Hey guys and girls it's me JoshyTek.

It's now the 1st of September and it's now time for me to show you what's on my android

for September so without further of do, let's get into the video!

So the device I'm using is the Motorola X Play, I also have a new case that I'm currently

using for this phone, I will link it below if you're interested.

The rom I'm using is Resurrection Remix which is based on Lineage OS 14.

The rom comes with Android 7 Nougat and I'm 100% loving this rom compared to the stock

one that came with my phone.

On my lockscreen, the photograph used is taken by me.

you to download it.

The launcher I'm using is Nova Launcher Prime and I don't think I'll be switching launchers.

I've stayed with the same icon pack called Diligent by Flatedge because I love how it

can go with any wallpaper you apply and it's probably one of my favourite icon packs including

Crispy.

At the top I'm using Zooper Widget Pro and the pack I'm using is called Minimal UI.

Below I just have a Google Search Widget and a 3 by 3 set of my most used icons.

Looking at some of my new apps, notice that I haven't duplicated any icons from the home

screen and the all apps screen, in my opinion this provides a clean and less cluttered user

experience.

I have also made it simple by having one page on my all apps screen to make it faster to

launch apps.

In the all apps screen I have apps like Android Pay which is used to pay for anything using

a bank account, The app works perfectly for rooted users who have Magisk Installed.

So this app will become useful in the future.

I have some of my other apps from my previous setups like calculator, calendar, clash of

clans, clock and Diligent.

I have disable service to disable background services, by the way that requires root access

to work.

I have Fenix For Twitter, Lineage OS File Manager, find device, fm radio, focalmark

and gmail.

One app I'm using is called Hibernation Manager.

This app allows you to improve your battery life on your android device, it gives you

options like underclocking your CPU when the screen is locked, the ability to turn off

wifi, Bluetooth and sync immediately when the screen is off and other options like killing

apps when screen is off too however I wouldn't recommend doing that as it will destroy the

user's experience.

The next apps I have are Instagram, Google Keep, Kernal Adiutor, apologies for saying

the name wrong but essentially what this app will allow you to do is allow you to have

full control over the phone's CPU, GPU, memory and many more.

Again it requires root access.

I also have magistic manager which is my super user application that came with the rom, I

do like it indeed.

I have my carrier app MY EE, I also have Google Play Games, Recorder which records audio.

I have a cool app called Root Booster.

This app essentially allows you to apply profiles to your phone.

For example, if I wanted to increase the speed of my phone, I can apply the speed boost,

or if I wanted so save battery, I can enable that mode.

What this app does it will go into your phone's terminal and tweak the settings for your desired

mode.

It's helpful if you want to quickly change to a profile without spending the time doing

things manually.

This requires root access.

I have other apps like SD Maid, Send to gps, Snapseed for photo editing, Google Translate,

wallpapers from Google, Whatsapp, YouTube and Zooper Widget.

Other features I like on Resurrection Remix is that there is tons of options in the Configurations

of the rom.

You can change the status bar, notification drawer, recents and much more, you can do

literally anything with this rom it's so flexible.

One feature I like is that when I have my device turned off I can hold down the power

button to activate the touch without turning on the screen.

The rom has also got Substratum Theme Support as well which is great as you can theme out

the phone's system and with Magistic Manager you can install Modules which can improve

the audio quality of your device or replace the system emoji's.

There's tons of things you can do with this rom and I can now see what rommers mean by

recommending Resurrection Remix over other Roms.

But that's going to be it for this video, hopefully I have gave you some inspiration

on how you could theme out your home screen and if you want some of these apps that I

mentioned, I will provide all of the links to every single app in this video down in

the description below.

Today we are going to discuss: 5 Things to keep in mind about the hourglass tummy tuck.

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know

for you to get the hourglass shape you've always wanted.

The tummy tuck is the procedure we use to remodel the abdominal area in the sense of

reducing and removing the skin and fat tissue that is in excess.

Most of my patients are looking for a tummy tuck intervention after a significant weight loss

(more than 10 kg) or after having multiple pregnancies.

They are wondering what the best procedure would be for them: the traditional tummy tuck,

liposuction or the hourglass tummy tuck?

In most cases, my recommendation is the hourglass tummy tuck as it targets multiple needs and

corrects body imperfections on several levels.

Here are five important things you need to know about the hourglass tummy tuck:

1. It is the only method to get an hourglass silhouette.

During the hourglass tummy tuck, we reduce the adipose layer on the flanks and abdomen

and add volume to the hips, hence creating a better proportion between the shoulders, waist, and hips.

The traditional tummy tuck can result in a Spongebob shape, but with the help of liposuction

and fat transfer, we can remodel the silhouette completely.

2. It comprises of 3 different interventions performed at the same time.

During this procedure, I use liposuction, fat transfer and abdominoplasty to achieve superior aesthetic results.

3. It can only be done under general anesthetic.

This is important for the comfort of the patient as the procedure can be quite lengthy.

4. The results are very different from the traditional tummy tuck.

Using liposuction to reduce the thickness of the adipose layer on the tummy before removing the excess skin

in the area makes a tremendous difference in the end results.

Adding fat transfer to the hips improves the body proportions and makes it look more harmonious.

5. The dimensions of the waist are significantly reduced.

This does not happen during a traditional tummy tuck surgery.

I prefer to use liposuction on the abdomen, the flanks, and the lower back.

The fat is needed for the fat transfer to the hips, but liposuction will also contour the abdomen furthermore,

improving the results of the tummy tuck.

There is a significant difference between liposuction, abdominoplasty and the hourglass tummy tuck.

The hourglass tummy tuck is the only procedure that comprises of three different interventions

with the aim to enhance the appearance of your body, not only the tummy area,

by creating the hourglass silhouette.

Discover two key ways to find a specific journal article.

Strategy #1:

Use Google Scholar.

Say we're trying to find the article "Snoring source identification and snoring noise prediction"

from the Journal of Biomechanics.

Paste in the title of the article and search.

Now click on the article title for access.

This example takes us to a PDF.

If the title does not work, click More and then the UC-eLinks link to double-check availability.

This pathway also takes us to the PDF.

Now onto Strategy #2:

If you don't have success in Google Scholar, try your search in Melvyl -- the library's

catalog.

Look for the Melvyl tab on the library's home page.

Let's paste in the article title

"The Perfect Battery."

from the magazine Discover

Click on the article title.

Then click on the UC-eLinks button.

In this example, a new window loads with the PDF of the article available for you to immediately

download.

Google Scholar and Melvyl are two great search tools for finding a specific journal article.

In our examples, we found the full-text of each article.

However, sometimes you will have a journal article citation but the full-text will not

be available.

Let's try one more example.

Say we're looking for

You will notice that there is no full-text of this article available.

If this is the case, click the Request link to request the item through Interlibrary Loan.
