Android Studio Shortcut: Back & Forward - Duration: 1:24.

Hey, what is up everyone. Norman from futurestud.io University here and welcome to

this video in Android Studio Note series. In less than five minutes you

will learn a little trick to increase your productivity every single day. So

let's get going! Today we have the back and forward navigation option. This

helps you to scroll way less through classes. You don't have to go up and down,

and up and down and look for the code you just wrote. With the shortcut which is

command and the brackets for Mac or on Windows it is ctrl+alt+left and right,

you can go back to to the previously edited places or you can go forward with the

closing bracket. This helps you to go or to jump between two spaces and you

don't need to know where exactly it is in the class. It will just jump directly there.

Once you got used to the shortcut you can focus on the task at hand, coding, and

you can avoid all of the scrolling and looking, which gets you out of this

mindset of getting the task done. That's it. Thank you for watching and if you didn't
