stage of customer loyalty will commence In order to achieve 70% of customer loyalty

For cars that are 0 to 6 years old

This subject is continuous and in constant development

Many steps have been taken in this field

Such as extended warranties, extended services, certified pre-owned cars and their warranties

The plan is clear for us

we followed it for 3 years, and it will go on for another 2 years

And then another five-year plan will be put

To expand sales and customer loyalty and satisfaction

Mopar from A to Z

This is the second day of Mopar experts' challenge

Yesterday there were 16 contestants today there are only 8

The tests, regarding car faults and failures are new, different, and more difficult than yesterday's

Let's take a tour to tell you about the cars' problems

For Jeep Wrangler cars here

The failure is that when you turn on the headlamps the windshield wipers work automatically

So the expert must diagnose this problem and fix it

For Dodge Charger cars...

The failure is that when you start the car You can notice some vibration

And you can even clearly see it on the windshield wipers

This is because the earth electrical wire was cut

So he must diagnose this problem and fix it quickly

For Jeep Grand Cherokee cars their failure is...

When you start the car, it works for 1.5 or 2 seconds

But then it automatically shuts off

So there is an electrical failure that must be fixed

Let's see the challenge today!

Who will be the winner? The best among the 16 expert technicians!

The experts have arrived Now they will start the Dodge Charger test

We told you what the problem is I will not say it again; they can hear us!

In fact, this event, for FC Middle East

This is the first time we hold it in about 10 years

This was a result of continuous efforts exalted in the previous years

Regarding dealerships,

We were able to elevate the level of training and certification

During the previous years

We were able to put a certification program that is followed now by all dealers

We accomplished some excellent achievements in this matter

The challenge was the next step for many of our technicians

As they reached such a level, that they are the best in their dealerships

So the next challenge is to compete against the technicians from other dealerships

If these are the best technicians in the region

then we bring them to compete against each other To see who is the best of the best

In fact, we were very interested

and absolute impartiality was one of our priorities

in addition to the highest level of professional evaluation

to be carried out in this contest

In order to do this we asked for help from the best qualified experts on our models

So we had experts from England, France, and USA

beside the regional experts

In order to dedicate a judge for every contestant

To ensure impartiality and provide a close follow up of everything

A briefing was given to all of these judges

2 days before the contest for 2 consecutive days

about the evaluation's criteria

The things to be considered in the evaluation process

God willing this will be an annual event

For this year, we started with the technical training only

God willing, next year the event will be held on a bigger scale

And it will include people with different roles in the dealerships

After results announcement

We knew that Dubai dealership; Trading Enterprises

has the best expert technician in the region

We've reached the end of today's episode

Don't miss the previous episodes and stay tuned for more!

Godspeed!

How to Turn a Blog Post Into Video Marketing - Duration: 2:34.

You've decided to start incorporating videos into your marketing strategy.

Great choice!

You're probably feeling excited and a little nervous about what you should actually create.

Don't worry, you aren't alone.

Writing a script can be one of the most challenging parts of creating a video.

Thankfully, you have great content that's just a click away -- your blog posts!

Let's walk through an example of turning a blog post into a video.

We'll start by picking out a few high performing blog posts and considering how

they'd translate to video.

For example, a video on YouTube SEO could closely follow your original post.

Whereas, a video about AI could dive into information about one specific job AI is already replacing.

Next, we'll take a look at Google and YouTube to make sure there is search volume for the topic.

And while we're at it, let's check out any related videos to identify opportunities

to provide additional context on the topic.

Now that we've determined the topic will be valuable to our audience and lends itself

well to a visual format, let's start writing an outline.

We'll begin by listing the key points and visuals we'd like to show.

I like to take the section headers from the blog post and make them into my main points for the video.

Now it's time to draft the actual script.

We'll need a compelling intro to hook the audience within the first 10 seconds.

While writing a script, it's important to consider word choice.

Scripts should be clear, concise, and conversational.

Avoid writing complex sentences or in-depth explanations.

Remember, videos require less words because they are accompanied by on-screen visuals.

Take a look at how I've shortened this blog post section on YouTube tags to be just a

few sentences in the video script.

Finally, there's the promotion strategy.

When creating your own video, embed it in related blog posts to drive

views like we've done here.

Post it to your social channels, website, or in your email newsletters

for additional exposure.

So the next time you're in a need of a video topic,

take a closer look at your most popular blog posts.

Creating a video from a post that already has a proven track record is a recipe for success!

Wanda Sykes and Busy Philipps Paint on Canvas | Michaels - Duration: 4:40.

This is the make off!

The MAKE off

Michaels #Makeitwithmichaels

Let's see who I'll be making against today.

It's Wanda Sykes everybody!

Hi Wanda.

Hi Busy.

How was that giant tree.

It's ridiculous.

Wanda is one of the funniest comedians in America.

But her hobbying skills are no laughing matter.

Today, Wanda and I will be... painting on canvas!

Wanda and I each have 30 minutes to decorate our canvases.

But first, I think we need a title to help inspire us.

You go first.

A FLY'S LAST MOMENTS IN THE LEMONADE

Ok, wow! that's deep.

Let me pick one.

FAREWELL TO BREATHING THROUGH YOUR NOSE

Wow!

Wanda are you ready?

Yes.

Ready, set, make!

Alright, what is this?

A fly's last moments.

Now remember it doesn't have to be a literal interpretation

of lemonade and flies.

I don't know what you're trying to do.

You're trying to steer me off in the wrong direction, Busy.

But it's not gonna...

not gonna work.

What was your thing?

Farewell to breathing through your nose.

Ok, well you're in trouble cause I don't see a jar of snot.

So I don't know what you're gonna do over there.

So Wanda, what's your strategy here?

I'm trying to imagine myself as the fly.

Does he have like a little fly family?

Is the fly diabetic?

You know, is it a spiked lemonade?

I don't know.

Oh my gosh, Wanda,

I'm kind of obsessed with your painting right now.

I know it's pretty awesome.

It's really working out.

If I sold this, it will cover my kids braces.

You know they got crooked teeth.

Oh, it's a curveball.

What's that? What's going on?

As you can see the artist is really into layering.

Although she does go into the natural elements

with the eyelashes as fleas.

What? Terrible?

Wanda your turn.

Well, what we have here is a contemporary piece...

a really important work.

Is just man versus a fly.

I feel like neither one of us can get a job

at a fancy auction house.

That was ridiculous.

I mean look at this.

I'm really good at this.

Oh my goodness.

I have unlocked something.

Okay, so now, what else do flies enjoy?

Flies enjoy... poo.

They enjoy what?

Poo. Poo.

Poo, poo.

I think this is a maker cup first.

What, poo is not allowed?

That's organic.

We have less then a minute remaining.

That was just awful.

Three... two... one...

Times up!

Whew! Paint brushes down.

I'm thinking about changing careers

to be honest with you.

Today our guest judge is an actual art dealer.

Please welcome Lloyd.

Hello Lloyd.

So nice to meet you!

Well it's my pleasure.

I love being around talented artists.

See how he looked at me.

Busy, let's begin with yours.

Okay.

You have taken a classic image, the image of the evil eye

and made it youthful and wonderful and joyous.

Thank you.

So it's a really, really wonderful piece.

So, this one, you've spread your canvas

with yellow and with green and it's just joyful.

I also love the eyelashes.

Wanda would it be possible for you to turn it the other way?

You mean a little bit like this?

Yea. yea, yea!

Both of these pieces make me smile a lot.

I'm going to have to give the maker cup... to Wanda.

I knew it.

I want to give you this award and congratulate you.

I want to congratulate both of you...

Yea, yea, yea.

on great works.

Thanks Lloyd.

Thank you so much.

It's my pleasure.

I think he really secretly liked mine more.

In his heart of hearts.

Like if he really thought about it.

And you are a professional art dealer.

I am in deed, I am in deed.

And these are wonderful works.

I think both of you have great talent and promise.

I love Busy.

I thought she did a great job.

Okay, she did an admirable job.

You know that's what people say

when they think your work is kind of crappy

but you really tried hard.

I would cut it in half and give it to both of you.

Oh, we don't want to cut the maker cup.

No we're not going to do that.

It's Wanda's.

Yea it's mine. It's, it's mine.

We probably just take all this other stuff down.

Can we do that?

Should I do that now?

Is it still a gallery wall

if you have just one piece on the wall.

Thanks for watching. Subscribe to our channel and share your projects with the #Makeitwithmichaels

The Importance of Blogging | Clix - Duration: 2:28.

Hi I'm Kelly and I'm the content strategist here at Clix and I'm here

today to talk to you about the importance of blogging.

So blogging used to be seen as something from the 90's, as an individual hobby.

But these days businesses can use it to their advantage.

You can improve your SEO, establish your

business as an industry leader, and create opportunities for sharing with blogging.

Blogging doesn't require millions of dollars, it just requires

someone take the time to research and write a robust piece and it can help

your business out greatly. If you want to know how to write a robust piece of

content, check out this video!

Let's start with improving SEO. So we all know that

content is king. Google takes into account your content and rewards those

websites that keep their content updated. So this obviously means that the more

pieces you write, the more pages are being indexed by Google and that means

more opportunities for your website to show up in search engines.

This then drives traffic to your website. Keep in mind to help with the quality of the

content, you can add keywords and internal linking.

Next we'll move on to establishing your business as an industry leader. This means that you are

building trust with your audience. The more that you can show that you're an

expert in your field or product, the more that the consumer will trust that you

can supply what they need. So an example of this is the Clix blog.

When our clients see it and read our blogs, they know that we're knowledgeable on the

subject, making us an industry leader. And finally we'll move on to creating

opportunities for sharing. This can be either on social media or an inbound

links. If you want to know what an inbound link or a backlink is click here

but basically an inbound link is one from a third-party website to a page on

your website. If you create a piece that's informational, interesting and

well-liked, this creates a bigger opportunity for it to be shared and that

thus creates a bigger audience to your website. Something that I think is

important to mention is that the effort you put into a blog today could turn

into thousands of leads down the line. So to sum up, we went over how blogging can

help your SEO, establishing your business as an industry leader and how it can

drive traffic through sharing
